There are so many things we like about the platform: 1. The ability to have different domains to allow users to download various versions of a graphic file 2. The ease of adding users **What do you dislike about Frontify?** There were some limitations that we ran into when we were designing our site that we found workarounds for. One was the automated side navigation that is generated based on the CSS. Like many sitebuilding tools, you learn how to work with and design around the template, but it would be great to be able to have a little more flexibility in adjusting page elements. **What problems is Frontify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides an online resource that is available to both our employees and external vendors. They've pre-made all kinds of content blocks, filters and asset management tools so creating and updating content is really quick and simple. One of the best things about it is the ability to share guidelines and assets with third parties and the fact you can tailor their level of access. **What do you dislike about Frontify?** Because everything is templated there's only so much customisation you can do in terms of design, but if the pages were more bespoke I'm sure they'd be a lot harder to create and maintain! **What problems is Frontify solving and how is that benefiting you?** First and foremost it allows us to house our brand guidelines and playbooks digitally meaning we can add to them, update them, share them really easily as often as we need. We also use it to house digital assets including imagery and (lots of!) logos. In addition, the customer service team is incredible and will assist you with any issues. I also like the ability to edit templates for local teams to modify their marketing materials. I also have the ability to separate the teams by groups, i.e., European team, US team, etc. Separate libraries are created for assets and branding, which gives me the flexibility to organise everything. **What do you dislike about Frontify?** There was a learning curve in using Frontify, but it worked well after some trial and error. We did have training initially for the team, plus there were articles and some videos on how to use the platform that helped. People with less technical capabilities should get their platform customised by an external party. The approval systems did not allow downloading of the file with comments. **What problems is Frontify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing assets for us globally. The area for brand guidelines has been designed to allow quick and easy administration, there are many design tools on offer to make further our content more engaging and exciting, and the system is so easy to jump in and out to make edits as our company evolves. The media gallery is really good - takes lots of formats and we use it as a single source. They recently added a separate logo library, which makes sharing a key brand asset very simple for internal users, and sharing that space with external developers and designers really easy. **What do you dislike about Frontify?** The only dislike is more related to our company's use case - we love the media library but needed to essentially create a work around to use it in the manner of a library for checking items out so our many users don't use the same materials at the same time for different things. **What problems is Frontify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a single one source of truth for our brand guidelines, having a PDF version is clumsy as people download the document which from time to time needs revising - now we have one place to go, which is live and allows users to always see the latest iteration. Also, all the reps we have dealt with over the years have always been friendly, helpful and highly responsive (I can't recall a single problem they haven't been able to resolve). **What do you dislike about Frontify?** Some layouts/functions can be slightly rigid/restrictive, but Frontify appears to evolve constantly, and they always try to address user feedback.
