**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

It’s incredibly easy to onboard new users and deploy training at scale. The platform promotes knowledge sharing across teams and empowers
subject-matter experts to contribute directly.

The support provided by the CSP (Marion) is a real asset when it comes to setting up projects or providing day-to-day support

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The search function could be improved to deliver more relevant results, especially in large catalogs (LinkedIn learning)

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

onboarding : train a lot of people and give them insight quickly and easily

Training : give access to a large catalog so a lot of employee can be trained each year

 ### 2. Intuitive Interface, Excellent for Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fiona G.

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love the 360Learning interface, which is intuitive, interactive, and easy to use, making the creation of training modules and quizzes very enjoyable. The tool is incredibly useful for creating clear and visually appealing training modules, which I can share with all the company's employees to help them in their learning and self-assessment. The initial installation of 360Learning went remarkably well, being very easy, intuitive, and fast, which allowed me to start using it without any loss of time or frustration. The likelihood that I would recommend 360Learning to a friend or colleague is 10 out of 10, which reflects my overall satisfaction and appreciation for this tool.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The difficulty of accessing certain modules is a problem for me, as it complicates navigation and the use of the software. Moreover, the homepage could be clearer regarding the courses to follow and achievements, which would improve the user experience. The badge concepts are currently too difficult to achieve at all levels, which can discourage users. I would also like to be able to save my work at any time, to avoid losing progress. The full-screen display option could be improved for better content visualization.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to create clear and attractive training modules, easy to share with all employees, and to distribute assessments to test their skills on different subjects.

 ### 3. Empowers Employee Learning with Rich Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carissa O.

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I find 360Learning incredibly valuable as a learning platform for employee onboarding, job training, skill development, and compliance training courses. It enables us to distribute a consistent and engaging training experience across our organization and track the progress, data, and stats, which were not feasibly possible before. The platform's ability to ensure compliance is particularly beneficial for us. I love the engagement features, including forums and emojis, which foster communication and allow employees to express their understanding and raise questions. Additionally, the Coaching solution stands out as it permits us to submit video and screen records for evaluating employees who are remote or not frequently overseen, making it a very effective tool. The new stats and dashboards are something we truly appreciate as they offer us a comprehensive picture of what is happening regarding training in the clubs. I am thrilled about 360Learning's capabilities that allow us to be close to our frontline employees and maintain relevant and engaging learning experiences. Lastly, 360Learning's excellent integration abilities with tools like UKG, Genially, and Canva enhance its usability and value for our team.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I am always looking for more enhancements for stats and dashboards to get better insights. Our L&D team would like to see more accessibility features, like alt text, to accommodate diverse needs. Additional course-building options would be beneficial, such as enabling images in multiple-choice questions to enrich the learning experience. I also encountered learning curves during the initial setup, although the 360Learning team was very helpful in addressing queries.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning streamlines employee onboarding, job training, and compliance tracking. It offers consistent training, progress tracking, and direct SME interaction, enhancing engagement and communication across our organization.

 ### 4. Easy to Use and Adaptable, But Some Drawbacks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SAMIRA B. | Digital learning project manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I appreciate that the 360Learning platform is easy to use and that its design is attractive. The custom fields are very useful because they allow us to profile our learners and deliver the right content to the right person. The initial setup of 360Learning was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Versioning of modules by language, history of follow-ups and notifications that have been removed, challenge mode on the mobile version, more varied activity models.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows us to standardize and centralize our training offer, profile our learners, and push the right content to the right person thanks to personalized fields. The platform is easy to get started with.

 ### 5. Well-thought-out UI/UX, responsive team, and constant developments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony R. | Web Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Well-thought-out UI/UX. Responsive team. Constant evolutions.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Lack of freedom on the HTML editor, I would appreciate having access to the sources. Lack of freedom in email configuration.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The assistant is far from impressing me. I use ChatGPT for building my modules.

 ### 6. Easy Access, but Technical Support Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love the ability to easily give our clients access via 360Learning. It's great that I can access 360Learning from a PC, a tablet, and a smartphone. Additionally, there was good support from the team during the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Technical support on blocking issues, with increased responsiveness.

