## Warmy Reviews
 ### 1. A reliable business solution that actually delivers results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktir P. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

The only tool in this category that actually delivers consistent results

After trying several cheaper alternatives on the market, I can confidently state that this service is the only one that actually works as advertised. While other platforms attract users with lower price points, their real-world performance left me completely dissatisfied due to unstable deliverability and poor sender reputation management. So far, I have found no viable alternative that matches the technical reliability of this platform.

Here are the key aspects that justify the investment:

Performance & Reliability: The core deliverability engine operates flawlessly. Unlike cheaper tools that trigger spam filters or show artificial progress, this service achieves consistent, real-world inbox placement.

AI & Intelligence: The automated deliverability algorithms adjust perfectly to changing provider rules, making the ongoing process highly autonomous and hands-off.

Integrations & Infrastructure: Setting up the necessary connections is straightforward and stable. The platform handles multi-account configurations without dropping connections or requiring constant re-authentication.

UI/UX: The dashboard provides a clean, highly functional interface. It skips unnecessary clutter, focusing instead on clear, actionable data and transparent health metrics.

Support & Onboarding: The onboarding infrastructure is technical yet accessible, ensuring that domain settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are aligned correctly from day one. When technical questions arise, the support team provides prompt, professional responses.

While the pricing is higher than many entry-level tools, the ROI is fully justified by the simple fact that the service actually works and protects critical business infrastructure. If you need a reliable solution rather than a cheap experiment, this is the only real option.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The pricing is significantly higher than most alternatives on the market. While the quality of the service explains the cost, the entry barrier for testing is too high. Currently, there is no option to buy a cheap, flexible monthly plan just to test how the system works with your specific infrastructure. You are forced to either commit to an expensive monthly tier or buy an annual package upfront. Introducing a low-cost, short-term trial or a basic starter plan for validation purposes would be a great improvement.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the service primarily as a preventative infrastructure tool rather than a crisis-management solution. It ensures that our sender reputation and domain health remain consistently high from the start. By keeping deliverability stable, it prevents potential inbox placement issues before they can occur, allowing our communication channels to operate smoothly without interruptions.

 ### 2. A Technically Superior Solution for Automated Domain Warm-up and Reputation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew G. | Founding Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

As a founding engineer, I really appreciate the technical depth of Email Deliverability engine. The Adeline AI doesn't just send generic pings. It simulates sophisticated, high-intent traffic that major ESPs actually trust. The dashboard provides a clear, data-driven look at our domain health, which is essential for our early-stage growth.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

While the core functionality is robust, the initial API configuration for our specific subdomains was a bit more manual than I expected. The documentation is decent, but I’d love to see more "one-click" setups for custom mail stacks. The reporting filters are powerful but can be slightly dense for a quick morning check.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At a small startup like Cadastral, we can't afford to have our primary outreach landing in spam folders. Warmy stabilized our sender reputation during a critical scaling phase. It’s essentially "deliverability insurance," ensuring our technical communications and partnership inquiries reach the primary inbox consistently without requiring constant manual oversight from our team.

 ### 3. Sophisticated Deliverability Protection For High-Stakes Corporate Communications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime R. | Associate General Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

The automation behind the Email Deliverablity system is truly impressive. In a legal and corporate environment, we cannot afford for critical communications to be filtered out. Warmy's Adeline AI provides a sophisticated layer of protection, ensuring our outreach remains credible and consistent without requiring constant manual oversight from our team.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

While the platform is incredibly robust, the initial Salesforce integration mapping was a bit more technical than I anticipated for an associate-level user. The UI is very clean, but some of the deeper administrative settings could be more intuitive to navigate during the first-time setup for those of us without a background in IT.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a reliable way to maintain our sender reputation across multiple hospitality and entertainment initiatives. Warmy solved the challenge of "silent" spam filtering, ensuring our partner outreach and internal updates reach the intended recipients. It provides the peace of mind that our digital infrastructure is as professional as our physical venues.

 ### 4. Professional - Grade Deliverability That Protects Our Outreach and Reputation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia L. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

As someone coming from a clinical background, I appreciate the precision of the Email Deliverability tools. The Adeline AI feels very diagnostic. It identifies reputation symptoms before they become critical issues. It's been incredibly easy to manage our warm-up schedules, and the interface is clean enough for our small team to handle without needing a dedicated IT specialist on staff full-time

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The initial integration with our Salesforce environment required a bit more manual field mapping than I originally anticipated. While the support documentation is quite thorough, I would love to see a more automated one-click setup for specialized CRM configurations. Also, the advanced reporting filters can occasionally feel a bit dense when I just need a quick high-level summary for our weekly meetings.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were seeing a significant number of our partnership inquiries landing in Promotions or being flagged by spam filters, which was stalling our growth. Warmy stabilized our sender reputation effectively. Now, our outreach to clinics and partners actually reaches the primary inbox. It has restored my confidence in our email channel, ensuring our communications are as reliable as our diagnostic services.

