## 360Learning Reviews
 ### 1. A comprehensive, collaborative, and effective training tool despite a few areas for improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I appreciate most about 360Learning is its ease of use and collaborative approach. The tool is very intuitive, allowing for quick adoption, even for non-technical profiles.

The ability to co-create modules, comment, and react to content promotes genuine peer-to-peer learning, which enhances learner engagement.

On the technical side, the platform is generally stable: bugs are rare and the support is very responsive, with relevant answers and effective solutions in the vast majority of cases (9 times out of 10 according to my experience).

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The visualization of the group hierarchy remains complicated, even though the latest beta version shows positive advancements. Navigation via the side menu can quickly become laborious, especially on highly structured accounts.

The billing system lacks clarity: it is difficult to understand, lacks detailed elements, and remains difficult to use. For example, I find it impossible to distinguish what has been consumed by team or by type of training. We have one group dedicated to internal training and another for external training, but there is no reliable way to know how many tokens have been used by each.
I attempted to create a custom report for this purpose, but it turned out to be incorrect. Even the support service was unable to explain why it didn't work, nor to propose a concrete solution to date, except to ask them for the precise number of tokens when I need it (not very efficient).

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows us to centralize the creation, management, and tracking of training courses in a single collaborative platform.

This solves several problems: dispersion of content, lack of visibility on learner engagement, and difficulty in involving subject matter experts. We professionalize our training catalog while maintaining clear traceability of paths and performances.

Result: time savings for teams, faster skill development, and better learner engagement.

 ### 2. Intuitive and easy to use daily

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angélique F. | Chef de service intégration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

intuitiveness, ease of use.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

you must use additional software like Genially otherwise it's quite raw

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

distance training and as soon as the employees arrive

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Angélique, so glad you’re finding 360Learning intuitive and easy to use, and that we’re supporting your employee onboarding program. Have you had a chance to check out the 360Learning Engagement Academy? There are lots of resources there to help build out courses within the platform, with (often free) tools like Genially and many others. Your CSM might also have some ideas for how you can get the most out of the native AI Content Builder. (Bonus - more native interactive media activities are coming to the platform, soon!)

 ### 3. Easy to access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning stands out for its approach centered on collaborative learning. As an instructional designer, I particularly appreciate:

The intuitive interface that allows for quick handling, even for trainers who are not very tech-savvy.

The ease of module creation: drag-and-drop, smooth integration of documents, videos, Genially, Padlet, and even VTS projects.

The collaborative mode: the ability to comment on content, ask questions, or propose improvements directly on the platform promotes collective intelligence and engagement.

Learner tracking: clear dashboard, precise tracking, completion rates, and analysis of quiz responses to adapt teaching in real-time.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The credit system can sometimes be a bit restrictive when managing multiple courses simultaneously. A more flexible or progressive management would be welcome.

The course sheet system could be revised. (make sections to better organize it)

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Centralization and structuring of training courses
-Fine monitoring and management of learning
-Engage learners through interactivity and collaboration

 ### 4. Elevated our Company's training in every way possible!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Before 360Learning we were doing live Virtual training for all of our new customers. This put countless limitations on our company. With 360Learning we have been able to easily expand our knowledgebase content that is available to our customers and training is now available on demand. We get compliments all the time on how professional our training is now! Your team is also amazing! We have loved working with everyone so far.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I would like the coaches in a Group to not appear in the Statistics. It should only be the learners for that group.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously all of our knowledgebase content was on a WordPress blog and our training was live virtual meetings. There was no accountability tracking to show that a learner had actually reviewed the training. And we were severely limited for time. We now have the tools to hold learns accountable to taking the training prior to having a live meeting with our team. This makes our live meetings so much more productive. It also saves our team countless hours of training on the same basic content over and over.

