A modern, intuitive platform that helps capture attention through its user-friendly and simple (but not simplistic) aspect. I have been working on it for more than 2 years and I still have the same desire to create content to make my pool of learners benefit from all our technical modules in the field of waste to energy. **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** Some time ago, an update changed the interface quite significantly, even if we had been warned, I would have liked to have a smoother transition with the possibility to put the 2 options in parallel for a few weeks. **What problems is 360Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** During my benchmarking, the platform was by far the easiest to use and to get used to. Unless you are a real geek and have a small pool of authors who can afford to spend time on initial discovery, the other platforms were more complex and did not allow people who only spend a few days a year creating content (which is the case for our in-house experts) to be as effective. ### 3. It makes disseminating trainings super simple, employees are able to take trainings at their convenience via their preferred device, and 360Learning is a fantastic vendor to work with (e.g. quick to support and troubleshoot, frequently asks for feedback, and consistently improves the platform). **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** As they continue to roll out new features and improve current ones, sometimes we run into bugs (this is inevitable with any software), but they're always super quick to solve the problem. Instead, the tool and the support team focus on an integral approach allowing you, as a company, to move your training approach and material towards a much higher level, taking into account new trends in learning and personal growth. The platform is still evolving and this growth is exactly what makes the platform even more promising. It goes without saying, that the platform in and of itself of course also offers most of the requirements our L&D department needs for training and managerial purposes. Furthermore, we have noticed that the 360 team pays special attention to gathering feedback and allowing open and constructive discussion about possible missing features or unexpected behaviours. This would allow any company to design the workflow most applicable for their teams. **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** Centralizing and streamlining content creation, currently possible via numerous online tools and options, to the options integrated into 360learning is a point to take into consideration. For our team, this meant a slight shift in tools to use. Since our use is mainly internal, we do appreciate that the dashboards and statistics are easy to exploit ! **What do you dislike about 360Learning?** Even if the 360L teams gives qualitative content to have a better understanding (communications, elearning modules, support teams etc.) of their new functionalities, the beta phasis of their functionnalities might last a couple months. In the end, even if the developement of new functionnalities respond to our real user needs, it might be difficult to promote them to our learners.
