What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I’m not happy that I can’t integrate the system with my CRM, and I’ve also noticed that the real-time data can sometimes be inaccurate. Additionally, the click-to-dial feature occasionally stops working, which is frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Just how easy it is to use, and very smooth too

I have been using it for a while now and cannot remember anytime that I had a issue with it, it uses the browser very nicely, with a click of button my App opens and quickly dials the number and when I am done, it uses the CRM to show me all information needed, just chefs kiss Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Frankly I cannot think of a very big downside, but yes there have been times when I have been shown wrong local time for the number that I am calling, mostly in NZ and Australia, now I do not know why that issues occurs but if fixed it would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

CloudTalk has been a game-changer for our business! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and setting up our phone system was quick and painless. Call quality is consistently clear, and features like call routing, call recording, AI, and analytics have made it much easier for our team to stay productive and provide excellent customer service.

What really stands out is the seamless integration with our CRM (Pipedrive), which saves us tons of time and keeps all our customer interactions in one place. The reporting tools also give us great insights into team performance, helping us identify areas for improvement.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Mobile app needs work - the app needs to have a permanent notification on iPhone or Android so you stay online. At the moment when you switch apps, it thinks you are offline, not great if you are on the go.

Wallboard needs more features/reporting.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

We have been using this for a couple of months now and it was a really easy changeover.

It's been seamless, and pretty amazing to be honest!

The AI element which captures our conversations has removed the need for us to type out notes on what has been discussed on the phone therefore freeing up more time to make more sales.

It's nice and easy one touch dialing, the calls are recorded and it's really easy to go back to listen to the call.

It was really easy to implement and integrate with Pipedrive.

It is used by us everyday and considering the stories I've heard of when people change over to new systems this didn't cause any issues and its so simple to use - superb Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The only thing I could say is when you look at the recent calls, it doesn't show just mine it shows the whole office so it can be a little tricky to find the call - is there a setting for this that could easily fix it??? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The flexibility to call prospects from other countries with a local number in an extremely easy way. The tool is very easy to use and it was also easy to change numbers for a different country once I was already a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The connection between CRM (Hubspot) and CloudTalk did not work well for me. The call was taking some time to appear and if I needed to put extra information about the call, I was frustrated it was taking too much time to show in HubSpot. Right now I'm logging the calls manually instead.

The very initial contact with CloudTalk was quite tough. My emails were left without the response and I needed to send multiple FUs. However, during my subscription everything went smoothly. I also changed the numbers and the team helped me very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