 ### 5. A Sophisticated, AI-Driven Approach to Communication Integrity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicola S. | Co-Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

As someone deeply involved in applied AI research, I am genuinely impressed by the Adeline AI engine. It doesn't just send random pings, It creates contextually relevant interactions that actually mirror human behavior. The Email Deliverability insights are technically robust, providing the kind of granular data I need to ensure our outreach remains high-signal.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

While the core functionality is excellent, the Salesforce integration could be more intutive for advisors who aren't in the CRM daily. The initial mapping took a bit more manual oversight than I would prefer for an all-in-one suite. I would also love to see more advanced API documentation for custom AI research workflows.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In stealth mode, first impressions are everything. We were struggling with our initial partnership outreach getting flagged by aggressive filters. Warmy stabilized our reputation, ensuring oy our primary communication channel is reliable. It has allowed us to focus on development and research, knowing our emails are actually reaching the intended high-level stakeholders.

 ### 6. Essential Infrastructure for Protecting Our Outreach ROI and Domain Authority

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmitriy M. | CEO and Founder, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

As a founder of a service development firm, I prioritize tools that just work. Warmy's Email Deliverability features, specifically the Adeline AI, have been stellar for maintaining our reputation. The integration with Salesforce is seamless, allowing our business development team to monitor mailbox health without leaving their primary workflow. It's sophisticated, automated and actually delivers on its promises.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The sheer depth of the analytics can be a bit much if you’re just looking for a quick summary. While the data is great for our technical leads, I’d personally prefer a more high-level "Executive Summary" view for a faster pulse check on our global domain health across all our startup projects.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We help startups scale, and reliable communication is their biggest hurdle. We were seeing a dip in our own partnership outreach success due grey-listing. Since implementing Warmy and syncing it with our Mailchimp lists, our inbox placement has surged. It’s removed the guesswork and ensured our growth efforts aren't being silenced by aggressive spam filters

 ### 7. The Only Solution That Successfully Scaled Our Outreach Without Risking Our Domain

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt E. | Co-Founder and CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

The automated behind the Email Deliverability engine is elite. As a founder, I don't have time to micromanage our warm-up schedules. Warmy's Adeline AI takes over the heavy lifting, adjusting volumes based on real-time feedback. The Salesforce integration is also a massive plus, allowing our sales team to see reputation health scores directly within our CRM without switching tabs constantly.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

While the UI is clean, the initial API configuration for our custom subdomains was a bit more involved than I liked. It's powerful, but if you aren't a technical founder, you might need a hand from your dev team for the first hour of setup. I would also love a more robust reporting export for our monthly stakeholder meetings.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were seeing a significant drop in demo bookings because our cold outreach was hitting the Promotions tab. Warmy helped us identify a broken DKIM record we hadn’t noticed and then rehabilitated our sender score. Within 45 days, our open rates recovered by 35%, directly impacting our pipeline and ensuring our growth wasn't throttled by simple spam filters.

 ### 8. Essential for Maintaining Our Research Communication Integrity and Inbox Placement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamran A. | Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

The automated Email Deliverability features have been a game-changer for our outreach. In biotech, we can't afford our emails to land in spam. The Adeline AI handles the warm-up process with a level of sophistication I haven't seen elsewhere, making our interactions look completely natural to major mail servers.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

Setting up the initial mapping for Salesforce was slightly more technical than I anticipated for an all-in-one suite. It works flawlessly now, but the documentation could be more streamlined for advisors who aren't technical experts. I would also like to see more templates specifically tailored for the research sector.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with Mailchimp newsletters hitting the Promotions tab or being blocked entirely. Warmly solved this by stabilizing our sender reputation. Now, our critical updates and partnership inquiries reach the primary inbox consistently. It gives our team the confidence that our digital communication is as reliable as our research.