360Learning helps to find the right training space and allows easy access for our clients via PC, tablet, and smartphone.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love the dynamism and interactivity of 360Learning, which make the platform motivating for training. The user-friendliness of the platform is also a strong point, as it is easy to use. Moreover, the quality of the available content is excellent.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Navigation between modules can be improved. It should be easier to go back via a table of contents, have a remaining time indicator, and training suggestions at the end like 'you might also like this'.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that 360Learning supports my learning and development strategy, and continuous training. The platform is dynamic, interactive, and user-friendly, which motivates to train.

 ### 8. The administration of the platform is easy and the user experience is on point.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Easy management of the platform as an administrator. The numerous possible stats. Dedicated forums by platform and by training. Responsive technical support.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The little space given to Scorm. Impossible to integrate them as an activity, you must necessarily create a dedicated module.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User management

 ### 9. Easy to access, Perfect for Continuing Education

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Océane G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love the ease of access to 360Learning and the ability to resume training whenever I want. This allows me to train when I am at peace, and if I have an interruption, I can resume at my convenience. Additionally, the instructors are very responsive and the training is comprehensive.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The translation system could be simplified.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning solves the problem of knowledge transmission. I appreciate the ease of access and the ability to resume training whenever I want, allowing me to train when I am calm and to resume in case of interruption.

 ### 10. Empowers Dynamic Course Creation with Real-Time Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet S. | Instructional Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love that 360Learning provides options that my previous learning management system did not, especially the feature to create using AI and refine or use a template. This significantly simplifies course creation for me. Additionally, I appreciate the forum feature where participants can offer feedback about the courses, enabling almost immediate updates to the course in real time. This feedback system allows me to see things from the end user's perspective, helping me tailor material and enhance the learning experience. The ability to create dynamic training within the system was also a compelling reason for switching from Biz Library, as it supports my team's growth and development. I find the user training path for getting through the initial setup easy to navigate, even though I wasn't extensively involved in the setup process. Overall, these features, along with a seamless integration experience with tools like Camtasia, make 360Learning a valuable platform for my needs.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I experienced limitations with the template options in 360Learning. Specifically, I was unable to make certain adjustments suggested by my end users because the templates could not be edited to enhance visibility or emphasize certain content.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find 360Learning makes course creation easier with AI and templates, and the forum feature improves courses through real-time feedback from users.

 ### 11. Effortless Content Creation, Slight Path Confusion

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philippe H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that 360Learning makes it easy to search for and create educative content. It's also beneficial to have everything in one place, like content, students, reviews, and quizzes. I found the initial setup easy, helped by the available tutorials.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I find the difference between path and module confusing. Sometimes, I create modules when paths are needed. Preparing new content requires knowing if a path is better, and the distinction can be restrictive.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows me to create and share learning content easily. It brings everything—content, students, reviews, quizzes—into one place.

 ### 12. Great customer support, but frustrating for administrators

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara D. | Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

My favorite part of 360 Learning is the customer service. When submitting a ticket they are always quick to respond, with professional and helpful information. I have also had great experiences with our customer success partner advocating for us in terms of feature developments and updates. My interactions with the 360 Learning team are always pleasant and I don't have to hesitate to reach out when I have a question or a concern.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Our organization is set up in a way in which we have users who belong to multiple groupings, they work across multiple departments, multiple locations etc... and we have not found a way to get them assigned in 360 Learning in a way that makes it easy to get the right education out to the right people. Our solution has been to either mass enroll, resulting in unnecessary assignment or to very tediously comb through the user list to make sure we are capturing the right people. While the 360 Learning support team has been attentive to this problem we have yet to come up with a solution that will fit our needs.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows us to quickly identify what education each user has received for internal and external audits.

