## TeamViewer Reviews
  ### 1. Effortlessly Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit J. | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Cross platform compatibility, enterprise grade security and ease of use

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The platform occasionally flags personal users for “suspected commercial use.” While that can be inconvenient, it also shows how aggressively TeamViewer protects its intellectual property and monitors network traffic to maintain overall data integrity.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer lets you take full control of a remote desktop or mobile screen from anywhere in the world.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Ankit,
Thank you for sharing your experience with TeamViewer. We are glad to hear that the combination of cross-platform access, enterprise-grade security, and ease of use is delivering real value for your remote work and device management needs.
We understand the frustration on interrupt sessions. You can find more information and request a review here: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/special/reset-management/
It is great to see TeamViewer enabling you to securely control remote desktops and mobile devices from anywhere.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 2. Effortless Remote Support with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I love TeamViewer's UI, it's very clear and clean, making it aesthetically pleasing and easy to understand. It's also incredibly easy to set up, not a problem at all.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I think the one thing that it can increase is its simplicity and making it friendly for people who are not technically aware, tech savvy, or you know, those kind of people. They also should need to be able to use it.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer to resolve technical issues by enabling remote access. It’s especially helpful whenever I’m blocked by a technical step, because it allows my technician to connect and fix the problem remotely. I also use it sometimes to help friends when they get stuck and need assistance. On top of that, I use it for file sharing and quick access to shared information.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi TeamViewer user,
Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re glad you find TeamViewer easy to set up with a clean and intuitive interface. That’s exactly what we aim for.
It’s great to hear it’s helping you troubleshoot issues remotely and support others when they need it.
We also appreciate your suggestion about making the experience even simpler for less technical users. That’s valuable feedback and something we’re continuously working on.

I like the fact that it is free to use for personal use, and the business contact listing is also very cool

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

the web version can be very slow. Better to download it

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I live far away from my customers, Teamviewer allows me to work on the systems even if I am on the other side of the world

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hi Dencel,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We’re glad to hear that you enjoy using TeamViewer for personal use and that you find the business contact listing helpful. It’s great to know that TeamViewer lets you support customers no matter where you’re located.

  ### 4. Excellent for Quick Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan B. | Email Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer is still great to help troubleshoot issues quickly. Our IT team can hop on and connect super quick once we call in and establish that connection is needed.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Sometimes connecting to others can still be complicated. The codes can be annoying to connect to other computers, but still very nice to work efficiently.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me connect with other computers and teammembers to help resolve any issue in real time. I would be lost without this software.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello Evan,
Thank you for your kind words! We’re glad to hear that TeamViewer helps your IT team jump in quickly and resolve issues in real time. That’s exactly what we aim for 😊

  ### 5. Easy Remote Login and Helping Family from Anywhere

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin Z. | Digital Advertising Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

It allows me to easily login to my computer on the go or help family fix computer issues when I am away.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I have not found any feature I do not like.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I need to fix a computer for someone it is sometimes easier to do it myself than to try and explain how to do it.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hi Austin,

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.

It is great to hear that TeamViewer helps you easily access your computer while on the go and support family members when you are away. Being able to step in directly rather than explain every step can make a real difference and save time.

We appreciate your positive feedback and are glad TeamViewer supports you in staying connected and helpful wherever you are.

Best,

  ### 6. Mature and reliable: Teamviewer Tensor impresses in function and administration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

The product Teamviewer Tensor is mature and works wonderfully. The administration and the conditional access rule are also well presented and comprehensibly implemented.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I think the client capability should be further expanded. Additionally, there should be the option to exclude certain users/devices in conditional access rules.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables the provision of a secure tool for remote support, the management of devices and users, and the audit-compliant tracking of everything.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello TeamViewer user,

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

It is great to hear that TeamViewer Tensor is working well for you and that you value the administration capabilities and Conditional Access rules. Providing a secure and well-structured solution for remote support, device management, and auditability is exactly what we aim to deliver.

We also appreciate your suggestions regarding expanded client capabilities and more granular options within Conditional Access rules, such as excluding specific users or devices.

  ### 7. Great for remote access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike S. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Working from home is an amazing option to have. With teamviewer you can access work computer(s) and do whatever is needed.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I find the software to be slow at times, if the internet connection is in perfect. It should be optimized for slower connection speeds better.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not certain what they are fixing or changing as I dont read the updates. It would be nice to get UI options that you can change for better access.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello Mike,
Thanks so much for your feedback! It’s great to hear that TeamViewer is helping you access your work devices remotely and support your work-from-home setup.
We also appreciate your thoughts on performance with slower connections and UI options—this kind of feedback is really helpful as we keep improving the experience for everyone.

