It’s been a great experience since we started using Dialpad last year. I really like the transcription feature because I can copy and paste it into my notes. When clients ask questions, I can go back to the transcript and make sure I address everything they brought up.
I also appreciate the option to download recordings and listen to them in real time, and the screen recording is just one of the awesome features. There’s a lot you can customize too—you can set up your favorites and create your own channels and contact centers. On top of that, the voicemail feature is helpful because I can listen to messages my colleagues leave for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve noticed that whenever I turn up the speaker volume on my headset, my microphone settings switch back to the old phone I used before. Because of that, I end up having to work around it by adjusting the volume up and down until it recognizes the current device I’m using, or I have to unplug and plug the headset cord back in so it will detect it properly. I’ve been trying to figure out what I can do to fix this. I’m hoping there’s an option to remove or delete the old phone from the dropdown so it doesn’t keep showing the device I used previously.
