**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The interface is user-friendly, communication is excellent, and support tickets get quick responses. I also appreciate the engagement features and the ability to customize the user experience to fit my needs.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

A few aspects still lack automation, such as creating templates for automated email reminders. That said, we do feel that 360Learning listens to our feedback. Our vendor OpenSesame wasn’t explicit about how their integration worked with 360L, and that created numerous problems during our first six months. 360Learning refunded us, which we appreciated. We also integrate with ADP. There was some trial and error, and most of the issues we’ve encountered have been on the ADP side rather than with the integration itself.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning performs better and offers more features than our previous LMS, and it’s also significantly cheaper. It has given us more opportunities to engage learners and customize the platform to fit our needs.

  ### 2. A modern, user-friendly platform for collaborative learning at scale

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Our organization appreciates the collaborative learning features, including intuitive SME authoring, coupled with the must-haves of an LMS (content and course management, enrollment, etc). Beyond the product, 360 Learning consistently offers rigorous and outstanding customer success, cultivating a real partnership around driving our learning strategy with their tech. Roadmap continues to be innovative and anchored in client reality. After over six years as a client, we've completed several straightforward integrations with upstream and downstream systems, truly integrating the product into our stack.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some areas of the platform and functionality seem like legacy and appear to get less attention than newer, innovative topics. While the is moving towards more customization, its intentional simplicity sometimes comes up against sophisticated or complex requirements.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning continues to tackle the more traditional L&D challenges (course and classroom management, compliance, reporting) with very visible investments in automation and intuitive UX. Meanwhile, they're a key lever for enabling collaborative learning across the org, making it possible for 100s of authors to build and publish high-impact courseware. While every organization will define an operating model and processes on top of the tool, it has enough flexibility to enable those structures.

  ### 3. Easy, Collaborative Learning with Powerful Tracking and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer C. | Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I like best about 360Learning is how easy it is to create a customized, engaging learning experience for our staff. The platform is user-friendly for both administrators and learners, and its collaborative features allow employees to share knowledge, ask questions, and learn from one another.

I also appreciate the platform’s strong performance capabilities, including the ability to track learner progress, participation, completion, and overall engagement. Its AI-powered tools help streamline course creation and make it easier to develop relevant content efficiently. The integration with Microsoft Teams supports learning within a platform our staff already use, while the iorad integration allows us to create clear, interactive, step-by-step tutorials for processes and systems.

We have also been impressed by the flexibility of the platform and the outstanding support provided by the 360Learning team. Since launching CAPNA University, our staff have responded positively to its ease of use, accessibility, and the variety of learning opportunities available.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

At this time, we have not identified anything about 360Learning that we dislike. Our experience with the platform, implementation process, and support team has been very positive. As we continue expanding our use of the platform, we will keep evaluating its features and performance, but so far, 360Learning has met or exceeded our expectations.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning is helping us solve the challenge of providing consistent, accessible, and engaging training across a large organization with multiple programs, departments, locations, and job responsibilities. Before implementing the platform, training resources were often housed in different places, delivered inconsistently, or difficult to track.

Through CAPNA University, we now have a centralized location for onboarding, required training, professional development, leadership development, and program-specific learning. The platform allows us to assign training, monitor completion and learner progress, document participation, and provide staff with greater access to learning opportunities.

360Learning’s AI-powered course creation tools, Microsoft Teams integration, and iorad interactive tutorials also help us develop and deliver training more efficiently. These features reduce the administrative burden on our team, support more consistent processes, and allow employees to learn within tools they already use.

Overall, 360Learning is helping us strengthen organizational knowledge, improve accountability, support employee growth, and build a more consistent learning culture across the agency.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Thank you Jennifer for sharing your great experience using 360Learning. We’re thrilled to partner with clients like you to transform the L&D function and drive business impact through exactly the kind of initiatives you’ve described. Here’s to a great collaboration!

  ### 4. A powerful and efficient tool for the learning organization.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360 Learning has come a long way, and in a very positive direction. There are lots of new features that make learning more dynamic and coherent. The ease of creating AI-assisted content. The creation of new formats and the ability to translate into an ever-increasing number of languages.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

To improve further, 360 Learning could diversify the content of its activities even more and integrate tools from the Google Suite directly, for example. But overall, it is a very effective tool and ahead of its competitors.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360 Learning allows us to empower employees with regards to their training time and to make them active participants. It makes us more agile in skills management and the internal transmission of knowledge and expertise.

  ### 5. Effortless Setup and Centralized Training Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darren P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love that 360Learning was simple to implement and allows me to segregate different departments and assign trainings easily. I appreciate the feature that lets me create specific courses and assign them to groups of people who need them the most, avoiding unnecessary exposure to others in the organization. The AI feature is also a favorite because it lets me create courses quickly by uploading documents and automatically building out courses with minimal tweaks from me. This really interests me as it saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I think the dashboarding and notification sections could work a little bit better. When I assign courses, there's not much visibility on whether a person is updated by automatic notifications as reminders if they haven't completed a course. It would be better if notifications were sent every forty-eight hours until the course is completed. Also, I haven't been able to spend much time on the reports because they're a bit hidden, so having them more front and centre on the main page would be beneficial. Some training modules on how to use custom dashboards or create custom reports would also be helpful.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning solved the lack of a centralized location for capturing training materials and assessments, letting me track training completion and identify training gaps. It helps me easily segregate trainings by department and assign them, offering visibility and simplifying management.

