The support is really disappointing for such a tool. You always talk to their AI chatbot that doesn't know how to answer half of the questions. The knowledge base articles lack a lot of important information. When you manage to talk to a person via email and reply to the email, you get an automatic message that you can't write to them by email, and you have to start a ticket again. What do you dislike about CloudTalk? I've paid for my subscription on the 1st of July, 35 Euros or something similar, then I also had 20 Euros worth of credit. I decided that I will not do calls during the summer so I decided to cancel my subscription (very difficult to do with your platform, at some point I had to write in capital letters I WANT TO CANCEL, otherwise it wouldn't let me). Long story short, I cancel the subscription, then they immediately stop my access to the platform, regardless that I had 1 paid month left. You can switch between users without having to set the source for audio again. If you log out of Cloudtalk and put the computer into energy-saving mode, you can log in again the next day without any problems and without having to restart the software. When I receive a call, I cannot see in the screen whether my colleagues are free and I can transfer the call, or whether they are on the call themselves. I also cannot see there if I have missed calls. For that I would have to switch to my web profile. The software is too small for a service desk. Cloudtalk automatically recognises the country to which you are calling and selects the appropriate caller number for the transfer of the telephone number. I’m on a community organizing team. Some features are missing from CloudTalk that are essential to our work, like group chats. Also there's no auto capitalization or autocorrect. I can't save contacts on my phone and it's cumbersome to import contacts. I need to be an admin to have access to the things I need, like changing my voicemail message. Our integration has been difficult, as the whole org wasn't able to access text messages for about a week. Now I can text, but I can't turn on notifications for text messages on my phone. Integration with ZenDesk and easy-to-use administrative panel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CloudTalk? There are a lot of bugs with the platform. Phone calls continue to ring for hours if you do not shut them off, always being logged out of online experience after a few minutes, it is difficult to add numbers to a blacklist (and no built-in spam blocking), and the ZenDesk integration can be improved (multiple tickets for incoming and outbound calls are generated). At least It was easy to integrate with Zoho CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CloudTalk? 1. Incoherent consumption of positive balances on the platform, forcing us to top up 20 USD every time they run out, at least 1 time every 7- 8 days on average. 2. Failures in the call monitoring process, making it impossible for the Sales Manager to listen and/or intervene in live calls. 3. Failure of the tool for managing inbound calls, not allowing them to be answered or hung up. 4. Limitation in the visibility of status and management indicators of sales reps. It is not possible to display times out of the call, such as AWC or Time Breaks. 5. Very intermittent and poor support. Responses with a lot of delays and with a little real solution to the problems.