 ### 9. Direct line to uder feedback without the typical manual overhead

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nir Z. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Warmy's been a pretty solid addition for our small team. It's surprisingly easy to get moving with, and I didn't have to spend a week reading documentation to figure out how to start collecting user thoughts. The interface is straightforward enough that we were up and running almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

I did find the notification system a bit much at first. It felt like i was getting pinged for every single little thing until i went in and manually tweaked the alert settings, which was a bit of a chore.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently push a product update and used it to track customer responses in real time. It's been great for gathering direct feedback and actually improving our engagement without a lot of back and forth. It basically just lets us see what's working without the usual mess.

 ### 10. Getting real-time pulse checks on how schools are using our new tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe P. | Founder & CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Warmy’s been pretty easy to get going with since we started a few weeks back. It’s not overly complex, which is a huge plus for a founder who doesn't have time to dive into a hundred tutorials. The interface is clean and it actually does what it says it’ll do without any unnecessary fluff.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

I did find the notification settings a bit annoying at first. It felt like I was getting pinged for every single interaction until I went in and manually silenced a few things.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently used it to track customer responses right after a new product launch. It’s been great for seeing how schools are actually engaging with the update in real-time, which helped us fix a few small issues before they became bigger headaches

 ### 11. Closing the loop on customer feedback to refine our sales pitch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine P. | Director of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Warmy has been pretty straightforward for our sales tor our team to pick up without a huge learning curve. It's surprisingly easy to navigate, I didn't have to spend hours training everyone on how to start gathering insights from our accounts.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

I did find the reporting dashboard a bit laggy when I tried to pull larger data sets from the last month. It's not a deal breaker, but it was a little frustrating when I was in a rush for a meeting.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it to track customer responses right after we launched a new curriculum module. It's been great for seeing exactly how teachers are engaging with the update, which has helped us refine our pitch and improve overall engagement.

 ### 12. A Valuable Tool for Monitoring and Improving Email Deliverability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eyal I. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

What I like most about Warmy is the clear visibility it gives us into our email deliverability performance across different providers, especially Microsoft 365 and Gmail.

The platform makes it easier to monitor inbox placement, spot potential issues early, and adjust our sending strategy in a more informed way. I also value the practical warm-up tools and the support from the Warmy team, which has been responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process.

For a company running high-volume outreach, Warmy has been a very useful tool for protecting our domain reputation and improving deliverability over time.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

What I dislike is not about the core value of Warmy, which is strong, but mainly about the need for more detailed explanations and clearer action recommendations when deliverability issues appear.

Sometimes the results show that there is a problem with a specific provider, such as Microsoft 365, but it is not always immediately clear what exact steps should be taken to improve the situation. More detailed diagnostics, clearer historical comparisons, and more practical recommendations inside the dashboard would make the platform even stronger.

There were also occasional technical issues, but the support team was responsive and helpful in addressing them. Overall, Warmy is a valuable tool, but I would appreciate more transparency and deeper provider-specific insights.

Besides, Warmy is a bit too expensive.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Warmy helps us solve one of the most important challenges in high-volume professional email outreach: making sure our emails actually reach the inbox and do not get filtered into spam or junk folders.

Since we communicate with many investors, leads, and business contacts, deliverability is critical for us. Warmy helps us monitor our domain reputation, understand inbox placement across providers such as Microsoft 365 and Gmail, and detect problems before they become serious.

The benefit is that we can manage our email activity more responsibly, adjust our sending strategy when needed, and protect the reputation of our domain. It gives us better control, more confidence, and a clearer picture of how our emails are performing.

 ### 13. Warmy Simplifies Multi-Domain Warm-Up with Clear Sender Health Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kareem K. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Managing multiple client domains has become much easier with Warmy. The platform keeps our warm-up activity organized and largely automated, which makes it simpler to stay on top of everything. I also appreciate the clear visibility into sender health and spam risk. Overall, it saves our team from having to constantly monitor deliverability manually.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The interface could really benefit from more filtering options, especially for managing larger accounts. At times, switching and navigating between multiple inboxes feels slower than I’d expect, which makes the overall workflow less smooth.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an agency, we run outreach campaigns for multiple clients at the same time, so keeping sender reputations healthy across different accounts is essential. Warmy helped us maintain strong sender reputations across those accounts, which reduced campaign interruptions caused by spam placement issues. Overall, it made our client outreach operations more reliable and consistent.

