Can sometimes be slow to process post call activity notes however the support team are quick and efficient with speedy response. Call notes sometimes are not accurate 100% and picks up notes from wrong person however majority of time this works great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI is a little off at times - like all AI responses, these need to be checked before sending but that is to be expected.
