What do you like best about Continu?

What I like most about Continu is how easy it makes running workshops. Participants can register smoothly, and the Zoom/Teams integration means you don’t have to create a separate link. I also really value how straightforward the reporting is when I need to export data. I’m able to customize the information I need and filter through it easily. What do you dislike about Continu?

What do you like best about Continu?

The continue to improve and add in new features. Our company has been really leaning into this for even the smaller projects we are working on. Mostly it has been contained to our learning and development team but not it is more open where anyone can create their own trainings. Now we have a wide range of topics and course that are available. This helps us train and look for career growth opportunities since trainings for step level jumps are learnable. What do you like best about Continu?

With recent improvements, Continu's course scheduling and assignment tool has been very helpful. However this has only been a recent change and it was difficult to navigate before and often failed.

Continu displays Scorms packages perfectly and the courses people take rarely have any issues.

What do you dislike about Continu?

Continu often fails to provide a seamless experience - for instance, you cannot open a course into a new tab from one of the search/homepages.

Scorms often update slowly or fail to do so for a long period of time (sometimes up to 3 hours).

What do you like best about Continu?

ability to assign content to users is a benefit when working with a large audience base. Being able to group multiple content together into tracks is also useful to create robust learning programmes that users must follow. It is intuitive to use and whilst i did watch the training provided I found it easy enough to navigate and learn how to use better hands on. Like that I can add and personalise multiple outgoing messages to users as I assign content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Continu?

Whilst the badges are a good idea they essentially act as another certificate. Better gamification might be users earn a badge after completing X number of modules in a given category on the explore page.

Not sure how the issue has occurred but we have the same 'location' several times. this means when trying to assign content and looking for the audience i have 5+ of the market United States - I have to select each instance for all relevant users to be correctly assigned content.

Surveys are limited to the number of questions that can be asked - this limits its use for post training surveys otherwise users must be sent multiple surveys to complete.

Assessments created through Continue do not provide feedback on users progress. No oversight as to what questions users are getting in/correct to identify gaps in learning or the training resource.

To make an all encompassing LMS and platform to view progress, would be beneficial to add in a QA section where users quality feedback can be stored and as this is done content can be recommended. Would be able to see then their improvements in relation to content they have sat.

Would be beneficial if users could register for a course (not a workshop with a set date) then Admin can assign to the users when suitable.

The search function often does not work or show all items when looking for content in the create page. this has caused duplicates to be uploaded or queries raised to chase where scorms are located to edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Continu?

I like how Continu makes it easier to assign and share SCORM courses. I also appreciate the ease of searching for needed articles and information on the site. The support staff is great, which adds to the positive experience. What do you dislike about Continu?

I find the department segmentation awful. It makes it really hard to automate items. Often when a learner completes a SCORM course, the system provides a certificate but doesn't mark the training as complete. Reports are not the easiest to drill down. I like that Continu has a good mix of learning material, including written content, pictures, photos, conversations, and practical use cases, which helps solidify what I have learned in previous lessons. Sometimes the navigation gets stuck, or you cannot advance as quickly as you would like, especially for modules that are either straightforward or quite trivial. It would be great if there was a description or transcript of some of the conversations or audios, as the videos or audios often describe something quite easy that doesn't require a full two minutes to go through. What do you like best about Continu?

I really like Continu for its ease of operation and intuitive navigation that makes finding what I need quick and straightforward. It's great for navigating through materials and courses, and it's easy to loop back if interrupted to continue where I left off and track progress. The ability to search for categorical data is also a strong point for me. The initial setup went perfectly well, and we even had all our onboarding trainings on it. I would like to see advanced sorting capabilities and the ability to create my own library of coursework. Setting timelines and reminders as notifications to oneself would be helpful.
