What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?

I find AgencyAnalytics to be incredibly easy to use, which is essential for efficiently navigating through complex tasks associated with client advertising data. Its user-friendly interface is visually appealing, making the experience of handling data not just functional but also enjoyable. The real-time data reporting aspect stands out, allowing my clients to see where their ad expenditures are allocated as quickly as the data is gathered. This feature eliminates the need for constant inquiries about ad spend, as clients can independently access their data and have their questions answered promptly. The seamless integration capability with social media advertising platforms significantly reduces the operational workload, creating a much smoother workflow and offering convenience that was missing when using other tools. Despite being a paid service, AgencyAnalytics’ features, ease of use, and operational efficiencies provide significant value, which is why I rate it highly and would readily recommend it to others. What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?

I think just the ability to view the creatives in an easier way could be improved. Sometimes the creatives are very small, or it's very difficult to show a preview of the creative to the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your review—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we're pleased it has been a great tool for your agency!

In terms of pre-built overviews, have you tested out the new Smart Reports and Smart Dashboards features yet? When creating a new report or dashboard, if you select the Smart option, the platform will auto-generate a report or dashboard for you populated with top metrics based on the specific connected integrations you have for that client Campaign. Then you can always customize from there, adding additional metrics, goals, etc. And starting a report or dashboard from one of our standard templates is always an additional option you can explore.

If you haven't done so already, I'd certainly encourage you to hit the Request a Feature button (click the '?' in the top right of the platform) to send us any ideas you have for additional customization. We're all ears!

Support at higher level has become extremely disappointing. We have sent numerous reminders and reached out to support staff who have reminded Josh, Patty and Aakash to respond yet we are now 6 weeks without an update. Extremely poor customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