  ### 6. Interactive Learning Paths with Robust Tracking and LMS Functionality

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The interactivity and details they put in to learning paths and statistics tracking. I like that the platform tries to cover all the functionalities of LMS and replicate learning/training experiences whether online or onsite.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I personally do not find the feedback system such as emojis very professional. I know it tries to replicate certain social media interfaces, but i would like a much more professional setup for this.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our recent pilot tests with a webinar of 60 people and an onsite training of 48 people, I found that automating Emails and certificate send outs really beneficial. Adding a long list of users into the platform has never been so easy, or assigning groups to the learning offerings has never been so straighforward.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Nadja, really appreciate the feedback. I’m glad you’re finding the 360Learning platform easy-to-use, that’s our goal. In terms of the emojis, you can customize those to fit your organization’s tone and style. This support page can help you set that up: https://support.360learning.com/hc/en-us/articles/18686512512276-Customize-reaction-visuals#:~:text=If%20settings.svg%20Settings%20doesn't%20appear%20in%20your,Apply.%20Reset%20back%20to%20default%20reaction%20images.

  ### 7. 360Learning Revitalized Our Training Approach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I really appreciate the homepage of 360Learning because it's engaging and offers many ways for users to interact with the training just by opening it. I'm also quite proud of getting our company, with over 700 people, to engage with the platform. I love the ability to create separate groups, like leadership and learning academies, which allow for a private space where learners can exchange ideas and access specific resources. These groups help keep our learners organized and clear on where to find things. I find it enjoyable to have these separate spaces to interact on a more personal level. The manager dashboard is great too, as it allows managers to take ownership of their team's training, reducing the burden on our training team. Being able to assign people as authors, coauthors, instructors, and co-instructors makes task delegation easier and facilitates communication within 360Learning. It's made managing all of our employees more efficient because more people can contribute to training creation.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I think the one thing I keep coming back to is the validations when it comes to managers versus instructors. We have quite a bit of movement, and sometimes there are people who don't have a manager available. Having more flexibility with that would be great. Also, when I select managers manually, it sometimes updates overnight and removes my manual additions. I don't always know what to tell people when I make them a temporary manager in another manager's place. The inconsistency is a bit of an issue, probably due to the connection with Paycom and receiving that STFP file overnight. It's a little murky sometimes.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning improved engagement with interactive training and offers variety in formats. Its user-friendly interface reduced technical issues and questions. It enhanced customer service response times and allowed feedback for updates. I can create separate learner groups, making task delegation easier.

  ### 8. A Strong Partner for Online Learning and Certification Delivery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly C. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I like best about 360Learning is how easy it is to manage and deliver engaging learning experiences at scale. The platform is intuitive for both administrators and learners, and it provides the flexibility we need to support self-paced certifications, cohort-based training, and learner progress tracking. The reporting tools and administrative features help our team efficiently manage programs while creating a positive learning experience for participants.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

There is always room for continued enhancement of reporting and administrative tools, but overall the platform has met our needs well and the customer support team has been responsive whenever questions arise.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps us deliver and manage our certification and training programs at scale. The platform streamlines learner enrollment, progress tracking, assessments, and reporting, reducing administrative burden while creating a better experience for learners. As a result, we can efficiently support hundreds of participants across multiple programs and focus more on program quality and learner success.

  ### 9. Creation of modules simple and fast, accessible by all collaborators

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Axel S. | Ingénieur maintenance et fiabilisation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**AI Translated:** This review has been translated from French using AI.

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The creation of modules is very simple, whether by hand or with the help of the AI assistant. It is easy and quick to design a complete, clear, and educational module.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The way to retrieve the results is not practical. I have set up modules that serve as aptitude quizzes, but it is really tedious to go check each person's results one by one. Otherwise, we only see the average score, without the details question by question. What would be good is that when we export the data, we get all the details of each question for each person who participated.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implement training modules accessible to all employees, everywhere in the world.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Axel, glad 360Learning is making (AI-assisted) course creation fast and easy. On the reporting side, you shouldn’t have to check results one by one: under General analytics, you can build a custom report with Type set to Questions. Don’t hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager to help you get set up. In the meantime, this article should also help: https://support.360learning.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061571032-Track-questions-statistics.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Before 360Learning we were doing live Virtual training for all of our new customers. This put countless limitations on our company. With 360Learning we have been able to easily expand our knowledgebase content that is available to our customers and training is now available on demand. We get compliments all the time on how professional our training is now! Your team is also amazing! We have loved working with everyone so far.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I would like the coaches in a Group to not appear in the Statistics. It should only be the learners for that group.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously all of our knowledgebase content was on a WordPress blog and our training was live virtual meetings. There was no accountability tracking to show that a learner had actually reviewed the training. And we were severely limited for time. We now have the tools to hold learns accountable to taking the training prior to having a live meeting with our team. This makes our live meetings so much more productive. It also saves our team countless hours of training on the same basic content over and over.

  ### 11. Flexible Roles, Easy Tracking, and Dynamic Landing Pages That Power Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The flexibility of user roles makes it easy to support everyone from admins to learners without workarounds. Tracking completions, scores, and learning data is straightforward, which saves time and makes reporting to leadership much easier. The dynamic landing pages are a standout feature; we've been able to create function-specific experiences so each team has a home base that feels relevant to them. It's also been a strong foundation for onboarding, giving new hires a clear, structured path from day one. Our employees always know where to go for learning, and that consistency matters more than people realize. All of that at a price point that makes it easy to justify the investment.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The biggest friction point is not being able to assign a standalone course directly, everything has to be wrapped in a path first, which adds an unnecessary step, especially for one-off trainings or quick compliance pushes. Streamlining that would save real time.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We onboard frequently, and 360Learning eliminates the manual tracking that used to come with that. Every new hire has a clear path without us having to manage it by hand. Beyond onboarding, it makes learning a shared experience rather than something people do in isolation, and managers can actually see how their teams are progressing without having to chase down data. It puts ownership where it belongs, with the learners and their managers.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Really excited to hear that 360Learning is providing visibility through our reporting capabilities, facilitating your onboarding, standardizing training, and creating community among your employees. Noted for the friction around not being able to assign individual courses - I’ll pass that on to our relevant teams.

