## 360Learning Reviews
  ### 1. Interactive Learning Paths with Robust Tracking and LMS Functionality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadja Abigail . | Learning Solutions Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The interactivity and details they put in to learning paths and statistics tracking. I like that the platform tries to cover all the functionalities of LMS and replicate learning/training experiences whether online or onsite.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I personally do not find the feedback system such as emojis very professional. I know it tries to replicate certain social media interfaces, but i would like a much more professional setup for this.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our recent pilot tests with a webinar of 60 people and an onsite training of 48 people, I found that automating Emails and certificate send outs really beneficial. Adding a long list of users into the platform has never been so easy, or assigning groups to the learning offerings has never been so straighforward.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Nadja, really appreciate the feedback. I’m glad you’re finding the 360Learning platform easy-to-use, that’s our goal. In terms of the emojis, you can customize those to fit your organization’s tone and style. This support page can help you set that up: https://support.360learning.com/hc/en-us/articles/18686512512276-Customize-reaction-visuals#:~:text=If%20settings.svg%20Settings%20doesn't%20appear%20in%20your,Apply.%20Reset%20back%20to%20default%20reaction%20images.

  ### 2. Creation of modules simple and fast, accessible by all collaborators

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Axel S. | Ingénieur maintenance et fiabilisation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The creation of modules is very simple, whether by hand or with the help of the AI assistant. It is easy and quick to design a complete, clear, and educational module.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The way to retrieve the results is not practical. I have set up modules that serve as aptitude quizzes, but it is really tedious to go check each person's results one by one. Otherwise, we only see the average score, without the details question by question. What would be good is that when we export the data, we get all the details of each question for each person who participated.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implement training modules accessible to all employees, everywhere in the world.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Axel, glad 360Learning is making (AI-assisted) course creation fast and easy. On the reporting side, you shouldn’t have to check results one by one: under General analytics, you can build a custom report with Type set to Questions. Don’t hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager to help you get set up. In the meantime, this article should also help: https://support.360learning.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061571032-Track-questions-statistics.

  ### 3. Fast, Flexible Course Builder with Helpful AI and Engaging Activities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like being able to create customized courses. The interface is easy to use, the features are simple, and creating a course is actually very quick. It's easy to drag and drop courses into the right order and create your path. It's pretty easy to design a page of content.

I appreciate the inclusion of AI features, that can help you create content for courses with less effort. The AI features are really helpful especially in designing new quizzes or activities based on content I already have.

I like the different activities and engagement options to keep learners interested and following the course. For example, you can add multiple choice questions, matching/pairs, open questions, etc. You can also include surveys at different times.

There are also good options to combine live sessions, Zoom sessions, with self-paced courses and it's really all very flexible and we can adjust things as we wish. I like the design of the platform too-- it's pretty clean and looks good, visually pleasing to the eye and not too cluttered.

The platform is pretty fast. When I make changes, it adjusts things quickly and seems to handle heavy graphics, videos, canva presentations, etc pretty smoothly. I don't notice much slowdown.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While the AI features are good for writing quizzes, assessments, or questions when you already have course content, the AI feature is not very good at writing an entire course from scratch or from an outline. I did not find those features helpful and in fact they are not necessary , at least for us.

I feel like the types of activities/quizzes we can add are limited. For example, it would be nice to be able to add interactive activities e.g. scenarios where it takes you to the next step based on the option you select - like choose your own adventure style scenario; or be able to rank things on a scale of 1 to 5; etc. It seems like to get many features to make it more interactive, we have to add integrations.

We have tried to use the app, but most questions do not appear to be easy to use on the app/mobile, like ordering or matching are quite difficult to do. Also, the design of the app is poor - many design elements we add on the web version of a course do not transfer over to the app. So we have to choose whether to make it look good on the laptop or optimize for mobile users, but it would be nice if we could optimize for both in terms of design.

As for the design, it's hard to play with the design of the courses. Adding things like tables, or changing background color of table cells, is difficult. We should have more HTML options or options to design the course pages themselves in pleasing ways, especially ways to edit a table (e.g. font, color, background, etc).

