I really appreciate how easy it is to quickly and easily post content to multiple locations. The administration is straightforward and hassle-free. I also like the predefined programs that allow me to divide the screen so multiple pieces of content can be displayed, which is very handy. The tickers are engaging and make the screens feel current, as they take the guesswork out of how to split the screens, making content look good in the predefined spaces. Plus, the ticker's ability to pull in live content automatically is very useful for tracking live events. The initial setup of Skykit was very easy. **What do you dislike about Skykit?** Sometimes the hardware needs to be power cycled. I would say the naming of the "features" such as programs, and tasks, I feel like those don't line up with what I think of them as. It’s consolidated our approach and eliminated the cumbersome PC setup and Office licensing we previously relied on. Skykit Control also gives us the flexibility to manage each site and quickly see what every signage display is showing—especially helpful for corporate staff, HR, and marketing. We’ve also benefited from consistent communication with our Customer Success Manager, and Skykit Support was responsive and knowledgeable throughout our initial rollout of roughly 150 devices, which made the transition smooth for staff at each site. We rolled out in early 2025 and continue to meet monthly with our CSM to review product improvements, share feedback, and plan for expanding our device count. **What do you dislike about Skykit?** Device management controls could be stronger, especially around bulk actions, troubleshooting, and visibility into device status across many locations. Implementation was as easy as plugging in the device and getting it connected to our network. When an issue came up, getting ahold of customer support was quick and easy. The feature list continues to grow, and integrating it with our existing Salesforce account was smooth. **What do you dislike about Skykit?** As with any software there is a little bit of a learning curve, but between our dedicated customer success manager and the online knowlege base it didn't take much time to learn. Skykit also offers training sessions during the implementation faze to assist in getting customers up to speed on the product. **What problems is Skykit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a solution to help us display Salesforce data easily on back of house signage so that employees can stay up to date on where various deals are and which producers are responsible for these deals. Skykit's dashboard solution has made this possible. We also were looking for a way to display newsfeeds, internal employee updates, and other content that is easy to manage from anywhere. Skykit happened to reach out to us while we were searching, and it came at the perfect time. It offered all the things we were looking for and came at a price that finally made our video wall hopes more than a dream. It is easy to get connected and work and really came at a great cost for us. UPDATE: After getting our 2x3 screen up, it became apparent that Skykit does not do custom resolutions very well. If it is a 16:9 ratio, then skykit is great, but if it is outside of the 16:9 ratio then skykit struggles a bit. **What do you dislike about Skykit?** There are a few features, like screen orientation and resolution that I wish I had control of, rather than having to contact Skykit for changes. Other than that, there is not much to complain about. Does not have layouts that work well with screen setups that are outside of 16:9 ratio. **Recommendations to others considering Skykit:** It is as good as others, but at a much more affordable price. However if you are not going to be using 16:9 ratio, make sure to ask plenty of questions before jumping into skykit. They say they can do it, but it is not really there yet. **What problems is Skykit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the skykit to get information out to our students in a more interesting way than just announcing it over a speaker. Now we can have really nice big visuals for our students to see as they enter the building. Not many schools have big display walls like we do, and that is a large part to skykit. ### 14. The way this integrates with Google makes sharing content seamless. The hardware is easy to install and conceal. The cloud is easy to manage. We are a geographically diverse company with 400 locations in the United States. Being able to control content in each location which focuses on the business of the local while also presenting an overarching corporate message was critical to our success. The integration wtih Salesforce is key as well. We use this as a way to have our tech bar show statistics for tickets through an API plug in. **What do you dislike about Skykit?** At the moment, there's nothing that I dislike. I had some technical hiccups, but we're working through those. At worst, the product has a steep learning curve, but the sales and implementation team helps overcome that. The licensing fees can be steep in relation, but the overall product released is far superior to other products from similar market providers. **Recommendations to others considering Skykit:** Take your time. The product has a large feature set and it can be daunting to not only wrap the technical minds around it, but the end users as well. Once implemented, its outcome is worth the effort. Take your time in deploying to learn everything you can do. The features are rich and the deployment needs to take time. **What problems is Skykit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a fortune 100 company without a corporate message process. This allows for unified messaging and expanded growth potential. It also allows for a more technical presentation of our products and services to potential customers. We also needed to have the ability to allow local control for local efforts while having an overarching corporate messaging. Being able to properly manage the environment while having the freedom to allow local users to control their own instance was pivotal. ### 15. All required cabling included. Easily connects to an existing network wirelessly. Web-based platform to upload content (pictures, videos, PDFs, website screenshots, web feeds, or powerpoints) with the ability to add other content creators. If you don't want others affecting schedules, programs, or playlists, you can create a google slide with others for them to update at their discretion. Content updates can be set to manual or automatic (updating at a specified time - ours updates an hour before our lobby opens). It can even shut your TV off after it's played through its playlist or other programmed content. **What do you dislike about Skykit?** Initially, I was displeased with the fact it required many more steps to setup programming; however, once I had it all figured out, its overall advanced features were ultimately worth the extra steps as it turns out there is more overall control at every step. **What problems is Skykit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skykit has replaced a lesser quality unit we were using in our lobby. Probably the biggest benefit we've seen is reliability (even during an internet outage) and the ability to display a variety of content in any order we program. ### 16.