  ### 12. Step-by-Step Guidance with Helpful Ideas and Practical Updates from Ginny

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that it walks you through every step of the process. If you are unsure of what content to put it, it offers ideas. Also, love that Ginny provides updates on what is new, and how we can use these practical tools.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Sometimes when I use the AI feature, it is way off - I feel like the AI feature isn't so great for all companies, but maybe later down the road it could be beneficial.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360 has helped us mainstream our onboarding process to make it easier and seamless. It has given us as trainers a lot of time back in our day.

  ### 13. Fast, Flexible Course Builder with Helpful AI and Engaging Activities

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like being able to create customized courses. The interface is easy to use, the features are simple, and creating a course is actually very quick. It's easy to drag and drop courses into the right order and create your path. It's pretty easy to design a page of content.

I appreciate the inclusion of AI features, that can help you create content for courses with less effort. The AI features are really helpful especially in designing new quizzes or activities based on content I already have.

I like the different activities and engagement options to keep learners interested and following the course. For example, you can add multiple choice questions, matching/pairs, open questions, etc. You can also include surveys at different times.

There are also good options to combine live sessions, Zoom sessions, with self-paced courses and it's really all very flexible and we can adjust things as we wish. I like the design of the platform too-- it's pretty clean and looks good, visually pleasing to the eye and not too cluttered.

The platform is pretty fast. When I make changes, it adjusts things quickly and seems to handle heavy graphics, videos, canva presentations, etc pretty smoothly. I don't notice much slowdown.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While the AI features are good for writing quizzes, assessments, or questions when you already have course content, the AI feature is not very good at writing an entire course from scratch or from an outline. I did not find those features helpful and in fact they are not necessary , at least for us.

I feel like the types of activities/quizzes we can add are limited. For example, it would be nice to be able to add interactive activities e.g. scenarios where it takes you to the next step based on the option you select - like choose your own adventure style scenario; or be able to rank things on a scale of 1 to 5; etc. It seems like to get many features to make it more interactive, we have to add integrations.

We have tried to use the app, but most questions do not appear to be easy to use on the app/mobile, like ordering or matching are quite difficult to do. Also, the design of the app is poor - many design elements we add on the web version of a course do not transfer over to the app. So we have to choose whether to make it look good on the laptop or optimize for mobile users, but it would be nice if we could optimize for both in terms of design.

As for the design, it's hard to play with the design of the courses. Adding things like tables, or changing background color of table cells, is difficult. We should have more HTML options or options to design the course pages themselves in pleasing ways, especially ways to edit a table (e.g. font, color, background, etc).

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use 360Learning as our main learning platform. We struggled with having an online "home" for our learning community, comprised of grassroots justice organizations and individual defenders around the world. This solved our problem by being able to host both learning-specific activities but also be able to serve as a hub for interaction, community-building, and connection amongst our members. We see our members really active not only in taking courses but in connecting with each other -- sharing in the comments/messages section to introduce themselves, share what they're up to, events their organization is organizing, etc. I like that it fosters a sense of community beyond the specific course you're taking. You feel part of a bigger group and movement.

In addition, we have a multilingual community hailing from every region of the world. We struggle with having materials available in multiple languages or enabling our members from different regions to communicate with each other. It is really helpful to have the automatic translation option especially in the comments section. Again, this fosters a sense of global community and connection.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Many of our clients also say that 360Learning helps them create a sense of community and shared belonging, so I’m thrilled to see we’re helping you to achieve that at your organization. In terms of using AI to generate an entire course or outline, it’s true that’s a process that can take some time to perfect. We’ve got some great resources in our Engagement Academy and L&D Performance Academy (https://360learning.com/l-and-d-performance-academy/) if that would be helpful, in addition to any advice your Customer Success Manager may be able to provide. We’ll also soon be sharing some exciting updates to our AI Content Builder which I think will address some of the challenges you outline above.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning is a pleasant and relatively comprehensive training platform. Its user interface is intuitive and enjoyable, which makes it easy to use for both administrators and learners. The platform also offers a wide range of native question types and exercises, allowing for the design of varied and interactive courses without systematically resorting to external tools. It supports multiple content formats, providing flexibility in course creation. Content translation is also easy to implement, an important asset in an international context. User and group management is generally effective and allows for the structuring of learner populations in a relevant manner.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some points could, however, be improved. Navigation between accesses, groups, training paths, and users sometimes lacks fluidity, which can make administration more complex. Display issues with certain video content may also occur depending on the browsers used.

The retrieval and exploitation of metrics are also relatively complicated, especially when it comes to obtaining a precise and personalized view of training data. The Globalization solution also does not allow for the translation of certain elements of the platform. Finally, the visibility of the automatic emails sent by the platform, as well as their content, is insufficient.

