**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I genuinely appreciate how Qminder significantly enhances the organization of our everyday company operations. The system is adept at keeping meticulous track of who enters and the sequence of their arrival, which is crucial for maintaining a structured environment. I find the capability to monitor those checking in immensely beneficial, as it helps me understand how many people we have assisted throughout the day, providing a clear picture of our productivity and service efficiency. The user-friendly nature of Qminder made the initial setup very simple, which was a welcome relief and allowed us to integrate it seamlessly into our operations.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

I wish there was a way to assign a customer in the queue to a specific client. Sometimes, when an associate is actively working with a customer, they forget to claim the customer in the queue. Allowing us to force-assign customers would help free up the waiting queue and more accurately represent our workers' workload.

It allows me visibility to see the amount of customers that visit my branch on a daily basis.

The only thing I dislike about Qminder is the customer complaints I receive for having to sign in before we are able to serve them.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qminder is solving issues of fraud and theft within the branch. It creates order so when a lot of customers are in the building they can sign in and then walk around and shop until there name is called. Traditionally you would have to stand in line to keep your place. Qminder also now has a self checkin feature that customers can check in when they are close to the branch so they don't have to receipt.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

It helps our company with communicating with customers. Especially when a lot of the issues are not needed for customers to be in office. It's very easy and user friendly. The support chat is also very helpful. The company I work for uses it every single day, all day. It literally makes our day goes so easy. Our customers love it and how easy it is on their side. It just shows up as a regular text message.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

Lately there have been a lot of glitches when switching screens or trying to switch to different clients. It causes us to have to refresh the page or completed exit out and re bring it up.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qminder is helping us communicate with customers without them all having to be in the lobby. It makes it easier for us to manage our lobby and it makes it easier for customers to get some help from us.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I like that the calling screen of Qminder is large, which makes it easy for families to see if they are in the wait queue or if they are actively being called. This visibility is crucial in managing expectations and providing a sense of control to the customers. I love that Qminder also sends personal notifications to the families' phones. Since everyone is constantly on their phones, this feature ensures that no one misses important updates about their position in the queue or when it’s their turn. This dual notification system, both on a large screen and via personal devices, enhances the overall customer experience by providing timely and accessible information.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

I would love if Qminder could separate the intake questionnaire question for the patient's full name into separate fields for first names and last names. Families often just put in one name, and this, combined with date of birth typos, sometimes results in not finding the patient or requiring rework. Additionally, I would like for the names on the checked-in list to be visibly displayed as 'checked-in,' with a separate side showing 'get in line/names being served.' Families often do not know what their names on the TV mean, whether they are waiting or being called.

Qminder reduces long waits, allows families to leave the line without losing their place, and enables direct communication with staff. It enhances visibility with large calling screens and personal notifications, improving our pharmacy's efficiency and customer experience.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I love Qminder's user-friendly interface, which makes it really easy for me to navigate and manage queue management tasks at the credit union. **What do you like best about Qminder?**

Qminder provides me with fantastic insights realating to the demand on the service my deparment provides; this allows us to better manager our time, and also means that our users can plan their visits around our quieter periods.

Being able to see historical data means that we can better prepare for each semester, and know what times we need cover at, and when our down times are likely to be, allowing us to work on other tasks.

The open and closed hours, as well as the one off closures makes it easier for my department to book in team meetings, and ensure the information is conveyed to our stakeholders.

I've had Qminder in my department for nigh on 10 years now, and it's implementation, support, and use have been of fantastic help to managing the demand my department faces.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

I wish that there was a bit more freedom to make changes on Qminder, such as the messages displayed on the iPad or TV Screen.

Previously the ability for our stakeholders to sign in remotely using the app made it much easier for students to wait away from the department, unfortunately with that feature being no longer supported, we have to provide buzzers to our students to recall them. 

I also think the cost of the text message service is too high, which is why we have never implemented it.

Qminder ensures that our stakeholders are served in a timely fashion, and allows my team to understand what our stakeholders need from them.

