I like that Funnelwise enables me to track individual progress at the very top of my funnel, then switch to tracking opportunity progression further down the funnel when there’s an entire demand unit we want to monitor.
Before implementing Funnelwise, we could see how many people were in each stage, but we couldn’t track individual or account progression through the stages. And if someone took a non-linear path, fell out of the funnel, or went backwards? Forget it. Now that we have Funnelwise, we can see movement and drill into as much detail as we want.
Can a lot of this be done in Salesforce with enough time/effort/skill? Yes. But implementing Funnelwise got us there in way less time, and their support team made everything easy.
