The service line is a great resource. They also have good tools to monitor successful attempts and failed attempts and break them down by each piece of equipment. **What do you dislike about RQI Partners?** 3rd party system so upgrades tend to be often and usually update automatically, but have had to manually update system a few times. **What problems is RQI Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** They offer replacements for whatever is needed quarterly. We have had good luck with our equipment not wearing down for several years. We do have to replace lungs and skins to manikins yearly. The staff are helpful and provide good feedback on how to improve processes. ### 2. Even the lady in charge could not get the breathes to measure consistently. The instructions on the machine are not great either. I passed but I'd rather do it the old fashioned way than by a machine that can't even tell what's going on. She told me from the getgo that you have to hold the BVM a certain way to get chest rise. Only issue it it's the wrong way. **What do you dislike about RQI Partners?** Equipment is not good. Instructions are worded weird. One of the written parts talks about mouth to mouth....sorry, no one does m2m on strangers anymore! **What problems is RQI Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 5. RQI doesn't just remind you every other year, it builds muscle memory for those that don't do CPR on a regular basis.
