**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I like best about 360Learning is how easy it is to manage and deliver engaging learning experiences at scale. The platform is intuitive for both administrators and learners, and it provides the flexibility we need to support self-paced certifications, cohort-based training, and learner progress tracking. The reporting tools and administrative features help our team efficiently manage programs while creating a positive learning experience for participants.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

There is always room for continued enhancement of reporting and administrative tools, but overall the platform has met our needs well and the customer support team has been responsive whenever questions arise.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps us deliver and manage our certification and training programs at scale. The platform streamlines learner enrollment, progress tracking, assessments, and reporting, reducing administrative burden while creating a better experience for learners. As a result, we can efficiently support hundreds of participants across multiple programs and focus more on program quality and learner success.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Being able to create online training modules for people in the field and have them take quizzes! The tool is easy to use for completing the created modules.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The fact that the statistics of team managers are not visible like those of the rest of the team members in the statistics menu. The inability to have automatic custom fields that would be cross-referenced. For example, by entering the store code, it would also push or suggest the name of the manager or franchisees or tenant manager, the city, etc... Finally, as an area for improvement, regarding AI translation, the fact that the texts of the paths (introduction and certificates in particular) are not translated while the modules, sheets, etc., are.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I register many people and often they haven't created their email addresses before the account creation, so they don't receive the link to create their password. As a result, I often contact support, which is very responsive. Apart from that, we are also very well supported by our contact Marion, who helps us optimize the use of the platform.

  ### 3. Fast, Friendly Course Creation—But Settings Can Hide and Comments Get Noisy

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I think the most helpful upside of 360Learning is just how fast everything happens, like you blink and boom there’s a whole course somehow. 

People jump in everywhere, leaving comments like lil gremlins, fixing stuff, breaking stuff, making it better, idk it just works. 

SMEs drop their knowledge like “here u go” and suddenly it’s a lesson, the interface isn’t scary at all, kinda soft actually, and the automation does all the boring chores so you don’t gotta. 

The analytics tell you what’s alive and what’s dying so you can pretend you’re in control of things.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

tbh the least helpful downside of 360Learning is sometimes it feels too simple, like you’re clicking around thinking “where is that setting again??” and it’s hiding like a shy raccoon. And when everyone’s commenting everywhere, it can get kinda noisy, like a group chat that never sleeps.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We got all this knowledge in people's heads, but no one knows how to share it fast enough, plus everyone is drowning in training requests and slow content creation. It fixes that by letting teams make courses super quick, share info without drama, and stop L&D from being the bottleneck all the time.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like the interface as a content creator and as a learner. 
The performance is good, unfortunately I haven't used the integrations but it works well as it is for my company needs.

I don't know about the pricing, it seems a bit high for what I've heard from the higher ups, and the onboarding process is seamless for us with this platform.

AI suggestions could be better for questions.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Probably the price is the biggest downside.
Also, to enroll multiple learners we would like a better integration.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving our training needs for newcomers and old employees alike. 

We used to do sessions in person where we explained the theory before moving onto the practical training, but since using 360learning we can use it as a digital filter before even bringing the new person to the office.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The team is very responsive. As for the platform, it’s very user-friendly, and the different integrations make it a powerful tool. However, the price remains the main challenge for me. The recent AI integration has also made a big impact.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The pricing model is the main challenge for me, especially compared with other competitors I’ve seen so far.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a highly professional, user-friendly platform to deliver external training and, as a result, reduce the travel costs associated with it. 360L supports this by making it easy for learners to provide direct feedback, and by offering different forums that are accessible from anywhere.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

A valuable, personalized, and effective support, especially with Valentin, who is always available and attentive to our animation projects on the platform.

Concrete advice and exchanges of good practices that help us evolve our systems and approach with the participants.

A platform that is easy to use for both learners and designers. A "paths & modules" logic that is very suitable for internal acculturation and also for the animations we set up: it facilitates the structuring of courses and the long-term engagement of participants.

A platform that evolves regularly, with a real highlight of new features, especially for activities with multiple choices.

