What I dislike about Zoho CRM Plus is that while it’s easy to use, it can feel a bit limited when you need advanced customization or complex workflows. Coming from SAP, you notice that reporting and analytics aren’t as deep, and integrating with other enterprise systems can be more of a headache. The main strength of Zoho CRM+ is the integrated platform that easily incorporates with sales and marketing and support team and, therefore, offers a 360 degree view of customer engagements. The most valuable usage of this integration is to improve collaboration of different teams, mechanization of the sale operations, and providing AI-enhanced insights that can take productivity to the next level.
