We changed over from a different LMS last year - on our old platform users frequently experienced errors and got stuck; on 360Learning this never happens. We get constant comments on how easy to use it is. Creating content is simple and you can easily add collaborators to build courses together. Customer Success Partner is very hands-on. **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** No dislikes - there is a wide range of functionality in the platform and I still have a lot to learn. **What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** 360Learning enables us to provide a lot of training content on-demand, greatly reducing time and coordination needed for classroom style training, as well as increasing easy access to upskilling content for our experienced team members. For our new hires, the ease of use of the platform contributes to a positive onboarding experience. ### 2. We are building a culture of collaborative and active learning and 360Learning is the only LMS on the market that does this well. I've used other LMS platforms in the past and did extensive research on what would meet our needs and 360Learning was the closest thing to it. So far, our learners are enjoying the UI/UX and we're seeing some good interactivity with the reactions and discussion forum features with the platform. The home page makes it easier for learners to explore learning options. We rely a lot on SME generated content. I firmly believe 360Learning's authoring tool is the easiest for SMEs to use and gives the most customization for creating interactive learning experiences than any other LMS authoring tool. Our L&D team uses Articulate 360/Storyline among other software to create engaging eLearning. 360Learning's authoring tool isn't as robust as those tools, but it is the most robust I've seen for SME generated content. Our SMEs are able to create more engaging courses now. SME generated eLearning prior to this would only be a long recorded video which isn't effective. Although our users don't seem to use the functionality as much yet, the mobile app is easy to use and there's a integration with Teams. It's also very easy to set up private groups for a variety of purposes. We aren't doing a lot of it currently, but in the future, I can see how we can utilize 360Learning for client facing training easily and create some revenue streams for L&D The Client Success and Product Teams are very receptive to feedback and I like how easy it is to submit questions or support tickets. I also really appreciate that 360Learning has made their product roadmap transparent in the platform. It's nice to know what features are coming and a timeline to plan how we can integrate into our programs. Overall, 360Learning isn't perfect and there are some challenges on the admin side, but I think it was the best LMS choice for us today and can become the best LMS on the market in the future. **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** No LMS is perfect and all seem to have their disadvantages. As someone who has used a good amount of LMS's in the past, there are some challenges on the ADMIN side that I was used to be being able to do in the past. However, the learner experience has been drastically improved and a little inconvenience for the admin team is worth the overall benefit for all of our users. - The collaborative learning features are great, but they are not currently available when using SCORM. We have been using a combination of SCORM and the native authoring tool, but wish we could use the collaborative learning features more since that's why we bought them - There are some restrictions that are only available on paths that would be easier to have available in a course. We are creating more paths than I ever had to do before to use the full functionality of open answer questions. For example, ILT courses need to be set up using the paths feature since that is where the classroom feature is. - Currently, there is no way to manually assign a user to a course or mark users complete for courses which has made the migration to 360Learning take longer. They have the capability to migrate stats, but it's via their team. - The technical set up aspects have taken longer than ideal for me. Some of this is on our IT team, but there are some efficiencies that could be improved. - The Teams integration application appears to not allow for playing SCORM courses. - Custom dashboards aren't available yet (on the roadmap for 2023). **What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest challenge 360Learning is solving for us is giving us the capacity to build SME generated content at scale. Their authoring tool is unique compared to any other in the market so it's giving us the capability to build programs across the business where we need to rely on dozens of SMEs per department. The collaborative learning features are going to help us create a community across the company. Many departments are silo'd due to the nature of our business or because of M&A. We are starting to create communiites to break down the silos. The collaborative learning features also are helping us create a culture of active learning (not passive). The learner controls their own destiny and must participate to get the most out of any learning experience. ### 3. Later on, when your Business plan term is coming to an end, you might decide to downgrade to the Team plan. If you do, 360Learning will NOT allow you to migrate your content to a Team plan. And, they won't help you download your courses, which is a very manual task. The user experience is one of the best parts of this product. **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** Its live session feature has A LOT to be desired especially compared to some of it's competitors that offer Events pages, easy sign up and registration, Zoom integrations and more. The other item on my list that floats at the bottom of 'things 360Learning does not do well' is it's automatic timeout feature when learners are consuming content. The feature resets learner progress after 15 minutes of inactivity. Reset, not pick back up where you left off. This is a major pain point for us if we have a video or exercise that is longer than 15 minutes. **What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** This was our companies first LMS so it was a very unfamiliar system and service to our users. 360Learning's platform provides such a great user experience and easy way to find and experience training, that we now have ~60% of our organization logging in every month to learn something new. ### 49.
