What I like most about Jiminny:

1. Excellent recording quality
2. Powerful AI features - especially the chat, where you can ask questions about what was discussed during the call
3. The collaborative aspect is fantastic and really supports coaching, training, and onboarding

I would highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Jiminny?**

- Occasionally runs into a few bugs, which can make the transcript harder to view
- Sharing snippets or videos outside your team/setup isn’t very straightforward and often requires workarounds, which can slow down collaboration
- The Sidekick feature doesn’t integrate very well with our CRM tool and could be improved

**What do you like best about Jiminny?**

I like Jiminny's call recordings and transcripts because they make follow-ups and internal discussions easier. It's much simpler to check what was discussed than to rely only on CRM notes. I appreciate that newer reps can listen to older discovery or demo calls from senior team members. This really helped during onboarding, as they could hear actual customer conversations and objections, rather than just going through training sessions. Jiminny has made day-to-day sales less hectic, as reps no longer have to depend solely on memory or short CRM notes during follow-ups. It saves my time as a manager because I can review important parts of calls myself without needing detailed updates from reps repeatedly. Integrating Jiminny with HubSpot and Zoom was straightforward, and it significantly helps during pipeline reviews, as we can cross-check actual customer conversations.

**What do you dislike about Jiminny?**

The platform is not perfect though. In longer meetings with several participants, speaker names sometimes need manual correction, and transcripts occasionally miss technical terms. I think it could improve more in meetings where multiple people speak one after another very quickly. In some of our longer customer calls, speaker labels get mixed and then reps need to manually check parts of the transcripts later. For transcripts, it would help if technical product names or industry terms were picked up more accurately. Most normal conversations work fine, but fast discussions sometimes miss smaller details and need attention.

Jiminny helps with tracking sales calls and demos, reducing reliance on memory or brief CRM notes. It provides call recordings and transcripts for quick reviews and aids new reps by letting them learn from past calls. Managers can review calls without constant checks with reps.

Honestly, how easy it is to use while still being super powerful. Jiminny just gets sales conversations and turns them into insights you can actually do something with. The dashboards are clean, it’s not clunky, and you don’t need to be a data nerd to understand what’s going on. It makes coaching and improving feel natural instead of forced.

Not much, to be honest. Like any tool with a lot of features, it takes a bit of time to explore everything, but the onboarding and support are solid so it’s not a big deal. Once you’re up and running, it’s smooth sailing.

I like using Jiminny for recording my calls with customers because it allows me to focus more during meetings without having to take notes at the same time. I really like the AI overview it provides after the call and the next steps points it gives, which help me write my account updates for my manager. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

One thing I would love to see is in the search functionality. When you're looking for something in the on-demand calls, it would be really helpful if you could search through all of a certain customer's recordings for specific keywords or topics.

I use Jiminny every day for all my meetings, and I really appreciate that it automatically records each session. This feature helps prevent the common mistake of forgetting to hit the record button at the start. I also find the transcripts and the task summaries provided at the end of each meeting extremely helpful, as they make it much easier for me to recall what was discussed. Additionally, my experiences with Jiminny's support team have been very positive—they resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. The sidekick feature is also convenient, allowing me to easily invite it to join a call if, for any reason, it doesn't join automatically.

**What do you dislike about Jiminny?**

I find it frustrating that it announces its presence only after the call has already begun and I am already speaking. This timing feels disruptive and makes the experience less smooth for me.

Can sometimes be slow to process post call activity notes however the support team are quick and efficient with speedy response. Call notes sometimes are not accurate 100% and picks up notes from wrong person however majority of time this works great!

You cannot give valuable, actionable feedback without a fair insight into your team's performance. Sales managers often underestimate actual interaction with prospects over numbers and results. How can you judge an executive without a clear view of the quality and dynamic applied during their value proposition - and analysing client's response to their input? Jiminy came to change forever the way I lead my team - I coach and support 10 executives in different markets, and without the clear view this tool provides, I wouldn't be as fair a manager nor a good coach to my team who's now very clear on the type of tips & feedback I can provide them with!

I run the Greek team, and I find that the transcript and understanding of Jiminy's IA on that language is not accurate yet. I'm confident they'll get there!

Very easy to use, great user interface and easy to integrate in our workflow. The AI recap is incredible and saves time taking notes. Jiminny also lets you click on the notes and it will bring you back to the part of the video where the note is based off. There are definitely other use cases that will come from this application.

It takes a bit of time once you load the video link for it to populate a day + meeting within the interface but this doesn't hinder any work.

As a BDR, I am constantly taking notes during our client-facing sales calls. This allows me to record, and takes notes for the team as well as next steps which drastically saves us time and energy, also reduces possible errors in recall.

Jiminy is very user friendly and easy to pick up. I can seach for key words and find calls relating to those words with ease. The information picked up by the AI is accurate and makes my life easier when listening to calls so that I can easily see where calls went well and where they didnt. The support by Jiminy is great and they are quick at getting back to you. I use Jiminy on a daily basis and can't say that I have enountered any issues.