  ### 8. Strong Teamviewer support, fair prices, and the feeling of being able to contribute

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

The support from the staff at Teamviewer, especially with difficult issues, is a big plus for me. Additionally, I feel like I can contribute to the further development of the product. I also find the pricing overall good.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The new user interface still does not cover all the functions of the old app. In some cases, there are still performance issues in the new interface. Additionally, the permissions module should become significantly more granular. The integrations, for example with Intune, also seem poorly thought out and do not provide any real added value in their current form.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here, I can't say much about it. Except that access with TeamViewer is easier and the whole thing can be securely controlled via conditional access rules.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with TeamViewer on G2.
We’re glad to hear that our support team has been a strong asset for you, especially when handling more complex topics, and that you feel your feedback contributes to the product’s ongoing development. It’s also great to know that our pricing meets your expectations.
At the same time, we appreciate your candid feedback on the new interface, performance, permission granularity, and current integrations such as Intune. These are important areas for us, and insights like yours help our teams better prioritise and refine future improvements.
Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for highlighting the value of secure, policy‑based access with TeamViewer.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

I find TeamViewer easy to use, which helps me get jobs done quickly. I use all the tools available in TeamViewer, and I find them very valuable in their own unique way. The initial setup was also very easy for me.

  ### 11. Dependable Remote Support, Priced on the High Side

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** System A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I use TeamViewer to troubleshoot user-side issues on corporate laptops. It's a very stable product. I have tested a number of competitors' products, and most had some strange logic or unexpected complications in use. TeamViewer just works! It allows us to help our employees located in different countries from a single place, where the support team is, quickly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The pricing policy could be a bit more affordable, especially when something else but remote control is required.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer to troubleshoot user-side issues on corporate laptops effectively, even with employees in different countries. It is a very stable product compared to others I tested, which had strange logic or complications.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi TeamViewer user,

We really appreciate you taking the time to highlight TeamViewer’s stability and ease of use, especially in a global support environment. Helping IT teams reliably support employees across different countries—without unexpected complications—is exactly what TeamViewer was built for. Reliability and “just working when it matters” remain core priorities for us.

Security is equally fundamental to our platform. Remote access to corporate devices requires a high level of trust, and we continuously invest in strong security standards and safeguards to ensure sessions remain protected while still being quick and seamless for support teams.

We also value your honest feedback around pricing. We understand that cost is an important consideration, particularly when using capabilities beyond remote control. Input like yours is shared directly with our product and business teams as we continue working to deliver solutions that balance flexibility, security, and long‑term value for organizations of all sizes.

Thanks again for trusting TeamViewer for your day‑to‑day IT support—we’re glad it helps you support your users efficiently and with confidence.

Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 12. Remote support tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav K. | Enterprise Licensing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Well, TeamViewer is one of the specialized IT tools. It helps us with complete control, including remote access and remote reboot. Almost every IT person uses this tool in day-to-day work.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer licensing should be fixed, because sometimes users use it for free and it ends up causing a lot of compliance issues.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping customers and end users is much easier with this. Sometimes we need to support users directly on their machine, and it’s very easy to access it and assist them right away.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Gaurav,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
It is great to hear that TeamViewer supports your daily IT work through fast remote access, full control, and remote reboots, helping you assist customers and end users directly on their devices.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Its security and stability. The possibility of leaving it running on a client without affecting its performance, so I can connect whenever it's convenient.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Its new interface is convoluted and with a lot of hidden information.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Repair, observation, training, and remote error correction. Reduction of travel and carbon footprint by not using vehicles as much.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

  ### 14. Effortless Remote Support with Minor Connectivity Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** rasmitha r. | Intune Administrator , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I appreciate how TeamViewer has been a helping hand in solving issues with mobile devices in our organization. The remote control feature allows us to resolve user issues very easily and without much effort, even when dealing with non-technical users who may not be familiar with certain steps or terminology. I genuinely thank the TeamViewer application for this. I also find the integration with Microsoft Intune to be smooth, describing it as going as smooth as butter, which was a pleasant surprise during the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Sometimes the connection has fluctuations, like it gets disconnected now and then, even though the network is stable. That's the only concern. If they can fix the interruption where the connection sometimes goes off automatically and comes back after some time, it would be a very helpful and great tool to work on.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer to remotely control a user's device, which helps resolve complex issues for non-technical users easily.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

  ### 20. Streamlines Remote Access with Ease, But Comes at a Cost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** tushar v. | Manager

