What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Cloud Talk is a good tool overall, but sometimes when we connect a call with a person it doesn't give any sound and we are not able to know if the call connected or not and suddenly we hear the voice of the person without any ring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I use CloudTalk for automating the 'Grunt Work' and it really helps in eliminating 'Data Silos'. What stands out for me are the 'Smart Dialer' and 'Power Dialer' features, which are essential in my workflow. I also appreciate that the initial setup of CloudTalk was so easy. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

There's really nothing wrong with it, but if I had to pick one issue, it would be that it can take a while to get everything set up and configured to your liking. Furthermore, there is somewhat of a learning curve for some of the more sophisticated features. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

CloudTalk has been a great product for us so far. We upgraded from an archaic system and the benefits are endless. We have found it so much easier to organize our contacts. Simple things such as Called ID and it being integrated with the CRM . The UI is really easy to use and the app is basic and does everything it needs to do without being over complicated. What I like best about CloudTalk is its seamless integration with our CRM and the ability to automate call workflows.
