We can make it look the way we want, and structure the content in a way that makes sense for our organization. Whenever I have questions the Frontify team is quick to come back with a solution. **What do you dislike about Frontify?** The platform feels very a la carte. While new features get constantly added, each is a separate cost to implement, such as the various types of libraries. The collections feature is limited to assets in the same library, however I would like it if we could create a collection for a product that may have assets accross various libraries such as logos, various media and documents. This would allow us to more easily group together assets that cover the same subject matter but cover various file types. **What problems is Frontify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a source of truth for our brand. One place where both internal and external could come to get the latest and greatest brand materials. Our success manager, André Meier is very responsive and knowledgable. On top of that the concept of having a living guidelines document online beats having clients always reaching out for logos or to know some specific fact that is already in the guideliens. **What do you dislike about Frontify?** There are a number of features still missing which would improve this app a lot: · You cant search by file type in the libraries (or at least the search doesn't work well). · You can't see tags on item hover (in the library). It can be at least a 3-4 click journey to see what an asset's tags are. · You can't duplicate assets (i.e. a folder structure, if you have multiple sub-folders with the same structure). · You can't add any folder structures directly from Finder (or windows explorer). You must recreate any folder structure you want from scratch. · You can't rearrange the order of filter pills in the guidelines; to rearrange you must delete the filters and recreate them in the order you want. · Library collections dont allow for sub-collections. In enterprise level clients that may have multiple types of logos, that means having all assets in the same hierarchical level, which on download creates a mess, instead of a neat folder structure. **What problems is Frontify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are setting up a multi-brand hub for a large European multinational. ### 18. It has been really helpful to organize our content and has allowed us to tag content for easy search options. We recently added to add some additional features including the new text library which we are very excited to start using! The icon library has really helped streamline our process as well. **What do you dislike about Frontify?** I love using the reference tool but I don't love the process. First selecting the reference area block and then clicking back to another page to add it - then going back to grab another reference block- it can be time-consuming. It would be nice to be able to reference a few blocks at once. For example- if we have an image with a description, text blocks, image, etc- we have to reference each block individually. I also wish we could apply logos to all pages to brand everything really easily. **Recommendations to others considering Frontify:** Spend the time to learn about each function! It has been so helpful to use the available resources to optimize the system. **What problems is Frontify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We will be using Frontify to solve some of our new sales enablement needs! Some limitations in design choices can be frustrating.