It's a great way to keep track of clients that come into the showroom. It helps the different teams communicate with each other so we can efficiently assist clients.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

When adding a new visitor, the program defaults to the previous service that was used for the last client you checked in. It is not the end of the world. However sometimes we forget to change it! And it can cause confusion. I dont see an effective way to prevent that from happening. Maybe defaulting to no service at all so you have to choose a service everytime. But still, we should just be doing that anyway as users.

The problem we always have is communication. Qminder is a great way to stay in communication with all the teams. It makes it easier for us to work together. And with that, our customer service improves.

The convenient reminder when a customer signs in, and it alerts me when they come in. Also, the insight data is very useful to keep track of monthly and yearly progress.

Only downside is sometimes there's no notification sound when someone signs in.

I work in the back rooms so I can't see who comes in the office. So, it's helpful in letting me know who comes in.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

Qminder is incredibly simple to setup. We love the ability to have our staff chat with clients from the interface while clients are waiting. We love the Apple TV App that shows clients right where they are in the queue. We started out using Qminder at one campus and are in the midst of expanding it to all of our campuses.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

We wish that the user interface our clients see when they sign in was more customizable. Our work around was to hook up a Gravity Form via Zapier to pass through the data to Qminder for the sake of our unique use case.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Atlanta Mission serves individuals experiencing homelessness daily. Monday through Friday, we do screening and intake at our main campuses. We wanted our clients to really take ownership over signing in, and following along to know when they were going to be called. It also helps us ascertain what order the individuals came in to be screened. 

In addition, last year, we began to have our existing clients sign up through one of our existing solutions for appointments with their case managers. Now, when they arrive for their appointments, they're able to check in so a staff member knows when they've arrived. If the staff member is running behind, they're able to easily message the client while they wait to let them know.

I like how easy the site is to use, it's so relevant in my line of work, I use it every day - and I really like how you can use the label function to seperate visitors and communicate with my team.

Sometimes our visitors get confused with the opening page 'tap to sign in' - I think being able to change the button to 'sign in for service' or something similar would work for us, just in terms of customer support.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

It's so helpful to see how many students are waiting as a busy school counselor, as I use Qminder every day and multiple times a day. This helps me allocate time better by managing the line I have. This also allows me to stay in my office and by far is better than paper and pencil check ins! I also like that I can see which students visited that day or week so that I can capture that information to document visit history in our student information system. The Qminder team has also always been incredibly attentive which is so appreciated! I had no issues adjusting to Qminder and it has been relatively straightforward for all users.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

It can be challenging to forward a student to a different counselor, but this is because we use Qminder for purposes other than it was originally built for, I believe. I also struggle with remembering to make myself unavailable when running to a meeting - I'd love to see it sync with Google Calendar someday.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qminder helps us track sign ins for students, which gets us baseline data even without logging our notes - it's also allowing us to stay in our offices to have students called to us when the display indicates, so we can get more work done.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I like that the clients info is available, should I need to call them after the visit.  For example if they left without one of their items.  I also like that it keeps up with how many customers I serve, and what company they are from.  I also like that I can use it in different branches.  Also, that I can compare my results to other fellow employees.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

I really don't have any complaints about it.  Some of my contractors don't like signing in to it, and they think it's an inconvience for them.  I try to be as nice as possible about it and let them know that it is just how my company tries to see that I'm doing my job.  
It would be nice if there was a way to edit how long a customer has been in que though, or to adjust when you actually finish with a customer.  My collegues don't always take them out of the que and sometimes I don't see it until the next day and it looks like a customer has been waiting for 15 hours etc.

It shows the customer the order of them being helped is the order at which they sign in.  If they need to go outside, they don't lose their turn, and will still be notified without having to be in the building.

It gives me the details of the KPIs I report on every week. It gives me accurate view of clients waiting and those being assisted. I have access to categories my LOBs making reporting and performance measuring very easy.