In summary, 360Learning is a user-friendly and flexible solution, particularly interesting for creating interactive and multilingual training. However, it would benefit from improving administrative navigation, indicator management, and the personalization of automatic communications.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

/

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi there, I’m really happy to hear you’re finding 360Learning easy to use and that the platform is powering your translations and allowing you to build engaging training programs. Thanks also for sharing this feedback, we’re always looking to improve and this kind of input helps us inform how we evolve the product. Many of the points you mentioned are in our roadmap (Group management and Globalization translation applying to more elements, for instance). We are also continuously improving our AI Companion's Insights Mode to make data analysis easier. I will share your feedback with our product team as well.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love that 360Learning allows real-time access to learners' work, giving me good visibility on activities. You can see who is connected, at what time, the activities they are doing, and where they are. This saves me from having to correct a paper questionnaire, saving me a lot of time. Moreover, the initial setup of 360Learning was easy to configure.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I wish to hide the results after the exercise to avoid frustrating learners following a new concept in the process of being acquired.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning replaces paper correction, saving a lot of time. It allows me to access learners' work in real-time, see each user's activity and their progress.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Its AI Features, Forums and Engagement reactions

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Not really dislike but some improvements to consider

1. Should make submitted media attachment in Opinion question to be reflected in the report.
2. Better Dashboard visualization
3. Should allow admins to upload a file for set f created questions and exactly copy it to be created as an online quiz

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Path assignment features - efficiency in communicating a required training
AI features to create courses and quizzes - better time management
Engaging features - reduced frictions and touchpoint in an employee experience perspective

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Marvin, really glad to hear you’re saving time with 360Learning’s AI capabilities and that your employee engagement is improving thanks to the platform. Also appreciate the ideas for improvements, we’re always striving to do even better!

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Ease of use, simple, yet highly functional.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Not being able to create new versions of the same path. I would suggest block a path by it's session, and for a new session being able to add or remove steps without alterings stats of users who completed previous sessions. Sometimes a path needs improvment and by keeping the same path we have centralised information, stats, etc without creating noise around the platform.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360 is investing a lot in AI, still in development but I believe will be higly efficient for L&D team to use it and reduce their time on checking content, etc. Also with Success Partner we are trying to adress some issues we have in terms of engagement.

  ### 18. Easy Course Creation and Sharing Across the Company

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

How easy it is to create, share, and access learning courses to share within our company on a variety of different topics.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

At times it does take a while to upload videos. If I switch to a different web tab while waiting for the video to upload, it gives an error or takes even longer.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps streamline our trainings. It allows us to create easy to follow videos for our teams to reference in the future.

  ### 19. A practical tool for a network of stores

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline P. | Formatrice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**AI Translated:** This review has been translated from French using AI.

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Being able to create online training modules for people in the field and have them take quizzes! The tool is easy to use for completing the created modules.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The fact that the statistics of team managers are not visible like those of the rest of the team members in the statistics menu. The inability to have automatic custom fields that would be cross-referenced. For example, by entering the store code, it would also push or suggest the name of the manager or franchisees or tenant manager, the city, etc... Finally, as an area for improvement, regarding AI translation, the fact that the texts of the paths (introduction and certificates in particular) are not translated while the modules, sheets, etc., are.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I register many people and often they haven't created their email addresses before the account creation, so they don't receive the link to create their password. As a result, I often contact support, which is very responsive. Apart from that, we are also very well supported by our contact Marion, who helps us optimize the use of the platform.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Caroline, we’re glad to hear 360Learning has helped you create engaging field training! We are continuing to roll-out additional AI capabilities and will share your feedback about path translations with our product team.

  ### 20. Easy to Use, Flexible Course Building with Amazingly Supportive Staff

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning is easy to use and provides multiple building options. Additionally, their staff is amazingly supportive and flexible.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I'm not a huge fan of having to set up a SCORM file as its own course. I would prefer to be able to include them within courses.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging learners, chunking content, providing an observation and certification solution. Our employees now have a robust training system all in one place.

  ### 21. Fast, Friendly Course Creation—But Settings Can Hide and Comments Get Noisy

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I think the most helpful upside of 360Learning is just how fast everything happens, like you blink and boom there’s a whole course somehow.

People jump in everywhere, leaving comments like lil gremlins, fixing stuff, breaking stuff, making it better, idk it just works.

SMEs drop their knowledge like “here u go” and suddenly it’s a lesson, the interface isn’t scary at all, kinda soft actually, and the automation does all the boring chores so you don’t gotta.

The analytics tell you what’s alive and what’s dying so you can pretend you’re in control of things.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

tbh the least helpful downside of 360Learning is sometimes it feels too simple, like you’re clicking around thinking “where is that setting again??” and it’s hiding like a shy raccoon. And when everyone’s commenting everywhere, it can get kinda noisy, like a group chat that never sleeps.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We got all this knowledge in people's heads, but no one knows how to share it fast enough, plus everyone is drowning in training requests and slow content creation. It fixes that by letting teams make courses super quick, share info without drama, and stop L&D from being the bottleneck all the time.

  ### 22. Intuitive Interface and Strong Performance for Content Creators

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like the interface as a content creator and as a learner.
The performance is good, unfortunately I haven't used the integrations but it works well as it is for my company needs.

I don't know about the pricing, it seems a bit high for what I've heard from the higher ups, and the onboarding process is seamless for us with this platform.

AI suggestions could be better for questions.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Probably the price is the biggest downside.
Also, to enroll multiple learners we would like a better integration.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving our training needs for newcomers and old employees alike.

We used to do sessions in person where we explained the theory before moving onto the practical training, but since using 360learning we can use it as a digital filter before even bringing the new person to the office.

