I love that Jiminny integrates easily into HubSpot. It saves me so much time as it is able to add notes from my calls to all of my HubSpot accounts. I also enjoy the sidekick option as a notetaker. The new AI tool is super helpful. You can ask questions in regular language about the call and it accurately responds based on the context of the call. Jiminny has the most accurate transcripts of all the tools I've tried. This makes it easy for me to use the transcript for creating marketing content. It also provides really good meeting summaries and follow ups. Plus it's super simple to use and I love that I can reference calls from my entire team. Jimminy is fantastically reliable as a tool to record phone calls and Teams calls, seemlessly integrating with apps like Aircall and Hubspot. It provides strong insights into each call and makes searching for specific moments very easy with the transcript search function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The metrics on the right hand panel of each call, on stats such as talk:listen ratio, words per minute etc are nicely colour coded based on margin of error from the ideal. But there is no reference in this section showing what ideal looks like. You have to navigate quite far into other sections of the platform to find the ideal metrics. AI-powered call analysis. As an SDR, it saves me hours by automatically breaking down my conversations and highlighting what worked—and what didn’t. Instead of re-listening to full calls, I get instant insights into talk ratios, objection handling, and next steps. It helps me improve faster and stay focused on booking more qualified meetings. Jiminny has streamlined my note taking ability and brought it to the next level. No more individual notes, trying to scribble down information during meetings. Now is the time to take meaningful notes and actions after the fact. Jiminny keeps me organized, easily incorporates into my workflows and was a snap to set up (I didn't even have to do anything).
