The only thing that's a bit annoying is how persistent the notifications are on the desktop app, though I guess that’s actually a plus since we haven't missed a single client inquiry since we started using it. The best part about Dialaxy was definitely the user experience. The dashboard felt really modern and it wasn’t a struggle to find my way around. Using Dialaxy, was honestly a total game changer for us. It was so simple to set up, we had our business numbers running in minutes without needing any tech help.

What do you dislike about Dialaxy?

To be honest, the only thing I "disliked" was that it actually had too many features at first. Because it can do so much, I found the dashboard a bit overwhelming for the first day or two. I had to spend a little extra time clicking around to make sure I wasn't missing out on any of the cool tools they offered.

It was a "good problem" to have, though, I’d rather have too many features than not enough! I also found myself wishing for even more third-party app connections, but they seemed to be adding new ones so fast that it was hard to complain. What I like most about Dialaxy is how organized it keeps everything. The call routing system makes sure nothing gets messy, and the auto replies system ensure no one’s left hanging which has been helping me a lot.

What do you like best about Dialaxy?

Main reason to love dialaxy has been its ability to solve real communication problem without having to deal with unnecessary process and documentation. To set up a virtual phone number is pretty easy with its limited yet powerful features provided.

What i love about dialaxy is it's really simple to manage your whole system from a single dashboard. Every features such as call routing , ivr , recording and even call quality is decent to use for daily basis. And all of this i get it in affordable price and i am not even saying anything about customer support. i myself work as technical support but cant match that sort of patience. Simply amazing! What do you like best about Dialaxy?

Someone who have been using virtual number and switching providers time and again , i think i have found the perfect for me type. I am not very fond of virtual numbers , but since i have to use it for my official purpose , i am loving how dialaxy is helping me throughout this.

Very first , i got my number within 15minutes , and after having it its easy to use and less hectic from navigation point of view. Using it almost everyday this has made my life easier. By the way great customer support and surprisingly easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its not only about dialaxy but almost every one of them . Its about Hidden documentation requirements . It would be lot better if you could clear through your main website landing page itself. What do you like best about Dialaxy?

Dialaxy is just easy to use and simple and it a cost effective solution to me . I dont have any specific point which i would want to mention her , its just another alternative among 100s options. The only good thing about dialaxy has to be its simplicity and pricing.

And i have to mention that the interface was not so good to look but they managed to make it clean and feel good to even open the system . So its not bad , but not exceptional as well form my point of view . If you are looking for simple and beginner friendly option you can definitely go for dialaxy.

What do you dislike about Dialaxy?