  ### 23. Responsive Team, User-Friendly Platform with Powerful Integrations

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

The team is very responsive. As for the platform, it’s very user-friendly, and the different integrations make it a powerful tool. However, the price remains the main challenge for me. The recent AI integration has also made a big impact.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The pricing model is the main challenge for me, especially compared with other competitors I’ve seen so far.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a highly professional, user-friendly platform to deliver external training and, as a result, reduce the travel costs associated with it. 360L supports this by making it easy for learners to provide direct feedback, and by offering different forums that are accessible from anywhere.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Florent, we’re glad to hear our platform’s ease of use and AI capabilities have enabled you to deliver external training without the associated travel costs. Thank you for your feedback on pricing as we are continuously working on ways to ensure our customers get a return on investment with our product.

**AI Translated:** This review has been translated from French using AI.

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

A valuable, personalized, and effective support, especially with Valentin, who is always available and attentive to our animation projects on the platform.

Concrete advice and exchanges of good practices that help us evolve our systems and approach with the participants.

A platform that is easy to use for both learners and designers. A "paths & modules" logic that is very suitable for internal acculturation and also for the animations we set up: it facilitates the structuring of courses and the long-term engagement of participants.

A platform that evolves regularly, with a real highlight of new features, especially for activities with multiple choices.

An Academy that is very useful for building skills, both on the tool and on pedagogical fundamentals.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Access to certain external tools is sometimes restrictive: particularly for certain classes or forums of the 360Learning Academy, accessible only from a personal computer.

Technical restrictions on my professional environment that limit access to certain resources or platforms used.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A very concrete support on our internal implementation challenges for the UO DEV group, particularly to structure our ongoing animation in three phases (January, March, September).

Real support on technical issues: session management, end dates, differentiated notifications between already completed modules and new modules. Valentin made himself available, we had a Teams meeting and he showed me a solution to solve this issue. He was attentive and pedagogical, taking the time to work with me, which is very reassuring.

He also assisted me with the tags and organization of the UO DEV group, which helped me better understand the platform's logic.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I really value the collaborative nature of the platform. As an organization with a single dedicated resource for Employee Development & Training, it’s instrumental to have a platform that supports multiple content authors and administrators, each with different levels of access.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I used to feel a lot of frustration with the response time from your support team, however, in the last year the support teams' response time has vastly improved, well done!

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling and educating our business.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Anne, we fully agree with the power of decentralizing content creation and administration. So glad 360Learning is helping you scale operations and impact at your organization. Very happy also that you’re hearing from us quicker than ever when there’s an issue - we’ve been working on it!

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

It's a good platform for your resources and coworkers to share testimonies or seek answers.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

It would be nice if it had more of a social media vibe to it since people are accustomed to something feeling like Facebook.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us with an LMS and Communication platform all in one.

  ### 27. Easy to Use but Improvements Needed for Mobile

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**AI Translated:** This review has been translated from French using AI.

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I really like the ease of use of 360Learning and its integrated authoring software. There are several templates that can be used as a base to create training courses very quickly. It is also possible to upload a PDF and 360Learning transforms it into a ready-to-use module. This allows us to save a lot of production time. The modules created this way are easily editable, making updating the training courses very quick and easy. I also appreciate that the training courses can be followed both on a computer and a phone, which is a big advantage for our drivers.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

360Learning is very good for its vision of collaborative learning. Unfortunately, the way we design training at Taxelco, this kind of bottom-up approach to training does not work for our audience. Moreover, it doesn't always work very well on phones (many bugs and the layout is not always optimal).

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning to manage the training of our taxi drivers, with complete admin tracking and an integrated authoring software, which saves me a lot of time on creating and modifying modules.

  ### 28. User-Friendly with Room for Content Updates

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that the interface of 360Learning is friendly, and the user experience is smooth. I find the content really good, and the quality of the videos stands out.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some contents could be updated more quickly. I saw a lot of old content that might not be up to date. There's also a lack of content related to quantum computing. In terms of marketing and consumer behavior, considering technological change, it would be good to have some more adapted content.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps me overcome the major problem of lack of time by allowing me to engage with trainees anytime I have fifteen minutes to spare.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Tommy, very pleased to hear that you’re finding the 360Learning user experience is smooth. In terms of how to identify if content is up to date, our AI Companion and 'This is Outdated' Reaction were designed to help you identify this easily. You can also reach out to your CSM for additional tips on how to make this as easy as possible.

  ### 29. 360Learning Makes Interactive, Collaborative Training Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Source: Seller invite:** Invitation from a seller or affiliate. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I like most about 360Learning is how easy it makes it to create and deliver interactive training. The platform is incredibly user‑friendly—both for content creators and learners—which means training can be designed, updated, and rolled out quickly without needing technical expertise. Its collaborative features also make learning feel engaging and social, rather than passive.
Upsides of Using 360Learning
1. Easy and intuitive course creation
You can build courses fast with templates, drag‑and‑drop tools, and integrated quizzes—no specialist skills required.
2. Strong collaborative learning
Learners can comment, ask questions, participate in discussion threads, and complete peer-based activities, which boosts engagement and knowledge retention.
3. Great for continuous learning
Subject matter experts within the organisation can create and share content easily, supporting a culture of ongoing skills development.
4. Analytics that drive improvement
360Learning offers clear tracking on learner progress, engagement, and completion rates, helping you fine‑tune training programs.
5. Mobile-friendly
Employees can learn anytime, anywhere, making it ideal for busy teams or those in operational roles.
6. Seamless integrations
It works well with HR systems, content libraries, and other digital tools, creating a smooth training workflow.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