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use 360Learning as our main learning platform. We struggled with having an online "home" for our learning community, comprised of grassroots justice organizations and individual defenders around the world. This solved our problem by being able to host both learning-specific activities but also be able to serve as a hub for interaction, community-building, and connection amongst our members. We see our members really active not only in taking courses but in connecting with each other -- sharing in the comments/messages section to introduce themselves, share what they're up to, events their organization is organizing, etc. I like that it fosters a sense of community beyond the specific course you're taking. You feel part of a bigger group and movement.

In addition, we have a multilingual community hailing from every region of the world. We struggle with having materials available in multiple languages or enabling our members from different regions to communicate with each other. It is really helpful to have the automatic translation option especially in the comments section. Again, this fosters a sense of global community and connection.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Many of our clients also say that 360Learning helps them create a sense of community and shared belonging, so I’m thrilled to see we’re helping you to achieve that at your organization. In terms of using AI to generate an entire course or outline, it’s true that’s a process that can take some time to perfect. We’ve got some great resources in our Engagement Academy and L&D Performance Academy (https://360learning.com/l-and-d-performance-academy/) if that would be helpful, in addition to any advice your Customer Success Manager may be able to provide. We’ll also soon be sharing some exciting updates to our AI Content Builder which I think will address some of the challenges you outline above.

  ### 4. 360Learning: intuitive interface and multilingual training

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning is a pleasant and relatively comprehensive training platform. Its user interface is intuitive and enjoyable, which makes it easy to use for both administrators and learners. The platform also offers a wide range of native question types and exercises, allowing for the design of varied and interactive courses without systematically resorting to external tools. It supports multiple content formats, providing flexibility in course creation. Content translation is also easy to implement, an important asset in an international context. User and group management is generally effective and allows for the structuring of learner populations in a relevant manner.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some points could, however, be improved. Navigation between accesses, groups, training paths, and users sometimes lacks fluidity, which can make administration more complex. Display issues with certain video content may also occur depending on the browsers used.

The retrieval and exploitation of metrics are also relatively complicated, especially when it comes to obtaining a precise and personalized view of training data. The Globalization solution also does not allow for the translation of certain elements of the platform. Finally, the visibility of the automatic emails sent by the platform, as well as their content, is insufficient.

In summary, 360Learning is a user-friendly and flexible solution, particularly interesting for creating interactive and multilingual training. However, it would benefit from improving administrative navigation, indicator management, and the personalization of automatic communications.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

/

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi there, I’m really happy to hear you’re finding 360Learning easy to use and that the platform is powering your translations and allowing you to build engaging training programs. Thanks also for sharing this feedback, we’re always looking to improve and this kind of input helps us inform how we evolve the product. Many of the points you mentioned are in our roadmap (Group management and Globalization translation applying to more elements, for instance). We are also continuously improving our AI Companion's Insights Mode to make data analysis easier. I will share your feedback with our product team as well.

  ### 5. Fast, Friendly Course Creation—But Settings Can Hide and Comments Get Noisy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I think the most helpful upside of 360Learning is just how fast everything happens, like you blink and boom there’s a whole course somehow.

People jump in everywhere, leaving comments like lil gremlins, fixing stuff, breaking stuff, making it better, idk it just works.

SMEs drop their knowledge like “here u go” and suddenly it’s a lesson, the interface isn’t scary at all, kinda soft actually, and the automation does all the boring chores so you don’t gotta.

The analytics tell you what’s alive and what’s dying so you can pretend you’re in control of things.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

tbh the least helpful downside of 360Learning is sometimes it feels too simple, like you’re clicking around thinking “where is that setting again??” and it’s hiding like a shy raccoon. And when everyone’s commenting everywhere, it can get kinda noisy, like a group chat that never sleeps.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We got all this knowledge in people's heads, but no one knows how to share it fast enough, plus everyone is drowning in training requests and slow content creation. It fixes that by letting teams make courses super quick, share info without drama, and stop L&D from being the bottleneck all the time.

