What do you like best about Dialaxy?

I like how the IVY lets customers pull basic status updates or account info themselves just by using the keypad. It ties into our backend tools so they don't have to wait for a live agent for simple things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialaxy?

If I have the web app open on my computer and the mobile app on my phone, both devices ring and show pop-up alerts at the same time when a call or text comes in. It’s a minor annoyance but happens every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our remote reps used to make and receive client calls and texts on personal mobile phones. That meant clients saw our private numbers, and when someone left the company the conversation history left with them. Dialaxy routes all the business calls, texts, and voicemails through the cloud apps (web, desktop, and mobile) that are tied to official company numbers.