 ### 13. Seamless Onboarding and Intuitive Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindy J.

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I have had a very pleasant experience with the onboarding integration with 360Learning, thanks to the supportive team that laid out the process clearly. Lucy, in particular, was very beneficial, helping us walk through the integration seamlessly. 360Learning is efficiently streamlining our processes in learning and development and adding a collaborative aspect for our team members. I find the authoring tool very useful due to its collaboration and social aspects, as well as its forums. Moreover, I am impressed by the excellent customer service and support from the staff at 360Learning. The platform is intuitive, and its modern and fresh looking design adds to its appeal, making it a pleasure to use. These factors reassure me of our decision to continue using the platform, as its benefits are clearly visible in our improved teamwork and streamlined processes.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Nothing at this time. The platform is great.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find 360Learning streamlines our learning and development processes, enhancing team collaboration. The intuitive and modern platform, combined with supportive onboarding and great customer service, significantly benefits our organization.

 ### 14. Very good learning management tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** seyni _. | Chargée des ressources humaines, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Very intuitive and easy-to-use tool. Numerous features that facilitate its use. Easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

We get a little lost between the paths and the modules

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems of text or video translation in a context where we are a company with many international collaborators, it was therefore essential.

 ### 15. A modern, user-friendly platform for collaborative learning at scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zachary P. | Digital learning & Change, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Our organization appreciates the collaborative learning features, including intuitive SME authoring, coupled with the must-haves of an LMS (content and course management, enrollment, etc). Beyond the product, 360 Learning consistently offers rigorous and outstanding customer success, cultivating a real partnership around driving our learning strategy with their tech. After over five years as a client, we've completed several straightforward integrations with upstream and downstream systems, truly integrating the product into our stack.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some areas of the platform and functionality seem like legacy and seem to get less attention than newer, innovative topics. While the product seems to be moving towards more customization, its intentional simplicity sometimes comes up against sophisticated or complex requirements.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning continues to tackle the more traditional L&D challenges (course and classroom management, compliance, reporting) with very visible investments in automation and intuitive UX. Meanwhile, they're a key lever for enabling collaborative learning across the org, making it possible for 100s of authors to build and publish high-impact courseware. While every organization will define an operating model and processes on top of the tool, it has enough flexibility to enable those structures.

 ### 16. A quick solution to implement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LOPES F. | Directeur Technique, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

We previously used an in-house tool, with certain limitations that hindered our desire to offer higher quality learning methods. Therefore, we conducted a benchmark of market solutions and, after testing different platforms, 360Learning became an obvious choice.

We particularly appreciated the close support, proactive follow-up, and the solution's ability to integrate perfectly with our ecosystem. We were adamant about connecting it to our HRIS: this is now accomplished. Thus, the entire organization is managed by our HRIS and all data can be centralized there.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

As a SaaS solution, 360Learning was presented to us in the testing phase with all options activated. During the commercial proposal, in order to stay within our budget, only the basic options were included. Some features discovered during the demo were therefore absent in our version, which later led us to contract additional options, although we couldn't integrate all of them for budgetary reasons. The commercial strategy is clever, especially since it is difficult, with the option titles, to clearly identify what is activated in the demo version. Fortunately, the application fulfills its mission well, even though I still miss some features.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially did not have any particular problem, except for the removal of certain features that we used and that had motivated our choice of the solution. Therefore, we had to adapt to these constraints, with, in my opinion, a lack of communication and flexibility when we requested their reactivation.

 ### 17. Intuitive LMS with Powerful AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nora S. | People Director

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love the intuitive and complete nature of 360Learning, which stood out during our market research and pilot tests with different LMS platforms. Its ease of use sets it apart from other vendors. I am particularly impressed with the AI content creation and Smart AI Review features, which enhance our ability to create content swiftly and effectively. The platform's content creation capabilities allow us to generate and personalize training materials in minutes. Furthermore, the interaction features, such as forums and classification, facilitate a dynamic learning environment. I appreciate the centralized access to all learning materials, both for soft and hard skills, enabling efficient tracking of progress, participation, and grades. This centralized system ensures reliable reporting and empowers us to make informed, data-driven decisions. The smooth and easy setup process, supported by workshops and onboarding training, allowed us to start using the platform efficiently, with helpful customer support to address any questions we had.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I noticed that while 360Learning is quite comprehensive and intuitive, it currently lacks the option to conduct live role-plays with AI, which could enhance the training experience.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to centralize learning content, efficiently create and personalize learning materials, track progress and participation, and generate reliable reports for data-driven decisions.