 ### 14. Reliable Deliverability for High-Stakes Academic and Healthcare Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Belinda W. | Adjunct Lecturer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

The Email Deliverability features are remarkably robust for our complex institutional needs. As an educator in a large healthcare system, I need to now that my outreach to students and partners isn't lost to filters. The Adeline AI feels intelligent and handles the technical warm-up process with very little manual intervention required.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

While the platform is powerful, the integration with enterprise tools like Salesforce can feel a bit technical for those of us in academic roles. I would love to see a more simplified interface or a Lite dashboard specifically designed for users who don't need to dive into the deep technical logs.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with important educational updates being flagged as spam due to our high volume of outbound mail. Warmy stabilized our sender reputation by simulating natural traffic patterns. This ensures that my lecture materials and partnership inquiries reach the primary inbox, maintaining the professional integrity of our digital communications.

 ### 15. Essential Reliability for Our Community Health Outreach and Patient Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis F. | Chiropody Lead and Senior Chiropodist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

The Email Deliverability consistency has been a major win for our team. As a healthcare lead, I need to know that our outreach to community partners and patients is actually landing in the primary inbox. The Adeline AI makes the whole warm-up process hands-off and intuitive, which is perfect for a busy clinical environment like ours.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

While the dashboard is clean, the initial setup for our specific healthcare domain required a few more technical steps than I expected. I would to see a Quick Start guide specifically for non-profit health centers. Some of the deeper analytics are a bit dense when I’m just trying to do a fast weekly check.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were seeing a drop in engagement because our community newsletters and partnership inquiries were occasionally hitting spam filters. Warmy stabilized our sender reputation effectively. Now, I have full confidence that our critical health communications are being delivered reliably. It ensures our digital presence is as dependable as the physical care we provide.

 ### 16. A Strategic Asset for Ensuring Enterprise-Grade Communication Reliability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony K. | Board Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

As a board advisor, I value infrastructure that mitigates operational risk. Warmy's Email Deliverability engine is technically superior, using the Adeline AI to maintain a flawless sender reputation. The Salesforce integration is particularly impressive, providing our business development teams with real-time health metrics directly within their existing workflow for maximum efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The initial administrative configuration for multiple telco subdomains was slightly more involved than expected. While the platform is exceptionally powerful, I would like to see a more streamlined Executive Summary view that highlights global health trends across all connected mailboxes without needing to dive into the granular technical logs every time.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the telecommunication space, reaching the primary inbox is non-negotiable warmy solved our inconsistent placement issues by stabilizing our domain reputation during high-growth outreach phases. It has effectively turned a technical vulnerability into a reliable asset, ensuring our strategic partnership inquiries are consistently seen by the intended high-level stakeholders.

 ### 17. Warmy Makes Email Warm-Up Simple and Stress-Free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia N. | Demand Generation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Warmy removes a lot of the uncertainty from warming up new email accounts. It runs quietly in the background while still giving helpful progress updates along the way. I also appreciate the clean interface and the straightforward setup process. Overall, it doesn’t feel overly complicated, especially compared with similar tools.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The dashboard customization options feel somewhat limited. I’d really like more flexibility when arranging reports and widgets, so I can set up the layout in a way that better fits my workflow.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company frequently launches new domains for outreach initiatives, and Warmy helped us build sender credibility before we kicked off larger campaigns. As a result, we lowered the risk of poor deliverability during critical launch periods. Overall, the warm-up process felt far more structured and predictable, which made planning and execution easier.

 ### 18. Easy Setup, Clean Dashboard, and Reliable Automation That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan B. | Email Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Warmy is very easy to set up, even if you’re not especially technical. The dashboard looks clean and makes the key metrics—like inbox placement and reputation—easy to find and understand. I also like that it gradually increases sending volume without requiring constant manual adjustments. Overall, the automation feels reliable, and it saves me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The reporting could go a bit deeper, especially when it comes to historical comparisons. At times, it takes a while to understand why certain emails end up in spam. More detailed insights into the underlying reasons would make it much easier to troubleshoot.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we launched outbound campaigns, we struggled with low deliverability. Warmy helped us improve our sender reputation steadily over the course of a few weeks. Since then, our emails have been landing in the inbox more consistently, and our response rates have improved as a result. Overall, it took a lot of the guesswork out of the email warm-up process.

 ### 19. Warmy Delivers Reliable Automation with Clear Performance Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Marketing Operations Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Warmy strikes a solid balance between automation and visibility. I’m able to keep an eye on performance metrics without spending hours digging through data. Setup was straightforward, and the platform fits smoothly into our existing workflow. Since implementation, it has been reliable and consistent.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

A few of the more advanced features could be explained more clearly during onboarding. As it is, new users may need some trial and error to fully understand every option that’s available.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our outreach efforts grew, keeping deliverability consistent became increasingly challenging. Warmy helped us protect our sender reputation while gradually increasing email volume. We saw better inbox placement and ran into fewer deliverability issues overall. That meant our team could spend more time on campaign strategy instead of getting pulled into technical troubleshooting.