  ### 6. Intuitive Interface and Strong Performance for Content Creators

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like the interface as a content creator and as a learner.
The performance is good, unfortunately I haven't used the integrations but it works well as it is for my company needs.

I don't know about the pricing, it seems a bit high for what I've heard from the higher ups, and the onboarding process is seamless for us with this platform.

AI suggestions could be better for questions.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Probably the price is the biggest downside.
Also, to enroll multiple learners we would like a better integration.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving our training needs for newcomers and old employees alike.

We used to do sessions in person where we explained the theory before moving onto the practical training, but since using 360learning we can use it as a digital filter before even bringing the new person to the office.

  ### 7. User-Friendly with Room for Content Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy Eiji Y. | Director of Product and Solution Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that the interface of 360Learning is friendly, and the user experience is smooth. I find the content really good, and the quality of the videos stands out.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some contents could be updated more quickly. I saw a lot of old content that might not be up to date. There's also a lack of content related to quantum computing. In terms of marketing and consumer behavior, considering technological change, it would be good to have some more adapted content.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps me overcome the major problem of lack of time by allowing me to engage with trainees anytime I have fifteen minutes to spare.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Tommy, very pleased to hear that you’re finding the 360Learning user experience is smooth. In terms of how to identify if content is up to date, our AI Companion and 'This is Outdated' Reaction were designed to help you identify this easily. You can also reach out to your CSM for additional tips on how to make this as easy as possible.

  ### 8. My First LMS Implementation * 3 years in

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eli J. | Senior HRIS Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Support has gradually been improving as our time with the platform increases. The last few CSM's we have had including our current, have been very responsive to my questions and happy to help however they can. We have learned how to integrate the system better into the daily lives of our users and have adapted processes. The contract renewal process has also been easier than several others in our tech stack which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I still wish there was a way to mark users complete on a training. Several other LMS platforms have this feature and I think it would be very helpful for 360Learning to develop as well. If the feature were only limited to platform admins, that could help a lot with any compliance concerns. Also some sort of audit trail feature showing changes made across each module of the platform, including permissions and backend features, would be helpful.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning is helping us create a culture of learning in our company. This aligns with our company values and also helps us attract and retain talent.

  ### 9. Easy-to-Use Interface with Simple Stats Analysis and Varied Activities

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amaya G. | Consultante-formatrice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Easy to use and handle, with a clear interface. Plus, it is simple to analyse statistics, and I like the variety of available activities.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

It’s a shame that the “fiche” can’t be displayed as optional/facultative (only modules can), because that isn’t always enough. It’s also such a hassle to request that our modules be copied between the internal platform and the external one.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Amaya, thanks for the detailed feedback. I've passed your notes on module/fiche settings and cross-platform issues along to our product team.

  ### 10. Intuitive Platform with Strong Recording Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JACOB N. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I find 360Learning easy to use, which makes it simple to track what I've completed, what's available, and what's required. The recording capabilities are also good, allowing me to add recordings of my team's calls to the platform for all users to see and listen to. It has enabled me to learn about sales management, something I don't really get the chance to do in my day-to-day tasks.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some of the AI stuff added and how it's laid out could perhaps be better. When we used it before, the AI just read the text; it should provide a summarization and a full overview instead of just reading out the points below, which are different.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning enables me to learn about sales management, which I don't encounter in my day-to-day role. The platform is simple, making it easy to track progress and needs. I can add team call recordings for everyone to access.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Jacob, I’m glad you’re finding 360Learning easy to use and that it’s enabling you to upskill on sales management. Thank you also for the feedback on our AI features. We’re actually about to launch some new AI developments in April, including a much more robust AI companion. Would love to hear your feedback!

  ### 11. Seamless Onboarding with Easy Course Creation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Al V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like how easy it is to convert documentation and slides into a course with 360Learning. It's really helpful to share these courses across a large company. It's so straightforward to put together different documents and presentations into a training course accessible to new team members without needing everyone to meet live. It saves a lot of time, and the setup was seamless for my team—just adding us to the platform was simple once we received it through company emails. So far, converting things to 360Learning has been pretty simple.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I wish 360Learning could easily connect to Slack or something else that makes it easy to see coursework that I haven't completed. I'm pretty bad about checking my email, and I would appreciate reminders for annual training.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps keep us aligned on training and team building by sharing courses easily. It turns documentation and presentations into courses accessible to new members without needing live coordination.

