## TeamViewer Reviews
  ### 1. Awesome remote connecting software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haritha C. | Digital Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I really like how easy TeamViewer has become to use for remote work. The connection setup is quick and the interface is simple to understand. I also find the file transfer and remote access features very useful when I need to access my work computer from home. The overall experience feels more convenient and reliable than many other remote access tools I have tried.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The remote control can sometimes feel a little slow or laggy when the internet connection is not very stable. It would be great if the connection could be optimized further for slower networks. I would also like to see a smoother experience when switching between screens or transferring larger files.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I am a digital marketer,  designer and developer I need to edit codes, design creatives,  videos etc in my job.  Before I knew about teamviewer it was very difficult to collaborate with my team members about the work which I have done.  After a Google research I found that teamviewer will help me to do the things properly in a way which I want and that was true.  It made remote control accessing of other devices very easily in simple clicks.  It helped me to save my time and effort.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello Haritha,
It is our pleasure to have you onboard with TeamViewer. Thank you for sharing the awesome experience with TeamViewer!
We are so amazed to know that TeamViewer is helping you in collaborating with your team and having remotely connection while working from home.
TeamViewer does require a stable internet quality for remote connections. Hope to see you there and you would find some suitable tips on TeamViewer!
Wish you a pleasant day!

  ### 2. Remote support my customers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fadi K. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2021

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Recently accessing teamviewer is used to have access to our demo system where I m connected to our demo platform to run demos at customer sites for our enterprise imaging solution

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Continuous work on improving security for the different cyber security threats increasing on a fast pace

**Recommendations to others considering TeamViewer:**

If you are searching for a portable tool that runs on any platform to provide remote connections services to your customers, I recommend trying Teamviewer.
It has all the features that you could use to perform your day-to-day activity.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Given the type of business Intermedic provides in Healthcare IT in radiology, we use TeamViewer when we need to connect remotely to our customers ( Hospitals ).
Part of the SLA agreement is to provide onsite and remote support. Most of the incidents we receive are resolved remotely without the need to relocate our Support engineers.
Incidents might happen during outside business hours, for that Teamviewer allow our engineers to provide the support needed for our customers remotely.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello Fadi,

We're delighted to hear that TeamViewer helps your team provide remote support and product demonstrations for customers in the healthcare industry. It's especially rewarding to know that the platform helps your engineers resolve incidents quickly, including outside regular business hours, while reducing the need for on-site visits.

  ### 3. Easy use of remote support at an affordable price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Héctor G. | consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

For me, there are three things I like about Teamviewer:
1. The ability to customize access with a company agent, which provides greater security for the remote client to trust the support being provided.
2. The ability to create a permanent host for unattended connection, which allows me greater efficiency when updating what I need on the remote client.
3. The ability to create an agent for assistance with the remote client's acceptance, which gives the client certainty that they are receiving good support from people they trust.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I don't like that with the updates the docking window disconnects, it prevents me from providing adequate support when it matters.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems it solves for me is that in a single window I have access to the different remote clients who might require my support and assistance. This allows me to help my clients solve their problems without the need to travel to their workplace, and since they are in different locations in different cities, it means that the cost of the solution results in a financial benefit for me by not needing to travel.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hi Hector

Thank you for your detailed and positive review.

We're delighted to hear that TeamViewer's customized modules, unattended access capabilities, and branded support experience are helping you provide trusted and efficient remote assistance to your clients.

It's especially rewarding to know that having all your remote clients in one place helps you deliver support across different locations while reducing travel time and costs.

We appreciate your feedback about the docking window disconnecting during updates. We understand how disruptive that can be when providing support, and your feedback helps us better understand the challenges users may encounter in their daily workflows.

Have a nice day,

Valeria/TeamViewer

  ### 4. Essential for remote support, but with an initial learning curve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno B. | Analista de Suporte Jr, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

What I like most is the stability and speed of the remote connection, even when the user is on a weaker network. I can quickly access the machines of the Grupo Capitale collaborators to resolve support tickets, without requiring the person to have much technical knowledge to authorize access. The file transfer and remote restart features also save a lot of time in the IT team's daily routine.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

At the beginning, the learning curve was a bit more difficult than I expected, mainly to understand all the available configuration options and permissions. Additionally, I feel that the interface does not make it very clear, immediately, which machine or user is being accessed at the moment — this can cause confusion when we have multiple sessions open at the same time.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer addresses the need for remote support for Grupo Capitale users, allowing me to access machines directly to diagnose and fix issues without having to physically travel to the workstation. As a result, the response time to service requests is significantly reduced and the IT team's productivity increases, as we can assist more people in less time.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello Brune,
Thank you for your review! We're glad TeamViewer helps you deliver fast, reliable support while improving your team's productivity. It's great to hear that features like file transfer and remote restart are saving time in your daily work. We also appreciate your feedback on the learning curve and session visibility, and we'll keep it in mind as we continue enhancing the experience.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 5. Easy to use and secure

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Magnesh P. | Installation specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Teamviewer is really easy to use. With just a few settings options, we can set a personal password and allow users to connect using that password. Whenever I try to use my Teamviewer account on a new system, it sends me an email to confirm that the device is actually being used by me. This is a good security feature.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

With the new update, searching for the computers I’ve added to my list isn’t as good as it used to be. It’s not about how it looks, but about how it returns search results compared to earlier versions. Because of that, I uninstalled the new version and reinstalled an older one (v15.64.5).

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer lets me remotely access client servers and POS terminals to troubleshoot problems—such as installer errors, network configuration issues, or database connectivity failures—without having to fly out or wait for an on-site technician. As a result, it has significantly reduced resolution time, especially for recurring issues.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Magnesh,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with TeamViewer!
We're delighted to hear that you find TeamViewer easy to use and that features such as device authorisation and account verification provide the level of security you expect. It's also great to know that TeamViewer helps you remotely support client servers and POS systems while reducing resolution times and avoiding unnecessary travel.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the search experience in the newer interface. Hearing how changes impact real-world workflows is incredibly valuable, and we'll make sure your comments are shared with the relevant teams for consideration.
Thank you again for your review and for trusting TeamViewer to support your customers and business operations.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 6. Remote Support Made Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh A. | Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

What I like most about TeamViewer is that it makes remote support feel easy. The interface is simple and clear, so you don’t need to spend a lot of time figuring out how to connect or help someone.

I also like that it works smoothly when you need quick support. In a technical environment like IKOS Group, small delays can slow down the work, so having a tool that lets people troubleshoot remotely and solve issues faster is really useful.

For me, the best part is that TeamViewer is practical. It helps teams stay connected, support clients or colleagues from anywhere, and reduce unnecessary downtime. I also like that it is growing beyond basic remote access with features around IT management and smarter digital support.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

What I dislike about TeamViewer is that it can sometimes feel slow when the internet connection is weak. Since remote support depends so much on speed and stability, even a small delay can make the session frustrating.