 ### 18. Robust Learning Paths, but Auto-Renewal Contract Terms Are a Hassle

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Fairly robust platform, I liked the learning paths they have set up

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The contract terms are automatic renewal for multiple years with 60 day notice. Josh Harris, the sales rep was unclear with my team on the timeline as the renewal approached and then suddenly was like "sorry, you autorenewed, too bad" I recommend immediately canceling after signing to avoid renewal hassles like this.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a central, trackable place for training new employees and managers

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is definitely not the experience we want customers to have. We’d like to understand what went awry here and ensure it doesn’t happen again. Please reach out to your CSP so we can review your situation.

 ### 19. Smooth Admin Experience with Clean Design, Helpful Analytics, and AI Assistance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The admin experience is very smooth, with easy learner enrollment and a clean, nice visual design. The line manager dashboard is efficient and straightforward to use, and the built-in analytics are helpful for tracking progress. I also appreciate the AI assistance, which adds extra support when managing and reviewing learning activity.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I would benefit from being able to customize analytics that I can share with my coworkers, in addition to the existing built-in analytics.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I value most is how efficiently it engages my coworkers and helps create a strong learning experience that can be sustained over time.

 ### 20. A Game-Changer for Collaborative Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter P. | Learning & Development Specialist, Professional Training & Coaching, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2024

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What stands out most about 360Learning is how well it balances innovation with stability. As a platform, it’s continued to evolve in meaningful ways without overwhelming us with unnecessary changes. Features roll out when they’re ready—not rushed—and always with thoughtful documentation and support behind them.

User management and course creation have become incredibly efficient, which is a huge plus for me as a team of one. The intuitive design makes it easy to support new learners, create relevant paths, and keep everything organized without added complexity. I also appreciate the growing use of AI tools to help streamline content creation and enhance engagement—it feels like they’re building the right things at the right time.

Their support for admins and people managers is excellent. The “Stadium” webinars are a great example—they offer real, actionable guidance and foster a sense of community across organizations. Between the platform’s flexibility, transparency, and standout support, 360Learning has made a measurable impact on how our organization approaches learning.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Like with any platform of this scale, occasional bugs can pop up. Thankfully, the support team is quick, responsive, and solutions-oriented, so they’ve never been a real blocker. The support team is great! There are plenty of notifications about any potential issues currently occurring as well.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform has allowed us to create and share targeted, role-specific courses that support our sales teams directly, right on their screens. That speed of delivery matters. We’re equipping people with exactly what they need to make smarter decisions and use their time more efficiently.

It’s also expanded how we add value for our brand and business partners. We can quickly build tailored learning paths and deliver them as part of our service—not just internal training but truly partner-facing support. And because 360Learning makes content creation and updates so intuitive, our internal teams can take the lead without needing to rely on others. It’s helped unlock a more agile, responsive learning culture across the board.

 ### 21. The choice of LMS for peer and collaborative learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dorthe W. | Learning Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Content creation is made very easy and employees are easily encouraged to share their knowledge.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The statistics features are limited; we have therefore integrated 360L with our BI tools.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a young buy and build group and have expedited our joint strategy execution as well as catered for our broad training requirements.

 ### 22. I recommend 360 Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** saad e. | Elearning projet manager and instructional designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning stands out for its ease of content creation, allowing us to quickly build engaging training modules. The platform supports effective collaborative work, enabling everyone to contribute and share their expertise. Its consistent stability ensures smooth daily use. Additionally, the support provided by Marion Drucké our Client Success Partner is outstanding—always available, responsive, highly professional, and truly attentive to our needs, helping us continuously improve the way we use the platform.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

We use 360Learning regularly and appreciate its many features, particularly its ease of use and collaborative approach. That said, a few improvements would further enhance the user experience. For example, a more customizable interface would allow us to better align training content with our brand identity. In addition, the platform currently lacks a complete system for creating training evaluation questionnaires, with varied question types such as Likert scales, single choice, multiple choice, or closed-ended questions. This type of feature is essential for collecting structured feedback and assessing the impact of training. Finally, course management could be improved—when managing a large volume of training modules, the ability to create folders to organize content, both for course creators and learners, would be extremely helpful. We remain confident that these improvement areas could be integrated in future platform updates, to the benefit of all users.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't encountered any issues on the platform that need to be resolved.

