"WhatConverts has been a game changer for us!!!"

5/5

What do you like best about WhatConverts?

The ability to see the value of our google ad conversions is extremely critical for us now. Before WhatConverts, we knew we were flying the plane blind, but we had no idea how hard it was. Plus their customer support group is absolutely AMAZING.

I'm editing my initial review to double down on the quality of the support team at WhatConverts. I've spent several years in the technology space and their support team is by far the best support team of any service in any area and discipline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WhatConverts?

The only downside or weakness we have right now is that I need to get the data out of WhatConverts and into various spreadsheets and things. It's possible and the reporting options give a workaround, but I know it could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WhatConverts solving and how is that benefiting you?

Originally we had NO CLUE about the value of a lead and more importantly, we had no idea about the value our various google ad campaigns were delivering. After 2 months of seeing whatconverts data, we have been able to optimize our campaigns to a level I never thought would be possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the great review Dustin! You're pointing out the exact pain points we built the software to solve. When you know exactly which marketing is working—and how WELL it's working—you can make smarter optimization decisions that bring the best results. As for getting the data out of WhatConverts the way you're describing, the best option is lead export. You can access it from the Lead Manager (button with down arrow above "Save View"). Don't hesitate to reach out to support if you need another solution though!

Thank you for the review and so great to hear you're getting value from the platform. And we understand it can be a bit confusing seeing different conversion counts, especially since Google's DDA model is a bit of a black box when it comes to how it assigns credit. Most users have found the models we offer to be a clearer indication of what marketing works. That said, we're always looking for ways to improve so we'd love to get more details on your feedback. Can you submit it through Request a Feature in the app (see below)? Thanks again for the review!