I also feel that while the basic features are easy to use, some of the more advanced options can take time to understand. For a new user, it may not always be clear where to find certain settings or how to use the enterprise features properly.

Another thing is the pricing. TeamViewer is very useful, but for smaller teams or people who only need it occasionally, the cost can feel a bit high.

Overall, I still think it is a strong tool, but it could be better with smoother performance on weaker connections, simpler advanced settings, and more flexible pricing options.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer solves the problem of distance by allowing people to give support remotely.

For me at IKOS Group, it helps teams understand issues faster, troubleshoot directly, and avoid delays. The biggest benefit is that it makes technical support and collaboration quicker, simpler, and more efficient

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Rishabh,
Thank you for your detailed feedback.
We're glad to hear that TeamViewer's ease of use, browser-based connectivity, and remote support features have made it easier for your IT team to assist employees and keep operations running smoothly. It's rewarding to know that TeamViewer played an important role in supporting your organization during remote work periods.
We also appreciate your comments about large file transfers and additional customization options. Feedback like this helps us continue refining the customer experience.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 7. Stable unattended access and great cost-effectiveness for remote support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose C. | Chief Technology Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

What really saves the operation is the stability of unattended access. When it comes to bypassing NAT in complex networks or getting through restrictive firewalls of B2B clients, the session smoothly connects directly to the remote host, without needing to set up a VPN tunnel for each endpoint manually. This drastically reduces our MTTR during troubleshooting of critical infrastructure and fulfills the function of remote access without hassle.

The interface has improved, but personally, I preferred the previous one. Overall, the cost-benefit of the platform is very good; so much so that we have maintained our subscription for over 12 years. The integration with Google Meet also helps us a lot.

We have not yet used the integrated AI tools, but this is already on our testing roadmap. The support and onboarding process were consistent and presented the main utilities of the tool at the time of hiring.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The new interface has become heavier and full of things. The previous version was lighter, faster, and simpler to use.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to remote endpoints behind NAT, this is a feature that has always worked very well and that's why we use and recommend the product.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Jose,
Thank you for your detailed review and for your longstanding trust in TeamViewer. We are pleased to hear that unattended access reliably helps you reach remote endpoints and supports fast troubleshooting without the need for additional setup. Knowing that TeamViewer has been part of your operations for many years is truly appreciated.
We also value your honest feedback about the new interface. User feedback plays an important role in helping us improve the experience, and we recommend using the latest version to take advantage of ongoing enhancements.
Thank you for choosing TeamViewer and for recommending our solution to others.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 8. Reliable Tool for Remote Support and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush J. | Graphic Designer Internship, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer makes remote support much easier in my daily work. I mainly use it for connecting to systems, troubleshooting issues, and helping users without needing to be physically present. Features like screen sharing, remote control, file transfer, and multi-monitor support are very useful. The interface is simple, the connection is generally stable, and it helps us resolve issues faster.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The biggest area for improvement is pricing, since it can feel expensive for smaller teams. Performance can also depend on internet stability, so slower connections may negatively affect the remote session experience. Overall, the current features work well, but adding more AI-based automation could make troubleshooting and support even more efficient going forward.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer helps us handle remote access and support issues more efficiently. I use it to connect to systems, understand user problems through screen sharing, troubleshoot issues, and provide quick assistance. It is also useful during new employee onboarding, where required software setup and system-related support can be provided remotely. This reduces waiting time and helps improve productivity.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Ayush,
Thank you for your thoughtful review. It's great to know that TeamViewer helps streamline your daily work through reliable remote access, stable connections, and useful features that support troubleshooting, collaboration, and employee onboarding.
We appreciate your comments about pricing and the potential for additional AI-driven automation. User feedback plays an important role in helping us understand where we can continue to enhance the experience.
Thank you for taking the time to share how TeamViewer contributes to faster support and improved productivity for your team.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 9. TeamViewer’s Global Culture and Expanding Digital Workplace Vision

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vrinda M. | Psychologist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

What I like most about TeamViewer is that it solves real problems for people all over the world. I also find it interesting that the company is expanding beyond remote connectivity into areas like digital workplace solutions and AI, which makes it an exciting place to learn and grow. I enjoy working in international, fast-paced environments, so TeamViewer's global culture is something that really appeals to me.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

One challenge I see is that TeamViewer is often primarily associated with remote access software, even though the company has expanded into many other solutions. I think continuing to build awareness of its broader portfolio is both a challenge and an exciting opportunity.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer helps people and businesses stay connected, collaborate remotely, and solve technical issues without being in the same location. I think that's especially valuable in today's global work environment. As someone who has worked with international teams, I appreciate tools that make collaboration more efficient and remove barriers caused by distance.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Vrinda,
Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear that TeamViewer’s global culture, innovation, and focus on solving real-world challenges resonate with you.
We also appreciate your feedback about broader portfolio awareness. While remote connectivity remains an important part of our identity, TeamViewer continues to expand into digital workplace solutions, AI, and other technologies that support modern ways of working.
We truly appreciate your balanced perspective and thank you for sharing it with us.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 10. Quick, Easy Remote Access with an Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aryan J. | Managerial Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

What I like best about TeamViewer is how quick and easy it is to connect to remote devices. The setup process is simple, the interface is intuitive, and the connection is usually stable. Features like file transfer, remote troubleshooting, and cross-platform support make it convenient for providing technical support or accessing a computer while away from it.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

One thing I dislike is that the licensing can be expensive, especially for individual users or small businesses. I’ve also found that occasional connection interruptions or licensing prompts can disrupt a remote session. While the software is feature-rich, it can feel overwhelming if you only need basic remote access.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer helps me access remote computers without needing to be physically present, making it much easier to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and transfer files when needed.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Aryan,
Thanks for your thoughtful review. It’s great to hear that TeamViewer helps you connect quickly, provide support, and access devices easily when you’re away. We also appreciate your honest feedback about pricing, occasional interruptions, and the experience for users who only need basic remote access. We’ll keep this in mind as we continue improving the product experience.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 11. Easy-to-Use Remote Access Solution with Reliable Performance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin . | Senior Research Scientist-I, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I like how easy it is to connect to remote devices from anywhere. The connection is usually stable, file transfer is simple, and the interface feels more organized than before. It has made remote support and collaboration much more convenient.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer works well most of the time, but occasional connection drops or slight lag can happen on slower internet connections. The licensing is also a bit expensive for small businesses. Improving connection stability and making pricing more flexible would make it even better.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this software If I need help resolving technical issues on my laptop or If I want to share my screen with others for discussion or presentation. If I want to join or conduct virtual meetings, then I use this software.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

  ### 12. Best platform for Enabling Remote connectivity.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul D. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2021

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I like the fact that we can also screen share with web browser, there is no need to download and install the app. This is very helpful, when you have new joiners on the team, we can access their screens during IT induction and help them set up their laptops

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Layout has improved, many customisation options available now. I think it still needs improvement on sharing heavy files, often heavy files does not load or stop transferring in the middle of sessions

