What do you like best about CloudTalk?

It’s fast and intuitive.

Seeing the local time before calling saved me lots of times.

I can switch numbers in a second, which is great for different markets.

Forwarding calls to teammates is very helpful.

The click-to-call from websites or emails is super handy, one click and you’re dialing.

I also enjoy the clean interface, I know it is subjective but stilli Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I really can't teach myself to like the aftercall status selection, with emojis, like "Bored" or "Happy"

I also sometimes don't like when the CloudTalk widget start in another tab, not related to the one I need

Connection for separate countries is sometimes not ideal but that's a two-way street so can't blame CloudTalk 100% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s working great for all our team.

• Contact rates have improved

The only point to work on:

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I appreciate most is that its uptime is nearly 100 percent—it almost never goes down. Additionally, the ability to make international calls is a feature that used to be quite rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The power dialing feature isn't well optimized. It seems to require pulling data from the CRM and other sources, but all I want is a simple way to import a list of numbers and have it auto-dial them for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As customer support agent, The best part of CloudTalk is how seamlessly it fits into our workflow. The ability to see caller history before picking up, easily transfer calls, and access recordings helps me resolve issues quickly. The best part is the AI features which let me check the highlights of the call.

It is really easy to make calls to a number of countries.

The tone that the AI suggests can be wrong sometimes.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

-I have used several other systems for making calls and always had connection problems. I have been using Cloudtalk for 3 months now and have to say that it runs much more smoothly. Although there are still occasional connection problems, everything runs much more smoothly than with the other systems I have used. Perhaps you could work on the call quality again.

-Every now and then there are connection problems so that the person I call cannot hear me. It would help me if you could improve this.