Qminder is a helpful tool when you have a lot of customers at one time and need to keep track of the service time and who came in at what order.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

You can sign a guest in and it puts them into the quere instead of calling them to your area, so if you click call next it will pick the next person in line rather the person who you just signed in yourslf

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps a log of all signed in guest and the wait time and service time it took with that particular customer, which is like a record book should future problems arrive.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

Qminder has a very easy user interface that makes it simple for those who are not as "tech savvy" to understand and utilize. We use Qminder at a high school as a sign in system for students to use and counselors to track student visits. Students seem to find it fairly simple to sign in for their assiged counselor and not need any type of training to use the system. I also like the tracking it provides where I can see each student I saw each day and how long I was with them, which gives great data.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

Since Qminder was not purposefully developed for a school to utilize as a sign in system, there has been difficulty if all counselors are not available, as at least one line must be active at all times. We also have challenges where students sign in for the wrong counselors and have confusion on what to select. That being said, that's not a system issue, but more how Qminder is being utilized.

I find that having different categories to choose from are helpful when offering customer support. Also the different sound effects it creates make it easier to organise the queue. It is also a frequently used system throughout the week and creates a better flow through the department.

I don' think there are any downsides to qminder.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I really like how it texts students when they have been called to our front counter and the ease in which we can update the message that gets sent to students. I also like that we are able to recall a student if they have not shown up to our counter and that student's who do not come can be marked as a no show.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

One thing that is a newer feature is there is a completed section on the service part, which I do not think is really needed, especially since it shows all departments that use qminder at CRC.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped in running data analysis if needed on a particualr day or week to see how many students we served. It helps us see the wait time for our students, and it helps us transfer a student to a different department ater we have served them instead of having the student log back in.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

queminder looks good. it is simple to understand after you pass the learning curve. wasnt hard to pick up either. always getting good updates. good customer service available when needed.when we forst began using queminder there was a couple features that where much desired. but since then they have actually added them and made this an amazing product to use.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

I currently do not have any dislikes about qminder. its been working great

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps organize past visits to keep track of info or notes. it also fills a communication gap between team members or even between teams, for example  a sales rep needing to have to display material for a client.

**What do you like best about Qminder?**

I like how simple it is to figure out and use if you have basic program knowledge.  I was able to play around with it and find out ways to input things and reports I could pull without being fully trained.

The reports you pull give great data about use performance. It makes it easy to see where you stand both compared to others and individual previous performance.

This system helps us properly queue our customers to give them the best support.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

I haven't really found any downsides so far.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to see who is on the line and what order they are in. It also allows us to reach out to them and troubleshoot any issues before we even call the student from the queue, which can save time for when the student is eventually called.

It is an extremely user friendly platform. Very steamline without too much fluff that could be overwhelming such as other platforms.

the only hiccups I can as of now have been the 1-2 times there was a signficant delay from the time the customer signs in to the time it populates on the cpu screen. Other than that no issues.

On days that the shop get the busiest it gives us an advantage to see how many customers we have waiting and who has what customer. It also allows us to track what services customers are coming in for.

These visitors will automatically have the "from website" label added to the visitor's card in Service View. **What do you like best about Qminder?**

The customer support is incredible. We only need it for a month or so at a time for trade shows, and every year they have been a joy to work with getting things set up or answering questions or helping me with anything I've needed. Its a very stable product. We have never had it crash.  And our users have complemented its easy of use. Its a straightforward product.

**What do you dislike about Qminder?**

It is not the cheepest solution on the market, not by a long shot. And it has limited customizability, which in some cases its nice as it can limit scope creep. However, usually it means stackholder disapointment.

**What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often go to large tradeshows, and at those events, we get hundreds and hundreds of visitors with all sorts of different needs. Some are current customers, looking to get a new addon. Some are prospects who are looking to see our software for the first time. And others just want to say high to Sean in Consulting. Having a solution that allows us to handle and track all these different guests is piviotal, and Qminder has been our best solution.