**Recommendations to others considering TeamViewer:**

Need some options for customization and layout change

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helped me a lot during the coronavirus pandemic since all the employees were working remotely. Team viewer was widely used by our tech and IT team to solve any technical glitches or update the system/software of the employees. Thus facilitating the smooth functioning of all the workstation/computers.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello Rahul,
Thank you for sharing your experience with TeamViewer. We're delighted to hear that browser-based screen sharing has been valuable for your IT onboarding process and that it helped your team stay connected and productive while working remotely.
It's especially rewarding to know that TeamViewer supported your IT team during the pandemic, helping employees quickly resolve technical issues and keep their devices running smoothly.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding large file transfers and customization options. Insights like yours help us continue improving the user experience and enhancing our solutions.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 13. Team Viewer Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divyesh C. | Manager of Application Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

It basically allows the seamless access to the system to which the authorization is provided. This application is used mostly with the clients to look at their system and its issues and resolve it on priority by taking their system access. It reduces the time to resolve the issues and meet the TAT. The application is accessible from any place makes it easier to respond to the clients request and improve the customer experience.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

At present nothing such for improvement. Its already on the better path allowing users to have seamless access to the system.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the problem of resolving issues by sitting in one place. Sharing screen and control allows looking at the issue details at a faster rate.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Divyesh,
Thanks for choosing TeamViewer and liking TeamViewer!
TeamViewer always puts Security and Privacy as the top priorities to ensure a satisfactory experience for all TeamViewer users. We are also happy to hear that TeamViewer is a user-friendly remote access solution and screen-sharing tool!

Hope you enjoy using TeamViewer as always!
Best,

  ### 14. Wonderful product, very flexible, use over many platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny B. | President, Chief Pilot, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2020

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Capabilities have stayed the same, at least the functions I use.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Device management seems to be harder to organize, but you can still get there.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamViewer:**

I respect that TeamViewer is careful about not allowing free users to use their products commercially. Be aware that TV has gotten almost too tough on closing down non-commercial users. Many (MANY) years ago, I had some commercial uses of the application through my employer, but in the last over a decade, I've used TV to support my friends and family. However I suspect because of either the places I've used it from (waiting at a doctor's office was one situation that TV "caught" me) or the number of devices from my family that are connected to my account, TV has at least 3 times made me fill out paperwork to again certify that I'm not a commercial user. This is frustrating and gets in the way of helping a family member probably when they need it most. Again, I respect TV for their need to control this. My warning to potential users: if you're going to use it commercially, respect their license and their business model and accept the cost. It's worth it! And it really will be a pain if you try to use the product commercially but claim you're not.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes a special skill set to be able to help users on computers, tablets, and phones and visualize what they're seeing and instructing them in each step. TeamViewer allows you to provide the support and see what they're seeing. It saves time and solves problems that might not be fixable any other way.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello Danny,
Thank you for trusting TeamViewer and naming TeamViewer as the best remote access solution! We are thrilled that you have enjoyed using TeamViewer's performance, cross-platform flexibility, and reliability.
We appreciate your honest feedback on personal uses and commercial uses with TeamViewer! You may find more information on how personal and commercial users are defined here - https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-exactly-is-quot-private-use-quot-defined/ta-p/4712.

  ### 15. TeamViewer: One Click Away from Easy Remote Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ebini M. | IT Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Its best features are its ease of use, reliability, and secure remote access across diverse operating systems. Based on what power users and IT professionals tend to praise most, here’s a breakdown of the specific TeamViewer capabilities I like best—and the “unexpected” benefits that can drastically improve workflow but often go unnoticed.

TeamViewer’s standout strength, for me, is the mix of cross-platform compatibility and simplicity. It lets you control computers, tablets, or phones from almost anywhere, without having to deal with complicated router or firewall configurations.

1. Drag-and-Drop File Transfer: This is often the single biggest time-saver in day-to-day work. Instead of clicking the “File Transfer” button (which opens a separate dual-pane window), you can drag a file from your local desktop and drop it directly into the remote screen window. That small difference can save minutes per session by avoiding the “Email Waltz” (zipping files, attaching them to an email, then waiting for the client to download and unzip). For transferring scripts, patches, or single documents, it turns what used to be a multi-step process into one simple gesture.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer is a powerhouse, but for many users the biggest “deal-breakers” tend to be its cost and what can feel like aggressive licensing detection.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer Fixes IT and machine issues remotely, drastically reducing equipment downtime and wait times. Resolves employee tech roadblocks without requiring an in-person IT visit, ensuring work continues uninterrupted.
It is benefiting me in many ways for instance ,I can instantly log into client or employee devices using the TeamViewer Remote platform to diagnose and resolve tickets. This drastically lowers travel costs and shortens resolution times

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Ebini,
Thank you for your detailed and insightful review! We're thrilled to hear that TeamViewer’s cross-platform compatibility, ease of use, and reliability are supporting your daily workflows so effectively.

  ### 16. TeamViewer Meeting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arun M. | Assistant Manager - Capex Quality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I particularly like the recent AI-powered features in TeamViewer. Session Insights can automatically summarize remote support sessions, making documentation, case handovers, and troubleshooting much easier. I also like Tia, which can use session insights to suggest relevant solutions, and the ability to create scripts from session summaries.

The new web-based screen sharing is also useful because users can join a support session through a browser without installing software, while the session can be upgraded to full remote control when required.

Overall, these updates make TeamViewer more intelligent, faster for IT support, and more focused on automation rather than just remote access.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer is already reliable and easy to use, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Pricing could be more flexible and competitive, especially for smaller teams. Remote-session performance could also be improved on slower or unstable internet connections. I would also like to see more AI-powered troubleshooting and automation, such as automatically identifying common issues and recommending or executing solutions.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Design team meetings conducted with TeamViewer.
Access the other computer for data transfer.
File transfer between other computer.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Arun,
Thank you for your detailed feedback and for highlighting our latest AI-powered capabilities. We are especially pleased to hear that Session Insights and Tia are enhancing your experience by transforming session data into actionable information. Knowing that these features help with documentation, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing is incredibly rewarding for our team.
It is also great to hear that browser-based screen sharing and remote access capabilities are supporting your day-to-day collaboration, meetings, and file transfers. Our goal is to make remote support smarter and more accessible, and your comments suggest we are moving in the right direction.
We appreciate your suggestions regarding pricing flexibility, network performance, and the expansion of AI-powered troubleshooting. Your insights help guide our continued focus on innovation and automation.
Best regards,