While 360Learning has many strengths, one downside is that some of its features can feel limited or restrictive without additional configuration. Certain admin and reporting functions require extra setup to get the level of detail you need, and navigating some advanced settings isn’t always intuitive. The platform’s reliance on collaboration—while a strength—can also mean content quality varies unless teams are properly trained and aligned.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps solve the challenge of keeping Health & Safety training consistent, up to date, and fully traceable across the organisation. It allows me to deliver mandatory safety inductions, refresher courses, and compliance modules quickly and efficiently, ensuring everyone receives the same standard of information.
The platform’s automated tracking and reporting remove the manual effort of following up on training completion, making compliance audits much smoother. Its collaborative features also make it easier to gather feedback, involve subject matter experts, and keep training relevant to real workplace risks. Overall, 360Learning supports a safer work environment by improving training quality, engagement, and accountability.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I use 360Learning as our main LMS and appreciate that it helps us store all our internal learning resources like e-learning while also providing capabilities for reporting on learning behaviors. I really like my client success partner and the support team because they are so responsive and helpful. The ability to set up paths is another feature I enjoy, as it allows us to create a well-rounded learning journey by adding courses, paths, assessment actions, and quizzes all into one learning experience.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I find the UI a little overwhelming. I think the many tabs at the top along with how the groups show on the left side can be confusing. I have to ensure I'm in the right section to access what I need.

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Source: Organic Review from User Profile:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

What I like best about 360Learning is its collaborative learning approach, which allows employees and experts to create and share knowledge easily. The platform is user-friendly, encourages engagement through peer interaction, and helps organizations deliver relevant, scalable, and effective training programs.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

One drawback of 360Learning is that some advanced customization and reporting features can feel limited compared to other learning management systems. Additionally, the interface may require time to learn for new administrators, and certain integrations could be improved for a smoother experience.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning solves the challenge of creating and delivering training quickly by enabling subject matter experts to share knowledge directly. This reduces training development time, improves knowledge sharing, increases employee engagement, and helps teams learn faster, leading to better productivity and performance.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love how engaging the platform is and how easy it is to assign courses to our staff. It makes courses more engaging and fun. The platform has drastically cut down the amount of manual work by 50%. It's easy to get data on course completion and notify staff if they have courses to complete. I also love how you can create customized reporting with paths and share it with other employees. Our organization loves how easy it is to provide feedback and comments, allowing employees to engage with one another. The initial setup was super easy for us, and Johnathan and Z helped us out with our API integration, ensuring we were good to go well after we went live!

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I wish that you could share reports with employees who are learners. I have an employee that I can't quite assign as a coach or contributor, so I have to send screenshots to him. Some employees don't quite fit any other role, so it would be nice to have the ability to share it with any person regardless of role like a secretary or admin.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning makes courses engaging and cuts manual work by 50%. It's easy to assign courses and access completion data. We switched to it for its engaging platform, ease of course creation, reduction in workload, and simplified reporting.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Madison, I’m so glad to hear 360Learning is coming through for you as an engaging, easy-to-use LMS that helps you cut down manual work by 50% - this is exactly how we want to empower L&D teams! When it comes to reporting, there may be a workaround for sharing reports with learners automatically, so you don’t need to send screen shots. Feel free (if you haven’t already) to run it by your CSM, we’d love to find a solution to help you cut down on even more manual work.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

We greatly appreciate the ability to customize the LMS to align with our employer brand and authentically reflect our culture.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

We’re working with the 360Learning team to see in the future if they are able to set up custom fields for reporting purposes that best reflect our institution’s needs.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate the ability to tailor certain training to specific groups, and I also like that we can meet with their experienced team to ask additional questions and get guidance on how to best use the website.

  ### 34. Revolutionized Our Learning Culture and Efficiency

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love 360Learning's collaborative learning focus, which makes it extremely easy to involve subject matter experts with our central L&D team. This ensures that learning content is accurate to how we work while also following adult learning best practices. The AI features they've rolled out on their platform make the early stages of content creation much simpler, letting us concentrate on adding value in the key details and organization-specific practices. The new AI-powered question type has received rave reviews for allowing learners to type out their thoughts in any format and get feedback instantly. The 360Learning team was supportive during our setup process, holding our hand when needed.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

My main feedback for improvement for 360Learning would be to continue down the path they're on - more options for UX changes on their homepage and groups, more course authorship tools native to the platform, and further tweaks of the AI functions - for example, being able to practice difficult conversations with an AI 'person' at any time would be a game-changer for leadership development!

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning centralizes our learning, enhances the sharing of best practice, upskills teams, streamlines onboarding, and empowers stakeholders in our learning culture.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Thank you Rhys for the kinds words. Driving business impact through collaborative learning and purposeful AI is what 360Learning is all about, so we’re thrilled to see you’re getting the most out of the platform (and 360Learning team!). Even better, all of the improvements you suggest - UX changes, more course authorship tools native to the platform, and AI-driven situational training, are coming soon to the 360Learning platform. We can’t wait to share the updates with you - stay tuned!

