**What do you like best about Leap?**

The support and impementation teams were great. They were, and still are, always there to answer my questions. It was very easy to integrate to QB. It is very easy to use. My field guys got the hang of it very quickly-which is saying something!
Know what you want from a CRM and research what each one can do for you before you can commit. Each ones has it's own unique attributes and depending on how your business is going to be using it will depend on how much success you have with the program.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

After using the App, I discovered it could not do some of the things I needed it to do. Things I believed were pretty basic integrations and applications.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Leap to schedule and track the progress of our jobs as well as upload pictures and documents associated with the jobs. We bill from Leap and integrate with QB. We tried to use the Time keeping system with Leap but it did not meet our needs not did it integrate with QB to the extent we were told. Thus, our job costing is incorrect in Leap, which is ok with us, but may not be to other clients. Setting up what our clients have access to is very time consuming, as you have to give permission to each photo, etc. This needs to be fixed somehow.

Sometimes it can be buggy. the app may crash for no reason, contracts won't upload, etc.

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Leap allows us to monitor pricing, contracts and paperwork in real time. WIth several locations and reps in several states, it is paramount for us to be able to monitore the progress, tasks, follow ups and remotes contract awaiting to be signed. Being able to adjust pricing and contract needs for indepented reps and markes has never been easier.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

Leap needs to have a "dark mode" function. The bright wihte background zaps the battery throughout the day and it is extremely hard to see the light grey and light green lettering when outside and working around the exterior of homes.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap ensures that every customer receives the correct pricing and their eligible discounts every single time. It also integrates with our finaincing companies- making it easier than every to process loans and hlep the homeowner.

Ease of use and the capabilties it has.  The customer service is always helpful and response is quick.

The website version on a phone is not a easy to use as it is on a computer or on the app.

It has solved the problem of getting signatures on documentation and we no longer have to email photos to each other.

Leap has the ability to customize to fit the needs of your business, but as a business grows and develops it may mean regular maintenance on your set up to keep your presentations and forms up to date.

Leap has the ability to flex to our companies needs, we quote multiple products, each with custom options. Leap makes it easy to to do just that.

The downsides are that Leap glitches, the more information you add to a quote, the slower it runs.

Leap makes it much easier to put together quotes & agreements. When showing a proposal or agreement it is easy to read and looks very professional. 
Showing a proposal through Leap has helped me sign deals based on how well the professional proposal looks. Shows that we are more organized and all the details of the project, leaving less questions of what will be done. 
Highly recommend using Leap

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

The two downsides that I have experienced. 
1) Making it easier to turn a proposal into an agreement. Need to rewrite several area that were already written in the proposal.
2) Not able to look up if someone opened/looked at a proposal

The ability to quickly assemble and dissect a project with itemized segments. 

Building customized products and components at will.

Controlling 95% of the entire process. Sales pro/Leap can have that other 5%!

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

The lack of compatibility with importing internal forms to consolidate paperwork between contract sets created in the program vs additional paperwork requirements when I submit a project for acceptance. If I enter the data once, it should be easy to replicate across multiple fields when rules and formulas are set up, but it does not.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly producing clear and way to understand proposals within minutes with little effort. Improving my efficiency is key to me gaining higher volume of contacts, thus impacting sales results positively.

It's fairly easy to use, but it does glitch sometimes. I don't care for the way my company organizes information on the platform and wonder if it's too wide open or doesn't guide users enough towards making it user friendly. Maybe that's just how my company utilizes it though?

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

It's not set up in a progressive order that walks you through each step. It's very scattered.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's used for building quotes and itemizing jobs. But, it's very disorganized. I think that is the fault of the person in our company that uploads information, but I wonder how the platform could be better suited to guide users towards a more efficient implementation for their specific company.

I dont have to keep logging in constantly . It wont let you go to the next step until you have completed the last step.

The Search feature is too specific. I would like similar possibilities to be shown. IE: Green, Greene both

Not being able to save a contract or write prior to a visit with buying customer.

It helps our sales staff stick to the right items  (can't choose things that we don't offer) It is wasy to send payment requests and documents.

It could be more intuitive. Also I (no one else seems to have the issue) can only use it in Safari when everything else I do I can use Chrome

the ease of use with leap is amazing! implementing it was also a breeze since it integrates with alot of the stuff we are already using. we use it every day and the ability to do financing and payment capturing all through the app is great.

the only thing ive disliked so far was our first account manager wasnt too keen on replying promptly. we were assigned a new one and everything has been great!

Leap has helped us move our sales process online and streamlined our job file process so we no longer need to print and scan documents. it will basically make your file process and sales process paper free.

Shuts down in the middle of contract building on many occasions. The lack of ability to save or build contracts ahead of time is a hassle. It's embarrassing to have the software have to log me out in the middle of a contract signing . Having to rebuild the contract is a major issue for me.

Leaps interface is easy to learn and it links well with other applications. Customer support is awesome and fixes issues within a timely manner while still remaining professional.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

The new system is not as easy to use or straight forward, but at least it gives you the option to switch to the old interface.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem leap is solving is that the salesman can use this on the go with relative ease while still creating a contract that links with our current CRM. The saves a lot of time which in terms means it saves the company tons of money too!

**What do you like best about Leap?**

The completeness of the software. I used multiple CRMs and this is by far the most user friendly tool that I have ever used. Completely customizable and easy to use. Very cost effective compared to the other CRMs on the market. Connection with QuickBooks and Company Cam is awesome. Usability on computer and mobile platforms. I use this software constantly and my sales guys do too and there is never an issue. It is easy to train new guys on as well. Customer support answers very quickly.

Nothing, I have no complaints about the software.

Running a daily business. Without LEAP, my business would not exist.

Customer service is great, but it takes time to get a response or answer. There is no communication prior to updated versions with bugs being released which can cause an issue for our field reps.

Leap allows my clients to receive consistent, accurate pricing with no paper trail. Gives the appearance of professionalism and certainty with what we are able to offer. (If I can't pick it, we don't do it)

We've had issues with contracts linking properly into work orders. Right now our financing partners do not link with leap so that is frustrating. I feel like multiple quotes for one customer could be simpler.