**Official Response from James Meincke:**

> Thanks for the kind words regarding our course creation and sharing features! When it comes to reminders, we actually do have a Slack integration that can likely help with what you're looking for. We'd recommend you reach out to your CSP about the specifics, otherwise you can find more info below (with the link).

  ### 12. Intuitive and Effective for Module Creation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christophe V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love creating modules on 360Learning because it is very intuitive and it's not complicated to set up your module. Messaging with students works very well, which allows me to communicate effectively and give them clear instructions so they can follow the training properly.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Without a doubt, access to the different courses, so sometimes students seem to have trouble finding the exact place where the courses are. So maybe a question of more visual organization.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to create and organize course modules as well as to communicate instructions to students to facilitate their training follow-up.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Thank you Christophe for the kind words! We definitely aim to make it easy to create courses in 360Learning, so very glad you’re getting that experience.

  ### 13. Flexible Time Per Learner Makes Training More Effective

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Li C. | HRS, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The most helpful part is the amount of time we can spend, depending on each learner.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Integration is helpful when we need to look up a specific training.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Support people who are not familiar with tablets to learn and strengthen their skills more and more.

  ### 14. Intuitive LMS with Helpful Prompts—AI Content Builder Shows Promise but Needs Refining

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I find 360 learning to be a really intuitive platform to work with. Compared to other LMS systems, it feels straightforward and simple to use, and I can very often find the answer just by playing around in the system. For example, I was recently building some learning and hadn't really had any instruction on it aside from knowing where the create button was. Despite that, I was able to build it with very little support. There were plenty of prompts along the way to help. I've also really enjoyed trialling the AI function to build learning content, this does need refining but provides a good template to build on, particularly when you have slides already.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While I like the premise of the AI tool, it still needs some refining. Right now, the AI is helpful for providing a template to work from; however, I often find that when I upload slides to convert into learning content, the information isn’t accurate and requires a lot of fact-checking to make sure it’s correct for learners.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360 learning has created an LMS that’s much less challenging to work with than the ones I’ve used before. Because it’s more straightforward, I can now collaborate with SMEs on site and add them as co-authors, so they can help me build learning content. In the past, I wouldn’t have been able to do this, because the other systems were so convoluted and difficult to navigate.

  ### 15. AI-Powered, Centralized Learning Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kylie M. | Learning and Development Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I really like that 360Learning is bringing out new features and they're using AI. For example, the new AI companion is something I love because it helps people find what they need when they need it. With the AI companion, people don't need to know a particular course to search for; they can just type in a question about their needs and the companion helps them find different courses that can help them. This feature is really useful as it helps people become more autonomous, and it means they can find what they need when they need it. I'm really happy with this feature.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I didn't like the search function as it was. I find it hard to curate and manage things. But from a user perspective this isn't really an issue now with the Ai companion.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to centralize our learning, streamlining report generation for compliance and guiding onboarding. The AI companion enhances autonomy by helping users find needed courses easily.

  ### 16. Efficient Learning with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David P. | District Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like the fact that I see updates of when my people do it. I appreciate the forum features and some of the quizzes, which allow us to know that people actually did it versus doing it and doing something else on the side.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I think that asking people to post in the forum asks a lot. And I think if we ask in a smaller number of times, people would be more likely to do it.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to simplify big topics into bite-sized pieces, making it easy for my team to learn what we need.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> David, we agree - Chunking big topics into bite-size pieces can be extremely effective. Thrilled to see 360Learning is enabling you to build digestible, engaging courses for your teams.

