We really like how Skykit provides a simple, centralized interface to manage digital signage across 80 sites. It’s consolidated our approach and eliminated the cumbersome PC setup and Office licensing we previously relied on. Skykit Control also gives us the flexibility to manage each site and quickly see what every signage display is showing—especially helpful for corporate staff, HR, and marketing. We’ve also benefited from consistent communication with our Customer Success Manager, and Skykit Support was responsive and knowledgeable throughout our initial rollout of roughly 150 devices, which made the transition smooth for staff at each site. We rolled out in early 2025 and continue to meet monthly with our CSM to review product improvements, share feedback, and plan for expanding our device count. Device management controls could be stronger, especially around bulk actions, troubleshooting, and visibility into device status across many locations. I’m looking forward to the enhancements they’ve shared in this area. Tenant sharing is another area for improvement. Since each site is its own tenant, more granular controls for sharing content and managing distribution to sub-tenants (e.g., role-based permissions and tighter scoping) would make multi-site governance easier.