 ### 5. 360Learning , Strengths and Limitations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manon G. | Senior HR Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Pros:
360 Learning is a very comprehensive platform with a wide range of learning features.
Reliable overall performance for hosting and delivering training.
Basic automations make part of our HR life simpler.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Cons:
Navigation can be confusing; uses its own vocabulary that takes time to learn if you're not a learning expert.
Locked into a 3-year contract, reducing flexibility, and cost is high.
Many automations are unreliable and fail to work consistently, resulting in extra work and poor employee experience.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's very easy to create courses and to monitor who completed them and who did not.

 ### 6. Amazing collaborative platform, perfect for small L&D teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dana F. | Senior Manager of Learning & Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning is so easy to use and we were able to implement the system quickly. We love the collaborative learning aspects - the chat forum, the various groups, the flexibility in permissions. We were even able to create an "Authoring Academy" that allows any SME to complete a 1-hour course and immediately start creating their own content. It's so awesome and we view this platform as an extension of our tiny team!

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

When there is a problem (error, glitch, bug, etc.), there's no direct chat to the 360Learning team. We submit a ticket and then it takes about 2-5 days to hear back from someone. We haven't had a lot of issues, thankfully, but it is something to consider if you're used to immediate responses or quick fixes.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a team of 1, so we need a system that will allow our Learning & Development team to quickly and effectively level up our Subject Matter Experts so they can get in the system and create the content that they need to support their teams with onboarding, training, etc. In less than an hour our SMEs can take our Authoring Academy and successfully create content on their own - it's so great that L&D isn't a slow-down or blocker for the org! Additionally, with the great partnership with OpenSesame, we're able to create additional on-demand learning paths, self-serve content, and more with that content.

 ### 7. Excellent Learning Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tallys M. | Professor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I like best about 360Learning is how intuitive and collaborative the platform is. From an HR and L&D perspective, it truly supports a culture of continuous learning by making it easy for subject matter experts across the organization to contribute to training content—without needing advanced instructional design skills. The authoring tools are simple yet powerful, and the ability to gather feedback directly within the courses creates a dynamic, learner-focused environment.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

There's nothing I dislike about it. I think the platform is really good.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits has been the shift from top-down training to a more collaborative, decentralized model. Before 360Learning, we relied heavily on a small group to create and deliver all learning content, which slowed things down and left knowledge gaps.

 ### 8. Creative Learning Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjaly P. | N/A, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I appreciate the variety of ways to engage with the material and test our understanding - the mix of reading, watching, taking quizzes, speaking, and writing helps keep the learning process engaging and ensures we really understand what we're taking in.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Sometimes the app can take a while to load.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's nice to have a platform where everyone is learning the key concepts we to need to understand as an organization in a standardized way.

 ### 9. A non-intuitive platform

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** christophe l. | Concepteur digital Learning et administrateur du LMS, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The courses are easy to create, the speed of getting started

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The lack of ergonomics, no SCORM export, outdated interface, the smileys, no badge

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The addition of the group hierarchy

 ### 10. Best choice for collaborative learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The user interface is so clean and our learners find it really easy to navigate with very little training effort on our part! We love that the 360L crew provided us with short training videos that we can use to train up our org. I've used some really large and incredible customizable LMS products in the past - 360L allows us just enough customization to make it feel like OUR platform while keeping some of the interface creation less customizable, which is what we needed. I don't have time to make 100 widget boxes or organize various kinds of content! We also REALLY love how easy and versatile it is to create content. The levels and layers of user permissions are just what we need to allow our SMEs to create their own content, pulling from the items they've already created.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

We have a direct integration with a content provider that we really love and that has a "deep integration" with 360L. While that is the case, having content fed over from that provider via the digital method doesn't allow us to tag (and therefore, organize) the content like we had hoped. We're a super small team of 2, so we are leaning heavily on the content provided elsewhere to train up our folks. All the content just lives in one giant content library and we can't organize it into categories (like, "Core Values" or "Learning Spotlight" or "Sales Skills"). However I will share that 360Learning does value our feedback and we've seen them make a few product enhancements that have addressed other concerns, so I don't see this being a problem for too much longer!

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a place to store all our learning content and upskill our learners without having L&D be the end-all be-all for content creation. We are able to create learning paths to support career pathing and offer additional development opps to our org. And we now have a way to very easily create training that folks can take on their own time without being limited to live training for everything.