  ### 17. Powerful AI-Driven LMS with Improvement Needed in Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like the AI features, specifically for course creation in 360Learning. I appreciate these AI features for course creation because most of the collaborative authors on the LMS do not know how to create courses, so this makes it more accessible for them.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I think it would be better if there was a smoother HRIS integration with 360Learning.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to encourage a strong learning culture and make learning accessible. The AI features for course creation help because most collaborative authors don't know how to create courses.

  ### 18. Flexible Training Tool with Minor Scheduling Glitches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Loraynna R.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that you can use many different files to upload on 360Learning. I tend to use Genially the most, but I also like that I can create my own modules within 360Learning.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

My biggest pain point is when I have live training sessions. I would like to be able to schedule them in 360Learning, and I know that's an option right now. But what happens is I have to go in and mark the attendance after the meeting. And many times, I forget to do that or I don't do it soon enough, and it blocks the trainee or the user from moving on to the next module when it's in a linear path.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find 360Learning improves efficiency for both new hire and ongoing training, making processes smoother for my team.

  ### 19. Pleasant interface and easy admin creation, but file integration could be improved

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I find the user experience pleasant, especially visually, and I find the platform easy to use for creation at the administrator level.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

We encountered difficulties related to the integration of files, particularly during last summer. Thanks to Marion's support, we were able to identify a solution and facilitate the integration of the files.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now autonomous in our activities. However, we encountered a major difficulty regarding the extraction of statistics. Marion sends them to us every month, which is particularly appreciated. This saves us valuable time, given the complexity of our organization and the difficulty in producing statistics smoothly.

  ### 20. Streamlined Learning with Robust Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** BichTram (Ellen) Q.

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I find 360Learning easy to use for creating training content without needing expertise in training creation. I like the collaboration aspect of the platform, especially the forums, ratings and reports; and the ability to share insights.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I can suggest improvement in only 2 areas. One is how to bulk update user data, there are 2 separated files to bulk update users. It would be great if we can bulk update in one file. And another is the newly added Skills feature. It has great idea and potential but it is a lot of work for Admin to initiate and build the library.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning as an LMS to create training and collaborate with experts. It helps me transfer knowledge, update content, create onboarding paths, and track training completion. It also identifies skill gaps and enables finding experts to upskill others.

  ### 21. Easy to Use and Adaptable, But Some Drawbacks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SAMIRA B. | Digital learning project manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I appreciate that the 360Learning platform is easy to use and that its design is attractive. The custom fields are very useful because they allow us to profile our learners and deliver the right content to the right person. The initial setup of 360Learning was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Versioning of modules by language, history of follow-ups and notifications that have been removed, challenge mode on the mobile version, more varied activity models.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows us to standardize and centralize our training offer, profile our learners, and push the right content to the right person thanks to personalized fields. The platform is easy to get started with.

  ### 22. Effortless Content Creation, Slight Path Confusion

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philippe H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that 360Learning makes it easy to search for and create educative content. It's also beneficial to have everything in one place, like content, students, reviews, and quizzes. I found the initial setup easy, helped by the available tutorials.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I find the difference between path and module confusing. Sometimes, I create modules when paths are needed. Preparing new content requires knowing if a path is better, and the distinction can be restrictive.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows me to create and share learning content easily. It brings everything—content, students, reviews, quizzes—into one place.

  ### 23. Great customer support, but frustrating for administrators

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara D. | Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

My favorite part of 360 Learning is the customer service. When submitting a ticket they are always quick to respond, with professional and helpful information. I have also had great experiences with our customer success partner advocating for us in terms of feature developments and updates. My interactions with the 360 Learning team are always pleasant and I don't have to hesitate to reach out when I have a question or a concern.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Our organization is set up in a way in which we have users who belong to multiple groupings, they work across multiple departments, multiple locations etc... and we have not found a way to get them assigned in 360 Learning in a way that makes it easy to get the right education out to the right people. Our solution has been to either mass enroll, resulting in unnecessary assignment or to very tediously comb through the user list to make sure we are capturing the right people. While the 360 Learning support team has been attentive to this problem we have yet to come up with a solution that will fit our needs.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows us to quickly identify what education each user has received for internal and external audits.