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I use TeamViewer mainly for remote access and troubleshooting. It helps me quickly connect to another system, fix issues, share files, and provide support without needing to be physically present. What I like most is how reliable and easy it is to use. The connection is usually stable, setup is quick, and even non-technical users can connect. Unattended access and file transfer are the most valuable for me. Unattended access lets me work without coordinating with someone, and file transfer saves time by keeping everything within the same session. The initial setup was very easy. Installation was quick, and I was able to start using it almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Pricing feels high for individual users. The app also feels a bit heavy at times, especially on older systems.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer for remote access and troubleshooting. It saves me time and effort by allowing me to directly log in and resolve issues without being physically present or relying on calls.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Tushar,

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. It’s great to hear how much value TeamViewer brings to your workflow — from fast, reliable remote access to smooth file transfers and the convenience of unattended access. Those capabilities are designed to remove friction, save time, and make troubleshooting far more efficient, especially when you’re supporting users who may not be technical.

Your note about pricing and performance on older systems is appreciated. Feedback like this helps highlight where the experience can continue to improve.

Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 22. Reliable and Easy-to-Use Remote Support Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahil B. | Customer Support Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer makes remote access and support extremely simple and secure. The connection is reliable, fast, and works across different devices without much configuration. It saves us time and effort by allowing us to troubleshoot or access systems from anywhere. The interface is very user-friendly, and the ability to share screens or transfer files smoothly adds great convenience.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Sometimes the connection speed depends heavily on internet stability, which can slow down the session. The licensing plans could also be more flexible for smaller teams. A more detailed session reporting option would be useful for tracking remote activities.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer allows us to resolve customer issues quickly without needing to be physically present at the property or client’s location. It helps us connect remotely, check configurations, and provide step-by-step assistance in real time. This reduces response time, minimizes downtime for customers, and saves travel costs. The biggest benefit is efficiency — we can support multiple clients in different regions within minutes, which improves customer satisfaction and overall productivity.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Sahil,

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience with us.

When experiencing slow connections, we recommend first ensuring that both devices are running the latest version of TeamViewer, which can be downloaded from our official website.

If the software is up to date, restarting both devices and, if possible, rebooting the WiFi router may help resolve the issue.

Finally, be sure that your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we will make sure it reaches the right team.

Best regards,

Valeria/TeamViewer

  ### 23. TeamViewer improves daily support work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie C. | Technical Support Specialist, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

The most favorite aspect about TeamViewer is the level of reliability whenever one of the team members requires immediate assistance. I spend much time in it during the week and it never adds an extra step to the overall operation. The ability to jump into the screen of a person spares us the problem of taking time to explain. It actually assists me to cross over minor technological snags and makes the day run smoothly without having to wait.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer is of great assistance, although certain flaws inevitably come in. I have encountered freezing of sessions and have had to restart all over again and this makes quick fixes to take more time. There is also a lot of action on the interface so I at times find myself clicking more than I intend to. Those delays are cumulative, particularly in cases where several individuals require assistance simultaneously.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer actually salvaged the sloppiness of getting people through problems one message or phone call at a time. I am able to realize that everything is faster because I use it so frequently. I have the ability to just jump into the screen of anyone and sort things out without taking the process too far. It keeps the team on track and spares them all the unwarranted delays.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Stephanie,

Thanks so much for sharing your experience in such detail!

It’s great to hear how TeamViewer’s reliability helps your team get instant support without unnecessary steps. The ability to jump directly into someone’s screen truly streamlines collaboration and keeps work moving smoothly. Despite some interruptions, it’s clear that TeamViewer helps reduce delays, speed up fixes, and keep everyone on track. Glad it’s making your day-to-day support so much easier!

Regarding your comment about the new interface and the many clicks required, we really appreciate your input. This helps us improve according to our users' needs. Be sure this feedback will reach the right team.

Have a nice day!