 ### 23. 360Learning Checks All the Boxes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sylvia R. | Talent Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The user experience is easy and intuitive, making adoption much easier. All of our subject matter experts and L&D team love the AI function and ease of course creation! We get thanked all the time from our SMEs for bringing 360L to our company! I like the easy integration with the OpenSesame library and OpenSesame has great customer service, just like 360L.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I wish the skills component was included instead of an extra charge but understand you need to recover the development costs and that piecing out the components make it affordable for companies to get started. I wish the landing pages had a little more flexibility on design but they are getting better.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had been purchasing technical training modules that were not tailored to our exact processes and now have our own SMEs producing training content that is expedited by the UX of 360L. We are saving the money that we used to spend on generic training that we always had to supplement. Also, our company had no professional development to speak of and using 360L, courses we are developing and the OpenSesame library, now have a robust eLearning library to support development toward our newly rolled-out professional and leadership competencies.

 ### 24. A collaborative and intuitive platform to learn differently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Celia D. | Cheffe de projet Formation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The ease of use.

The possible interactions with colleagues through comments.

Clear, engaging modules accessible at any time.

The collaborative spirit that makes the training more lively.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The UX and design, which could be modernized to make the experience even more seamless and enjoyable.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning centralizes all training and allows easy tracking of progress through its dashboards. The courses can be customized according to needs, which prevents getting lost in an overly vast catalog and ensures that each learner receives the most relevant content.

Benefits:

Clear and precise tracking of progress, which motivates continuing with the training.

Tailor-made courses that adapt to my pace and objectives.

Time savings thanks to more targeted and efficient navigation.

 ### 25. Long Historie for a quick learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas B. | IT Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Where should I start, it is fast, available and simple - complex enough to fulfil all requirements and offers growing potential through consistent further development.
Training is provided on and through the platform itself. Support was prompt and it was possible to consult with a team of experts about the organisation, areas of experience and IT during implementation and integration.
We started using the programme for training and development in our company a fortnight ago and the feedback has been amazing. Employees are using the chat and prompt feature and we are getting a lot of responses. From learning needs and suggestions for improvement to success stories from long-time employees. We are currently seeing the psychological effect on the working atmosphere, which is on the rise.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Dislike is a harsh word, we hope that we will get full German language optimisation. Because the AI is not optimised for ‘Du’ or ‘Sie’ - but that is currently a development ticket.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Which problem is a good question. We started with a lack of an onboarding concept and personalised customer training. Now we have a repository for necessary company training, we can manage and document the processes, everyone can learn at their own pace and every knowledge hub is available to bring in the information. You can scale the speed, amount and type of information - in text, images, videos and online training - the limits are up to your imagination. The best are the performance reviews, where dozens of question types are selectable up to AI chat.
We save time and money in internal knowledge development. We gain expertise in planning and implementation, which leads to greater customer and employee loyalty. Finally, the increasing quality relieves the burden on support and management.

 ### 26. Great Collaborative LEP

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne D. | Sr. Manager, Employee Development & Training, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I like best is the ease of collaboration. I manage employee L&D at my organization and am a team of 1, however, we have over 20 authors who assist me in creating courses and content to ensure not only our employees, but also our customers get trained. The AI features when building out courses is also very helpful. Our CSP, Charley Edin, is amazing and incredibly helpful. Always willing to jump in and assist me with any questions or challenges I encounter. We have a direct integration with SFDC and Udemy Business, which allows us to meet other business needs.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The administration and reporting can be overwhelming, however, I am excited about the new Custom Dashboards we'll be able to create. Looking forward to that release. My other dislike is that support tickets can take a while to be resolved, however, your support team is always incredibly nice and cooperative.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows us to train and track the training for, not only our almost 300 employees but also, our hundreds of customer users. 360learning allows us to assess the success of the learning through not only questions, but also through the coaching package where our sales & CS managers can require learners to record themselves pitching what they've just learned back for managers to review and assess. Due to the robustness of the platform, our organization is able to support multiple learning methods and approaches across multiple groups. The collaboration feature (unlimited course authors, etc.) allows us to turn over training content quickly.