  ### 24. A quick solution to implement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LOPES F. | Directeur Technique, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

We previously used an in-house tool, with certain limitations that hindered our desire to offer higher quality learning methods. Therefore, we conducted a benchmark of market solutions and, after testing different platforms, 360Learning became an obvious choice.

We particularly appreciated the close support, proactive follow-up, and the solution's ability to integrate perfectly with our ecosystem. We were adamant about connecting it to our HRIS: this is now accomplished. Thus, the entire organization is managed by our HRIS and all data can be centralized there.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

As a SaaS solution, 360Learning was presented to us in the testing phase with all options activated. During the commercial proposal, in order to stay within our budget, only the basic options were included. Some features discovered during the demo were therefore absent in our version, which later led us to contract additional options, although we couldn't integrate all of them for budgetary reasons. The commercial strategy is clever, especially since it is difficult, with the option titles, to clearly identify what is activated in the demo version. Fortunately, the application fulfills its mission well, even though I still miss some features.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially did not have any particular problem, except for the removal of certain features that we used and that had motivated our choice of the solution. Therefore, we had to adapt to these constraints, with, in my opinion, a lack of communication and flexibility when we requested their reactivation.

  ### 25. Comprehensive toolkit and strong onboarding

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The platform offers the most comprehensive toolkit - it matches all our needs and the onboarding support has been great.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I don't find it intuitive. Difficult to navigate at the beginning.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a great analytics overview that we didn't have before. We can empower leaders to learn more.

  ### 26. Practical and Intuitive Tool for e-Learning Content Design

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Practical tool for designing e-learning content, with the possibility of integrating content from external platforms.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some features remain limited, for example:

- The distribution of scores by question.
Example: For a quiz with 10 questions and an overall score of 100%:
1 question = 10% of the total score.
If a question offers multiple possible answers and only one element is incorrect, the entire 10% allocated to this question is lost.

- Number of attempts to take a Quiz:
When an advisor makes a second attempt, the results of the first are overwritten.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilitate the management of training content, and the tracking of results

  ### 27. Cool App and Webpage for learning

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasia L. | Student, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Many features, cool way of connecting many people to a platform, always a comment and reaction section. For a month I used it everyday. Quite easy to use and implement, but only after a while and explanation.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

the main page is a bit much and confusing, sometimes I couldn't find some classes. When I would watch old lectures, Id have to do the questions again which is a bit annoying. In general some glitches when logging in would happen

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its teaching me a lot about the project and stories which is super valuable in our context

  ### 28. A highly customizable platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

A platform allowing a lot of customization

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

technical support is sometimes slow and issues take a long time to handle once addressed

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

give our employees access to training content at the right time

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> We’re glad to hear the extensive customization of the 360Learning platform has been beneficial. While we have support SLAs in place, we understand it can sometimes require more extensive back and forth to resolve technical issues. We’ll share this feedback with our team as we continue to improve our documentation and support offering.

  ### 29. Seamless TriNet Integration with Up-to-Date Training Content

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The seamless connection with TriNet's system and up to date training content.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

It took some time to figure out how to set-up paths and certificates. It would have been nice if it was easier to set-up or if there were templates that were already set-up to use.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It fulfills providing Harassment Prevention Training for all our employees.

  ### 30. Easy to access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning stands out for its approach centered on collaborative learning. As an instructional designer, I particularly appreciate:

The intuitive interface that allows for quick handling, even for trainers who are not very tech-savvy.

The ease of module creation: drag-and-drop, smooth integration of documents, videos, Genially, Padlet, and even VTS projects.

The collaborative mode: the ability to comment on content, ask questions, or propose improvements directly on the platform promotes collective intelligence and engagement.

Learner tracking: clear dashboard, precise tracking, completion rates, and analysis of quiz responses to adapt teaching in real-time.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The credit system can sometimes be a bit restrictive when managing multiple courses simultaneously. A more flexible or progressive management would be welcome.

