The interface is intuitive and pleasant, which makes it easy to navigate from the first use. On a daily basis, it really saves me time: tracking training is smoother, information is centralized, and I no longer have to multiply searches or exchanges to move forward. Beyond the time savings, I also see a real comfort in usage: everything is clear, structured, and designed to simplify users' lives. As a result, I can focus more on the essentials rather than on administrative management. In summary, Skillup is a tool that combines efficiency and simplicity, and that brings real added value to the organization of training. **What do you dislike about Skillup?** I would love for Skillup to be integrated into our HRIS tool. I would also like the partnership with Cegos to be active again because I organize a number of events with them. **What problems is Skillup solving and how is that benefiting you?** Too much dispersion of information: needs, registrations, and training follow-ups were scattered in files or emails → with Skillup everything is centralized, making it easier to manage. Administrative time loss: managing requests manually takes time → the tool automates and streamlines, I gain in efficiency. Lack of visibility: difficult to know the status of each training, who has followed what, which requests are in progress → Skillup provides a clear and updated view. Complex HR follow-up: reporting and traceability are tedious → the tool quickly generates usable data. Heavy user experience: forms, unintuitive processes → the interface makes the process more pleasant for both the employees and myself. ### 2. We deployed it this year as part of the professional interview campaigns, and the users welcomed the tool with enthusiasm. The implementation was quite fast, and the preparatory work was well supported by the Skillup teams. A big thank you to them! **What do you dislike about Skillup?** We have not yet utilized all the features of the training module, so no decision is made at this time. **What problems is Skillup solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skillup has enabled the digitization of professional interviews and offers us a real training management tool (previously worked on Excel). ### 3. This helps me in easily mapping the required courses to the employees depending on the gaps they have in their training. **What do you dislike about Skillup?** Skillup does not permit the uploading of personal courses or the integration with any other learning management systems. This reduces my ability to design the learning experience to suit our company’s needs and integrate relevant industry content. **What problems is Skillup solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skillup has successfully simplified the entire process of identification of training needs and management of training of employees. The vast content base will always have something to interest everyone, progress tracking and completion rates are easy to follow. ### 5.