  ### 17. Best choice for Remote Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avnish C. | Finance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer is the most reliable and feature-rich remote access platform, that offers smooth performance, strong security, and broad cross-platform support. It has a quick setup and there is no account needed for ad-hoc sessions. It boasts of offering some great features like file transfer, remote printing, session recording, whiteboard, end-to-end encryption and role-based permissions.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Over the years, the UI of TeamViewer has improved significantly and it has become more user friendly. However, it is placed at the premium end of the market, and may not justify its cost for small teams or individuals. Also, it has limited device management and file transfer capabilities that reduce its utility for power users.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to control the devices of my colleagues remotely as well as I was able to conduct smooth virtual meetings with them. With the help of TeamViewer, I could save a lot of time which I would have spent in meeting them face-to-face. Also, I could send the files seamlessly to other users using this application.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Avnish,
Thank you for sharing your experience with TeamViewer. We are pleased to hear that the platform's smooth performance, strong security, and broad feature set are supporting your day-to-day collaboration and remote support needs. Knowing that TeamViewer helps you connect with colleagues, transfer files seamlessly, and reduce the need for in-person meetings is wonderful feedback for our team.
We also value your comments about pricing and feature enhancements for power users. Feedback like this plays an important role in helping us improve the overall experience for our customers.
Thank you again for your recommendation and continued support.
Best,

  ### 18. Fast, Reliable Remote Support with Useful File Transfer and Screen Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sm A. | Automation Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

What I like most about TeamViewer is how quickly I can connect to a remote computer and troubleshoot an issue without needing to be physically at the location. The connection setup is straightforward, and features like remote control, file transfer, and screen sharing are useful for day-to-day support. It has saved time when helping colleagues resolve software or configuration issues remotely, especially when they are working from a different location. The performance is generally reliable, although the overall value depends on how frequently the remote access features are used.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The main drawback for me is the pricing, especially for smaller teams or users who only need remote access occasionally. Some features and licensing options can feel more complicated than necessary. Performance is generally good, but connection quality can vary depending on the internet connection, and there can be occasional lag when working with high-resolution screens. I also think the interface could be a little cleaner and more streamlined for basic remote-support tasks.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access, faster troubleshooting, reduced travel, quicker issue resolution, remote collaboration, technical support, and improved productivity.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi TeamViewer user,

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for highlighting how TeamViewer supports your remote troubleshooting and collaboration needs.

We're pleased to hear that the platform helps you resolve issues faster, reduce on-site visits, and keep teams productive regardless of location. Providing reliable remote access with practical tools such as file transfer and screen sharing is exactly what we strive for.

We also value your feedback about pricing, licensing options, interface design, and performance under varying network conditions. Customer insights like these are important as we continue to refine the platform and make TeamViewer even easier to use.

Thanks again for your support and for sharing your experience.

Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 19. The best remote support software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hesham G. | HR Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

It is having an intelligent assistant built into the remote session makes troubleshooting significantly faster.
Instead of searching manually or guessing causes, Tia analyzes live device performance data and pulls context from past resolved cases to recommend proven fixes, and can even automatically turn those fixes into reusable scripts. It completely streamlines IT supports.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

There are several key areas where users and IT professionals frequently note it could improve:
1. Pricing flexibility and transparency.
2. Version mismatch friction.
3. Resource optimization.
4. File transfer usability.
5. Security feature accessibility.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The overall experience with Team Viewer has been positive, and it is very useful for remote support, particularly during lockdowns, but the main issue I have is that users must install it. Because admin rights are not provided in the organizational structure, this causes significant problems. Also, it lags during remote sessions, which is a major flaw for a technical working with it because he has to wait after every move of the cursor and click to avoid mistakes and blunders. The chat and video calling options are excellent, and the request for control is a key feature. Because file transfer is slow, it is preferable to use alternative methods such as cloud storage.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hi Hesham,

Thank you for your detailed review.

We're delighted to hear that TeamViewer Intelligence is helping you troubleshoot issues more efficiently. It's especially great to know that the intelligent assistant, live device performance insights, and access to information from previously resolved cases are helping accelerate problem resolution. We're also pleased that capabilities such as script creation, chat, video calls, and remote control are supporting your IT workflows and collaboration needs.

We appreciate your thoughtful feedback regarding pricing flexibility, version compatibility, resource usage, file transfers, and accessibility of security feature. We also value your comments about installation requirements and session performance. Feedback like yours helps us better understand the day-to-day experiences of IT professionals and identify opportunities for improvement.

Thank you for taking the time to share such comprehensive insights and for choosing TeamViewer.

Best regards,

  ### 20. Best Remote access software available

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles M.

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I have to manage 40+ employees’ computers regularly for IT issues, software issues and general employee questions. TeamViewer has been a God send to handle those issues quickly and efficiently. I also work remotely and there is absolutely no lag when accessing my office machine to work remotely. It feels like I am sitting right there in front of my own computer! My only complaint is I didn’t like the new interface at first. But slowly over time I adjusted and things are running smoothly. If you need a robust remote access software TeamViewer is the best purchase you can make. I have been using it for over 6 years and it has never failed me… not even once.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I was not a fan of the new interface. It took me a while to migrate all my PC’s over but once I did things went as smooth as silk. I guess sometimes, when you reach my age you don’t like change!

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to remotely control and fix IT or software issues without leaving my desk or home!

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Charles,
Thank you for sharing your experience and for being a TeamViewer user for more than six years. We're delighted to hear that TeamViewer helps you efficiently support over 40 employees, resolve IT and software issues remotely, and work from home with a seamless connection experience. It's especially rewarding to know that the performance feels as if you're sitting directly in front of your office computer.
We also appreciate your honest feedback about the new interface. We understand that adapting to changes can take time, and we're glad to hear that the transition ultimately became a smooth experience for you.
Thank you again for your trust and recommendation. We truly appreciate your continued support.

  ### 21. The go-to solution for remote desktop connection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre W. | Fondateur

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

It is extremely straightforward, easy to install, maintain, use.

Just download the free installer on their website and go! As easy as that.

I deal with 100+ computer from dozens of installation all around the world, and Teamviewer make it extremely easy. From the installation, that do not require installing individual licenses on specific computers, to the use, which if you ever used the free version of Teamviewer, you understand immediately. For complex installation, you can save the Teamviewer ID and password on your account, and different people in your company can have different accesses, making the maintenance of installation a breeze.

To me, Teamviewer is my everyday tool and is a no brainer for anybody that needs to maintain large parks of computers, maintain remote installations etc. I would recommend it to anybody that need to access a computer remotely or want / need to maintain / use any computer remotely.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

One little con regarding remote work, the video is not 100% continuous / seamless, meaning if you want to watch a video, there will be lost frames and you will not be able to see it with a good quality, as the use case is not to look at videos remotely but to do work / access a computer. This might sound obvious to users of the software but it is worth mentioning. Also, in the improvement section, I would note that the upload / download feature is mostly for files under 50Mo, for anything above 100-200Mo I would typically upload it somewhere online and use the link to download it outside of Teamviewer.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a no brainer for anybody that needs to maintain large parks of computers, maintain remote installations etc. I would recommend it to anybody that need to access a computer remotely or want / need to maintain / use any computer remotely.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hi Alexander,

Thank you so much for your detailed review.

We're delighted to hear that TeamViewer has become an essential part of your daily workflow and that its straightforward setup, ease of use, and centralized device management help you efficiently support installations worldwide.

