**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

When the maximum number of personal devices that are registered and managed with one's own professional licence, it is not possible to connect (just once) to another machine as a free user (one machine should be termporarily removed). It happened to me only very few times (2 or 3), when I was trying to provide help some friends (to whom I suggeste to use TeamViewer) with their TeamViewer setup (e.g. they asked to me to try to connect to their machine to check their connection and settings).

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 9. Fast, Efficient Remote Support Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Öner C. | System, Network And Cybersecurity Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I use TeamViewer so that helpdesk staff can provide fast support to users in a large, corporate, and complex organizational structure. By providing fast support through remote access, it saved time and reduced costs. The feature I like most in TeamViewer is its integration with Microsoft Intune and the ability to create remote access policies and assign these policies to computers, allowing me to provide secure access. The installation was quite easy. Since we use the Intune integration, I deploy the application through Intune and it is automatically installed on the computers. I give it a score of 9 and would definitely recommend it.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Sometimes the services can go down, and computers may not appear in my portal through the Intune integration.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer to provide fast support remotely, saving time and reducing costs in a large corporate structure.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

The combination of fast remote access, reduced support costs, and seamless integration with Microsoft Intune is exactly what many enterprise teams rely on, and it’s encouraging to know that the automated deployment and secure access policies are working smoothly for you.

Your note about occasional service interruptions and devices not appearing through the Intune integration is valuable feedback. Insights like this help highlight where reliability and visibility can continue to improve.

We’re glad TeamViewer is helping your team deliver quick, efficient support across your organization.

Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Setup is quick, the interface is straightforward, and connections are usually stable even on average networks

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Occasional connection drops or lag can still happen on weaker networks. The pricing can feel high, especially for individual users or small teams

  ### 11. Quick help from anywhere

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mina G. | Remote access technician, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

The feature that I find interesting is the reliability of TeamViewer in fast remote sessions. The great set of features is quite noticeable since I use it rather frequently. I also enjoy that it is so simple to pop into a device and transfer files when one is stranded. We attached it to our flow of support in order to have all the sessions registered. It was a timely implementation but it worked out quickly.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

What annoys me is the way some of the features of TeamViewer are slower in handling multiple sessions. I take it on a daily basis, and hence that wait accumulates. Part of its older functionality could be updated, and customer support is not as fast as we need it to be when we need direct support. These weaknesses cause minor inconveniences, which are time consuming to my support side.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The delays experienced when walking people through fixes via chat were rectified by TeamViewer. The fact that I use it so much makes work easier by being able to access their screen directly. The features contribute to my ability to complete tasks quicker, and the fact that it was easy to connect it to our ticket system made it easy to track. It has relieved our support team of a lot of work and accelerated routine work.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Mina,

Thank you for sharing your experience!

It’s great to hear how TeamViewer has become such a reliable part of your workflow, helping reduce delays, simplify remote access, and accelerate routine tasks for your team. That kind of impact really shows the benefits of having a robust remote connectivity solution in place!

The fact that it can be integrated with your ticketing system and keep everything tracked is a huge win for efficiency. Definitely one of TeamViewer’s strong points in support processes.

Likewise, we understand that slower performance with multiple sessions and delays in customer support can be inconvenient. Your feedback is very important and helps us make meaningful improvements.

Thanks again for your valuable input—we’re committed to making TeamViewer even better for you!

All the best,

Valeria/TeamViewer

  ### 13. Instant Remote Connection That’s Simple and Stress-Free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Instead of complicated setup, you just share an ID and password and you’re instantly connected. That simplicity is a big deal, especially when helping someone remotely who isn’t very tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Drawback is pricing. The paid plans are quite expensive compared to alternatives, especially for small businesses or individual users who don’t need all the advanced features.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer mainly solves the problem of distance in using and managing devices—and that translates into very practical benefits.
1. Accessing devices from anywhere
It lets you control your computer (or someone else’s) remotely.
👉 Benefit: You don’t have to be physically present. For example, you can access your office PC from home or while traveling, saving time and effort.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It’s great to hear that TeamViewer’s straightforward setup and instant remote connection make it easy to help others, regardless of technical background.
We understand your concerns around pricing compared to alternatives, particularly for smaller teams or individual users who may not need advanced features. Your feedback is valuable and helps inform how we continue evolving our offerings to support different needs.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Remote connectivity integrated with AI was the most useful feature in my work

