I like how Factbird allows us to measure operational metrics and display live production data while taking downtime logs digitally across 20 production lines nationwide. The instant piecerate feedback and superior downtime tracking are fantastic, and it lets the crew know when they're winning or losing. I find the setup super easy, and their fantastic customer support makes the experience even better. It's affordable, and the translate feature helps with our language barriers, making it easy for crews speaking English, Spanish, French, and more to interact with the system. The intuitive interaction is also great, especially when coding downtime. The demo, quick launch, having techs come to our site, practically 24/7 support, and ongoing launch meetings make Factbird service pretty complete.
