The team has been responsive to our feedback and spent time explaining how best to use the platform. For our purposes, deployment on Chrome OS devices has worked out really well. Loading times are a bit slow when doing search, and in general it's a bit problematic that there are too many ways to get the same thing done, so the learning curve ends up a bit steep. The interface is a bit confusing, but they have done an excellent job supporting a wide-scale deployment, the limiting factor being our ability to actually get provisioned devices into the intended country.
