Although it has some problems, the application works like a charm. Having no issues when giving and having calls. App image quality compresses and messes up the quality, but I can see that the application is open to get developed.

We were using google voice, were having some problems sending text and mms messages. We have no issues now with Cloudtalk

I am very satisfied with CloudTalk! The calls work perfectly, the connection is stable, and the operation is simple. I find it particularly convenient that I can use the service from abroad as well. Highly recommended!

If my internet connection is poor, the call sometimes gets interrupted or the quality suffers. However, this is more due to the connection than to CloudTalk itself.

CloudTalk solves the problem for me of being able to make calls reliably and flexibly, no matter where I am. I can make and receive calls both in the office and from abroad without any loss of quality (with a good internet connection). This makes my work much more efficient and flexible.

**What do you like best about CloudTalk?**

Easy to use with basic functions. I also love the more difficult funckions and the fact that customer support (especially Lucia and Daniela, but also others) quickly and clearly help me understand the more difficult and complex mechanisms. The integration via API key with our inhousing application also allowed for a couple of automations ex. SMS reminders.

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

The application certainly needs a few improvements, lacking basic functions such as visible missed callback attempts in missed inches. But it's also hard to set intelligent callbacks from the missed tab, when, for example, I actively use 3 phone numbers. In the analytics itself it also sometimes shows errors and e.g. I can't open call steps in a separate tab using the middle button only I am forced in the same tab and then when I return it returns me to the very beginning.

Definitely the quality of the sound of our calls after the abandoned Aircall provider. Also SMS features that have greatly improved our responsiveness

CloudTalk is a fantastic tool! Integrated with my CRM, it makes calls quick, easy, and crystal clear. Using CloudTalk alongside Pipedrive has been a seamless experience, significantly improving my workflow. It’s the best telephone system I’ve used of all I’ve tried—it makes communication simple and smooth. I highly recommend it!

The only downside is that phone calls don’t always sync well with Pipedrive, which can be a bit frustrating. If this issue gets resolved, it will be absolutely perfect!

My company dont have a good tracking system so the cloudtalk is resolving a  lack of call recording and tracking and keep my files well organised.

I've been using CloudTalk for a while now, and I'm genuinely impressed. The interface is clean and user-friendly. Both messaging and calling features work smoothly without any lag or freezing. The best thing about Cloud Talk is that I never have to think about it, it's there when I need it and always works. For a calling product, that's exactly what I expect.

The only downside I can see is that I have to login separately to access the analytics. Not a huge problem as I don't use the analytics very often, but it could be better if it was accessible directly from the desktop app.

Our old solution was unreliable, so we spent a lot of time mitigating issues. Cloud Talk is a solution that just works. We don't spend time troubleshooting and that's the best value.

Sometimes the system will bug out on a feature  and you need to close and re-open the application or clear the cache and restart the application requiring a new login via Google to re-enable all of the features

After each call, AI generates notes that summarize the conversation, which can be incredibly helpful for customer support and sales teams. **What do you like best about CloudTalk?**

As a growing business, we were experiencing more and more communication issues and complaints. After researching the market we chose CloudTalk. We have now been using the system for a couple of months and it has resolved the issues that were causing customers to complain. The added bonus is we have excellent analytics and custom call queues which have given us control and transparency for our comms team. I would definitely recommend CloudTalk to others.

**What do you dislike about CloudTalk?**

The process for setting up WhatsApp is a pain, but largely due to Meta's processes, not CloudTalks
The initial training session provided was not great, but another member of the CloudTalk team stepped in and supported us during the implementation phase.

**What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Custom call queues have enabled us to use audio branding, skill-based routing and automated call backs to ensure we never miss a call and customers get a good experience. Previously, customers called and were sent to voicemail if no agents were available, now they have the choice of waiting, getting a call back or leaving a message. Our previous system had rudimentary analytics, which were misleading. The CloudTalk dashboard allows us to get detailed insights about call stats.