It's especially rewarding to know that features such as device access management and shared visibility across your team are helping simplify the maintenance of large device environments. We truly appreciate your recommendation and your trust in TeamViewer.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding video performance and larger file transfers. Insights from experienced users like you help us better understand different use cases and workflows.

Thank you for your recommendation and for making TeamViewer part of your everyday work.

All the best,

  ### 22. Reliable Remote Support That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer makes it easy to remotely connect to an employee's computer and troubleshoot issues in real time. I use it daily to support contact center agents with Workforce Management (WFM) and contact center applications, resolve audio and headset issues, and assist with password resets. Instead of trying to walk someone through technical steps over the phone or chat, I can quickly see the issue, make the necessary changes, and get them back to work. The connection process is straightforward, and it's been a dependable tool for supporting a remote workforce.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The only downside I've experienced is that performance can occasionally be impacted by the user's internet connection, which can cause lag during a remote session. There can also be a slight learning curve for users who have never joined a TeamViewer session before, but once connected, the experience is generally smooth and reliable.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer helps us resolve technical issues quickly without needing to be physically present. It allows me to remotely troubleshoot software issues, fix audio and headset problems, reset passwords, and assist agents with contact center and WFM applications in real time. This significantly reduces downtime for our agents, minimizes disruptions to operations, and improves the overall support experience. Being able to resolve most issues during a single remote session saves time for both the support team and the employees, allowing everyone to stay productive.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi TeamViewer user,
Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback! We're delighted to hear that TeamViewer helps you support agents efficiently and resolve issues in real time. It's especially rewarding to know that features like remote troubleshooting help reduce downtime and keep employees productive.
We also appreciate your comments regarding connectivity challenges and the onboarding experience for first-time users. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving the experience for both IT teams and end users. Thank you for choosing TeamViewer!
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 23. TeamViewer Makes Remote Support Easy and Smooth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nidumollu L. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

What I like most about TeamViewer is how easy it is to use without feeling overly complicated. I’ve used it for helping friends and family fix issues on their computers, and the connection process is usually quick and smooth. The interface is simple enough that even people who aren’t very tech-savvy can follow along.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

One thing I dislike about TeamViewer is that the pricing for premium plans also feels a bit expensive for individual users or small teams.
Another downside is that performance can occasionally lag on slower internet connections, especially during high-quality screen sharing or large file transfers. There are also times when updates or security prompts interrupt quick access, which can be frustrating when you need fast remote support.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer helps solve the problem of providing fast and reliable remote access and technical support without needing to be physically present. It allows me to troubleshoot issues, guide users, transfer files, and access devices from anywhere, which saves a lot of time and effort compared to explaining solutions over calls or messages. The biggest benefit is reduced downtime and improved productivity, since problems can be fixed quickly in real time and work can continue smoothly even when devices or team members are in different locations.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Nidumollu,

Thank you for sharing such a detailed and thoughtful review. We truly appreciate it!

It’s great to hear that TeamViewer’s ease of use and simple interface make it accessible for everyone, even when supporting friends and family.

We’re glad the connection process is seamless and enables you to deliver quick, hassle-free support while keeping everything running efficiently across locations.

We also appreciate your honest feedback on pricing. We understand that affordability is an important factor, especially for individuals and small teams, and your input is valuable as we continue refining our plans to meet different needs better.

Regarding the occasional lag and interruptions, you mentioned, we understand how disruptive that can be—especially when timely support is critical. To help improve performance, we recommend ensuring both devices are running the latest version of TeamViewer from our website. Restarting the devices and, if possible, resetting the Wi‑Fi/router can also help stabilize the connection and reduce latency.

We hope these tips will help you with future connections.

Best,

Valeria/TeamViewer

  ### 24. Simple and Reliable, but Getting Too Expensive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shresth k. | data analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

What I like best about TeamViewer is that it usually just works without turning setup into an IT project. You send someone an ID and password, connect, and you're in. That simplicity is honestly the main reason it became so popular in the first place. Even non-technical people can figure it out in a few minutes.

I also think its cross platform support is genuinely strong. Windows, Mac, android it handles mixed-device environments better than a lot of competitors. For remote support, especially helping family members or clients, that matters more than flashy features.

I wouldn't pretend its perfect. A lot of users complain about pricing becoming aggressive over the years, random commercial use detected warnings, and occasional lag or connection drops. Those criticisms seem pretty consistent across reviews and Reddit discussions.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

What I dislike most about TeamViewer is its pricing and licensing system. The software itself is easy to use, but the constant subscription push and random “commercial use detected” flags can make the experience frustrating, especially for personal users. Performance can also feel inconsistent at times, with occasional lag or connection drops during remote sessions.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer solves the problem of remote access and technical support without needing physical access to a device. Instead of traveling or explaining fixes over a phone call, I can instantly connect to another computer, troubleshoot issues, transfer files, or access my own system from anywhere. That saves a lot of time and makes remote work and support far more practical.

It also helps when working across different devices and locations. I can access files, software, or systems remotely without depending on complicated vpn setups, which makes work more flexible and efficient.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Shresth,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review.

It is great to hear that you value the simplicity of connecting, the ease of use for non-technical users, and the strong cross-platform support. Being able to quickly access devices and provide remote help without complex setup is exactly what we aim to deliver, especially across different systems and locations.

We also understand your concerns regarding pricing, performance consistency, and the limitations you mentioned.

Sometimes, TeamViewer may mistakenly flag personal use as commercial. We apologize for the inconvenience. You can learn more here:
https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-classic/licensing/personal-use/commercial-use-suspected/
If needed, you can request an ID reset here (please include all IDs):

For performance issues like lag or drops, please ensure both devices are updated to the latest version, then try restarting them and your WiFi router.

Thank you again for your balanced perspective and for using TeamViewer to support your remote access needs.

Best regards,

Valeria/TeamViewer

  ### 25. A way for we to be everywhere at once.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim W.

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer allows me to access our sites and run operations without having to be there physically. I no longer need to drive from plant to plant to fix computer problems or change program settings. If a plant goes down or has an issue, I can log into that plant in seconds to troubleshoot and identify the problem. And when I’m not in front of my computer, I can do the same from my phone. Also, having the ability to start and stop equipment from their phones has been a real game changer for my operators during maintenance and repairs.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

While the new TeamViewer interface works well and looks very appealing, I feel it isn’t as user-friendly as the older interface. Some features that used to be easy to access now take extra mouse clicks to reach. It’s not a huge issue, but it still makes certain tasks take a little longer than they used to.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer solves the problem of having four plants and only one of me. It allows me to be everywhere I need to be with the push of a button. Because of that, we’ve had less downtime and can spot the small issues faster, before they turn into bigger ones.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Tim,
Thank you for your review and for sharing how TeamViewer supports your operations.
We're pleased to hear that TeamViewer helps you manage and troubleshoot systems across multiple sites, reduces travel requirements, and enables faster responses to issues when they arise. It's great to know these capabilities have contributed to reduced downtime and improved operational efficiency.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the new interface and the additional clicks required for some tasks. Insights like yours help us continue improving the user experience.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 26. Perfect for Remote support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mason W.