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Support has gradually been improving as our time with the platform increases. The last few CSM's we have had including our current, have been very responsive to my questions and happy to help however they can. We have learned how to integrate the system better into the daily lives of our users and have adapted processes. The contract renewal process has also been easier than several others in our tech stack which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I still wish there was a way to mark users complete on a training. Several other LMS platforms have this feature and I think it would be very helpful for 360Learning to develop as well. If the feature were only limited to platform admins, that could help a lot with any compliance concerns. Also some sort of audit trail feature showing changes made across each module of the platform, including permissions and backend features, would be helpful.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning is helping us create a culture of learning in our company. This aligns with our company values and also helps us attract and retain talent.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Easy to use and handle, with a clear interface. Plus, it is simple to analyse statistics, and I like the variety of available activities.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

It’s a shame that the “fiche” can’t be displayed as optional/facultative (only modules can), because that isn’t always enough. It’s also such a hassle to request that our modules be copied between the internal platform and the external one.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Amaya, thanks for the detailed feedback. I've passed your notes on module/fiche settings and cross-platform issues along to our product team.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I appreciate 360Learning's seamless and interactive interface, which makes it easy to use. The custom reports and dashboards are excellent for seeing the numbers and stats needed to assess training program success. I like the flexible learner enrollment feature and the easy-to-use content creation module, which reduces the time to create content. The engagement academy is a valuable aspect as well. The initial setup was seamless, and the onboarding team was incredibly helpful during the transition.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

There are no pre-made training contents based on relevant topics like AI, but they have partners. Also, the Help Center could be improved by adding a chatbot linked to the Knowledge Base so we don't have to scan an entire article to get an answer.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning addresses low learner engagement and simplifies the creation of custom training content. It offers a user-friendly, interactive interface, custom reports, and dashboards, and helps reduce time to content creation using AI, making training management more efficient.

  ### 38. Streamlined Onboarding That Keeps CSAT Strong

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning has helped us streamline our onboarding program for our CS agents across all BPOs. The impact on CSAT has been impressive: new joiners no longer negatively affect our global CSAT because they come in better prepared and better trained.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I’m not very impressed with the AI so far, especially when it comes to building training material.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As already mentioned, we struggled with our onboarding because each BPO had its own materials and training schedule, which left us with little to no control. Now we manage the full onboarding process ourselves and have a clear, complete view of performance metrics, etc. This also goes for any other training (soft skills, new feature, refreshers.....)

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Wow, that’s impressive - Redoing your onboarding program with 360Learning has made a significant impact on your CSAT scores, bravo! Don’t hesitate to have a look at our Engagement Academy or reach out to your CSM for best practices on using our AI Content Builder for tips on how to get the most out of our AI capabilities. (And keep an eye out for some product updates in the coming months that sound like they will be up your alley!)

  ### 39. Comprehensive Training Platform with Intuitive Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that 360Learning provides a single platform for all the training our company requires, allowing us to record and customize the content to suit our needs. It's helpful to have an adaptable learning path that we can track and follow. The analytics and reporting features are great for demonstrating compliance, especially since we undergo frequent audits. I also appreciate the progress tracking, which lets us know who is completing their training and helps us tailor further development. Additionally, the existence of wellness and well-being training videos is a nice touch. The initial setup was very easy, simple, and intuitive, which made getting started a breeze.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Reporting could be per country, per location, per department if possible so we can diagram or maybe exist, but I don't have that feature. That's one thing.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use 360Learning for company learning, onboarding, and compliance training. It provides a central platform where all required trainings are tracked. The reporting and analytics help in audits, and ensure employees complete necessary trainings, like leadership skills for new managers.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Andre, so glad to hear you find 360Learning intuitive and that we’re helping you centralize operations, create custom content, and keep tabs on compliance! I’d also love for you to be able to build the reporting dashboards you’re after, too. Feel free to reach out to your CSM to see how we can make this happen - we’re here to help!

  ### 40. Intuitive Platform with Strong Recording Features

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I find 360Learning easy to use, which makes it simple to track what I've completed, what's available, and what's required. The recording capabilities are also good, allowing me to add recordings of my team's calls to the platform for all users to see and listen to. It has enabled me to learn about sales management, something I don't really get the chance to do in my day-to-day tasks.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Some of the AI stuff added and how it's laid out could perhaps be better. When we used it before, the AI just read the text; it should provide a summarization and a full overview instead of just reading out the points below, which are different.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning enables me to learn about sales management, which I don't encounter in my day-to-day role. The platform is simple, making it easy to track progress and needs. I can add team call recordings for everyone to access.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Hi Jacob, I’m glad you’re finding 360Learning easy to use and that it’s enabling you to upskill on sales management. Thank you also for the feedback on our AI features. We’re actually about to launch some new AI developments in April, including a much more robust AI companion. Would love to hear your feedback!

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I love the site's ergonomics and the frequent updates that allow us to offer an innovative platform to our collaborators.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

We are calling on a provider to have off-the-shelf content. There is a delay in the validation of the score and results in 360.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessibility to training and information, a follow-up by our teams on their skills. This allows for skill development and reduces turnover.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like how easy it is to convert documentation and slides into a course with 360Learning. It's really helpful to share these courses across a large company. It's so straightforward to put together different documents and presentations into a training course accessible to new team members without needing everyone to meet live. It saves a lot of time, and the setup was seamless for my team—just adding us to the platform was simple once we received it through company emails. So far, converting things to 360Learning has been pretty simple.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

I wish 360Learning could easily connect to Slack or something else that makes it easy to see coursework that I haven't completed. I'm pretty bad about checking my email, and I would appreciate reminders for annual training.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps keep us aligned on training and team building by sharing courses easily. It turns documentation and presentations into courses accessible to new members without needing live coordination.

**Official Response from James Meincke:**

> Thanks for the kind words regarding our course creation and sharing features! When it comes to reminders, we actually do have a Slack integration that can likely help with what you're looking for. We'd recommend you reach out to your CSP about the specifics, otherwise you can find more info below (with the link).

