What do you like best about FastField Forms?

Our company finds the most benefit from being able to create custom forms for each of our needs. The customer support with Eddie S. has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. If leadership is reading this, Eddie S. needs a raise and promotion. We have serval unique needs for form flow, delivery, etc. and there has always been an easy way of accomplishing it. Also very excited they have such an open API. Excited about the OneDrive integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FastField Forms?

Very flexible form creation with god ability to set rules, lookup mappings, conditional display rules etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FastField Forms?

Limitations in integrations, e.g.

- no way to capture repeating section values using Zapier .

- regular errors when using Zapier / Make (Integromat) to update lookup lists

- only one form submit URL rather than one per form. This means you can only use one Make / Integromat scenario which needs separate branches for each form. The result is a very large scenario if you need integrations for multiple forms.

- Customer service often needs chasing to resolve issues, with no progress updates for issues that aren't a quick fix.

- Some software providers are good at taking suggestions and implementing them if of use to the customer and potential other customers. Over the 4 years I have implemented Fatfield in 5 organisations not one suggestion has been implemented.

- It would be great if there was a developers forum on Slack or similar. I am on similar forums for Zapier, Make (Integromat) and Knack and it is a great way to discuss challenges, share leads / projects and provide a central voice between users and the software provider.

These challenges are making me review whether Fastfield is the right application for future projects - for the next one I'll be looking closely at iAuditor and thinking very carefully if Fastfield is the right choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FastField Forms?

I appreciate the ability to customize the forms and the very detailed report delivery options. I haven't had a chance to set it up yet, but it will even connect to SharePoint (and other cloud storage options) to deliver a copy of the report, with a custom name, to the correct spot. What do you dislike about FastField Forms?

I'm using it to perform walkthrough inspections in HOAs, and I don't believe that was what the designers intended. It's a little clunky for that, but my biggest complaint would be the reports it creates. I have trouble creating a report that I can be proud of when delivering to a customer, especially when sometimes a picture is necessary and sometimes it is not necessary. The form creation part of FastFields could use improvement for my purposes, but if you are looking more for a data report in Excel I believe FastFields would deliver well. It helps me run my business more smoothly, it protects me in the case of any incidents, it makes things seem super professional which is awesome, and it's VERY easy to set up and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FastField Forms?

I haven't had any issues with FastField, I did request to them that it would be cool to have 1 form that I can start at drop off, the customer has access to view it, and then I can complete the form when the job is done and THEN submit it. Right now I do a customer drop-off form and then a separate customer pick-up form. This is fine but the information-adding portion gets repetitive. But I still love using this program. What do you like best about FastField Forms?

We use FastField to send forms to clients. The feature that I love is the photo feature. We require our clients to send us a photo of their drivers license so that we can keep it on file. FastField is easy to drag and drop to create a form. Then sending out to a client is a snap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FastField Forms?

FastField works best it seems for inter-office forms. The send to external NON-FastField account holder is a bit tricky. I would like to see FastField add and easy "Copy Link to Form" feature to allow any user to fill out the form in a brower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FastField Forms?

Fast Field has been a great platform to help our business go paperless. Everything has been very easy to use and learn to use. Anything we got stuck on we had an email response very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FastField Forms?

As far as mobile forms software goes, Fast field doesn't have all the extras their competitors have, but we have been able to find a way to make what we needed work. Also, when adding an address it can find your location, in the app it will show the actual address, however, once the form is submitted it only comes through as coordinates. What do you like best about FastField Forms?

You have a lot of flexibility on how you want the forms to look like and function. Good for field service work to get rid of paper reports. Used zoho forms before but it was very cumbersome to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you work on a report on a specific device, you can't open it up on a different one even though it's the same login. Would be nice to have a incremental service report number that you can add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FastField Forms?
