"Essential for Global Collaboration and Remote Support"
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

TeamViewer is a platform which works like anydesk. It help us in sharing screens and contents with our clients and employees working all over the world. This is the platform also enable us to get access to the devices along with screens of our newly hired teams that needs training and our clients that needs support during the service booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

The main challenge that I faced while working on TeamViewer is that the software starts lagging when there is weak internet connection so if you want to work on it regularly then always try to access it from a strong internet availability area and go for its premium plan because free plan is has very limited features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found it remarkable and stable for remote connectivity and seamless support while on the move. Simplified installation, setup and use. Very trustable by the fortune 500 giving me confidence with it's end to end encryption and 2 factor authentication to keep my data and information secure. Reliability with remote access to support computer users remotely to sort their problems. Superb with unattended access. "Reliable Remote Access with Strong Security"
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I like TeamViewer for its ease of use, reliable connection quality, and strong security. The ability to quickly connect to remote devices, share screens, transfer files, and provide real-time support across different operating systems makes it a highly dependable and efficient tool. I also appreciate the initial setup which was simple and straightforward, with a quick installation process. The interface was easy to understand, and the step-by-step guidance made it easy to configure access and security settings and start remote sessions without any major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

The pricing can feel high for advanced or commercial use, and occasional connection drops or performance issues may occur on slower networks. Improving stability in low-bandwidth conditions and offering more flexible pricing options would enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support can sometimes be slow, particularly when I have urgent questions about licensing or connectivity. Additionally, integration with some enterprise tools seems limited, which occasionally forces me to find workarounds. Nevertheless, the straightforward implementation process and consistent reliability continue to make this a valuable tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Remote Access with Ease, But Comes at a Cost"
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I use TeamViewer mainly for remote access and troubleshooting. It helps me quickly connect to another system, fix issues, share files, and provide support without needing to be physically present. What I like most is how reliable and easy it is to use. The connection is usually stable, setup is quick, and even non-technical users can connect. Unattended access and file transfer are the most valuable for me. Unattended access lets me work without coordinating with someone, and file transfer saves time by keeping everything within the same session. The initial setup was very easy. Installation was quick, and I was able to start using it almost immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

Pricing feels high for individual users. The app also feels a bit heavy at times, especially on older systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Easy-to-Use Remote Support Tool"
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

TeamViewer makes remote access and support extremely simple and secure. The connection is reliable, fast, and works across different devices without much configuration. It saves us time and effort by allowing us to troubleshoot or access systems from anywhere. The interface is very user-friendly, and the ability to share screens or transfer files smoothly adds great convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

Sometimes the connection speed depends heavily on internet stability, which can slow down the session. The licensing plans could also be more flexible for smaller teams. A more detailed session reporting option would be useful for tracking remote activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Valeria Di Prisco of TeamViewer

Hello Sahil,

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience with us.

When experiencing slow connections, we recommend first ensuring that both devices are running the latest version of TeamViewer, which can be downloaded from our official website.

If the software is up to date, restarting both devices and, if possible, rebooting the WiFi router may help resolve the issue.

Finally, be sure that your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we will make sure it reaches the right team.

Best regards,

Valeria/TeamViewer

"TeamViewer improves daily support work"
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

The most favorite aspect about TeamViewer is the level of reliability whenever one of the team members requires immediate assistance. I spend much time in it during the week and it never adds an extra step to the overall operation. The ability to jump into the screen of a person spares us the problem of taking time to explain. It actually assists me to cross over minor technological snags and makes the day run smoothly without having to wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

TeamViewer is of great assistance, although certain flaws inevitably come in. I have encountered freezing of sessions and have had to restart all over again and this makes quick fixes to take more time. There is also a lot of action on the interface so I at times find myself clicking more than I intend to. Those delays are cumulative, particularly in cases where several individuals require assistance simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AN
"Very good and stable remote connection"
What do you like best about TeamViewer?

What I appreciate most about TeamViewer is its consistently stable and reliable remote connection. It allows me to support clients efficiently, whether I am resolving acute PC issues or carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks. The interface is intuitive, the performance is smooth even over longer sessions, and the security features inspire confidence when working on sensitive systems. Overall, it enables a highly professional and seamless remote‑support experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

The only notable downside in my daily work is the challenge of managing a large list of clients. When several hundred customers are stored in the address book, it becomes difficult to immediately identify which ones are currently online. It would be extremely helpful if online clients were automatically prioritised or displayed at the top of the list. This small improvement would significantly streamline workflows for technicians who manage many endpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
