A few aspects still lack automation, such as creating templates for automated email reminders. That said, we do feel that 360Learning listens to our feedback. Our vendor OpenSesame wasn’t explicit about how their integration worked with 360L, and that created numerous problems during our first six months. 360Learning refunded us, which we appreciated. We also integrate with ADP. There was some trial and error, and most of the issues we’ve encountered have been on the ADP side rather than with the integration itself. Our organization appreciates the collaborative learning features, including intuitive SME authoring, coupled with the must-haves of an LMS (content and course management, enrollment, etc). I like how easy 360Learning makes it for SMEs to share knowledge with learners. The built-in authoring tool has been a lifesaver, and I can support dozens of SMEs as a training department of one. Learners can let us know when a link is broken or content is outdated, which helps us keep it fresh and relevant. The platform updates every three weeks and keeps getting better, with new features that fit our continuous improvement culture. I also appreciate that the support team is professional, communicates well, and does a great job resolving problems; they handle human errors with grace and understanding. Sometimes things break or become less effective after an update. I’d also like to track which communications, like reminders or notifications, specific learners have received. The AI search tool used to be much better at finding courses from a descriptive prompt, though the support team is already working on it and I look forward to this issue being resolved soon. I think the homepage has a lot of information, and a cleaner setup with fewer buttons would be easier. I also appreciate the platform’s strong performance capabilities, including the ability to track learner progress, participation, completion, and overall engagement. The integration with Microsoft Teams supports learning within a platform our staff already use, while the iorad integration allows us to create clear, interactive, step-by-step tutorials for processes and systems.

The initial onboarding period was rocky. We worked with a large team, but it wasn’t always clear who was responsible for each part of the process, which slowed our progress and required significant follow-up from our team. The integration has been especially challenging to manage primarily through email. I’m not a technology subject matter expert, so unfamiliar acronyms and technical instructions are difficult to navigate without a live conversation. We were often directed to articles or videos when we needed someone to walk us through the steps. For an investment of this size, clearer ownership and more hands-on support at the start would have made onboarding more productive. I really like 360Learning for bringing in the social learning aspect that a lot of other learning platforms are missing. The forum feature allows users to chat and interact with team members, which builds a strong social learning environment. I also appreciate the interactive questions like MCQs and other activities after each topic, which help reinforce learning. I think the only problem I felt was the lack of resources. If 360Learning had resources like other learning platforms, we wouldn't need to go anywhere else, and it could be our main learning platform. It would be nice to have inbuilt modules or videos that we can add, as it would enhance learning experiences for employees. Also, the onboarding process was quite long, taking almost a week to complete, which I think should be shortened. Overall, it's pretty easy to use, but these improvements would make it much better.