 ### 11. Accessible and Easy to Use for Continuous Training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** J. Javier P. | Strategic Business Dev. Manager for Spain , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love the accessibility of 360Learning, as I can train 24 hours from any device.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I like everything

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps me advance my skills daily and offers accessibility to train 24 hours from any device.

 ### 12. An intuitive platform with superb support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, even for a first-time user. Implementation is quick, customization is easy, and the onboarding is perfectly structured. I particularly appreciated the responsiveness, availability, and friendliness of the project team, always ready to assist and meet needs. It's a real pleasure to collaborate with them!

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The only small point to improve, in my opinion, concerns the density of training content for administrators. There are a lot of resources, which is positive in itself, but it can quickly become time-consuming when managing other projects in parallel and not working 100% on training topics within one's company. A more concise or streamlined path for users who are more comfortable/not dedicated to platform development would be a real plus :)

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows us to efficiently train our resellers by centralizing all content related to our products, values, and sales processes. The platform helps us ensure a consistent and professional dissemination of information, which strengthens the coherence of our brand message in the field. It is a real gain in time and quality: our partners are better trained, more quickly operational, and autonomous in their skill development.

 ### 13. Innovative and Constantly Evolving Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yves R. | Cegid Learning Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

A platform that regularly evolves and integrates AI

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

When the training offer is extensive, finding the right path can sometimes be difficult for an inexperienced user.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For all the most diverse problems, the support and CSM team remains attentive.

 ### 14. A Reliable Platform That Simplified Our Learning Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Magda C. | Digital Learning Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

We have been using this LMS for almost 10 years now, and it has truly streamlined the way we deliver and manage training. The platform is stable, user-friendly, and easy to navigate both for learners and administrators. Uploading content, tracking progress, and generating reports are all straightforward, which has saved us a great deal of time and effort. Our team particularly appreciates how accessible the system is, making learning available anytime and anywhere. Overall, this LMS has made our training process smoother, more efficient, and more enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The only downside is that once content is created, it cannot be easily exported.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing to report

 ### 15. User-Friendly, Versatile, and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

User-friendliness, ease of use and versatility

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Management of the learner base can be tedious

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large scale compliance courses

 ### 16. 360Learning: A Game-Changer for Personalized Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ingrid C. | Bilingual Training & Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

As a Training & Development Manager leading a one-person L&D team, I needed an LMS that was intuitive, collaborative, and flexible enough to support both internal teams and external retail partners. 360Learning delivered on all fronts—and then some.

One of the most helpful aspects for me was the free trial, which allowed me to explore the platform hands-on and get a real feel for how it could work in our learning ecosystem before committing. It gave me the confidence to move forward.

We recently launched ACE 2.0, our custom-branded learning platform built on 360Learning. The ability to create dedicated groups for each retailer—with personalized course pages and store-specific forums—has been a game-changer. It makes the experience feel relevant, localized, and community-driven.

What really excites me is the Learning Needs feature. It opens the door for bottom-up learning by letting users share what they want to learn—helping me prioritize content that’s actually in demand. It’s a great way to keep learning learner-led and strategic.

From mobile access and offline learning to detailed analytics and coaching roles for managers, this platform has allowed us to elevate our learning experience across the board.

360Learning has helped me build something meaningful, scalable, and learner-first—and I couldn’t recommend it more! 🎯📱💡

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

“Minor Learning Curve at First”

While the platform is intuitive overall, it took a bit of time to fully understand how group visibility, roles, and notifications work—especially when managing multiple audiences. But once I got the hang of it, it became second nature.

“Limited Customization for Branding”

I would love to see even more options to personalize the look and feel of the platform to better align with our brand guidelines. What exists now works well but feels slightly limited.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning is helping us solve the challenge of delivering consistent, engaging, and scalable training to retail partners across different locations. Before, it was difficult to track learning progress or gather real-time feedback. With 360Learning, we can personalize the learning experience for each store, create private groups with their own discussion forums, and make learning accessible on mobile—even offline. It’s made onboarding smoother, boosted engagement, and helped us build a true learning community across our network. The “Learning Needs” feature is especially exciting, as it gives our learners a voice and helps us stay aligned with their goals.