  ### 27. Very good and stable remote connection

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

What I appreciate most about TeamViewer is its consistently stable and reliable remote connection. It allows me to support clients efficiently, whether I am resolving acute PC issues or carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks. The interface is intuitive, the performance is smooth even over longer sessions, and the security features inspire confidence when working on sensitive systems. Overall, it enables a highly professional and seamless remote‑support experience.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The only notable downside in my daily work is the challenge of managing a large list of clients. When several hundred customers are stored in the address book, it becomes difficult to immediately identify which ones are currently online. It would be extremely helpful if online clients were automatically prioritised or displayed at the top of the list. This small improvement would significantly streamline workflows for technicians who manage many endpoints.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer enables me to deliver fast, secure, and highly efficient remote support without the need for on‑site visits. This reduces travel time, lowers operational costs, and allows me to assist far more clients within the same timeframe. It also ensures that urgent issues can be addressed immediately, which is essential for keeping my customers’ systems running smoothly. By providing a stable platform for diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting, TeamViewer significantly enhances the overall responsiveness and quality of my IT services.
One additional improvement that would greatly benefit my workflow would be the ability for clients to request a preferred remote‑support time slot directly within TeamViewer—without needing to coordinate an appointment manually. Ideally, this could be achieved through a built‑in scheduling option or at least through integration with my existing online booking platform (pcmeister.setmore.ch). Such a feature would streamline planning for both sides and further increase efficiency

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello TeamViewer user,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed experience with us.

It’s great to hear how TeamViewer’s stable and reliable connections are helping you deliver smooth and professional support for your clients, whether it's troubleshooting critical issues or handling scheduled maintenance.

  ### 41. Reliable Remote Access with Minor Connectivity Flaws

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashis D. | Senior engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I use TeamViewer to access other computers remotely for support work. I like that it connects quickly and lets me control another computer smoothly, which saves time. I also like that file transfer is easy, and screen sharing helps explain things clearly.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Sometimes the connection becomes slow when the internet is weak, and the session may lag or disconnect. TeamViewer could be better if it handled low-speed internet more smoothly and kept the session stable, even when the connection is weak.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer to access other computers remotely for support work, solving issues from anywhere without being physically present.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Ashis,

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear that TeamViewer’s fast connections, smooth remote control, and easy file transfer are helping you work more efficiently and explain solutions clearly through screen sharing. Those strengths are exactly what the platform is designed to deliver for support workflows.

Your point about performance on weak internet connections is appreciated. Network stability can significantly impact remote sessions, and feedback like yours helps highlight areas where the experience can continue to improve.

We’re glad TeamViewer is enabling you to resolve issues from anywhere and support others without needing to be on‑site.

Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 42. Very useful program with appropriate technical support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Capability to connect to any machine in the world, easeness of use

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

When the maximum number of personal devices that are registered and managed with one's own professional licence, it is not possible to connect (just once) to another machine as a free user (one machine should be termporarily removed). It happened to me only very few times (2 or 3), when I was trying to provide help some friends (to whom I suggeste to use TeamViewer) with their TeamViewer setup (e.g. they asked to me to try to connect to their machine to check their connection and settings).

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The access to and the use of different machines for work and research in different places.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello TeamViewer user,

Thank you for sharing your experience.

We’re glad to hear that TeamViewer’s ease of use and ability to connect to machines anywhere support your work and research effectively.

  ### 43. Fast, Efficient Remote Support Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Öner C. | System, Network And Cybersecurity Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I use TeamViewer so that helpdesk staff can provide fast support to users in a large, corporate, and complex organizational structure. By providing fast support through remote access, it saved time and reduced costs. The feature I like most in TeamViewer is its integration with Microsoft Intune and the ability to create remote access policies and assign these policies to computers, allowing me to provide secure access. The installation was quite easy. Since we use the Intune integration, I deploy the application through Intune and it is automatically installed on the computers. I give it a score of 9 and would definitely recommend it.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Sometimes the services can go down, and computers may not appear in my portal through the Intune integration.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer to provide fast support remotely, saving time and reducing costs in a large corporate structure.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Oner,

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear how well TeamViewer supports your helpdesk operations, especially in a large and complex corporate environment. The combination of fast remote access, reduced support costs, and seamless integration with Microsoft Intune is exactly what many enterprise teams rely on, and it’s encouraging to know that the automated deployment and secure access policies are working smoothly for you.

Your note about occasional service interruptions and devices not appearing through the Intune integration is valuable feedback. Insights like this help highlight where reliability and visibility can continue to improve.

We’re glad TeamViewer is helping your team deliver quick, efficient support across your organization.

Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Setup is quick, the interface is straightforward, and connections are usually stable even on average networks

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Occasional connection drops or lag can still happen on weaker networks. The pricing can feel high, especially for individual users or small teams

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer solves the problem of accessing and controlling remote systems without needing to be physically present or set up complex network configurations. It allows me to quickly connect to devices, troubleshoot issues, transfer files, and provide support in real time

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

  ### 45. Quick help from anywhere

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mina G. | Remote access technician, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

The feature that I find interesting is the reliability of TeamViewer in fast remote sessions. The great set of features is quite noticeable since I use it rather frequently. I also enjoy that it is so simple to pop into a device and transfer files when one is stranded. We attached it to our flow of support in order to have all the sessions registered. It was a timely implementation but it worked out quickly.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

What annoys me is the way some of the features of TeamViewer are slower in handling multiple sessions. I take it on a daily basis, and hence that wait accumulates. Part of its older functionality could be updated, and customer support is not as fast as we need it to be when we need direct support. These weaknesses cause minor inconveniences, which are time consuming to my support side.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The delays experienced when walking people through fixes via chat were rectified by TeamViewer. The fact that I use it so much makes work easier by being able to access their screen directly. The features contribute to my ability to complete tasks quicker, and the fact that it was easy to connect it to our ticket system made it easy to track. It has relieved our support team of a lot of work and accelerated routine work.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Mina,

Thank you for sharing your experience!

It’s great to hear how TeamViewer has become such a reliable part of your workflow, helping reduce delays, simplify remote access, and accelerate routine tasks for your team. That kind of impact really shows the benefits of having a robust remote connectivity solution in place!

The fact that it can be integrated with your ticketing system and keep everything tracked is a huge win for efficiency. Definitely one of TeamViewer’s strong points in support processes.

Likewise, we understand that slower performance with multiple sessions and delays in customer support can be inconvenient. Your feedback is very important and helps us make meaningful improvements.

Thanks again for your valuable input—we’re committed to making TeamViewer even better for you!

All the best,

Valeria/TeamViewer

  ### 46. Seamless, Lag-Free Connection That Delivers as Advertised

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

The connection is seamless with no lag on either end

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I have no complaints. The software does an exceptional job as advertised

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to access on-premise machines from my own office, reducing time spent in transit

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Priya,

Thank you for your positive review.

We’re happy to hear that you’re experiencing seamless connections with no lag and a reliable performance.

  ### 47. Instant Remote Connection That’s Simple and Stress-Free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Instead of complicated setup, you just share an ID and password and you’re instantly connected. That simplicity is a big deal, especially when helping someone remotely who isn’t very tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Drawback is pricing. The paid plans are quite expensive compared to alternatives, especially for small businesses or individual users who don’t need all the advanced features.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer mainly solves the problem of distance in using and managing devices—and that translates into very practical benefits.
1. Accessing devices from anywhere
It lets you control your computer (or someone else’s) remotely.
👉 Benefit: You don’t have to be physically present. For example, you can access your office PC from home or while traveling, saving time and effort.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It’s great to hear that TeamViewer’s straightforward setup and instant remote connection make it easy to help others, regardless of technical background.
We understand your concerns around pricing compared to alternatives, particularly for smaller teams or individual users who may not need advanced features. Your feedback is valuable and helps inform how we continue evolving our offerings to support different needs.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilias T. | IT Helpdesk, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

GUI, easy to find the computers, easy to connect. Feels snappy.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

DOESN'T support wayland! This is very frustrating. Everything runs wayland nowadays, and x11 is nearly dropped by all distros.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me remote control and solve problems remotely. Priceless for helpdesk.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Ilias,

  ### 49. AI-Powered Remote Connectivity That Elevates Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Remote connectivity integrated with AI was the most useful feature in my work

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Old user interface was a bit challenging, however the new UI is best

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I like about TeamViewer is how it genuinely makes things easier when you need to access a device or fix an issue from somewhere else. Instead of having to be physically there, I can just connect in a few clicks and get things done. It’s especially useful when helping others with tech problems or working remotely.

It saves a lot of time and avoids unnecessary hassle, which makes day-to-day work smoother and less stressful. Overall, it’s a really practical tool that improves flexibility and productivity without being complicated.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. It’s great to know that combining remote connectivity with AI has helped simplify your work and improve flexibility and productivity—especially when supporting others or working from different locations.
We appreciate your comments on the user interface as well. We understand how important a smooth and intuitive UI is, and we’re happy to hear the new design better supports your workflow while we continue making improvements.

  ### 50. Timely Remote Support That Keeps Our Work Running Smoothly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hisayoshi G. | Head of Aisa customer value organization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

We work remotely, and our IT team is located overseas. So whenever I have any issues or challenges with PC/software settings, they support me remotely in a very timely manner, which helps my daily work run very smoothly.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I don’t have much to say overall, but sometimes I can’t connect because of network issues. That said, I don’t think this is caused by Teamviewer.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned before, since I work fully remote, I have multiple things that need to be handled and I don’t have time for extra steps. TeamViewer provides very high value for me by allowing IT people to remotely control my PC, quickly investigate issues, and resolve them.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Hisayoshi,
