What do you like best?

What do you like best?

It is a queue management system that helps in maintaining and managing waiting lines and visitors flow digitally. It helps in saving foot traffic and maintaining social distance to minimize risks. Teams will be easily able to manage services by knowing that who are their visitors and why are they coming. Actionable insights are provided in it which helps reduce wastes of operations. What do you dislike?

It is lacking features that help in extracting and exporting data. Some basic improvements are needed in its user interface. It sometimes slows down and will not provide notifications about your status of queues ad appointments. More customization features should be added in it to make it more user-friendly and intuitive. It helps in gathering data about your customers such as name, age, etc. it is providing a real-time overview of your business. It will notify you about your appointment thus you don’t have to wait for a long time in queues. It will also notify you about rush hours. Visitors are provided with customized experiences. It is preferable for hospitals, schools, clinics, large stores, etc. customers can easily sign in to it from their tablets, mobiles, etc. it helps you in calling your customers with their names. What do you like best?

The data in this system is incredible considering that they must be of various uses, but for queues it is incredible and for storage in the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are really few negative aspects, but one in particular is that in order to communicate with customers you must be constantly sending SMS messages because sometimes these are not sent or do not reach the recipient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Qminder is quite necessary software for companies that need help in digitizing the experience of waiting in download queues for a particular file, I like it in unpublished quantities because it contains a support system in this branch, including that all this process is automatic once implemented, which also improves conditions in matters of patience thanks to its ultra-dynamic design in cloud-based tasks. What do you like best?

This system has a lot of tools, even better than many others for customer development and management, and customer service, things like waiting queues, support and attention are much better with this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is somewhat expensive, it has test versions but the truth is that they are not so useful, you cannot evaluate your product well due to the testing system, the truth is that I would expect something a little better and less crude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To recommend it, they should take into account two things, one: it is expensive, two: it is heavy, if in spite of that you want to take a risk and get out of doubt, it is a pretty good system and with very innovative and useful tools, perfect for your resolution system or support. What do you like best?

The Qminder que system is great as far as keeping track of our students. When we are really busy we can control the number of students that come in and it's so easy to use. Very nice graphs and easy to access data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It is very easy to set up a queue for the customer and the best thing is, the customer can be updated through SMS or on a display monitor. It is so simple to set up and the customer could feed in their specification and we can see what is the requirement of an individual customer. It also helps to reduce the wait time for the customers. What do you dislike?

First thing i dislike about Qminder is that it can be only used in Apple devices, one can't use android device with Qminder. Also, The user-interface is a little dull. What do you like best?
