## Leap Reviews
  ### 1. Simple to manage all aspects of our business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Molly g. | Administrative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

We've been using JobProgress/Leap for about 5 years and love the customizable workflow, Quickbooks Desktop integration and Google Drive integrations. This makes tracking our job flow, estimating and accounting seamless for each division in our business. The email automations make communication with our clients easy, and internal messaging/tasks help our team see everything we need to know about a particular job/project.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

Customer service has slightly gone downhill since the transition to Leap. We also wish there was an easier work order process so our crews could go paperless and still seamlessly provide us the information we need on the back end from them. There also isn't much communication regarding new features or any personal service like an account rep checking in with us to see how we're using the software and training us on how we could use it better.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlines processes, eliminates any double entry between CRM & Accounting software

  ### 2. Best CRM I've used in 8 Years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

After using both AccuLynx and JobNimbus for a combined 7 years, Leap has definietly shown what the previous systems were lacking. Leap is extremely user friendly and helps minimize the work load. Our company was able to get rid of certain 3rd party apps while also able to integrate some of the other apps we use so everything we do is done in one central location, Leap. I am primarily a desktop user but we cannot speak highly enough of the mobile app. Our guys in the field could not be happier after making the transition to Leap and how user friendly the app is in the field. The age of our sales team ranges from 22 - 64 and all of them are able to execute dailys tasks such as ordering measurments, uploading files, scheduling and moving milestones much more efficiently than our previous systems. The milestones are fully customizable which allows us to be more organzied and to keep track of high priority jobs and/or repairs making sure nothing falls through the cracks. We originally signed up with Leap when it was still JobProgress and since the inception, Leap has done an outstanding job with updates and making the system better than it already was. You will not regret the decision to make Leap your go to CRM.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

I wouldn't say dislike, but the only thing I think Leap needs more focus on is the easement of uploading your own documents to create into forms. It still can be done, it just takes a little extra time and energy to make it the right way you want to but I believe that within due time, Leap will continue to work on this feature and make it more user friendly just like they have done with everything else available in the system.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap allows us to use everything in one location and once you spend the time to customize the milestones and automatic templates the way you want, it makes the process much simpler and allows you to be more efficient throughout the process.

  ### 3. Salespro is a solid tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zachary S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

I like having our items accesible in the same app for our salesmen to look at while in home, and I like that we can assign pictuers to those products to give the customer a better idea of what they are going to get.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

Setting up some features can be frustating or not make sense right away. It can take some learning to get good with the backend of the tool and if you don't set it up right it will be useless for your salesmen.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap allows us to have our items in the same app that generates our contract. This allows us to setup and change the priceguide as new items and it will be reflected to the salemen. We can use pictures to show the customer what they are getting and it allows us to work out pricing with the customer as well.

  ### 4. Easy to Use and Learn, Highly Recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

I find the communication to be seamless in Leap. If you need to assign a task to someone on the team, it's extreamly easy and quick to do. Once the user completes the task, you get notified. Email history by each project also comes in hand. The workflow can be customized to fit each business's needs and that's a huge plus. Leap customer service and support teams are always quick to respond and usually fix any issue within just a few hours to days.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

There's really not much to dislike about leap. I would say the reporting sections could improve and the mobile application layout. I would ask that Leap was more transparent on what information was being used to generate reports.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication issues are always a problem within larger companies and Leap solves all of our problems in that department.

  ### 5. Leap Performance is a Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

The presentation sent out to my customers has never been more Professional, Saves time, has all my tools in one place and integrates with other programs we use. I use Leap on daily basis and I do believe this was the best investment with an amazing support team that are always there when you need them.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

If you dont have internet hmm it will not work but that's maybe 1% of areas i go to.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time is one of the most important factors. I can create an estimate, all data of measures, images and results are in one place. I can attach folders along with proposals and contracts. Instead of carrying brochours, folders, paper etc... Saving the environment is a plus when i just attach all folders via Leap.