 ### 27. We have been using 360Learning for over 5 years, and we are fully satisfied with it.

We highly recommend 360Learning to any organization that wishes to digitalize its training programs while maintaining flexibility and closeness with its users.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

We are currently working with the 360Learning team on the development of statistics to obtain more personalized reports, tailored to our business needs and our learner tracking. This constructive collaboration demonstrates their attentiveness and their desire to continuously improve the customer experience.

360Learning has successfully resolved some of our technical incidents and supported the analysis of anomalies, with a structured follow-up of requests.

 ### 32. Practical and Intuitive Tool for e-Learning Content Design

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Practical tool for designing e-learning content, with the possibility of integrating content from external platforms.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some features remain limited, for example:

- The distribution of scores by question.
Example: For a quiz with 10 questions and an overall score of 100%:
1 question = 10% of the total score.
If a question offers multiple possible answers and only one element is incorrect, the entire 10% allocated to this question is lost.

- Number of attempts to take a Quiz:
When an advisor makes a second attempt, the results of the first are overwritten.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilitate the management of training content, and the tracking of results

 ### 33. 360 Learning benefits

I really appreciate the 360Learning platform because it’s easy to follow and user-friendly. One of its biggest advantages is the ability to review modules as many times as needed, giving agents ongoing access to valuable resources at their disposal. This flexibility allows agents to revisit the training at any time, ensuring they can refresh their knowledge and find the information they need whenever necessary.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I don’t have any dislikes about the platform. Since it’s still fairly new to our company, it has already shown great value, and I’ve seen how it’s contributing to the company’s tremendous growth.

This platform helps the company build a virtual learning environment where agents can learn at their own pace while continually growing in knowledge and skills.

Nothing to report, I am very happy with the tool.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform allows for easy sharing and creation of training content. It's ideal for monitoring the progress of completed trainings. Follow-ups are also made easier.

 ### 37. Cool App and Webpage for learning

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasia L. | Student, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Many features, cool way of connecting many people to a platform, always a comment and reaction section. For a month I used it everyday. Quite easy to use and implement, but only after a while and explanation.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

the main page is a bit much and confusing, sometimes I couldn't find some classes. When I would watch old lectures, Id have to do the questions again which is a bit annoying. In general some glitches when logging in would happen

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its teaching me a lot about the project and stories which is super valuable in our context

 ### 39. Transformative LMS with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love how easy the setup was, with a supportive onboarding team that provided invaluable tools for planning and learning the platform. The ability to create different learning groups and generate new training using AI tools is incredible, making training customized and relevant. The platform has significantly sped up employee ramp-up time from almost a year to just thirty days, which is remarkable. I also appreciate the ability to quickly update training in response to industry changes. The integration of various tools to create a seamless user experience is impressive. Moreover, the consistent innovations and increased functionalities over the years show the platform's growth and adaptability.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I would like the ability to share training playlists. Currently, individuals can create training playlists, but there's no way to share them with others. It would be incredible to be able to say, 'Here's a curated list of courses that might interest you,' and share that with our staff, especially those who may not have the time to explore all the available training in the LMS.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product centralizes our training, streamlining new hire onboarding from a year to thirty days, and enables quick updates aligned with industry changes, enhancing training efficiency.

 ### 40. A highly customizable platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

A platform allowing a lot of customization

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

technical support is sometimes slow and issues take a long time to handle once addressed

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

give our employees access to training content at the right time

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> We’re glad to hear the extensive customization of the 360Learning platform has been beneficial. While we have support SLAs in place, we understand it can sometimes require more extensive back and forth to resolve technical issues. We’ll share this feedback with our team as we continue to improve our documentation and support offering.

 ### 41. Seamless TriNet Integration with Up-to-Date Training Content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The seamless connection with TriNet's system and up to date training content.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

It took some time to figure out how to set-up paths and certificates. It would have been nice if it was easier to set-up or if there were templates that were already set-up to use.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It fulfills providing Harassment Prevention Training for all our employees.

