Bad user experience. As a one source of truth, it is an important tool for keeping brand consistency. Also, **What do you dislike about Frontify?** The user experience and the page builder in general is horrible. For instance, font-sizes in the menu and the logo size is not set globally - you actually have to set it for each page. Imaging the amount of time it takes to update a menu for multiple pages. **What problems is Frontify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sharing the right files with the right people. In a M365 environment putting files in the hands of the right people is hard. Epsecially out side the organisation. Using something like Frontify is a great tool for Marketing teams. ### 2. The possibilities of linking to internal pages and assets from media libraries makes it quite powerful. Especially their logo library is handy. **What do you dislike about Frontify?** It's quite a costly platform. Some functionalities would be more logical to have in every tier of their subscribtions, instead of haveing to upgrade (like the logo library). **What problems is Frontify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to supply customers with a brandbook in PDF form. The problem with that is once it's sent out you have no control over it anymore. With every update there's a rather large chance that people are using an outdated version of it. Great but way too expensive- Not good if you have multiple brands **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Michele R. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019 **What do you like best about Frontify?** Frontify is very straight forward and easy to navigate. It was simple to upload and organize my logo, colors, typography, images, etc. I like that I can upload the .psd and .ai files into Frontify and they will show up as the images themselves. This way, my designers can see everything in frontify without having to download and open the files. At the same time, I only have to upload one file as opposed to uploading the JPG of the file for preview + the actual .ai or .psd file for the designer to download. **What do you dislike about Frontify?** I disklike the fact that I can't add my other brands quickly and easily. I emailed support and they said I'd have to create separate Frontify accounts for each of my brands- no discount offered. Way too expensive for us. **What problems is Frontify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm quickly and easily able to have all of my branding and files in one place.