The course sheet system could be revised. (make sections to better organize it)

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Centralization and structuring of training courses
-Fine monitoring and management of learning
-Engage learners through interactivity and collaboration

  ### 31. 360Learning , Strengths and Limitations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manon G. | Senior HR Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Pros:
360 Learning is a very comprehensive platform with a wide range of learning features.
Reliable overall performance for hosting and delivering training.
Basic automations make part of our HR life simpler.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Cons:
Navigation can be confusing; uses its own vocabulary that takes time to learn if you're not a learning expert.
Locked into a 3-year contract, reducing flexibility, and cost is high.
Many automations are unreliable and fail to work consistently, resulting in extra work and poor employee experience.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's very easy to create courses and to monitor who completed them and who did not.

  ### 32. Best choice for collaborative learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The user interface is so clean and our learners find it really easy to navigate with very little training effort on our part! We love that the 360L crew provided us with short training videos that we can use to train up our org. I've used some really large and incredible customizable LMS products in the past - 360L allows us just enough customization to make it feel like OUR platform while keeping some of the interface creation less customizable, which is what we needed. I don't have time to make 100 widget boxes or organize various kinds of content! We also REALLY love how easy and versatile it is to create content. The levels and layers of user permissions are just what we need to allow our SMEs to create their own content, pulling from the items they've already created.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

We have a direct integration with a content provider that we really love and that has a "deep integration" with 360L. While that is the case, having content fed over from that provider via the digital method doesn't allow us to tag (and therefore, organize) the content like we had hoped. We're a super small team of 2, so we are leaning heavily on the content provided elsewhere to train up our folks. All the content just lives in one giant content library and we can't organize it into categories (like, "Core Values" or "Learning Spotlight" or "Sales Skills"). However I will share that 360Learning does value our feedback and we've seen them make a few product enhancements that have addressed other concerns, so I don't see this being a problem for too much longer!

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a place to store all our learning content and upskill our learners without having L&D be the end-all be-all for content creation. We are able to create learning paths to support career pathing and offer additional development opps to our org. And we now have a way to very easily create training that folks can take on their own time without being limited to live training for everything.

  ### 33. User-Friendly, Needs More Content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** linh v. | CSR Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The platform's design is exceptionally user-friendly. Navigating through the various features and modules is intuitive, making it a breeze to find what I need. The clean and modern interface is a real plus, as it minimizes distractions and allows me to focus on the learning material. This ease of use significantly enhances the overall learning experience.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While I appreciate the platform's design, I feel the current learning content is somewhat limited. I wish there was a broader range of topics and more in-depth material available. Expanding the content library would greatly increase the app's value and cater to a wider variety of learning needs. I'm hoping to see more content added in future updates.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I truly appreciate about 360Learning is its ability to streamline internal training. It's become a powerful tool for efficiently disseminating knowledge across the organization. Being able to upload my training materials and share them broadly saves valuable time and resources. More importantly, it empowers me to contribute directly to the company's growth by ensuring everyone has access to consistent and readily available training.

  ### 35. 360Learning Experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning offers quality customer support, with a team that is available and attentive throughout the implementation and use of the platform. The support service is responsive, which facilitates the quick resolution of any problems or questions encountered. These elements are a real asset for users, especially during the launch or development phases of the project.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The platform seemed like a "big machine" to us compared to our user volume and actual needs. Its wide range of features requires thorough familiarization to fully benefit from it. This can be a constraint for smaller organizations or those without dedicated resources for managing the solution.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Specific training issue related to our field to deliver to the collaborators

  ### 36. returns use 360learning as admin

360Learning is practical for distributing content and making training available to all our employees; sending reminders, etc...

broadcast internal training and preserve expertise

  ### 37. A smooth, efficient experience perfectly suited for daily professional use.

The interface is intuitive and smooth, allowing for quick handling, even for less experienced users. Regarding implementation, the deployment was done without major difficulty, thanks to clear documentation and well-guided steps. In terms of features, the tool is rich and comprehensive, covering a wide range of use cases. Finally, the ease of integration with other tools I use has been a real advantage.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The AI tool is not yet efficient enough.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allow the creation of content in an efficient, diverse, and fast manner

  ### 38. 360Learning is a great LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like how 360Learning is constantly updating the platform and app. The training and customer support provided by 360Learning is abundant and engaging.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some navigation features on 360Learning are a bit difficult to use, there are multiple ways to do the same thing which some Administrators have a tough time learning on the platform in the beginning.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning is a training site and library for employees across the whole network. As a company that is spread across North America, creating, updating, and assigning training is much easier with 360 Learning.