 ### 42. A daily user & administrator of 360Learning – quick, intuitive, and the modern 2025 e-learning tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2020

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Happy client from 360Learning since 2018 with close to 10K employees on our account. The platform is incredibly intuitive—like a “modern learning social media”—making it instantly accessible without formal training, much like today’s popular social platforms.

I highly recommend it for its ease of use, frequent feature updates, and visually appealing interface for learners. Quarterly updates keep the tool fresh, making life easier for admins and engaging for users.

The platform is also proactive in adopting innovations—integrating AI, auto-translation, and regularly seeking client feedback to improve the experience. This commitment to continuous improvement truly sets it apart.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

You currently cannot download your course creations from 360Learning in SCORM format for backup. I understand this limitation is meant to prevent using other LMS platforms, but it could be a useful option for organizations operating multiple LMS systems and wanting to repurpose 360Learning content.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use 360Learning to share information with our technicians and other employees across all our companies worldwide—quickly and without being intrusive. A simple email and a push notification to their mobile phone is all it takes.

There’s no need to open a laptop for a quick tutorial—everything is easily accessible via the search bar. Just type in a keyword or phrase, and you’ll quickly find the content you need, or even discover related material that’s just as useful.

The platform also helps us preserve and share our company’s knowledge. Experts can easily contribute content, enabling both top-down and bottom-up knowledge sharing. This way, when someone retires or leaves the company, their expertise and insights remain available for future generations of employees.

 ### 43. 360Learning Superfan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary O. | Manager, Learning & Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

My favorite thing about 360Learning is how user-friendly it is. I rarely have learners experience issues in the platform, and if I ever do, the customer support team is always able to resolve the issue quickly. There are a lot of support resources available with many articles to help. We regularly have new features turned on by our amazing CSR, Crystal. I am using 360Learning daily in my current role. It's super easy to upload existing courses, and the course creation tools support people at any level in building meaningful training.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The are really only 2 things I would improve upon with 360Learning. First, I would love the ability to enroll learners in individual courses rather than having to create a path with the course in it to enroll them. Second, I would like to have access to upload existing external certifications for additional tracking and HR functions. Otherwise, I can't think of any downsides of using the product.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning has enabled my organization to significantly expand our Educational offerings. We are able to host external content easily with the SCORM file upload feature. The drag and drop course uploads created from documents is a huge time saver, and so valuable to repurpose existing content into courses without needing to re-create the wheel. 360Learning have been great partners working with us through our needs and supported us in suggesting some content providers for us to check out when we were seeking external content. The new feature rollouts are exciting and the tools they release seem to always be improving.

 ### 44. 360 learning PRODUCT REVIEW

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I like best about 360Learning is how easy it makes course creation and collaboration. Anyone on the team can contribute, give feedback or update content without needing to be an instructional designer. The platform feels modern, interactive and really encourages peer-to-peer learning which makes training feel less top-down and more engaging.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

What I dislike about 360Learning is that some of the advanced customization options like detailed reporting or branding, can feel limited unless you’re on a higher tier plan. Also the interface while clean can take a bit of time to fully get used to especially when managing multiple learning paths or large user groups.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning solves the problem of slow, top-down training by making it easy for teams to create and share learning content quickly. It cuts out the bottleneck of needing a dedicated L&D team for every update, and encourages knowledge sharing across the organization. For me, it means faster onboarding, more relevant training from people who actually do the work, and a more engaged learning culture overall.

 ### 45. 360Learning is a big winner for our company.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Our company has been using the 360Learning LMS platform for over a year now, and it has exceeded expectations! The interface itself is very user-friendly, which makes our employees happy, and course creation is a breeze. Quizzes of all types are a piece of cake to generate, and building/adding on to courses is simple. I was initially skeptical of the AI course creation tool, but it's now a useful tool in the arsenal. Additionally, as our company grows, scaling the LMS has been no problem at all. Finally, the 360Learning support team is first rate- responsive, helpful, and engaged. I really enjoy and benefit from working with them!

