I like the analytics aspect of it. Reviewing calls, listening to the recordings and being able to provide metrics for the whole team

Sometimes it get's stuck, the AI is still not the best and it involves a lot of problem when using the app on my phone

Being able to provide better feedback for the team with evidence. The group reports are helpful as well. Basically, the planning and control of the SDR phase of our business

**What do you like best about CloudTalk?**

CloudTalk has become an integral part of our daily operations, especially because we handle a high volume of customer service and support calls. The platform is extremely reliable—we rarely experience call drops or latency issues. The call quality is consistently excellent, even during peak hours. One of the most beneficial features is the Analytics Dashboard, which provides detailed insights into call duration, agent performance, and customer engagement metrics.

The AI-powered notes and transcriptions are surprisingly accurate and save our agents a lot of time on manual note-taking. The system is intuitive and easy to use, requiring little to no training for new users. It's designed to function much like a mobile phone dialer, so adoption was very smooth. We also had a great experience with CloudTalk’s support team—they were responsive and knowledgeable whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The setup process was seamless, and the platform integrated easily with our CRM and ticketing tools (like HubSpot and Zendesk).

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

While our experience has been largely positive, we did encounter occasional issues with the call monitoring feature. In a few cases, our supervisors were unable to listen in on live calls made by our agents, which affected our QA checks. We flagged the issue to support, and while they were prompt in responding, it did take some time to fully resolve.

Additionally, the mobile app could be a bit more responsive and faster when switching between tabs or call histories. It’s usable, but there’s room for performance optimization.

Our business requires us to make and receive hundreds of calls daily across multiple time zones. CloudTalk helps us manage high call volumes efficiently with features like call queues, routing, IVR, and team-based assignments. What truly sets it apart is the combination of real-time analytics, call recordings, sentiment analysis, and AI-generated summaries—all of which allow us to track performance, improve training, and ensure call quality.

It’s also reduced our reliance on manual processes. For instance, instead of agents writing down notes, the automated call summaries and AI tags ensure everything is documented without delay. This makes post-call reporting and follow-ups faster and more reliable. Overall, it has streamlined our entire calling process, making our customer support more efficient and data-driven.

It is extremely user-friendly, and the call quality is consistently reliable. One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to listen to my call recordings, which helps me identify areas for improvement. I also find the Analytics dashboard particularly valuable; it consolidates key metrics like average handling time, total calls made, and average talk time all in one place. Additionally, the AI-generated call notes have been a great tool for tracking performance and understanding where I stand, making it easier to grow and improve.

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

-Changing status from "Online" to "Idle" sometimes requires multiple attempts, which can be a bit inconvenient.
-I appreciate the AI notes feature, but I’ve noticed that in some calls, even with a full recording, the notes don’t generate.
-The call transcription isn’t always accurate, as certain parts of the conversation are missing or misrepresented.
-Sentiment analysis can sometimes be off: for example, calls that were completely positive are occasionally marked as neutral or negative.
-I believe improving these aspects would make an already great tool even more effective.

CloudTalk allows us to make and receive calls internationally without relying on traditional cellular systems, which is a major advantage for remote or globally distributed teams. It provides detailed reporting and numerous features that help streamline our calling operations.
Personally, I find the analytics feature especially beneficial; it helps me track day-to-day performance metrics such as call volume, handling time, and other key indicators. This visibility supports continuous improvement and better time management.

That sometimes it doesn't register my calls on the CRM I use (pipedrive) and I have to review the log to see if I have or not called that client already

We opened a ticket for that issue of not registering the calls on the CRM (pipedrive), it will be great to have it fixed so our operation isn't affected :)

The platform is user-friendly and intuitive. The call connections are consistently stable, and I haven't experienced any difficulties reaching clients over the past four months. Very good experience overall.

Occasionally, the Chrome extension fails to function properly. When I need to reconnect with a client, I’m unable to do it directly from the completed call page. I have to manually search for the contact or browse the call history to initiate the call again.

Setting it up was a bit of a hassle at first. We ran into some integration issues in the beginning, which made the initial setup more troublesome than expected.

I found my self too many times wanting simpler controls when copying configuration from user to user or applying a change to multiple users. Would be great to have a 'table approach'

Their AI agents are not only fantastic out of the box but very easy to customize to fit to your needs with custom fields and a very flexible API. It is very well integrated out of the box with many tools, including Zapier - which makes the opportunities virtually endless.

The user interface of the setup experience can be a little bit challenging still but I know they are working on it. It's still worth the effort in my opinion, but indeed there is so much that you can do with it that it can be challenging to set it up correctly, and it does require a lot of tweaks and improvements as you use it.

Automated phone calls using AI, and reporting back on their results and conversations.

It’s fast and intuitive.
Seeing the local time before calling saved me lots of times. 
I can switch numbers in a second, which is great for different markets. 
Forwarding calls to teammates is very helpful. 
The click-to-call from websites or emails is super handy, one click and you’re dialing.

I also enjoy the clean interface, I know it is subjective but stilli

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

I really can't teach myself to like the aftercall status selection, with emojis, like "Bored" or "Happy"
I also sometimes don't like when the CloudTalk widget start in another tab, not related to the one I need 
Connection for separate countries is sometimes not ideal but that's a two-way street so can't blame CloudTalk 100%

What I appreciate most is that its uptime is nearly 100 percent—it almost never goes down. Additionally, the ability to make international calls is a feature that used to be quite rare.

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

The power dialing feature isn't well optimized. It seems to require pulling data from the CRM and other sources, but all I want is a simple way to import a list of numbers and have it auto-dial them for me.