  ### 6. Fantistic CRM for Small or Large Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dovonna R. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Leap is incredible, our entire team stays in communication, organized, and on track with this CRM.
It really allows us to take care of our customers from the very beginning all the way through to the end.

Our favorite part of Leap is the Workflow and the App for the employees in the field.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

I'd say the only downside it that everything is on one workflow, which makes different departments tricky when moving on the workflow and assigning tasks.
Some are not releveant and it's just a little inconvienent, nothing major... but would be nice if Tasks could be assigned to not on stages but departments as well.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap Pay has been and incredible improvement.

  ### 7. Great technology for window sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

I like that Leap makes it very simple for me to provide precise quotes for any product that we sell (windows/doors/roofs) and how easily organized it is. I can also modify each item individually such as adding frosting to a bathroom window, or switch from one brand of window to another. It allows me to save different configurations, for instance I'll make one quote for our Premium option and one quote for our Economically priced option, and switch between them during the pricing stage. It is a one-stop shop for us because once the customer is ready, Leap allows me to make the contract and have them sign instantly. We can also attach warranties and brochures to the emailed contract.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

Sometimes I have issues with WiFi connectivity even when I use my phone as a hotspot, Leap will hop off the connection randomly after a good while so I reconnect it. I make sure to save things every few minutes just in case this happens.

For Change Order documents, I don't like how the sales rep doesn't receive an emailed copy of the customers' docusign. It only goes to the owners of our company and other approved administrators, so I personally have no copy of that document, which means I have no idea if the customer completed it, and I have no record of it.

I don't like how I have to edit each individual window one by one to see the price difference between different options. For example, if the customer wants a quote for Low-e windows vs without the Low-e, I have to go to each window/door and toggle Low-e and save it, then go back and retoggle Low-e and save it. This can be time-consuming when there are 30 items on the order. There should be an option "select all" and then I can apply the Low-e upcharge.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap allows us to provide an accurate quote for roofing and windows very quickly and edit different scenarios. It allows us to move forward with the contract.

  ### 8. Makes the process a lot smoother

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney L. | Senior Sales Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

I like that Leap is user-friendly. When they have updates we are notified pretty quickly that we need to restart the app. The customer service department is very helpful when we have any issues at all. We use Leap every day and it is a huge entity in our company.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

The only downside I have about Leap is sometimes when updates are done it slows up the app and takes longer to load certain screens. Usually, it is fixed pretty quickly.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap solves a lot of issues for us. It holds all our products sold in the app and makes writing up contracts pretty easy and navigating to other pages a breeze.

  ### 9. Terrible service and unhelpful tech

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio T. | Owner/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

It dislike the process, the fact that they promised a do it for you or with you service and failed to delivered, and the lack of support.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

Service is clunky, it does not allow companies to track data properly, it has a dated UI, and it is very expensive compared to much better products.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

none

  ### 10. Extremely Easy to Use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Probably the ease of use. I can find everything i need quickly and can implement everything i need to build a quote within minutes. So far i am loving Leap! I use it everyday traveling all over the state. Its with me everyday and has been a major part of my business.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

I really haven't found any downsides with Leap for what I use it for. No issues here!

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to build a quote within minutes. It also helps me show the value in our product and get people to sign up quicker rather than waiting weeks for them to make a decision.

  ### 11. The ups and downs of Leap!

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aidan C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

I have been able to appreciate leaps ease of use and implimentation. I will also note that the contract generation and placeholder system is very intuitive as well as being very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

I have had issue after issue getting the help I need from customer support, in fact I am on week 4 of trying to figure out an issue that has been detrimental for one of my sales reps capabilities within the app.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract generation and filing, results sending, credit app sending, proposal generation, quoting. Everything being in one place is extremely useful.