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Teamviewer allows me to seamlessly and securely access our customer's computers, facilitating easy and secure technical support and training. The Copy-paste function between mine and my customer's computers has become invaluable to me, and with the ability to save an entire library of remote computers easily TeamViewer has become synonymous with my employer's remote support system.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The only thing I dislike about teamviewer is that every now and then a connection can be quite slow, I suspect due to the secure proxy that TeamViewer might use to connect.

Every now and then I have to resort to a lesser, harder to use remote-connection product from another company purely to connect to some customers to avoid a 10 second delay on my mouse, something that does not happen on other remote access software via the same connection.

It would be great to have a way around this scenario.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer solves the problem of visual-based learning and communication.
Customers often call us with little information on their issues, or little understanding of where to look to achieve their outcome -> Our customers know that TeamViewer is standing by at any time to allow us to jump on and identify the problem immediately, or be able to show them a function of our software in their own context rather than simply providing instructions or a tutorial from some stranger's computer!

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hi Manson

Thank you for your detailed review.

We're delighted to hear that TeamViewer has become such an important part of your remote support workflow. It's great to know that secure remote access, file sharing through copy and paste, and the ability to manage your library of devices are helping you support customers efficiently.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding occasional latency during some connections. To help ensure the best possible performance, we recommend verifying that both sides of the connection are running the latest version of TeamViewer. Keeping all devices up to date can help provide the most consistent remote experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience and insights with us.

Best regards,

  ### 27. Reliable and Secure Remote Access Solution for Daily Customer Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Al B. | Privée

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer is an excellent remote access solution that we use every day to support our customers. It provides fast, stable, and secure connections, which is essential when working on high-security access control systems. The software is easy to deploy, user-friendly, and allows us to troubleshoot issues quickly without traveling on-site. We also appreciate its unattended access feature and compatibility across multiple operating systems.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The main drawback is the new interface. The previous computer and device list was more readable and easier to navigate, especially when managing a large number of customer systems. While the new design looks modern, it requires more clicks and makes it slightly less efficient for daily use.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TeamViewer daily for:

Remote support and troubleshooting for customers
Maintenance of high-security access control systems
Remote configuration and software updates
Monitoring and assisting customer installations
Providing fast technical support while reducing travel time and downtime

Overall, TeamViewer is a reliable and secure tool that has become essential to our customer support operations.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi TeamViewer user,
Thank you for sharing your experience with TeamViewer. We're pleased to hear that our remote access solution has become an essential part of your customer support operations and helps your team troubleshoot issues, maintain installations, and support customers efficiently.
We appreciate your comments about the new interface and understand the importance of being able to navigate customer systems quickly and effectively. Thank you for taking the time to share both your positive experience and your constructive feedback.
Best,

  ### 28. Support for ERP users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean B. | Sales

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer is really easy to use. A client calls me, reads out their ID and password, and I connect to their computer instantly. I can navigate their screens, see exactly what the client is doing, and help them with whatever they are stuck on. My team and I have been using TeamViewer for about ten years, and we have never experienced a connection drop. Even clients who don't have TeamViewer installed yet can easily download and set it up. The device list is also a useful feature for connecting to devices we access frequently; it allows for faster connections without the client needing to read out access details. In addition to PCs, we also use TeamViewer to connect to Android devices running our WMS application.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The only thing I would add is the ability—if the user has multiple monitors—to have those monitors displayed simultaneously across multiple monitors on my end as well.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since my job involves providing support for the Pantheon ERP system, TeamViewer is a crucial tool that allows me to easily connect to client computers. In 99% of cases, this is sufficient to resolve an issue, clarify a client's query, or correct an error they have made.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello Dean,
Thank you for your fantastic review and for trusting TeamViewer for the past ten years. We're delighted to hear that TeamViewer continues to help you support ERP users efficiently through reliable connections, easy setup, and quick access to client devices.
It's especially rewarding to know that TeamViewer plays such an important role in helping you resolve issues, answer questions, and support your clients remotely. We also appreciate your feedback regarding multi-monitor workflows and thank you for sharing your suggestion.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 29. Retired Director of IT Department with the local government.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Good secure remote computer support application.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

My licenced TeamViewer software is always installed on the only two laptops I own one with Windows 11 Pro and the other one with Windows 10 Pro. So, I do not understand how I would have exceeded the three devices threshold. And the only time I would have to uninstall the TeamViewer software is if I am rebuilding the laptop or TeamViewer malfunctioned, and I had to do uninstall and re-install the TeamViewer program. Usually, this action will resolve any problem causing the TeamViewer to malfunction.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a 73-year-old retired computer science engineer, and I help only my family and I am not running a business at all. They are aged between 70- and 93-year-old. And as you may appreciate it, they are not computer friendly at all, and they need hand holding to watch a video or play a card game.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi TeamViewer user,
Thank you for sharing your experience with TeamViewer. We are glad to hear that you value the security and reliability of the application for providing remote support to your family.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the device limit concern. As this relates to a licensing-specific situation, we recommend contacting Customer Support so they can review your individual setup and provide guidance.
It's wonderful to hear that TeamViewer helps you stay connected and assist your family members with their everyday computer needs.

  ### 30. Fast, Smooth Remote Access That Makes Helping Friends Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian B. | Customer Service Associate, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I like the ability to be on my friend's computer without having to actually be there. I like the remote ability to log in and do what I need to do to help them. Logging in with the ID and password is easy enough. It fast and smooth. I like the ability to turn the desktop background on or off. Have not used the paid subscription, as I only use the free version.
I also have not needed to use the support part of the software either. And as far as I'm aware, there's no AI / Intelligence in TeamViewer.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Transferring files can be tedious, depending on how many and how large the files are. And if you're using a software like Teams, Zoom, or Battlenet to talk to the person on the other end, it causing an echo making it hard to talk. They don't hear it, but you do.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None known.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Adrian,

Thank you so much for your review and for sharing your experience.

Glad to hear TeamViewer makes it easy and smooth for you to help friends remotely.

We understand how frustrating audio echo can be when you’re already using tools like Teams, Zoom, or Battle.net for calls. This usually happens because audio is enabled in both applications.

To avoid this, you can disable audio in TeamViewer by going to Settings → Advanced → Remote Control and turning off “Play computer sounds and music” and Voice over IP, if enabled. That way, you can keep using your preferred app for talking while TeamViewer handles only the remote control, eliminating echo and improving collaboration.

We hope this tip will be helpful in your next connections.

Have a nice day!

  ### 33. Simple and Effective Remote Connection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego P. | Analista de soporte para TI, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I like how simple the connection with other PCs is. I also appreciate that TeamViewer saves the PCs in a directory by client, which reduces the time I spend accessing them to provide support to users. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, I just had to enter the account and register the device. And the tool is very good, I would give it a 10!

