Implementation was handled well and we have received great feedback from employees that it is easy to use and easily adoptable. We were able to integrate with our HRIS (Sage) which has minimized our need to manage employees manually. The AI features for content creation has been benefical and we are starting to dive into automated/dynamic assigning on content. We also appreciate the collaborative learning approach which discussion boards and reactions. Overall, we are pleased with this platform. **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** Overall, I am pleased with 360Learning. The only "dislike" I could offer at this time is more an area of improvement. It would be great if the built in authoring tool was more robust. This could include for gamification and interactive features to make courses more engaging. **What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** 360Learning is helping to solve many problems. Our team has recently restructured which has left us with less people to do the same tasks. By using automation built within 360Learning, we're able to complete work just as fast. Accessibility to these same trainings is also relatively simple, and navigation within them is intuitive for learners. The different types of integrable documents and various activities allow for varied training content and help make them more attractive. Customer support and, in general, contacts at 360learning are very responsive and seek solutions to encountered problems. **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** I regret the few possibilities as an administrator. We are limited in our actions and sometimes have to call on customer service or others for certain actions. In my opinion, as a platform administrator, we should have almost total control. I also find that there is a lack of a real administration panel to manage everything from one place. I find it unfortunate the absence of certain functions outside the API. Bulk actions would be interesting without going through a complex system like this. **What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** He helped us in the transition to eLearning. 360learning also allows us to sustain our training over time: it allows us to create a subject in eLearning and distribute it as needed. You get included in the Engagement Academy but the courses are quite simple and don't really show you how to do the things you want to however maybe I've not been using them correctly. For example, we can now assign an entire path without needing to assign each individual sub-path. However, if you utilize this feature you cannot make certain sub-paths open at specific times.
