**What do you like best about OpenScape Cloud?**

Openscape creates an easy way to utilize a phone system without needing a hard phone. I like that it holds your call history and has a basic clean interface

**What do you dislike about OpenScape Cloud?**

It is difficult to transfer calls and conference in

Removing hard phones, no longer a slave to my desk, and can take calls anywhere
