What do you like best about Cognota?

I would say the easy-to-understand UI and configuration portal make it one of the easiest tools I've helped implement in my career. It doesn't try to reinvent the wheel. It uses the best methods available to get your L&D on track as efficiently as possible. This is especially useful for any L&D team that hasn't previously utilized a platform for things like utilization metrics and organizing process flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognota?

The tools available for exporting and importing data have been somewhat limited, and there can be some parts of the platform that are not quite as intuitive as I think they could be. That said, the Cognota team has been highly responsive to our needs to help better their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cognota solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a smaller L&D organization, we don't have the bandwidth and resources to develop and manage highly complex operational platforms. Cognota simplifies the process and allows for rapid implementation while still being robust in its capabilities for reporting on things like project process and work hour utilization. What do you like best about Cognota?

I like that my customers can submit requests that can then be approved and turned into projects quickly and easily. I like the ability to track the actual hours spent on a task and not just the projected hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognota?

I still think the Insights display needs work. It cuts off definitions and doesn't show a rollup of hours spent on completed tasks. I've provided this information to Cognota and they are looking at making the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
