**What do you like best about Quickbase Add-Ons/Solutions?**

It allows my field staff to easily enter data from their mobile device to allow automatic updating of our Quickbase database.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase Add-Ons/Solutions?**

the only issue we have at times is the uploading to Quickbase from a mobile device can have errors..

**What problems is Quickbase Add-Ons/Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

entering remotely can prevent errors that would otherwise be input over the telephone by another employee or would require reports for each customer to be written.

It allows to explains Quickbase capabilities without requiring complex configuration or coding

Sometimes the solutions have little bugs and could be improved

A solution that I frequently used was the add-on to copy information from Quickbase directly into a Word template
