What do you like best?

Hearsay allows you to connect all of your social media platforms and post something all at once. For instance if you wanted to tell all of your social media connections you started a new job all you have to do is create one post, once you have completed what you want to say it will post on all your social media platforms all at once. Very fast and convenient which saves time and money. My Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Linked In accounts are all compatible with Hearsay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

So far I have not come across anything I do not like. Its very simple to use and time friendly. If you are big on social media and want to put your name or company out there, I highly recommend using this. It links Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and my Twitter accounts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Saves you time, which in turn is money! I usually go on 1st thing in the morning, look through suggested content, and choose which content I want, or create my own post. Posting daily or every other day puts my face or name in front of people I am connected with. What do you like best?

Hearsay has helped us take the nearly impossible task of mobilizing the field to compliantly use social media, and make it a simple one. Marketing content is easily disseminated to the field and both they and compliance have peace of mind that the content they're sharing is compliant and on-brand. What do you like best?

I can plan my calendar of posts out for the whole month and basically set it and forget it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When scheduling a specific time, the drop down defaults to 1am, and I have to scroll to a reasonable hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Our Rep Jillian is amazing! She walks us through all the product updates and visits us on site to discuss future plans. Hearsay also has a create education team that helps us do 4 webinars a year which are tailored to our company. The end users also rave about how user friendly this program is which as helped lead us to a higher adoption rate than we anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Auto campaigns and having a library of content to look through. Could be organized better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Can't schedule in the app, can't tag people in the website or app, triggers action required all the time and is an ongoing issue. Pretty behind for the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It should be a no brainer to be able to schedule content in the app. What's the point of it otherwise? I coach people not to use it, they are better off using LinkedIn directly. And to be able to tag people through scheduling. You lose people immediately because they need to spend time on each social network to go back and tag people. All other social media scheduling tools have this capacity not sure why it's so hard for Hearsay to get it together. What do you like best?

Compliance is always a struggle in this industry, having this tool makes the submission and posting/approval process of custom posts so seamless, as well as having a vast library of already approved materials available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Our organization has been a Hearsay Social user since 2015 and it, along with an internal social team, have driven the steadily-growing success of our social media program. The tool is relatively easy to train our Advisor force to use and the built-in compliance review processes make it easy for our Advisors to post nearly in real time. What do you dislike?

The Engage Sites tool and Instagram were rolled out quickly and it shows. We had to customize our Engage Sites a great deal and it still had serious functionality issues. Instagram has such huge oversight gaps that we don't even have it on our 2020 roadmap to roll out to our Field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Make sure you have several clear and open discussions about the products you're considering and ask questions about how new the tool is and what problems their early adopters are experiencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Again, the Social tool has been essential in empowering our field force to use social for business. And, according to our internal surveying, the advisors are experiencing real success (in terms of leads, client relationships, etc.) thanks to the social program. Additionally, we recently ran some data that demonstrated a clear link between our social program and traffic to our website and website conversions. This was huge for our organization! What do you like best?

I am limited only by the amount of characters I am able to use. Hearsay is an amazing program that allows to monitor our agents and make sure all information distributed is compliant, while not seemingly like we are invading their privacy and being "Big Brother." In the digital age, privacy is worth its weight in gold, and Hearsay allows our agents ot keep their personal accounts private while making sure their business accounts are compliant.

What do you like best?

The platform is efficient and very user-friendly. It is very easy to understand and complete the tasks at hand as well as assist our firm/compliance team with controlling the sales team's social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Click of a button and posts are sent out or scheduled to the available platforms. Calendaring the social posts means you can sit down once per month and schedule your social posts out and not have to worry about posting for the rest of the month with the exception of events or custom posts. What do you dislike?

Some analytics are limited vs. posting in the platform itself. If you are into analyzing the stats you can still get those through the platform like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Hearsay received high marks on usability. It's what stands out. Hearsay has modernized our sales team by providing the tools and content to participate in social media. Prior to Hearsay, social media was taboo. Now the firm encourages and trains sales users on how to put their best digital foot forward and showcase their personal brand as well as amplifying the firm's brand. What do you like best?

I love the team from Hearsay. I always feel supported through their helpdesk. I feel like I am being listened to in regards to new updates that would benefit users of Hearsay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I don't like some of the usability. For example, in order to find the birthday template, it's under reminders. It doesn't seem intuitive to import your contacts under reminders. I also don't like that I don't know where contacts are pulling from in the relate app. It seems like some are from LinkedIn and some are from the personal phone. I am in Hearsay everyday and talking with advisors to explain and onboard them to the platform. I realize that advisors are using the platform to reach their clients and prospective clients. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

I love that Hearsay has the ability for administrators to have a view of their own and a toggle to view what our agents see. It not only serves as a compliance tool but also works as a great social media content library and scheduling system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Hearsay is an easy-to-use platform that works really well for corporate employee advocacy programs. There are a ton of customization options, as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We run an employee advocacy program with over 400 people through Hearsay. We are able to add content to a library for our users to access, and also run campaigns. Employees have found navigating the library is easy, but seem to have difficulty submitting their own content.