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Old user interface was a bit challenging, however the new UI is best

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hisayoshi G. | Head of Aisa customer value organization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

We work remotely, and our IT team is located overseas. So whenever I have any issues or challenges with PC/software settings, they support me remotely in a very timely manner, which helps my daily work run very smoothly.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I don’t have much to say overall, but sometimes I can’t connect because of network issues. That said, I don’t think this is caused by Teamviewer.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned before, since I work fully remote, I have multiple things that need to be handled and I don’t have time for extra steps. TeamViewer provides very high value for me by allowing IT people to remotely control my PC, quickly investigate issues, and resolve them.

I like TeamViewer for its ease of use and vast back end capabilities. It effectively connects users to us globally and provides the UNC bypass, which is a significant advantage for us.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Auto updating doesn't seem to work, although it's been a while since we have tried. The initial setup is a bit complicated, which I expected with the way we use and deploy it.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer connects users globally and provides UNC bypass. I like its ease of use and vast back end capabilities.

**Reviewed by:** imad M. | Technical Presales Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Honestly, I love it. I can just download a small package and next thing I know I can access a machine in germany

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The fact that the premium version is somewhat expensive, if I like to use it personally I can not use it much

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really like the ease of use of TeamViewer. The transparent interface makes it easy to use. Additionally, the initial installation was very simple and everything is easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

It would be sufficient if one only had to exchange a numerical code with each other. The additional password is sometimes difficult for the user to convey over the phone.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer is the best option when no remote connection is possible. The handling is easy and the interface is transparent. The initial installation was very simple and easy to understand.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

Thank you for your thoughtful review!
We're glad to hear that TeamViewer's ease of use, transparent interface, and simple installation process have made remote support convenient for you. It's especially rewarding to know TeamViewer is your go-to solution when other remote connection options aren't available.

I like TeamViewer's fast performance and familiar user interface. I think the management features for various devices work particularly well. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The display of Korean for the function is unnatural. Some Korean translations are awkward, like Google Translate.

  ### 25. Powerful Remote Support Tool, Lightweight and Efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I like that TeamViewer is a lightweight application. It's reasonably priced and provides all the features we need in an easy-to-use tool. It's great that it offers everything at the right price.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I think the only thing that maybe sometimes could be a challenge is if users need support and they don't have the agent preinstalled. That's a manual process that we have to go through.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer supports our national workforce from anywhere globally, offering deep troubleshooting, file transfer, and quick user recovery.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Adam,

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for highlighting what you value most about TeamViewer.

We’re glad to hear that the lightweight design, pricing, and feature set support your needs effectively, especially in enabling your workforce across locations.

Regarding your comment about supporting users without a preinstalled TeamViewer app, and how it can sometimes feel like an extra step.
We have a solution for these situations. You can use a session link to start a screen‑sharing session directly from the TeamViewer web interface. The end user clicks the link, and screen sharing starts in their browser, with no prior installation required. This can be especially helpful for quick, ad‑hoc support scenarios.

For details on this feature, please visit the following link: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/remote-control/provide-attended-remote-support/?id=109725-create-and-join-a-remote-session-attended-access

  ### 26. Brief review of the Team Viewer Software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hassan A. | Relationship Manager Corporate Banking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

It is one of the leading remote access support software provides a variety of features. It is easy to install and set up. It has a user-friendly interface. One of the great features of the software is that it has the ability for cross-platform connectivity. With TeamViewer, you can connect from PC to MAC or from mobile to mobile. It provides great security features like end-to-end encryption, 2FA, and brute force protection.