  ### 12. Very easy to use platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Leap is very easy to use. Pictures to make things more aesthetic and easy to follow so you know what you're doing. A lot of features are nice like the save customer feature if you have to switch to someone else you can still save all of your estimates and measurements

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

It crashes frequently. Sometimes it doesn't save measurements or input

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to keep track of all of your clients and their information. Very easy to go back and look at someone from the past with ease as well

**Official Response from Alexandra Bohannon:**

> Hi Matt! Thank you for your positive feedback on the ease of use and the helpful features of Leap CRM. We understand the frustration caused by the crashes and the saving issues. Our team is actively addressing these technical issues to provide a more reliable experience for our users.

  ### 13. Great for organizing jobs but needs a few tweaks.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

It helps keep our jobs organized. Reports are easy to run.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

I don't like if you update the status tabs that it doesn't update the old jobs. I would like to see the ability to create custom payment options (i.e. add a Square option). Also if you have multiple jobs for one customer, it would be nice to have a way to name them so it's easier to look through all the jobs for the one you want (when you have a job open and click on the left side of the screen to change jobs, it's hard to tell which job is which). Need more tutorials or self help info.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep jobs organized by uploading documents and photos and keeping P&L infon on each job.

  ### 14. Been using Leap for a few years, seen a lot of great changes along the way.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Usability and user access. Easy to get started with, complex enough for rigorous use. Getting users access and rolling is not laborious and it is easy to understand. Customer support is on point. Changes on the back end can be made quickly.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

I wish there was more API access to CRM's or have an ability to controll how much and from where the program communicates.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has streamlined all of our contracts. Made it much easier for our Admin, Sales, and Customers. It keeps everything consistant.

  ### 15. I do not recommend Leap to either a friend of collegue.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyhlian R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Leap is a very good idea, if you sell roofs, or windows, the application is setup and ready to go. If you do anything else however, good luck.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

The program is complicated, disjointed. Things that work in some views, do not work in others. Only works on Apple, but get ready to spend a lot of time in a web browser configuring things that load slowly, rarely fit the page, are discribed in vague terminology, and often don't work.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product pricing and document management.

  ### 16. Proposal and contract made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Nice, clean proposals that customers receive quickly and can be pulled up a year later and modified. Saves time and looks better than my handwriting.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

You lose all the "Notes" when you make a change on the proposal, just like with the contract. I write a lot of notes and forget to attach pictures. So, I go back to add the picture, and the notes are erased. I wish I could make changes and keep the notes.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make proposals look great and save time

  ### 17. Needs Some Work

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Is extremely useful as a database for storing client info and searching for client info.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

The reports built into the program need to be fully customizable. Should be able to pick and chose all available fields to build the report not just some.

The templates feature is not very user-friendly and clunky. You should not need knowledge of HTML to create an entirely new template.

Some of our clients have more than one address. Would be helpful to have a copy page function that allows me to only update the address for a customer record while retaining all the other contact info. The "add a job" function is not the solution we need.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Convenient as a database.

  ### 18. Great System for Front End Home Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan H. | VP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

The system is extremely easy for sales people to use once set up properly.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

Only Docusign is connectable. Support is only web based and if you are trying to do an integration quickly, it is difficult to get alignment with their team. We rtan into this with a custom Salesforce integration. Also, only having an Apple Application is frustrating.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap is opur sales teams go to tool for pricing windows, siding and roofing.

  ### 19. EFFICIENCY AT IT'S FINEST

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

As a project coordinator, I love how easy it is to review what my team is doing in the field. I can see their dispo results, I can view line items to answer customer's questions and the flexibility of making changes is great.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

At this point I haven't had any issues using Leap and all of my experiences have been positive. We've only been live for a few months but I'm two thumbs up.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't really have a uniform way of pricing out projects in the home, Leap has simplified our estimating process in the field and made it very easy to train new salesman on our processes and procedures.

