What do you like best about Quickbase?

- The non-technical people can built their unique business applications without anyone's help in quick turnaround time.

- The hardware, software and the applications are all managed by Intuit. So the user need not worry about patching, security, upgrades etc.

- QuickBase has something for everyone.

-- A novice can build quick apps as per their needs without writing any code.

-- A professional can extend the solution using his programming skills and build any complexity hassle free.

- QuickBase offers easy integration with other applications therefore it's adaptibility is also hassle free.

- Creating copies of the same app is so easy and therefore extending the app as a product to others also is a treat.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

- QuickBase licensing cost is not competitive among its competitors which makes it a little hard to sell.

What do you like best about Quickbase?

We can’t emphasize enough how invaluable QuickBase has been to our Team over the years. It’s not an exaggeration to say that it has transformed the way we work and how we gain data insights into our projects. From the very beginning, this platform stood out for its user-friendliness. The learning curve was minimal, and within no time, our team was up and running, making the most of its features.

One of the key strengths of QuickBase is its ability to provide deep insights. It’s not just about getting tasks done or to automate; it’s about understanding how and why we’re achieving our goals.

What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase Exchange - New feature added recently - Very Informative and Easy to Implement.I liked those new template apps regarding AI , Gantt.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Everything stands exemplary when compared to other competitor tools but I would like to point out few report based issues.(very minimal)

1. Column sizes for a summary report are unevenly partitoned when placed in dashboard.

2. The hyperlink of a summary report doesn't work when clicked from newer version of dashboards , In order to view the data we have to open the report and then click on hyperlink. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase - Streamlining Workflow"
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I've been using Quickbase for a little over a year and I've found that it is quite easy to become proficient at. I have no background in computer science, but I find the formulas quite intuitive once you start using them. At first, it can feel overwhelming, but a combination of Quickbase University and the community forum have helped me solve every problem along the way so far. My absolute favorite thing about it is how there is more than one way to solve a problem using the program - I look at stuff I created last year and cringe because I didn't know any better. What do you dislike about Quickbase?

I wish the mobile app could be more modernized by offering push notifications. Rather than having everything through email or SMS, it would be nice to be able to utilize the mobile app in a more mobile way. What do you like best about Quickbase?

for project managemnet it is adequate - frankly there are too many paths, to much back and forth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

I hate this system. It should not take DAYS to enter an order no matter the industry, no matter the way you are trying to convey the information.In 20 years I have never had a program I despised this much. Typically I am the one who masters software & teaches the team. I've been here 4 months & thought of quitting over this system alone more than once a month: it is clunky, unforgiving & incredibly messy, it takes several steps to bundle up an order by vendor and it goes back to being messy when you are done if you make one wrong move you have to reorganize. Additionally, I cannot upload a screen shot of my quickbase to complete this review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