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The new interface is not practical and I would like it to be simpler and more like the classic view.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer for remote technical support, which optimizes my time to connect to users' PCs and allows me to provide quality service. I love how simple the connection is and that it saves the devices in a directory by client.

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

As a Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, I use TeamViewer to securely connect to remote development, testing, and support environments when I’m troubleshooting application issues. It makes it easy to collaborate quickly with distributed teams, resolve incidents faster, and reduce downtime by providing real-time access to systems without needing to be physically present.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

One area for improvement is connection latency and performance issues when accessing systems over slower networks. Frequent prompts and session reconnections can sometimes interrupt work

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As engineer at JPMC, it benefits me by enabling quick troubleshooting of issues reported by users and front office, supporting client-facing applications, resolving incidents faster, and minimizing downtime.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello Taniya,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted to hear that TeamViewer helps you quickly troubleshoot issues, support users, and collaborate with distributed teams without being on-site.

  ### 36. Most Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jo W. | S, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I find when troubleshooting with a property that TeamViewer is easier to navigate, control and assist the staff with solving the issue promptly rather than setting up meetings to join. Simple phone call and remote assistance is by far the better experience in my opinion.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

As above. The cost is a huge factor when a lot of the world are moving along the teams path.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As previously mentioned I rarely need to contact TeamViewer support however when had to they have been very helpful

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Jo W,

Thank you so much for your rating!

We are thrilled to see that TeamViewer is helping you in your daily job, appreciating its versatility and flexibility, especially the cross-platform performance, and that you had a good experience with our support team.

  ### 37. Teamviewer use for small to medium Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sher Rashid L. | Field Application Engineer

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I find the ease of use to be the biggest advantage. I’ve tried a few other remote desktop applications, but TeamViewer for Business fits my company’s need to support at least two support engineers. The interface is intuitive and the billing is clear. I have yet to use the TeamViewer technical support, but their sales support team are diligent in following up with sales related enquiry.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I feel the subscription cost can be prohibitive. That said, coming from a services company, I find the after-sales support more than makes up for it and justifies the overall value.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote application troubleshooting is essential for us. Our clients are spread across ANZ, so supporting them face-to-face is geographically impossible.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Sher Rashid,

Thank you for sharing your experience.

We're pleased to hear that TeamViewer provides the ease of use and flexibility your team needs to support customers effectively. Knowing that the platform helps your support engineers collaborate and troubleshoot remotely across a wide geographic area is wonderful to hear.

We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding pricing.

Finally, it's great to know that the value of the solution and your experience with our team have contributed positively to your overall experience.

Best,

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

The stable connection quality and the ease of switching between multiple devices are definitely worth praising. The dashboard is also simple and straightforward, making it accessible for everyone—not just tech specialists.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

It would be better if there were more customizable touch gestures or shortcuts. Lowering the cost of subscriptions or the professional plan would also help, along with adding new features such as AI integrations or improved support.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly use it to access my work PC when I’m away. Sometimes I also connect to colleagues or friends to solve issues and understand situations better. The mobile access is really something good and doesn't require additional laptop, you can use it on the go.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I like Teamviewer because of it consistent quality and my team's ability to always depend on it. We are able to connect to 100s of our client's endpoints and servers reliably everyday. Installation and policy management are simple through the backend console.

  ### 40. Essential Tool for Remote IT Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I like TeamViewer's unattended access capability and cross-platform fluid performance. Being able to securely connect to servers or workstations without needing an end-user to accept the connection saves us massive time. Plus, the connection remains stable and fast even under low bandwidth, which is critical for global enterprise support. Deployment across the enterprise was seamless thanks to the MSI package, which allowed us to quietly install and configure it on thousands of endpoints simultaneously using our endpoint management tools. Also, TeamViewer offers much better centralized management, stronger security features, and superior stability for global enterprise support.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The main areas for improvement are the high licensing costs for large enterprises and occasional version mismatch issues. Sometimes, if a remote client is running an older version of TeamViewer, the connection fails or forces a slow update process, which delays urgent troubleshooting.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer to eliminate geographical barriers and reduce downtime. It supports global users instantly, cuts travel costs, and solves technical issues quickly with fast unattended access and secure file transfers.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Berek,
Thank you for sharing such a comprehensive review! We’re pleased to hear that TeamViewer delivers the performance, stability, and scalability you need to support global users effectively.
It’s great to know that unattended access and enterprise deployment via MSI are helping your team save time and streamline support across thousands of devices.
We also hear your feedback around licensing costs and version mismatch challenges, especially in time-sensitive scenarios, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and for trusting TeamViewer in your enterprise environment!
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 41. Robust Remote Access with Cross-Platform Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad A. | Programme Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I like TeamViewer's robust cross-platform capability combined with the high-speed file transfer tool. The end-to-end 256-bit AES encryption gives me peace of mind when handling secure corporate infrastructure data, and the connection remains stable even when bandwidth drops during heavy remote deployments. The initial setup is straightforward and took less than 10 minutes, with a clean and easy-to-understand installation wizard. I also appreciate that TeamViewer handles NAT seamlessly right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The resource consumption on low-spec legacy servers can be quite heavy, causing temporary CPU spikes during initialization. Additionally, managing multi-monitor setups across mismatched resolutions from a single local screen can be clunky, often requiring manual scaling to read tiny files. The commercial licensing structure is also steep for scaling an engineering environment.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer to remotely access and manage servers, solving critical downtime issues and eliminating geographical barriers, improving mean time to resolution.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Muhammad,

Thank you for sharing such a detailed and insightful review.

It is great to hear that you value TeamViewer’s cross-platform capability, stable connections, and secure file transfer. Supporting secure and efficient access to critical infrastructure is exactly what we aim to deliver.

We understand your concerns about performance on lower-spec devices, working with multiple monitors with different resolutions, and how licensing scales in larger setups. These are all valid points. To help you get the most relevant support, we’ve created a dedicated space where you can share more details about your setup and experiences and connect directly with our experts and other users.

  ### 42. Best on the market. Best support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer is, in my opinion, the best remote support product on the market. It is very reliable, easy to use, and works across different devices and environments without unnecessary complexity. The connection quality is stable, the interface is clear, and it saves a lot of time in daily IT support work. I also really appreciate the fast and professional support. For the value and functionality TeamViewer provides, the pricing is fair and reasonable.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

There is honestly not much I dislike about TeamViewer. The product works very well and covers our needs in a professional way. If I had to mention something, it would only be that some advanced settings and licensing options can sometimes feel a bit complex at first. However, this is not a major issue, because the product itself is very strong and the support team is helpful and responsive when questions come up.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer solves many of the daily challenges related to remote IT support, device management, and fast troubleshooting. It allows us to securely access systems from anywhere, support employees remotely, and resolve technical issues immediately without needing to be physically on-site. This saves a significant amount of time and improves operational efficiency.