Would like calls to appear on Jiminy a bit quicker sometimes so that I can listen to them more quickly and also would like phone numbers to link to accounts rather than having to search individual numbers.

Jiminny provides a great link between Sales and CS. Now that we are all on the same system, it makes the post-sales transition far cleaner and means we come to the first meeting far more knowledgeable about the clients.

I love the 'Ask Jiminny' feature. It makes researching clients far quicker. If you don't remember where a topic has been discussed, 'Ask Jiminny' will find it straight away for you. It summarises pain points succinctly and gives timestamps for where this was discussed. It's also extremely useful for self coaching as will give tips for how calls can be improved.

**What do you dislike about Jiminny?**

The summaries aren't quite as detailed as other notetakers and the format isn't as clear. They can also take a little while to be emailed to you so you're sometimes a little detailed when trying to complete your post-meeting admin.

**What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jiminny is bringing all of our meeting recording software into one place so Sales and CS are no longer using different tools. The self coaching tools available with the 'Ask Jiminny' feature are super useful and we are now able to share knowledge in a quicker way as all recordings are automatically available.

I use it on every customer meeting, and find it a beneficial addition. 
I also like how easy it is to find specific sections in the meeting through the Themes. 
From a personal development, the statistics are really helpful.

There isn't much I have encountered that I don't like about Jiminny. They do keep changing things so I feel like as soon as I start to get use to certain areas it changes.

The summary it generates and the way it breaks it down into categories like actions items, summary, and key points and also gives you a transcript that you can easily refer to.
I also like the fact that Jiminny makes it very easy for me to refer to any of my team's meetings as well which I might not even have been a part of which is often a big help, especially when I need to catch up on a meeting after returning from a vacation.

I don't like the fact that if even one participant doesn't opt in to have the call recorded, no recording is done.

It gives me an easy way to go back and refer to earlier meetings and extract meeting summaries for reporting and record keeping purposes.

We implemented Jiminny in August 2024, and now I can't imagine my working day without it.

Although I wasn't directly involved in the implementation, I had the opportunity to join the Kick-Off meeting with Emilia Grigorova and Jamie George, and I can honestly say these two were exceptional. They were incredibly professional, engaging, and knowledgeable, and from the moment we hopped on the call, we were immediately hooked and eager to start using the tool.

Jiminny has proven to be a powerful resource that is now deeply integrated into our workflow, with numerous teams across the business relying on it daily. The summary emails sent after every call have become an essential part of our process, providing valuable insights that help drive our next steps. We’ve set it up so Jiminny is active in every call booked with a customer, and the user experience couldn’t be simpler or more seamless.

I’ve only had to raise one query with Customer Support, but they responded incredibly fast and were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. It’s clear that Jiminny’s commitment to user experience extends beyond just the product itself, making it a tool I wouldn’t want to work without.

**What do you dislike about Jiminny?**

Suggestions for improvement (not dislikes):

1. The video quality could be better, as it tends to appear blurry and lacks sharp detail. The resolution is relatively low, and while it can be adjusted when loading the video, it still doesn't become fully clear.

2. Jiminny remains in a meeting for approximately three hours, so for longer calls, it's recommended to remove and re-add Jiminny. However, this results in having two separate sets of data to review and share, would be useful if the time allowed on calls could be extended.

Jiminny has significantly improved how we take notes and analyse calls to track risks and potential spend. It automatically captures and transcribes calls, making it easier to review key insights without missing details. Overall, Jiminny has streamlined our process, keeping us organized and proactive in managing client expectations.

I find the recording quality has been excellent and the transcript, while never perfect across many similar products I have used over the year,s is on par with some of the best.

I sometimes find the summary does not hit on all the key relevant points. I do appreciate that this is one of the most difficult tasks to do and it does not fall far behind other market leading compatitiors

**What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not everyone in the org can be on every call but in the same token not everyone that should be on the call has the time to listen over an entire recording. Jiminny gives access to a broad range of stakeholders who like to consume data when they want but also in the form that suits them best, whether that be the summary, skipping and listening to just what the customer is saying, or taking the synopsis or action points and sending as a summery to other interested parties.

As a marketer, Jiminny gives me easy access to the customer voice. As a result, I get to understand why prospects buy/don't buy our solution, and use this to shape our positioning & messaging.

The one itty-bitty thing I don't love is that you can't appear to filter topics by speaker (e.g. a lot of our 'wow moments' are generated by our salespeople using words like 'love' and 'amazing' but what I'd really like to filter on is 'wow moments' expressed exclusively by prospects/customers). Being able to filter topics by speaker would be a game-changer for me!