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While the mobile app is solid from the Learners perspective, it doesn't allow for editing/Admin access; occasionally, I wish I had that capability. Also, while it provides a lot of data for usage, getting exactly what I want reporting-wise is a little laborious.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is primarily a warehouse/industrial setting, and it hasn't always been easy to get people using learning materials. the 360Learning platform makes engagement with our people very easy. As we are also creating most of our learning materials from scratch (or a some existing documents), having a platfrom that makes course creation easy is a big plus- and 360Learning has done that.

 ### 46. Great for SMEs to create training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning makes it easy for anyone in our organization to create training. We have several instructional designers, but there's no way for us to staff every area that could possibly need training across our business because we often need to provide training for customers, internal employees, and partners. Because authoring doesn't require a special license, just permissions, giving others the ability to create training is fast and simple.

The reasonable cost also allows us to offer free training to our customers. That would not have been possible with higher-priced platforms.

360Learning was easy for us to implement, and we've been able to use the API to automate quite a few administrative tasks to reduce our admin load.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Because we have so much training content, it can be difficult for our users to find the training they need.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing free e-learning for customers for our large suite of products.
Allowing easy creation of training for those outside our Instructional Design function as needed.

 ### 47. Easy to handle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ranna G. | Learning Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The tool is really easy to handle. Teams quickly become autonomous.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Sometimes the Support team's response time to our questions.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning successfully understood the complexity of our organization and helped us set up learner groups effectively.

 ### 48. A comprehensive, collaborative, and effective training tool despite a few areas for improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I appreciate most about 360Learning is its ease of use and collaborative approach. The tool is very intuitive, allowing for quick adoption, even for non-technical profiles.

The ability to co-create modules, comment, and react to content promotes genuine peer-to-peer learning, which enhances learner engagement.

On the technical side, the platform is generally stable: bugs are rare and the support is very responsive, with relevant answers and effective solutions in the vast majority of cases (9 times out of 10 according to my experience).

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The visualization of the group hierarchy remains complicated, even though the latest beta version shows positive advancements. Navigation via the side menu can quickly become laborious, especially on highly structured accounts.

The billing system lacks clarity: it is difficult to understand, lacks detailed elements, and remains difficult to use. For example, I find it impossible to distinguish what has been consumed by team or by type of training. We have one group dedicated to internal training and another for external training, but there is no reliable way to know how many tokens have been used by each.
I attempted to create a custom report for this purpose, but it turned out to be incorrect. Even the support service was unable to explain why it didn't work, nor to propose a concrete solution to date, except to ask them for the precise number of tokens when I need it (not very efficient).

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows us to centralize the creation, management, and tracking of training courses in a single collaborative platform.

This solves several problems: dispersion of content, lack of visibility on learner engagement, and difficulty in involving subject matter experts. We professionalize our training catalog while maintaining clear traceability of paths and performances.

Result: time savings for teams, faster skill development, and better learner engagement.

 ### 49. Intuitive and easy to use daily

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angélique F. | Chef de service intégration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

intuitiveness, ease of use.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

you must use additional software like Genially otherwise it's quite raw

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

distance training and as soon as the employees arrive

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Angélique, so glad you’re finding 360Learning intuitive and easy to use, and that we’re supporting your employee onboarding program. Have you had a chance to check out the 360Learning Engagement Academy? There are lots of resources there to help build out courses within the platform, with (often free) tools like Genially and many others. Your CSM might also have some ideas for how you can get the most out of the native AI Content Builder. (Bonus - more native interactive media activities are coming to the platform, soon!)

 ### 50. Easy to access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning stands out for its approach centered on collaborative learning. As an instructional designer, I particularly appreciate:

The intuitive interface that allows for quick handling, even for trainers who are not very tech-savvy.

The ease of module creation: drag-and-drop, smooth integration of documents, videos, Genially, Padlet, and even VTS projects.

The collaborative mode: the ability to comment on content, ask questions, or propose improvements directly on the platform promotes collective intelligence and engagement.

Learner tracking: clear dashboard, precise tracking, completion rates, and analysis of quiz responses to adapt teaching in real-time.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The credit system can sometimes be a bit restrictive when managing multiple courses simultaneously. A more flexible or progressive management would be welcome.

The course sheet system could be revised. (make sections to better organize it)

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Centralization and structuring of training courses
