I like how Factbird allows us to measure operational metrics and display live production data while taking downtime logs digitally across 20 production lines nationwide. The instant piecerate feedback and superior downtime tracking are fantastic, and it lets the crew know when they're winning or losing. I find the setup super easy, and their fantastic customer support makes the experience even better. It's affordable, and the translate feature helps with our language barriers, making it easy for crews speaking English, Spanish, French, and more to interact with the system. The intuitive interaction is also great, especially when coding downtime. The demo, quick launch, having techs come to our site, practically 24/7 support, and ongoing launch meetings make Factbird service pretty complete. The interface is very easy to navigate, and the graphs and visuals are also very nice to look at. It already have paretto and cascade graphs ready to choose on one click. Support is also fast and ready to help. I also like that there are constantly developing the system, so new improvements will be added over time. There is room for improvement in the customization, for example, being able to see OEE or main stops per shift, in a certain period. Also could be nice if one could generate nice reports to share those who are not Factbird users. At the moment one need to take a screenshot if you want to re use a OEE graph in a presentation. Simple inputs for operators, its been a painless and seamless installation and has given us data at the end of our fingertips without the need for paper work, making excel sheets and making graphs! An app would be great as we currently use Safari on Ipad this can often be slow and clumpy! It would be good to show the next batch on the current bath screen. OEE is interpreted differently in different businesses, perhaps more time could have been spent on this or make tutorials available.