  ### 39. A multi-featured plateform to support your different training needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

* there are a lot of different features that allow multiple uses all in one place: fully digital and/or blended learning implementation, public and private groups options to ensure data protection and confidentiality when needed, etc

* the Customer support is effective and responsive

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

* you may need some time to understand ALL the possible features and their subtleties

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With 360L we can benefit of a centralized training platform:
- trainings came be mutualized => time saver for trainers
- the quality of trainings can be assessed easier => all our collaborators can benefit from the same messages and trainings
- the follow up of collaborators is simplified => differents roles can be assigned to different types of players on the platform to suit their objectives (coach, manager, instructors)

Access to many features is not intuitive (learner participation, password reset, creation of a new session, etc.)

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to upload training in digital learning format for our clients. This saves us time compared to in-person training. It is also beneficial for clients because they can learn at their own pace.

  ### 41. 360 Learning is a very comprehensive tool

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The easy AI backed course creation - makes collaboration with internal experts much easier.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Everything is an 'add on' price, some 'add ons' should be in the core offering as not having them makes the system more manual and less easy to use.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast creation and assignment of training - ability for experts across the business to provide their knowledge rapidly. The recording of blended learning programs.

  ### 43. Company Education and Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becca M. | Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

We utilize 360Learning for our new employee onboarding and to educate our existing employees on product and procedural updates. As users for the last few years, we have seen how 360 is continuing to develop based on user feedback and the needs of the clients. We enjoy that this platform give us the following: visibility into usage, user and class-specific data, the ability to use and reuse content, and support for comprehension checks. Since switching to 360 from another platform, our efficiency and ability to educate our team has increased.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

There are some features within 30 that are double edged swords. For example, we can now assign an entire path without needing to assign each individual sub-path. However, if you utilize this feature you cannot make certain sub-paths open at specific times. These are features that our team has found workarounds for in using this tech.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now onboarding our new employees and update existing employees in an asynchronous manner, which is incredible as a remote-only company.

  ### 44. Good partnership

Customer support is always available to help us. The new features are very useful for our needs, and there’s plenty of information about them in the knowledge base

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

From my point of view, I think the implementation and integration are not easy for those who are not comfortable with this level of technicality.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How anyone from anywhere in the world can use it in their own language, and how we can organize our learning catalog more easily.

  ### 45. A tool within everyone's reach!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

It is easy to access 360learning and create modules, especially since AI has reached this level.

The management of groups and group levels allows for quite extensive architecture/organization of training groups for expert-trainers.

The support service is very responsive and understands the issues well.

Not having to go through an endless configuration phase is a real advantage.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I would like to see more bulk actions possible as an administrator owner of the platform. Moreover, it would be good if switching from one 360learning environment to another were easier, especially when we have many modules tagged with multiple combinations of tags ;-)

The inability to create more graphically enriched modules,

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

accessibility to the creation of modules simply and to their distribution

  ### 46. Simple to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilie V. | Responsable pédagogique e-learning, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

Request some time to adapt to understand the administrative procedures, but once understood, it allows for easy creation of modules. Also, the possibility to go further technically by using other tools (e.g., Genially, Vyond, etc.)

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Request some time to adapt to understanding the technical procedures, not very intuitive at first.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Modern and playful learning experience, focused on interactions and allowing for continuous improvement

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The administrator experience, certain structural choices (distinction between paths/modules) that create management and tracking difficulties.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automated personalization of training paths based on user profiles (dynamic audiences). The creation of a comprehensive offering through its integrations with content providers. The continuous improvement of training through feedback received on forums (only on content created with the integrated authoring tool).