It makes it easy to transfer files between the devices. It also provides a built-in chat feature, which is also very good for communicating between the remote systems.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The cost of the licensed version is on the higher side. It also faces some performance issues while using it with slower internet connections. One other disadvantage is of its high usage of CPU and RAM, which eventually slows down the system.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to conenct with the remote servers/ system where I can log in and do my work remotely.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Hassan,

Thank you so much for your positive review.

We´re happy to read how you enjoy the variety of features, including our security features such as end-to-end encryption, 2FA, and brute force protection.

However, when experiencing slow connections, we recommend first ensuring that both devices are running the latest version of TeamViewer, which can be downloaded from our official website.

If the software is up to date, restarting both devices and, if possible, rebooting the WiFi router may help resolve the issue.

  ### 32. An excellent solution for remote management of endpoints on any connection anywhere in the world.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Ease of access and stability of connection. It also allows two audio communication over the connection session. TeamViewer has some excellent customisable deployment methods in MSI format, we can be deployed en masse to your fleet, linking them to your corporate account for ease of management.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Has a few quirks, especially as it related to assigning unattended access, but this does work providing you are logged onto the target computer as a local administrator.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support and management of devices. If you are needing to support a user on their computer, TeamViewer will give you a fast and reliable method to shadow their session and support them with configuration and other endpoint issues. It doesn't work for sessions, where the end user is using Microsoft Remote Desktop protocol, for TeamViewer to work, they need to be locally connected to the device. Also doesn't work for Apple mobile devices from what I understand.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Matt,

  ### 34. Accessing my main workstation remotely changed how I work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerome W. | Solution Architect, Civic & Social Organization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I really like TeamViewer as it enables me to use the power of my studio workstation when I am not present in the office. It implies that I can directly edit gigantic design files on my primary computer on a light laptop in a program such as After Effects. The simple ability to move certain project resources in and out of my desktop and the computer of a client also avoids the versioning headaches that are unnecessary. It is also incredibly directive to show a new freelance editor his/her specific software setup.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Locating some of the remote session controls, such as scaling options, is at times a treasure hunt in the interface. I also had some stable connections that went dead in the middle and this is frustrating when having a design review, which is focused. An issue that has been a persistent microaggression has been getting the exact pressure settings of my tablet to work with the remote connection.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using TeamViewer, to transmit large and complex design project files to distant clients, it was common to upload giant archives with cloud services and this was always slow and versioning a nightmare. It also occurred to me that I would need to thoroughly synchronize certain fonts and software versions to my laptop in case of working at home. My work space anywhere now is pretty much my studio computer on steroids. This will imply that clients can physically track my lead on their screen, or I can directly enter the special project folder arrangement of the client. It has streamlined our group work procedure to a lot more fluid and less technical meltdown.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Jerome,

Thank you so much for sharing your detailed experience with us.

However, we are sorry to hear that you had difficulty finding features in our new interface.

Therefore, we would like to invite you to click on the following link where you will find a guide for the new UI in order to make your journey in TeamViewer easier https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/

Likewise, when experiencing connection issues, we recommend first ensuring that both devices are running the latest version of TeamViewer, which can be downloaded from our official website.

Also, restarting both devices and, if possible, rebooting the WiFi router may help resolve the issue.

All the best!

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

It is a recognized tool for remote control of equipment, stable and robust.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Perhaps the price. Sponsorships for major Premier League clubs are expensive, and a few years ago the price increase in Temaviewer licenses was very high... If it weren't for this, we would still be using it.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company is dedicated to IT Support, so without an easy-to-use and robust remote connection tool, we couldn't work.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello Francisco,
Thank you for your honest and thoughtful review on G2. It’s great to know that TeamViewer’s stability and robustness have made it an essential tool for your IT support work. Reliable remote access is critical, and we’re glad we can support that.
We also understand your concerns around licensing costs. Pricing is an important and sensitive topic, and feedback like yours is valuable in helping us assess how our offerings align with customer expectations. We truly appreciate you highlighting both the strengths and the challenges from your perspective.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