**What do you dislike about Jiminny?**

While Jiminny has been incredibly valuable, there are a couple of areas where we’d love to see further improvement. Sometimes the transcription accuracy can slip slightly, especially with heavy accents or technical jargon, though it’s usually easy to correct. Also, we’d appreciate more flexibility in customizing dashboard views and reporting for specific marketing use cases. That said, the Jiminny team is very responsive to feedback, and they’re constantly rolling out updates, which gives us confidence in the roadmap.

**What do you like best about Jiminny?**

Jiminny has become a really useful part of how we work as a commercial team. We use it daily to record and review sales calls, and it helps us stay aligned, spot opportunities to improve, and share useful insights across the team.
The interface is intuitive and makes it easy to find what you need, whether that’s a specific moment in a call or trends across conversations. I’ve used it in two roles now and was keen to bring it into Spotted Zebra because of the value it brings early on.
If I had to pick one thing that stands out, it’s the impact it’s had on coaching. Being able to review calls together, highlight good practice, and identify areas to improve has made a noticeable difference to how we develop as a team.

**What do you dislike about Jiminny?**

There’s honestly nothing I’d call a negative. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and adds value from day one. I think it would be useful to have custom AI generated templates for the call summary - changing the format of how the transcript is summarised.

**What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jiminny solves the problem of lost insights and inconsistent coaching across sales teams. By capturing every call and giving us a simple way to review and learn from them, it ensures we’re always improving and never guessing. It’s helped us onboard new team members faster, identify what works in our conversations, and spot risks early in the sales cycle. It’s also a brilliant way to share customer voice and feedback internally, which is invaluable for product and marketing alignment.

the ability to interact with coaching concepts - eg score a call according to a framework and citing a transcript
ask for coaching prompts to be applied to TRY to be consistent about improving performance

**What do you dislike about Jiminny?**

Everything is just ALMOST there but not quite. Come on product team! give the finishing touches and UI enough focus to showcase all your good work!

ACS is slightly mis labelled for example. It's a good feature but positioned wrongly as call scoring. Don't be ashamed that call scoring has to be manual in other parts of the app - focus on making this journey a bit easier.

**What do you like best about Jiminny?**

The best feature is being able to snippet parts of the call and share team wide - we use this often to collect feedback from each other. 

The interface is easy to use, generally speaking its quick to navigate. 

I like the transcript search option, i use it often when i am looking for parts of conversations.

Generally use for every call, it was easy to setup and get the ball rolling.

**What do you dislike about Jiminny?**

There are times where the note taker does not add to a call, i dont know why and im already in the call and kicked off so can not easily add it. Usually just do without if that happens. 

To be honest it does everything i need, there is not much negative feedback i have for you.

Quite a lot of the features are over kill for what we need it for, but i imagine they could be useful for bigger teams.

I have not dealt with customer support.

**What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

2 things i mainly use it for

1- to revisit conversations looking through transcripts and making clips to send to clients. It can help me give clarity to clients especially around negotiation conversations. 

2- Watching my own and my peers calls. The ability to clip and share with the team helps us easily give feedback to each other.

**What do you like best about Jiminny?**

I have been using Jiminny for over three years now, and I have to say, it is one of the rare tools that actually improves with time. Each update is meaningful, not just cosmetic, and it genuinely feels like the team is listening to users rather than chasing trends for the sake of it.

What keeps me using it every day is how reliable and intelligent it is. The voice detection and transcription are shockingly good, even when dealing with thick accents or imperfect audio. It is the kind of accuracy that takes the pressure off during calls, knowing I will not have to triple-check everything afterward.

The AI features are another level. They are not just there for show — they are useful. I actively use them every day to recap calls, catch what I missed, and clarify next steps. It saves time, but more importantly, it sharpens how I work.

And the human part of Jiminny deserves a mention too. Their client-facing team is just… lovely. Genuinely helpful, easy to talk to, and quick to sort things out. They made the shift to new features smooth and actually enjoyable, which is more than I can say for most support experiences.

**What do you dislike about Jiminny?**

In the past, there were occasional delays in processing some calls, which could be frustrating when I needed quick access to transcripts or insights. That said, this has noticeably improved in recent months and is no longer something I struggle with. Whatever they did behind the scenes clearly worked.

**What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jiminny helps me stay on top of a high volume of video calls without losing track of important details. The quick turnaround on transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and even ready-to-send follow-up emails means I spend far less time doing manual admin work. It helps me focus on the actual conversations and relationships, knowing the tool has the rest covered.

Jiminny is great, as a sales leader jiminny is one of the most important tools we use, it is simple, visually appealing and allows myself and and my team to listen to calls, understand what went well and what didn't and consistently improve. We use jiminny every day as a key part to our work flow.

The customer service is AMAZING!

**What do you dislike about Jiminny?**

Jiminny has its own dialler but the dialler does not intergrate with other tools like Outreach or Saleloft which means that work flow can be disjointed if using these types of tools.

**What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jiminny solves the issue of call recording and conversation intelligence, with their recent changes and addition of AI this tool is really supporting continuous improvement
