The customer support with Eddie S. has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. If leadership is reading this, Eddie S. needs a raise and promotion. We have serval unique needs for form flow, delivery, etc. and there has always been an easy way of accomplishing it. Also very excited they have such an open API. Excited about the OneDrive integration. **What do you dislike about FastField Forms?** To date, our company has not had any negative experiences or recommendations. **What problems is FastField Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing our company to move from paper documentation to a cloud-based digital form management system has created a more seamless operation. Information is obtained in a consistent manner and available for our organization immediately after being submitted from the field. This means you can only use one Make / Integromat scenario which needs separate branches for each form. The result is a very large scenario if you need integrations for multiple forms. - Customer service often needs chasing to resolve issues, with no progress updates for issues that aren't a quick fix. - Some software providers are good at taking suggestions and implementing them if of use to the customer and potential other customers. Over the 4 years I have implemented Fatfield in 5 organisations not one suggestion has been implemented. - It would be great if there was a developers forum on Slack or similar. I am on similar forums for Zapier, Make (Integromat) and Knack and it is a great way to discuss challenges, share leads / projects and provide a central voice between users and the software provider. These challenges are making me review whether Fastfield is the right application for future projects - for the next one I'll be looking closely at iAuditor and thinking very carefully if Fastfield is the right choice. **What problems is FastField Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simple clean forms with clear, well set out reports ### 4. I haven't had a chance to set it up yet, but it will even connect to SharePoint (and other cloud storage options) to deliver a copy of the report, with a custom name, to the correct spot. **What do you dislike about FastField Forms?** I'm using it to perform walkthrough inspections in HOAs, and I don't believe that was what the designers intended. It's a little clunky for that, but my biggest complaint would be the reports it creates. I have trouble creating a report that I can be proud of when delivering to a customer, especially when sometimes a picture is necessary and sometimes it is not necessary. The form creation part of FastFields could use improvement for my purposes, but if you are looking more for a data report in Excel I believe FastFields would deliver well. **What problems is FastField Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fastfield Forms allowed me to streamline our service where we keep an eye on customers' condos for them when they are not there, along with creating a standard incident report for our company. This saves time (and therefore money) that would have otherwise been wasted creating a report from scratch each time. ### 5. Right now I do a customer drop-off form and then a separate customer pick-up form. This is fine but the information-adding portion gets repetitive. But I still love using this program. **What problems is FastField Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** FastField is solving the issue of time and organization. Instead of having the customer fill out a form, me scanning the form, emailing it, sending pictures of the before, etc. It's now just down for me. Being way more organized is also a huge plus for a business owner. ### 6. The feature that I love is the photo feature. We require our clients to send us a photo of their drivers license so that we can keep it on file. FastField is easy to drag and drop to create a form. Then sending out to a client is a snap. **What do you dislike about FastField Forms?** FastField works best it seems for inter-office forms. The send to external NON-FastField account holder is a bit tricky. I would like to see FastField add and easy "Copy Link to Form" feature to allow any user to fill out the form in a brower. **What problems is FastField Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had lots of paper and had to take photos of IDs and items and then attach to a form to file in our office. Anything we got stuck on we had an email response very quickly. **What do you dislike about FastField Forms?** As far as mobile forms software goes, Fast field doesn't have all the extras their competitors have, but we have been able to find a way to make what we needed work. Also, when adding an address it can find your location, in the app it will show the actual address, however, once the form is submitted it only comes through as coordinates. **What problems is FastField Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fastfield is always working on something new to add or improving something they already have. Used zoho forms before but it was very cumbersome to use. **What do you dislike about FastField Forms?** When you work on a report on a specific device, you can't open it up on a different one even though it's the same login. As it is now, it is very simple as to not distract. I used the blue color labeled as information to simply add contrast for the app user so that the black lettering would stand out against a colored background. If they can make the software more flexible like allowing forms to be able to be started online and partial data to be captured and then based off partial data to be able to dispatch other forms would be great. I.e. to gather all occurrences of instances of an entry type, I need to add Instance_1, then add instance_2, etc This would easily be fixed by using an array that captured and displayed all of the instances in a list. **What problems is FastField Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** We typically need to handwrite out every occurrence we find on our work shifts. As well, because they are handwritten, we cannot parse the data from the daily logs to give our clients summarized reviews etc. ### 15. The customizable output is also really nice (ie in a word file, PDF or excel). **What do you dislike about FastField Forms?** Completing the form is still too slow for my liking. These forms are intended to a) digitize my work and b) save me time. The first item is accomplished easily with FastFields, but the second item is not. It's hard to really finesse the app experience. (For me, that would be placement of the cursor as you click into a field, or even highlighting the existing text in a duplicated form.) **What problems is FastField Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's taking a manual, analog process and digitizing it. This reduces the errors in rekeying data (I have another downstream tool that automates the data entry) and saves me time. I have about 100 to 200 points of data that I need to enter for each project I work on, and that volume is time-consuming and error-prone. The trending and correlation functions are not as powerful as others. Often I would just export to Excel. All that is fixed: the data is gathered directly in the form, verified by pictures that are GPS organized and presented in a form that clearly states what they are.
