I find the task management and project tracking effective for keeping projects on track, and the integration of video calls and chat helps avoid unnecessary app switching. 1. Video conferencing limitations – Occasionally, calls can have audio issues or missed notifications, which can be frustrating during important meetings. 2. The ability to share things in different groups. You can easily create and be added to groups and use them to add items to your timetable, making the experience much more manageable. I like not having to send messages and items to individual people and wonder who is part of a particular team each time. With groups, it becomes easy to sort out colleagues, and I'm more likely to actually use the website for personal as well as professional purposes. I use the groups to send documents and messages, and I find it helpful to be able to add items to "favourites" as well as reply to specific messages instead of letting a text get lost in a timeline. The app version of the website is not reflective of the app's potential. The timetable is hardly readable, and the shared documents are hard to figure out. It does not feel intuitive. Besides valuable ideas in the messaging part of the app, such as "reply to" and "react to" specific messages, as well as adding items to your favourites, it is clear the app needs changing. It would benefit from getting closer to the Microsoft apps (Teams, Outlook) for the timetable part of the app, or even notifications for reunions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the exchange system between different discussion groups (private, professional, clients, suppliers, ...)

Disadvantages in the project module tasks

Completed tasks do not automatically move to the end; they must constantly be moved manually.