 ### 20. Effortless Setup with Impressive Email Warming Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian S. | Software Engineering Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

I use Warmy for warming GTM emails and appreciate how easy it was to set up. The onboarding process was smooth and comprehensive, which made getting started a breeze. I like that Warmy helps reduce bouncing ratios and manages spam-flagged emails effectively. I also find it valuable to see how well mailboxes are being warmed and track their evolution, which gives a clear view of the process. Overall, the product seems to deliver on its promises.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

There could be more contextual information about what some parts mean. I got great explanations during a call, but I couldn't have discovered the same things just through the product. For example, there is a concept called Mailbox temperature, which means how warmed the mailbox is, but I don't know what it means aside from that. I learned from their team that we can send that number divided by 2 of cold emails per day.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Warmy reduces bouncing ratios and spam-flagged emails by warming GTM emails for outreach.

 ### 21. Warmys Adeline AI: Exceptional Email Warm-Up for High-Volume Outbound Campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shiela T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

We manage high-volume outbound campaigns targeting global high-net-worth individuals for luxury off-plan developments and premium penthouses in Dubai. To protect our primary corporate domain, we purchase multiple secondary domains exclusively for broker outreach. Warmys Adeline AI is exceptional for this, and it’s a big improvement over older warm-up tools that often produce robotic text.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The tracking setup for custom tracking domains could be a bit more automated within the interface. When configuring a unique tracking pixel domain for a newly provisioned outreach inbox, navigating the internal dashboard to verify CNAME propagation still takes a few extra manual steps.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When our brokers pitch a $5 million villa in Downtown Dubai, landing in the spam folder means a massive loss in potential commission. Warmy completely eliminates the cold-start deliverability problem for our sales team.

 ### 22. Rock-Solid Email Deliverability for High-Value Global Contracts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shekhar T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

We manage global agroindustrial operations, international commodity trading, and large-scale import/export distribution. When negotiating high-value contracts, email deliverability isn’t just a technical metric; it’s a core pillar of our supply chain. Warmy' s multilingual Adeline AI engine helped us very much

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The per-inbox pricing architecture quickly turns into an expensive corporate line item the moment you try to scale across multiple regional trading squads. If we want to provision and warm up 15 to 20 separate sales and procurement mailboxes for the new export market, the cumulative subscription cost escalates fast.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A single critical invoice or shipping manifest landing in the distributor’s spam folder can delay port clearance, costing our agriculture operations thousands of dollars in demurrage fees. Warmy guarantees that our communication channels stay fully trusted and highly responsive.

 ### 23. Warmy Streamlines Multi-Inbox Warm-Up with Real-Time Performance Alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksandr M. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Warmy fits smoothly into our outreach workflow and makes it easy to manage warm-up across multiple inboxes without much effort. I also appreciate the real-time alerts and the ongoing updates on email performance, which help me stay on top of what’s happening. Overall, the tool feels stable, dependable, and consistent to use.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

There’s a slight learning curve when it comes to understanding all the metrics, and some of the terminology may confuse new users at first. A quick, guided walkthrough would make it easier to get started and help everything click sooner.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold outreach used to deliver inconsistent results for us because of ongoing deliverability issues. Since switching to Warmy, our emails land in the inbox more often, which has improved both our open and reply rates. Overall, it’s helped us create a more predictable and reliable outbound process.

 ### 24. Solving our deliverability hurdles so i can focus on growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anada L. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

warmly has been a solid find for our small team. I've mostly used it tp play around with new campaign ideas and ad creatives without the usual stress. it's pretty intuitive and didn't take forever to set up.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The reporting dashboard felt a little laggy the first few days. it took a while for some of our newer outreach data to actually populate correctly, which was slightly frustrating when i was in a hurry.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's basically handed our deliverability in the background. we're seeing much better placement for our outreach, so i can focus more on the big-picture stuff rather than worrying if our messages are actually landing.