An Academy that is very useful for building skills, both on the tool and on pedagogical fundamentals.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Access to certain external tools is sometimes restrictive: particularly for certain classes or forums of the 360Learning Academy, accessible only from a personal computer.

Technical restrictions on my professional environment that limit access to certain resources or platforms used.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A very concrete support on our internal implementation challenges for the UO DEV group, particularly to structure our ongoing animation in three phases (January, March, September).

Real support on technical issues: session management, end dates, differentiated notifications between already completed modules and new modules. Valentin made himself available, we had a Teams meeting and he showed me a solution to solve this issue. He was attentive and pedagogical, taking the time to work with me, which is very reassuring.

He also assisted me with the tags and organization of the UO DEV group, which helped me better understand the platform's logic.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I really like the ease of use of 360Learning and its integrated authoring software. There are several templates that can be used as a base to create training courses very quickly. It is also possible to upload a PDF and 360Learning transforms it into a ready-to-use module. This allows us to save a lot of production time. The modules created this way are easily editable, making updating the training courses very quick and easy. I also appreciate that the training courses can be followed both on a computer and a phone, which is a big advantage for our drivers.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

360Learning is very good for its vision of collaborative learning. Unfortunately, the way we design training at Taxelco, this kind of bottom-up approach to training does not work for our audience. Moreover, it doesn't always work very well on phones (many bugs and the layout is not always optimal).

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to manage the training of our taxi drivers, with complete admin tracking and an integrated authoring software, which saves me a lot of time on creating and modifying modules.

What I like most about 360Learning is how easy it makes it to create and deliver interactive training. The platform is incredibly user‑friendly—both for content creators and learners—which means training can be designed, updated, and rolled out quickly without needing technical expertise. Its collaborative features also make learning feel engaging and social, rather than passive.
Upsides of Using 360Learning
1. Easy and intuitive course creation
You can build courses fast with templates, drag‑and‑drop tools, and integrated quizzes—no specialist skills required.
2. Strong collaborative learning
Learners can comment, ask questions, participate in discussion threads, and complete peer-based activities, which boosts engagement and knowledge retention.

Subject matter experts within the organisation can create and share content easily, supporting a culture of ongoing skills development.

While 360Learning has many strengths, one downside is that some of its features can feel limited or restrictive without additional configuration. Certain admin and reporting functions require extra setup to get the level of detail you need, and navigating some advanced settings isn’t always intuitive. The platform’s reliance on collaboration—while a strength—can also mean content quality varies unless teams are properly trained and aligned.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps solve the challenge of keeping Health & Safety training consistent, up to date, and fully traceable across the organisation. It allows me to deliver mandatory safety inductions, refresher courses, and compliance modules quickly and efficiently, ensuring everyone receives the same standard of information.
The platform’s automated tracking and reporting remove the manual effort of following up on training completion, making compliance audits much smoother. Its collaborative features also make it easier to gather feedback, involve subject matter experts, and keep training relevant to real workplace risks. Overall, 360Learning supports a safer work environment by improving training quality, engagement, and accountability.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love how engaging the platform is and how easy it is to assign courses to our staff. It makes courses more engaging and fun. The platform has drastically cut down the amount of manual work by 50%. It's easy to get data on course completion and notify staff if they have courses to complete. I also love how you can create customized reporting with paths and share it with other employees. Our organization loves how easy it is to provide feedback and comments, allowing employees to engage with one another. The initial setup was super easy for us, and Johnathan and Z helped us out with our API integration, ensuring we were good to go well after we went live!

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I wish that you could share reports with employees who are learners. I have an employee that I can't quite assign as a coach or contributor, so I have to send screenshots to him. Some employees don't quite fit any other role, so it would be nice to have the ability to share it with any person regardless of role like a secretary or admin.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning makes courses engaging and cuts manual work by 50%. It's easy to assign courses and access completion data. We switched to it for its engaging platform, ease of course creation, reduction in workload, and simplified reporting.