  ### 20. I like its great

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin F. | Sales Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

It is easy to use and i use it every dya for work. it makes my job os much easier while seeing to customers and all the features are super easy to understand. If there is ever any issue it usually resolved by the support team within the day.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

There are fequent issues and it tells me i need internet connection when i do but its easy to resolve

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

quotes and contracts

  ### 21. Contracts as easy as 123

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle K. | Internal Operations , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Updating pricing is a breeze
contracts go right into our other platform making it visible for everyone
easy on updates
even if you are a beginner this is a very easy system to learn!

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

No dislikes at this time, if I had to pick 1 thing, there is a ton of updates, but not a negative

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

taking the time out of typing up a contract, and spending more time with the consumers!

  ### 22. Navigating through Leap is very user friendly.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonard T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

It syncs on a daily basis taking all the guesswork of having the correct pricing at the tips of our hands for all the options available to us.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

I don't like that we cannot send a customer an actual estimate via email for them to review once we have completed presentation. Customer's often have estimates from other companies that they would like to compare. Just giving them a final price with no detailed information can be a deal breaker for some people. It doesn't look professional in their opinion.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap is very user friendly when it comes to converting an estimate to a sale. Everything transfers over properly and help me execute a sale more proficiently.

  ### 23. Easy navigation !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guillermo A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

You can load as much information as needed:
1 ) Products descritions
2) Prices
3) Quote projects with all pertinent information.
4) Send out brochures and products information.
5) Contracts sign life or remote capability.
6) Load photos to a contract.
7) Keep record of sales & quotes per projects.
8) Adding tabs or products is endless the easy to build it up.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

I have not found any obstacles on what pertains to our company use. I am an independent contrator and do 4 to 6 quotes per day and it is amazing.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed up estimates and on the site quotes for pricing and or contracts executions.

  ### 24. Convenient Sales Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

I enjoy the customizability of Leap. The platform allows me to price out jobs in any number of ways, run finance applications, and conveniently generate contracts to enable an effective one call close sales visit. I use it twice a day and very rarely have any issues at all. Every aspect is well integrated into the platform.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

When updates occur in the platform, they do not auto-update always. This can be frustrating, but I'm not sure if it's an issue with Leap or with my device.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an excellent intermediary between job quoting, contract writing, financial institutions, and other elements of the in-home sales occupation.

  ### 25. It has transformed our entire sales performance and close ratio in the home!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan S. | Executive Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

I like that you can use it as a multi-purpose platform. We use it for our estimates, presentations, writing of contracts but also for our installation department. Our field tech fills out all of his paperwork on leap and it easily gets submitted to the install dept as well as the customer. There's so many different ways to use leap. It's been great

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

The main thing I dislike about leap is that you cannot export the price guide with all of the upcharges. That's really the only downfall I have when going in to do anything - the pricing for upcharges would go a lot more smoothly given the option to export the upcharges as well.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The organizational flow of the sales process to the installation.
We use leap not only for sales purposes, but for our field tech and installers as well.
It is a way to keep everything organized for each customer and everything gets directly inputted into our CRM.

  ### 26. Leap is very useful for small to medium sized businesses to create and manage contracts digitally.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barry S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Leap has lots of tools for your contracts and quotes.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

I wish there was more customization on certain things, especially eupcharges. The upcharges cannot override the original item and that would be helpful in some cases where you are upselling.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap creates our contracts and sends them to our sales manager, office and clients digitally. It streamlines the process and allows us to control pricing more efficiently.

  ### 27. Confusing to use

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

I seem to be able to login even with little cell service which is nice. The bar on the side with all the options is useful

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

This might just be how my company organizes things but it's confusing to find all the options and selections sometimes. They also seem to have problems dealing with pricing glitches or contract glitches

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets us write deals pretty easily

  ### 28. Leap

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javaughn G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Leap makes ny estimates a lot easier to create and more organized. I love how everything is at the click of a finger.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

There are not any downside of Leap, you will get a customer who like to use paper copies of contracts but Leap makes it east to print it straight from your computer.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One call closing, has made our numbers increase 60%.