 ### 25. Finally, a quick way to gauge reactions after a content update

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis F. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Setting up Warmy was pretty straightforward for my team at TechRow. It’s not over-engineered, which is refreshing. I like that the dashboard gives me a quick snapshot of how our audience is actually engaging without having to dig through layers of menus

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

I did run into a few issues with the CSV export feature. It felt a bit buggy and didn't always include the custom fields I needed on the first try

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it to track customer responses right after we updated our content library. It’s been huge for seeing what’s actually grabbing people’s attention so we can adjust our strategy on the fly

 ### 26. Warmy Makes Domain Warm-Up Stress-Free and Hands-Off

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mobashra M. | Growth Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Warmy makes warming up new domains far less stressful. The whole process feels automated and hands-off, so it doesn’t require constant daily monitoring. I especially like that it gradually builds trust with email providers instead of rushing things. The UI is clean, simple, and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

It would be great to have more customization options for warm-up speed. At times, I’d like finer control depending on how urgent a campaign is. Also, the analytics are helpful, but they could be a bit more detailed.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we launched a new product, we needed to set up new domains for outreach. Warmy helped make sure those domains didn’t get flagged early on, so we could start our campaigns smoothly and avoid deliverability problems. In the end, it saved us time and helped us steer clear of costly mistakes.

 ### 27. Easy Integration and Reliable Automation with Clear Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rowan B. | Customer Success Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Warmy was easy to integrate into my existing outreach setup. The automation takes care of repetitive tasks and helps keep inbox activity healthy. I also appreciate the straightforward reporting and the clear visibility into sender reputation trends. Overall, it works reliably without requiring constant tweaks or ongoing adjustments.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

Customer support is helpful overall, although response times can occasionally vary. I also think the platform would benefit from a few more onboarding tutorials to make it easier to get started.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team needed to improve deliverability for our customer engagement campaigns, and Warmy helped us reduce spam-folder placement while supporting healthier sending behavior. As a result, our communication performance improved across campaigns, and we felt more confident when increasing our outreach volume.

 ### 28. Best for Scaling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas T. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

It’s especially powerful if you’re trying to scale an agency. From everything I’ve tested, they offer the best warm-up system and the widest range of options to actively improve deliverability.

For example, if you see that a client has an 80% Microsoft inbox distribution, you can simply adjust your mailboxes so that 70–80% of the warm-up traffic also goes to Microsoft. That way you’re not stuck warming up on a generic 50/50 split while actually sending most of your volume into Microsoft, which is exactly how accounts get burned.

Their support is the best I’ve ever experienced. Polina was my personal account manager, and most of the time she responded within about five minutes. She even helped on weekends, whether it was solving issues or making changes in my account, like adjusting warm-up ratios for specific mailboxes.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

Nothing so far — everything has worked as expected.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Warmy solves the problem that emails land into spam by providing a very clean warm-up pool with a high volume warm-up that's ramping up over time. On top of that, you get multiple different settings you can set up for your warm-up specifically to increase the deliverability for each of your use cases.

 ### 29. Direct insight into how our new curriculum is landing with students

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nat W. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Setting up warmy was pretty painless, which is a relief for a busy founder. It’s not over engineered, and the UI is clean enough that my team at Forte didn't need much hand-holding to start using it.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The initial CSV upload was a bit finicky. It took a few tries to get our student lists formatted exactly right, which was a bit of a headache.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it to track customer responses after a recent curriculum update. It’s been great for seeing exactly where users were engaging so we could adjust things on the fly.

 ### 30. Boosted Email Engagement with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

I find Warmy very easy to use, which is great because it simplifies our processes. I really like the customer service; they are quick and responsive, always helpful when we need assistance. For us, the seed list in Warmy has been the most valuable feature as it provides positive engagement signals. Also, there seem to be a lot of different integrations available, even though we mainly use the seed list. With Warmy, once we created an account, the account manager promptly reached out and helped us understand what we were looking at, guiding us on how to download the seed list and get it all set up. We managed to install it quickly into Klaviyo, allowing us to be up and running efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The onboarding could provide a little bit more education.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Warmy to reengage dormant subscribers, improving email deliverability and engagement. It helps recover domain reputation by offsetting spam rates with positive signals, increasing visibility.

 ### 31. Quickly figuring out what’s actually working in our latest update

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mollie D. | Senior Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Setting up Warmy was pretty painless, which was a relief. The interface isn't cluttered, so my team at Sawyer didn't need much onboarding to start using it. It’s been easy to navigate through the different feedback streams

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

I’ve noticed a few glitches with the mobile view. It’s a bit clunky when I'm trying to check stats on the go

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it to track customer responses right after a recent product release. It gave us a quick look at what was landing well and what wasn't, helping us tighten up engagement.

 ### 32. Easy UI, Fair Pricing and Fantastic Customer Support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Director of Demand Center, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

Service works great and the tech support is fantastic! The team is helpful and readily available via chat. UI/UX easy to navigate, and the pricing is very fair for the service delivered.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

We have not had any issues. The Warmy team was very helpful with initial account setup.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very helpful in ensuring that our ISR team emails are getting where we need them to go!

