"Quickbase: No code custom software"

What do you like best about Quickbase?

There is no limit to use-cases it can be used for - If you can imagine it, you can build it.

Licensing is simple, 3 tiers of pricing. You know what is included and what not.

Easy to learn (No coding experience required, just some creativity).

Easy to Implement, especially with the new AI Application Builder.

Customer Support is quick and painless, great support from our Account Manager.

The Quickbase University and Qrew are amazing resources to increase knowledge and skills, allowing more members to gain app building skills.

The pipeline channels allow for easy integration with business critical applications such as Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc. and are really easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Minimum number of users need to be less than 20 to remove the barrier for smaller businesses.

Quickbase Mobile app forms needs to be improved and more features need to be added (Signature field, standard multi-file upload that doesn't require a plug-in and the ability to edit/ mark an image)

Storage needs to be increased as user count increases

What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

The organisation has a large number of disconnected applications that result in a lot of manual work to gather and visualise data. Quickbase is slowly allowing the organisation to bring the data together on a single platform that allows a structured, simple way to access the data real-time. What do you like best about Quickbase?

I am primarily a user of Quickbase, but we have been able to use in to streamline many of our processes. Once users are created, it is easy for me to have mulitple people use Quickbase for processing and reviewing scholarships and applications. It has significantly cut down on the amount of work going into prep, as well as the review process itself. I like the ability to creat and pull different reports. What do you like best about Quickbase?

There are many things that I love about Quickbase but if I have to choose one, it is being fast. You live up to your name QUICK. Many people do not understand how fast it is. We work with thousands of records and in some table we have more than 1000 fields, and yet when you search it or create a custom report, everything is almost instantenous.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Blocking Javascripts. We still can use Javascripts for some imports to multiple tables at the same time, and I know through Pipelines similar can be done, but it is not the same. But that is all. Everything else is amazing about Quickbase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quickbase?

How customizable everything is and can create code pages, queries, forms, fields, and pipelines to streamline corporate automation. Pipelines are absolutely stellar and communicate efficiently with other software such as Docusign and Box to name a few. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The only thing I can even think of is exact forms. It would be nice for that functionality to be updated via pipelines or other form buttons to easily generate templates. However, with code pages as long as the developer knows html/JS it is doable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customers span all energy utilities across the United States and this platform not only helps in terms of forecasting but auditing, creating web portals and easy customer pipelines. What do you dislike about Quickbase?

I feel that all the features within Quickbase are great, but sometimes I think that if there is a vast amount of data within the table, it takes some time to load it into that table.