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning introduced several new features that were useful to us, especially the coaching and feedback loops. Sales coaching enables us to train our salespeople quickly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Our current challenge is monitoring which content is still up to date vs needs an update.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We love the engagement element of 360Learning and how easy it is to get people involved. Moreover, the user experience and interface design are great and it is extremely easy to navigate the platform.

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> Thanks for the positive feedback on 360Learning’s user experience and interface design - our product team will be pleased! In terms of how to identify if content is up to date, our AI Companion and 'This is Outdated' Reaction were designed to help you identify this easily. You can also reach out to your CSM for additional tips on how to make this as easy as possible.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

360Learning allows us to provide our employees with numerous training courses on various and diverse topics, accessible whenever they wish, so they can train in their free time and progress on subjects related to their positions or even on more personal topics (emotion management, etc.).
The tool is easy to use for learners; they can find the courses assigned to them in a few seconds and are guided during the first use.
The integration and implementation of the platform is simple; everything can be done completely autonomously.

Regarding customer support, we are fortunate to have Claire as our CSP, who is available whenever we have a question or an issue and who regularly checks in on our projects. She is also our best advisor on the platform, especially in terms of animation, functionality, or data analysis. Thank you, Claire!

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

Although efforts have been made recently, I find it unfortunate that we still cannot further customize the platform, especially the groups. For example, we have two different brands present on the platform, but it is impossible for us to have two colors on the platform.

Also, it is unfortunate not to have an alert feature when a module no longer works because some learners find themselves stuck in their courses and do not think to contact us.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning helps us solve the training problem within the DIES Group, with a shared database among all the group's identities where everyone can find the content they are looking for freely, for free, and whenever they want.

At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I like that 360Learning is easy to use; we don't need to train our end users on how to use the platform. It's easy for content creators to design content, even from a PDF or PowerPoint. The authoring experience is very intuitive, allowing us to enrich static content with interactive elements like quizzes or knowledge checks directly within the course flow. Another key strength is how accessible the tool is for contributors, enabling everyone to participate in content creation without needing instructional design or technical expertise. The combination of ease of use, rapid content creation, and built-in interactivity makes 360Learning a very efficient solution for scaling internal knowledge and accelerating learning deployment across teams.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

There are a lot of updates, which can be difficult to follow and update everyone. It would be helpful to better structure how updates are shared, grouping by themes and distinguishing between major changes and minor enhancements. A more targeted communication would also help, as not all users need the same level of information.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can train all employees worldwide using the globalization feature to easily translate content and quizzes. 360Learning allows content creators to quickly transform PDFs and PowerPoints into interactive online courses, making it highly efficient for scaling knowledge and accelerating learning across teams.

  ### 46. Effective Transformation of Our Online Training

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

I really appreciate the 360Learning platform for its ease of use, both for module creators and learners. Creating and managing training modules is quite intuitive after minimal training. The platform is technically very stable, and its design allows for smooth use. For our company, transferring our existing material to 360Learning was very smooth, without any time loss. Moreover, the majority of our learners started using the system without needing tutorials, which indicates that the interface is truly user-friendly. We were well supported by the 360Learning team during the initial setup. I would unhesitatingly give a 10/10 to recommend this platform.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The only small criticism we have made is the proportion of the different parts that make up the screen, for example, the training screen is too small compared to the comments column, which we consider less important than the training content, and it is not yet possible to adjust the width of this column.

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

360Learning allows for the replacement of in-person training for engineers abroad, reduces language barriers with training in English, and facilitates the tracking of learners' progress.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Our onboarding experience with 360learning was remarkably smooth. The team worked closely with us to transfer all our existing training materials and ensure they operated seamlessly on the new platform. With strong integrations in place, we have been able to automate our daily administrative tasks, which has brought considerable value and allowed the platform to integrate effortlessly with our Salesforce CRM. Our volunteers enjoy using 360learning, finding it both accessible and effective for everyone involved. The platform is consistently evolving, with frequent updates and new features that improve our user experience without creating additional work for us.

We have been well supported throughout by 360learning, whether it be their efficient technical advisors or our dedicated customer success managers - who have helped us evolve our L&D to the next level.

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

At this point, I don't have any issues to mention. As I noted earlier, the platform is constantly evolving and introducing new features. It's important to keep up with product updates so you don't miss out on anything useful!

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an education charity that collaborates with a diverse group of volunteers, our goal is to enhance our users' skills across a broad range of subjects. 360learning has made it straightforward to organize our extensive content library, and its design features allow us to maintain consistent branding and alignment with our other systems. As a medium-sized team, efficiency is crucial, and the integrations have enabled us to save significant time compared to our previous LMS. Additionally, the optional learning and support groups offered by 360learning have helped me expand my knowledge of L&D and improve the courses I oversee.

**What do you like best about 360Learning?**

Its a platform where you are in full control. From the very first moment you log in you have full creative freedom to express the things that are most important to your own business

**What do you dislike about 360Learning?**

The only option when someone hasn't particularly learned something during a course is "irrelevant"- I feel like its a very strong word to use whereas "I have a question" "Was not useful at this time" etc could be a more softer in tone

**What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping us shape which members of staff complete which courses and helps us breakdown statistics by department rather than a blanket approach

**Official Response from Robin Nichols:**

> We're delighted you've felt in full creative control from day one. We appreciate the specific feedback on the "irrelevant" wording. You're right, tone matters and word choice like this shapes the learner experience. For context, "Irrelevant" is shorthand on the admin tied to our course Relevance Score to spot opportunities to improve the catalog. Your point about softening the language is well taken, and we’ll share it with our product team.
