I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also manage a small homeopathy clinic. What I like most about Connecteam is that it keeps both patient-related work and team coordination in one place. I can clearly see which tasks are open and which are completed, so nothing gets missed. I use it to track diet planning work, review pending cases, and manage follow-ups. At the same time, I can assign work to staff members and see who is handling what. This makes managing a small team much less stressful during busy clinic hours.

I also like that scheduling, time tracking, and communication are available inside the same system. It helps me manage staff timing, check availability, and keep updates in one place instead of calling or messaging everyone separately.

I’ve found the integration capabilities to be a massive time-saver, allowing me to connect daily apps like Slack, Google Workspace, and Salesforce without constantly switching tabs. The AI-powered intelligence is another standout feature that helps me analyze complex project data and build tailored solutions, even when I don't have the time to act as a technical expert. Whenever I need to coordinate with different departments, the centralized intake and approval workflows make cross-team collaboration completely frictionless. I think we should have the ability to select templates when at the invoicing stage. The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. What do you like best about Bordio?

What do you dislike about Bordio?

In reality, the problem for me is the mobile functionality when the signal strength is low. The offline functionality also lacks strength in that I continue to have a notebook to record the updates when I am offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bordio solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Jotform?

What I like best about Jotform is how easy the drag-and-drop builder makes it to quickly create structured intake forms for recruiting and internal workflows. I use it to capture candidate information, manage internship interest, and standardize request submissions without needing technical support. The conditional logic and customization options make it simple to tailor forms for different audiences, and the ability to deploy forms quickly has saved our team significant time compared to manual tracking methods. What do you dislike about Jotform?

One area that could be improved is managing more advanced workflows across multiple forms, especially when trying to centralize reporting or maintain consistency across teams. While the platform is very flexible, organizing large numbers of forms can become harder as usage grows. Some integrations and automation features also take a little time to configure initially, but once set up, they work reliably. We use Jotform to manage internship applications and collect candidate information so we can build a structured recruiting pipeline as our company grows. What do you like best about Freedcamp?

Very easy to get started with and intuitive to learn — our team picked it up right away. We can assign tasks, set due dates, and everyone knows what they're working on. We like being able to comment and attach files directly to tasks, and having separate boards for each area keeps everything from getting mixed together. Our nonprofit's communications committee uses this to manage social campaigns, newsletter production, design tasks, and email marketing. We tried Trello but switched to Freedcamp — it felt like a better fit. Before this we relied on email threads and Google Docs, which made it hard to stay organized.
