What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The auto dialer is very useful, it's super easy to use, I do think it needs a bit of tweaking but as a tool is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I think it's a bit complicated as a whole, having the auto dialer makes everything easier, but at the same time there are complications when it comes to starting it if you need it for a big team. Also, there's a list of countries that are not included and you have to add them separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I like best about CloudTalk is how easy it makes managing customer calls across different teams and locations. The interface is clean and intuitive, which helps both agents and supervisors stay organized and efficient. I love that you can listen to the audio of your and your collegaoe. Sometimes the quality of audio is not good, but i think thats the problem of the internet connection. And phone App sometimes dont show the calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I like definitely recording of each calls as the most, also statistic - you can see how many call you made per day. It is also easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Support is not helpfull very often, never happened that each problem would be resolved for the first time, I had to write many times to get results. Also I have been waiting for over 2 months to resolve longlasting issue with tags (you tag your call but when you wanna see it in statistic and use filter tags don´t work cause this tag is not there - it is quite anoying).
