The sales advice they gave in the up front meetings to get us to sign was sound. Their actual product and technology is broken and cannot deliver results. My sales people constantly had login issues, dropped calls, calls where the end person couldn't hear them, static, forced out of the system. It was constant bugs. They make you pay up front and then deny that they are having tech issues. They will make it seem like you are the only with troubles, won't fix the bugs and keep telling you to use it. If you try to get a refund they will refuse. Wasted $10K. DO NOT work with this company. They have zero integrity. The output can be fantastic. The speed of dialing through a list and getting a meeting set is definitely the biggest ROI factor. Being in Operations, I also like that it cleans the data (we have triggers set up in the background to auto-DQ contacts who are no longer there, for example). The operational burden for us is pretty significant. We have a lot of territory movement so to keep the lists up to date, and populated with new names, there is a large lift on our operations team. The tool is definitely not a set and forget investment, it has to be well managed with a clear strategy and for a team without this bandwidth it might not make sense. Additionally, our team isn't familiar or comfortable with basic CRM functionality like using open tasks, so there is a large mentality shift and level of training needed to be able to use this tool effectively. It can be a brain drain if you use it too much or for too long. There's a slight learning curve. It's absolutely intense, but fun at the same time. Going from talking to someone maybe once an hour to every 5 minutes takes some getting used to. If you need to make a large number of cold calls with a small team, this solution will make the calls for you. The list upload and list management features are easy to use. If you have a dedicated telesales team I can see how this tool is a perfect fit. It does take a lot of the manual labor off of the rep. The ability to listen in and coach reps is a great value add. You get automatic feedback on the rep's performance and your audience's response to messages. I like the ability to connect Salesforce campaigns for call lists. You are able to get through a large number of dials without putting the burden of calling on reps. (they outsource the calling to other people/bots... If used properly, this tool can help validate initial messaging and give your team a large number of at-bats. If you believe in cold-calling at scale, this solution is right for you. The technology can be glitchy. The experiences for the prospect are somewhat unusual at times and it is a very different skill set for the rep. The connection with Salesforce is alright but the fact that everything lives in separate systems and silos is less than ideal. The customer experience and call transfers are delayed many times and prospects will hang up based on delay.
