The functionality of its interface. Everything gathered in a panel with very useful filters. For now, the coverage and quality of the calls are good.

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

The connection with the Zoho CRM can be greatly improved. Some "leads" do not merge as they should.

I can call with different numbers, listen to conversations, and be very versatile with calls without waiting.

**What do you like best about CloudTalk?**

As customer support agent, The best part of CloudTalk is how seamlessly it fits into our workflow. The ability to see caller history before picking up, easily transfer calls, and access recordings helps me resolve issues quickly. Its integration with our CRM also saves a lot of time and effort by reducing manual tasks. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, even during high call volumes.

i would say just mobile app could be little bit more responsive

CloudTalk helps solves the issue of missing caller context by showing caller history and notes instantly, which reduces repetition and improves response time. The call recordings and tagging features help in follow-ups and quality checks. Overall, it improves efficiency, reduces manual errors, and allows me to deliver faster and more professional support.

I like that CloudTalk is straightforward and quick to use. The setup is simple, and calls connect fast without unnecessary steps. It’s reliable for everyday communication and makes managing calls much easier.

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

The Google add-on doesn’t perform well — it disconnects often and sometimes fails to sync for calls. This makes it a bit frustrating when trying to work smoothly between tools. It would be great to see more stable integrations in future updates.

I need to make frequent calls to people in different countries, and CloudTalk makes that process much easier. Calls connect automatically and the sound quality is consistently good. It saves me time and helps me stay in touch with clients without worrying about connection issues or complicated dialing.

I’d like to not only receive text messages but also send them at no extra cost. Ideally, they should be included in the plan.

**What do you like best about CloudTalk?**

-I have used several other systems for making calls and always had connection problems. I have been using Cloudtalk for 3 months now and have to say that it runs much more smoothly. Although there are still occasional connection problems, everything runs much more smoothly than with the other systems I have used. Perhaps you could work on the call quality again.
-The handling and interface are easy to use and self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

-Every now and then there are connection problems so that the person I call cannot hear me. It would help me if you could improve this.
-Sometimes the program crashes when loading the caller list.

Quick calls for cold calling.
I can make quick calls and dial directly from Pipedrive.

The call quality is very good with excellent features like call routing and call recording, and it's also very helpful to review and analyze the sales and support team.

Cloud Talk is a good tool overall, but sometimes when we connect a call with a person it doesn't give any sound and we are not able to know if the call connected or not and suddenly we hear the voice of the person without any ring.

When our two support person wants to join a call with client we can simly merge the call and also we can route the call.
Simliary for furture reference recording is always availabile so in case in future if we need any refernce we can simply go through it.

I use CloudTalk for automating the 'Grunt Work' and it really helps in eliminating 'Data Silos'. What stands out for me are the 'Smart Dialer' and 'Power Dialer' features, which are essential in my workflow. I also appreciate that the initial setup of CloudTalk was so easy. I would definitely recommend it to others, given it a 10/10 for recommendation.

I find the mobile app's performance lacking, and there are technical stability and connectivity issues.

The best thing in the CloudTalk is that there is a desktop application you can use and it works quite well. You are able to create IVR lists and make recordings.

Integation problems with HubSpot. The basic integration works, but the CloudTalk support team have used several months trying to create an integration that creates a ticket automatically to our system, when phone call being made.

What I appreciate most about CloudTalk is how easy it is to use and how well it works with the tools we already have. Adding new team members is made easy by the user-friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

There's really nothing wrong with it, but if I had to pick one issue, it would be that it can take a while to get everything set up and configured to your liking. Furthermore, there is somewhat of a learning curve for some of the more sophisticated features. Nevertheless, once everything is set up, the system runs smoothly and the support staff is always available to help.

**What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now handle customer communications more efficiently thanks to CloudTalk. Prior to its use, managing incoming and outgoing calls through various channels was laborious and ineffective. Everything is now consolidated onto a single user-friendly platform.

Our team can respond to customers more quickly and track every interaction with ease thanks to features like call routing, call recording, analytics, and CRM integrations. Our overall call management procedure, customer experience, and productivity have all significantly increased as a result. We can also make better decisions and enhance team performance over time with real-time insights into call data.

I don't know if this is something that my compay should work, but whenever I call it appears a strange number to whom I am calling.

CloudTalk has been a great product for us so far. We upgraded from an archaic system and the benefits are endless. We have found it so much easier to organize our contacts. Simple things such as Called ID and it being integrated with the CRM . The UI is really easy to use and the app is basic and does everything it needs to do without being over complicated.

As of now there is no dislikes the software is very Ease to use.