 ### 33. Pinpointing exactly where our users get confused after an update

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh F. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Warmy is pretty low-friction to get running. The UI is clean, and it didn't take my team forever to figure out how to start collecting responses from our users.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The mobile app feels a bit stripped down compared to the web version. Trying to check detailed feedback on the go is a bit of a pain.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it to track customer responses after a recent platform update. It really helped us see exactly where people were getting confused so we could fix it fast.

 ### 34. Quick Setup, Fast Friendly Support, and Smooth Google Suite Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael Y. | Director of Digital Strategy, Government Relations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Quick and easy to set up, with friendly, fast support. It also integrates smoothly with Google Suite.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

At the moment, it doesn’t support GCC High, though it could potentially be added as a feature in the future.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emailing consistently with their providers is straightforward, and warming up new inboxes is a breeze. The interface is extremely appealing and easy to use.

 ### 35. Catching friction points in our enrollment portal early on

Setting up warmy was actually smooth for my team at Vivvi. The UI is straightforward and didn't require a long manual to get moving, which is great when you're busy.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

I 've noticed the loading times for larger reports can be a bit sluggish. It's a minor annoyance when I'm trying to pull data quickly.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using it to track customer responses after launching our new enrollment portal. It's helped us catch some friction points early on.

 ### 36. Essential Tool for Email Deliverability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aivars B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Warmy is a great tool for mailbox management and overall mailbox health assessment. We have a dedicated manager with them who we meet weekly. I appreciate that the manager shares best practices and provide more insights into the industry of mailbox health. This really helps to keep me knowledgeable about the industry and gives me a reliable voice to bounce ideas off of, especially with all the online noise about this topic.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

-

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Warmy for keeping my email and mailbox health in check, ensuring emails land in inboxes rather than spam. Warmy also provides industry insights through an account manager, helping me navigate the space overall.

 ### 37. Boosted Email Deliverability with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I really appreciate Warmy's fantastic customer service and how easy the platform is to use. The information provided about warming up my email is clear and precise. The onboarding process was simple and easy, taking no more than fifteen minutes, and the customer service representative was immediately responsive and fantastic to work with when I needed help or had questions. The initial setup of Warmy was fantastically easy, taking no more than ten minutes.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

Nothing as of yet, bean work great the first two weeks

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Warmy increased my email deliverability from 14% to 60% within the first two weeks.

 ### 38. Simple, Versatile Seed Lists for Easy Monthly Inbox Testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kutt N. | CRM Infrastructure Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Simplicity and versatility of the Seed list option. No integration needed (if not desirable), just send your own content on your own templates and in your own chosen language to a monthly list of inboxes which will interact with these.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

Payment process and options are not clearly understandable. Enterprise customers requiring formal procurement might struggle more - although the staff is resourceful and solutions oriented.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Warmy is healing and maintaining good health of our brand domains, because, with a mature user base the organic positive interaction with a brand naturally decreases over time which inevitably starts to affect the sender reputation at some point.

 ### 39. Effective Solution with Outstanding Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karl J. | sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

Effectiveness and customer service. The sales process was easy and informative. Gokhan Koluman. Did a great job

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

Haven't found the downside yet. So far I am happy

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email warmup and domain protection

 ### 40. Warmy: Ease of integration, but complex pricing policy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roman G. | CRM TL, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

I appreciate the ease of integrating Warmy, the intuitive interface, and the convenient reports. It's also very convenient to set up templates and control the warming process. The guides and video instructions were very helpful in simplifying the setup process.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

not too transparent pricing, referring to issues with monetization policy. There is a demo, and then you need to communicate with an account manager, sometimes it's not entirely clear how the price is formed — it depends on the number of domains, accounts, and warming volumes. Also, in valuer and template, there are some nuances that should be improved.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Warmy to restore or create domain reputations and control deliverability, which is useful for email marketing. The product allows easy integration of templates, tracking of metrics, and automatic generation of weekly reports.

 ### 41. Adeline Engine Makes Email Outreach Effortless and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ismail K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

The Adeline engine is the one thing I really like about this. Instead of manually configuring how many emails to send per day and guessing the right speed, Adeline analyzes the mailbox and adjusts it efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The pricing scales per mailbox, and for an MSP running outreach across multiple mailboxes, the cost adds up quickly.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our email campaigns were dying in spam folders, and we had no idea why. We set up new mailboxes and launched a campaign, and within two weeks our replies were down. Warmy helped increase our sender reputation, and now the problem is solved.