It is especially beneficial for supporting users in different locations, handling urgent incidents quickly, and maintaining business continuity. The platform is reliable, easy to deploy, and works consistently across different operating systems and devices. Because of this, our support processes are faster, more professional, and less stressful for both IT staff and end users.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello,
Thank you for your thoughtful review and kind words about TeamViewer. We are glad to hear that our solution is helping you provide efficient, reliable remote support and streamline your daily IT workflows.
We also appreciate your feedback on the complexity of certain advanced features and licensing options. Insights like yours are important in helping us further improve the user experience.
Thank you again for your feedback and continued trust in TeamViewer.
Best,
Ying/TeamViewer

  ### 43. Effortless Remote Access, Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nisha Y. | Bank Teller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I love TeamViewer because it provides easy, reliable remote access. It’s very flexible and saves me a lot of time, and the initial setup was straightforward as well.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Many TeamViewer users complain about the high pricing, occasional lag during remote sessions, and frequent “commercial use suspected” warnings that can end up restricting personal accounts. Some also describe the software as resource-heavy, and they dislike the frequent updates as well as compatibility issues between different versions. Although TeamViewer is generally reliable, users sometimes report random disconnections or slow file transfers. There are also lingering concerns tied to past security incidents, even though the company has strengthened its security measures over time. Because of these drawbacks, some users prefer alternatives such as AnyDesk or RustDesk for a simpler or more affordable remote-access option.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer for remote desktop access and troubleshooting when I can’t be physically present. It’s easy to use, reliable, and flexible, and it saves me a lot of time when I need to help someone quickly.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hi Nisha,
Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review!
We’re glad to hear that TeamViewer helps you save time and provides reliable, flexible remote access. That’s exactly what we aim to deliver.
We also appreciate you sharing these broader concerns around performance, pricing, and account restrictions. Feedback like this is important to us as we continuously work to improve both the product experience and transparency.
If you ever run into specific issues such as lag, disconnections, or account warnings, our TeamViewer Community at https://community.teamviewer.com/ would be happy to take a closer look and support you.
Thanks again for your insights and for using TeamViewer!

  ### 44. Technical Support Specialist- CUSA

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Ease of use, perfect tool for remote technical support.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

File transfer system between two users during a remote view could get an overhaul for more modernisation. And ease of use.

If possible, create a company system where you could set multiple users either direct access system so we could have the person requesting support only required to press "request support" and me the Admin could press "connect" without the need for manually inputting the ID and Password. Required that the computer is already registered as a "company computer" what I’d like is more ease of use when connecting to computers inside our organisation.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a technical support specialist, I need the ability to see the diagnostic computer for reading diagnostic data, and operating special diagnostic programs from OEM, directly on the computer.

**Official Response from Ying Qin:**

> Hello TeamViewer user,
Thanks for your thoughtful review and for pointing out how TeamViewer helps you deliver remote technical support effectively. We hear your feedback on file transfer and the connection process. Improving usability, especially for internal support scenarios, is a key focus for us.

  ### 45. Unmatchable Cross-Platform Remote Utility, but UI Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pradip W. | Sr Quality Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I really appreciate the secure unattended access TeamViewer offers, allowing me to log into remote, isolated test beds or automated infrastructure without needing someone else to accept the connection, all supported by strong security. The low-latency performance is another standout feature; even when working with heavy, resource-intensive software setups, the screen responsiveness remains incredibly smooth with no lag, which is essential for real-time debugging. Additionally, TeamViewer's flawless cross-platform agility is impressive, effortlessly bridging the gap between Windows, Linux, and mobile systems, turning a fragmented network of physical devices into a unified workspace. The initial setup was extremely easy and intuitive, requiring almost zero configuration to get started.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Cluttered and Fragmented New UI: The recent overhaul of the user interface (the "New TeamViewer" design) has made navigation unnecessarily complex. Finding advanced settings, managing specific device properties, or adjusting connection configurations now requires digging through hidden menus compared to the clean, straightforward classic layout. On older laptops or systems with limited RAM, the full TeamViewer client can be a resource hog. It occasionally causes minor system lag or high CPU usage during active, high-resolution remote sessions.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Senior Quality Lead, TeamViewer solves bottlenecks in defect resolution and environment management. It enables instant remote debugging, provides secure access to test labs, allows cross-platform control, and assists in critical release decisions with real-time team collaboration.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and insightful review.

It’s great to see how well unattended access supports your workflow, especially in isolated or automated setups, and the added security clearly gives that extra peace of mind. The smooth, low‑latency performance you mention is also a big win—having that level of responsiveness makes real-time debugging so much more efficient.
The cross‑platform flexibility you highlighted is another strong point, bringing everything together seamlessly across devices. And its always a plus when the setup is quick and intuitive from the start.

We also understand your concerns about the new interface and the impact on navigation, as well as the resource usage on older systems. Adjusting to changes can be challenging, especially when you rely on efficiency in your daily work. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh S. | SDE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I use TeamViewer primarily to install software on different clients' systems and to share coding experiences with other developers. I like that TeamViewer is easy to install and isn't very buggy. It's really simple to connect with anyone around the globe. A standout feature for me is the ability to not only connect but also control other people's screens. This control feature was especially important for us; it's the reason we switched from Google Meet to TeamViewer, as Google Meet didn't have this capability. Additionally, I found the initial setup of TeamViewer very easy, I would rate it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Maybe it could start working on low network areas also. I know it's tough, but maybe the team can try.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TeamViewer to install software for different clients and share coding experiences with developers. It helps me work remotely in hybrid and work-from-home settings, especially during COVID times.

**Official Response from Valeria Di Prisco:**

> Hello Rishabh,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed experience.

It is great to hear that TeamViewer supports your work effectively, from installing software on client systems to collaborating with other developers. We are especially glad that the remote control capability and the ease of setup made a positive difference for you.

Thank you again for your thoughtful and balanced feedback and for trusting TeamViewer in your daily work.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I love the fact that I can be in my house with my work laptop and the technician can connect and solve any issue at any moment of the day without me needing to go to their office. It's really useful since the technician can help me remotely and safely to solve any difficulty I have on my computer. The initial setup was pretty straightforward compared to other tools. Installation was quick and the interface is beginner-friendly, and I could establish a connection within minutes without touching router settings or complicated network stuff.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

I feel maybe a refurbished image, I feel it's been the same for the last few years and maybe a new 'face' would be great

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamViewer lets a technician help me remotely and safely solve any computer issues. I love that the technician can connect anytime without me needing to visit their office.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

What I like about TeamViewer is how simple and user-friendly the UI/UX is, which makes it easy to navigate even for beginners. It performs reliably with smooth remote connections and supports useful integration that improves workflow. The onboarding process is quick, and support is very helpful, though it offers good value overall.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer does offer good value overall, but it can feel a bit expensive for small users.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It benefits me by improving productivity, offering reliable performance, and making support or collaboration much faster and more convenient.