  ### 29. Great for Digital Contracts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

The ability to populate everything digitally and push documents to our CRM. We built out our own automations outside of Leap to our CRM to create sales, projects, estimated expenses, assign project coordinators, etc.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

Clunky and very tedious to link price guide items to documents or if any updates are necessary to push in mass. Wish there was report functionality or a way to view estimates in the browser instead of mobile app only.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap helps us quotes and documents are legible so they customer and us both have a copy of the scope of work.

  ### 30. Glitch's and crashes

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre A. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

The ability to build dynamic fiels and require additional initials based on varies selections. Control project costing and easily make adjustments without telling sales guys.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

Crashes and glitches constantly. I have been with Leap, to clarify Sales Pro which is the sales tool. They have a new dashboard that they don't even use themselves. I do work then it doesn't save changes made. I reach out to support on a glitch and it takes them 3-5 days to respond. They are also very expensive for the low quality product they are.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps centralize all the pricing.

**Official Response from Melissa Megginson Axtell:**

> Thanks for your honest feedback, Andre. We definitely understand how frustrating it can be when crashes and bugs make it hard to complete your work. Our team has been hard at work improving the stability of our app from the ground up, including the new-and-improved dashboard. While we had a few hiccups during this process, we are now confident in the stability of Leap SalesPro and are continually making improvements. Please feel free to reach out with other feedback -- we genuinely appreciate hearing from our customers!

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

Nothing, everything is perfect. Noncomplains at all

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me organize my selection of jobs that have to be installed in specific times

**Official Response from Alexandra Bohannon:**

> Hi Aaron! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. One of the best things we like about Leap CRM is how flexible our workflows are and how they can help you stay on top of your company's organization. Glad you like it too!

  ### 32. Great Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

I like how it looks. Its bright, organized and easy to locate information. If we ever need help and contact support they always help us right away.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

When using the search bar, when I go to enter a second search, sometimes it kicks you out of the search bar and leaves the first letter of what was typed. So that you have to go back into the search bar and then delete the letter and start again.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap helps to schedule appointments and track and manage customers and their jobs.

  ### 33. Best software alive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas F. | Design Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

There is nothing about Leap that I have any feedback on when it comes to a disliking

It allows me to quote a customer in the home within minutes and makes the signing of all contracts seamless

  ### 34. Easy to navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Leap?**

Everything is as simple as a touch of a button. You can use toggles to turn things off and on and this will change the investment instantly. Very simple to access throughout the entire app, especially sending clients a Proposal.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

At this time, evrthing is working wonderful with leap!

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing at this time.

  ### 35. Leap is very intuitive and unbelievably customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug H. | Project Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Leap?**

I love the well thought out development that goes into Leap. Features that are often overlooked by other software companies are a staple in their software such as the resource guides for your company to preload product information to showcase to customers in one place. The calendar and agenda are elegant and well thought out yet simple. The front facing and back end of the software is attractive and inviting.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

There was a learning curve to Leap at first, estimates that were created were not preloaded into the file upon reloading the customer which at first led to many new estimates being created but once I learned they were files I could recall seperately it made complete sense and was actually useful that way so that multiple bids could be created without it changing the primary file.

**What problems is Leap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leap is bringing the estimation process into the 21st century, the team has been fully accessible at both construction firms that used Leap and Leap products. I feel like Leap is a couple updates away from being an all encompassing software for the entire process. Presenting, taking payments, financing page build ins are just a few steps away for this software and will likely take it another Leap into the future of home improvement.

**What do you dislike about Leap?**

Not much, if I'm being nit picky, I would like the templates to look more professional. We use SumoQuote which Leap integrates with, so not a big deal.

Allows us to have everything in one spot, instead of multiple platforms like we had previous to using Leap.