 ### 42. Excellent Email Deliverability & Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I use Warmy to improve email deliverability. It works well, and I've received excellent customer service, making adjustments on short notice to fix issues.

The customer service and very kind agents were able to help me with a difficult problem, nothing was too big or challenging for them, they did a great job and I appreciate the entire team.

 ### 44. Warmy’s API Makes Automated Email Warm-Up Seamless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rasik R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

The best feature of Warmy is the API, which lets us integrate email warming into our own customized scripts. When a new logistics coordinator joins the company, our identity management system automatically creates the inbox and then uses the warm-up API automatically.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The API rate limiting is poorly documented, and it really needs improvement in that area.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Warmy accelerates this infrastructure setup dramatically by automating the reputation-building phase. With it, a new provisional regional domain can start sending reliable B2B outreach within 2 weeks instead of 2 months.

 ### 45. Efficient and Cost-Effective Inbox Warmer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark A.

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

I find Warmy incredibly valuable for its ability to easily warm up new email inboxes and domains, which significantly enhances our outreach efforts. The platform is simple and easy to use, making the process hassle-free and efficient. Its effectiveness in delivering what it promises allows us to achieve better outcomes in our campaigns. Additionally, Warmy offers great value for money with its low-cost structure, ensuring that we can manage our budget without sacrificing functionality. The responsive customer service further enhances my experience, providing support and resolving issues promptly whenever needed. Setting up Warmy was a very easy task, which made the transition for my team seamless when we switched from Allegrow. Overall, these aspects make Warmy a very good product that I am likely to recommend, as reflected in my high rating of 9 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

I find it challenging to locate old invoices.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Warmy to easily warm up new email inboxes and domains, enabling us to improve our outreach efforts effectively and efficiently.

 ### 46. We Love Warmy. It worked.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

When we first started looking into a solution like Warmy, we talked to all the usual suspects; we talked to everyone. Cold email has dramatically changed over the last year. And getting inbox delivery without burning domains or getting blacklisted by the ESPs has gotten very, very, very difficult. And for us, an email outreach is not about a “marketing” campaign, but rather a critical way that new customers can test our solution. We needed cold email to be successful. We were struggling with high bounce rates, extremely low open rates, and the constant frustration of seeing our meticulously crafted outreach emails land straight into the spam or promotions tab. Our primary goal was simple but critical: we needed a dependable, automated method to build real, human-like sending authority and trust for our mailboxes.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

None. We dont see any downside using their solution.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Warmy provided the systematic, hands-off solution we desperately needed. It completely automates the intricate, time-consuming process of mailbox warming. Warmy sends out controlled volumes of test emails, simulates positive engagement (replies, moving emails out of spam, marking as 'not junk'), and gradually increases volume.
The impact has been transformative. Before Warmy, we were seeing deliverability rates struggling below 10% on a good day, on our new domains. Now, those same domains stabilize quickly, consistently hitting a measurable 95% to 100% primary inbox placement. What more could we ask for?

 ### 47. Automated Email Warm-Up Made Outreach Setup Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

We started using it when we set up new domains for outreach and partnership emails. The main thing I noticed is that the warm-up process is automated, which makes getting started much easier.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The setup requires proper DNS configuration. Even when that part is done correctly, the warm-up doesn’t work as expected.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We send policy information, partnership proposals, and client communication through email. If those emails end up in spam, it directly affects our business.

 ### 48. Automatic Email Warm-Up Makes Outreach Setup Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Silvia S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

What I like is that once the mailbox is connected, the warm-up runs automatically. We can set up several new email accounts for outreach, and I didn’t want the team to have to manually send test emails every day.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

The pricing per inbox is higher than the alternatives.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sent a lot of introductory emails about our new projects and partnerships. Before using this, many of those emails were ending up in spam.

 ### 49. Straightforward, User-Friendly App with Strong Deliverability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tami Y. | content manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Warmy?**

The app is straightforward to use and very user-friendly. I’ve also seen strong deliverability results so far, which has been a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

Sometimes the interface with mail suppliers isn’t very smooth, and it can feel a bit clunky to use.

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High deliverability rates, plus helpful tweaks and fine-tuning to the text.

 ### 50. Recovered Outlook Deliverability Fast—A Real Lifesaver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

Recovered deliverability to Outlook from a damaged domain

**What do you dislike about Warmy?**

It is definitely more on the expensive side

**What problems is Warmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving domain reputation, e-mail deliverability which are essential fixes for as we M&A projects.