CloudTalk provides a cloud-based VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) system. This means it runs entirely over the internet, requiring no physical hardware beyond a computer or mobile device and due to this our work load has been improved because of no interruption .CloudTalk automates many of these tasks. It integrates with CRMs (like HubSpot and Salesforce) to automatically log calls, notes, and recordings. It also offers features like Power Dialer and Click-to-Call to speed up outbound calling.

The ease of linking it with HubSpot. I like how easy CloudTalk is to use and how reliable the platform has been for our team.

The only  point is the browser extension behavior. When receiving notifications or trying to handle active calls within HubSpot, it can sometimes be confusing to land on the correct browser tab while working on differnet streams. But maybe an ssue of the Way of work :)

I’m not happy that I can’t integrate the system with my CRM, and I’ve also noticed that the real-time data can sometimes be inaccurate. Additionally, the click-to-dial feature occasionally stops working, which is frustrating.

It's really very easy to use. Anyone can quickly connect and make calls over the internet and make most of it.

Sometimes it acts up but I guess it has more to do with the internet connection than any problem in Cloudtalk, but whenever the net goes down, I have to disconnect the call and recall.

We have a cloud based PMS by the name Innsoft(now known as Yanolja Cloud Solution) where we need to make calls In US while we work remotely from India. It's one of the most efficient tools we have come across and we really like its ease to use! It has made our day to day operations so delightful.

Just how easy it is to use, and very smooth too

I have been using it for a while now and cannot remember anytime that I had a issue with it, it uses the browser very nicely, with a click of button my App opens and quickly dials the number and when I am done, it uses the CRM to show me all information needed, just chefs kiss

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

Frankly I cannot think of a very big downside, but yes there have been times when I have been shown wrong local time for the number that I am calling, mostly in NZ and Australia, now I do not know why that issues occurs but if fixed it would be better.

CloudTalk is making dialing number very easy and accessing the clients information even easier when integreted with CRM, like ZOHO

Many times I have needed the number, or the name or even the email of the client I am calling and its all there, and also the low load of the app on the pc is also a up side, as with work pcs usually they are not the strongest so having a app that works so smooth while keeping its usage low is a great thing

CloudTalk has been a game-changer for our business! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and setting up our phone system was quick and painless. Call quality is consistently clear, and features like call routing, call recording, AI, and analytics have made it much easier for our team to stay productive and provide excellent customer service.

What really stands out is the seamless integration with our CRM (Pipedrive), which saves us tons of time and keeps all our customer interactions in one place. The reporting tools also give us great insights into team performance, helping us identify areas for improvement.

The support team deserves a special mention—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Switching to CloudTalk has not only improved our communication but also given our team more confidence in handling customer calls. Highly recommended for any business looking to upgrade their phone system!

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

Mobile app needs work - the app needs to have a permanent notification on iPhone or Android so you stay online. At the moment when you switch apps, it thinks you are offline, not great if you are on the go. 

Wallboard needs more features/reporting.

Survey responses on the power dialer could be synced with the CRM automatically, and not a spreadsheet.

**What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest pain points our sales team had before CloudTalk was the lack of call notes and logged activities in Pipedrive. Reps were often too busy to type detailed notes after every call, which meant follow-ups were inconsistent and management had limited visibility into conversations.

CloudTalk’s AI has completely changed that. It automatically transcribes calls, summarizes key points, and logs the activity directly into Pipedrive without any manual effort. This means every call is documented with accurate context, and our team can focus on having meaningful conversations rather than typing notes. It’s a game-changer for productivity and ensures our pipeline data is always up to date.

We have been using this for a couple of months now and it was a really easy changeover.

It's been seamless, and  pretty amazing to be honest!
The AI element which captures our conversations has removed the need for us to type out notes on what has been discussed on the phone therefore freeing up more time to make more sales.

It's nice and easy one touch dialing, the calls are recorded and it's really easy to go back to listen to the call.
It was really easy to implement and integrate with Pipedrive.

It is used by us everyday and considering the stories I've heard of when people change over to new systems this didn't cause any issues and its so simple to use - superb

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

The only thing I could say is when you look at the recent calls, it doesn't show just mine it shows the whole office so it can be a little tricky to find the call - is there a setting for this that could easily fix it???

The flexibility to call prospects from other countries with a local number in an extremely easy way. The tool is very easy to use and it was also easy to change numbers for a different country once I was already a customer.

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

The connection between CRM (Hubspot) and CloudTalk did not work well for me. The call was taking some time to appear and if I needed to put extra information about the call, I was frustrated it was taking too much time to show in HubSpot. Right now I'm logging the calls manually instead.

The very initial contact with CloudTalk was quite tough. My emails were left without the response and I needed to send multiple FUs. However, during my subscription everything went smoothly. I also changed the numbers and the team helped me very quickly.

Thanks to CloudTalk I was able to get a local number and increase my connection rate significantly.
