Unfortunately, it is difficult to identify a positive feature at this time, as the core functionality I purchased the plan for—Amazon advertising integration—is not working as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Singular? I find that Singular doesn't give me the ability to see my Amazon advertising data on the dashboard, and I get no results from it. The service doesn't offer the data needed to optimize my campaigns, which is frustrating after purchasing a plan. They ask for more money for bigger plans at every opportunity. The support is painfully slow, with replies taking no less than 5 to 7 days. The documentation isn't a guide; it's unclear, especially for Amazon advertising. Also, the UI looks really old, like it was built in 2010. Additionally, I'm upset that they refused to refund my money after I stopped using the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I used Singular because it was among the supported MMPs by Amazon Advertising and helped to see organic and paid installs from other platforms like Mintegral and Chartboost.