 ### 17. Easy to Use with Great Support, but Lacks Customization Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** philippe C. | Specialist trainer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The follow-up during the installation was satisfactory, and the use of the product is simple.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The design of the platform is not very customizable. No possibility of creating a satisfaction survey in the modules which can be followed directly in the history

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time and avoids face-to-face training for certain training, therefore a financial gain

 ### 18. User-Friendly, Needs More Content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** linh v. | CSR Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The platform's design is exceptionally user-friendly. Navigating through the various features and modules is intuitive, making it a breeze to find what I need. The clean and modern interface is a real plus, as it minimizes distractions and allows me to focus on the learning material. This ease of use significantly enhances the overall learning experience.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While I appreciate the platform's design, I feel the current learning content is somewhat limited. I wish there was a broader range of topics and more in-depth material available. Expanding the content library would greatly increase the app's value and cater to a wider variety of learning needs. I'm hoping to see more content added in future updates.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I truly appreciate about 360Learning is its ability to streamline internal training. It's become a powerful tool for efficiently disseminating knowledge across the organization. Being able to upload my training materials and share them broadly saves valuable time and resources. More importantly, it empowers me to contribute directly to the company's growth by ensuring everyone has access to consistent and readily available training.

 ### 19. A More Intuitive and Collaborative Learning Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning’s collaborative authoring tools make it incredibly easy to build engaging courses quickly. The interface is intuitive even for non-technical users, and the ability to co-create and share feedback in real time really sets it apart. The platform also supports strong learner engagement through comments, reactions, and discussion threads.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While the overall platform is solid, the reporting and analytics dashboard could have a few more important items.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning is helping us bridge the gap between subject-matter experts and instructional designers by allowing quick and collaborative course creation. We no longer rely on lengthy content development cycles — internal teams can co-author and update training in real-time. This has significantly reduced our time to deploy learning programs and increased engagement across departments.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

An effective, quick support! The academy allows for easy training, product developments.

What I appreciate most about 360Learning is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. It makes it really easy to create, share and follow courses, even for people who aren't very much at ease with tech. It's also collaborative with the forum and so on and thus makes learning more dynamic. it's a very pleasant platform to use.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

There's nothing I really don't like, the only thing would be that it might be easier to implement the transaltor list from Excel files or things like that to ease the process of working with large teams on a course.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps us to spread the teachings concerned with Hinduism of our organisations to a wide number of people in a easy and simple way.

We appreciate all the collaborative features that allow our learners to learn with and from each other. The globalization feature is what sets 360Learning apart from other LMSs. ### 49. Deltamu Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The different available options

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Access to many features is not intuitive (learner participation, password reset, creation of a new session, etc.)

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to upload training in digital learning format for our clients. This saves us time compared to in-person training. It is also beneficial for clients because they can learn at their own pace.

 ### 50. Very good for training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nichola h. | L&D Trainer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I am a trainer based in Government Services and find 360Learnign very useful in hosting this training. I tend to not create the content on 360 - rather using Genially and then linking to this through 360Learning. I use 360Learning to measure understanding by creating quizzes etc. The reporting also helps me track completion and send out reminders to those still needing to complete the training. The dashboards allow for managers to manage their own staff etc. The AI is great for course summaries or creation although again as we use Genially for course creation its hasnt been utilized much by us. We prefer a slide show type trainer that can be interactive.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Once a comment has been reviewed and responded to by one trainer there should be an potion to clear that comment for all users - quite often we have 8 trainers workign ont he same content and each comment goes to each one of those all the time - some trainers now have 3000 comments left to clear as they were not the instructor on these days but still had the comments go to them - it means comments that are actually for them often get lost. Once one trainer has reviewed they should be able to click - clear for everyone or somethign similar.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adult learning can be tedious but 360Learning allows for autonomy and more engagement
