“Seamless Monday + Outlook Integration with an Easy, Intuitive UI”
What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?

I like that it’s already integrated with my Monday boards and workflows. It understands exactly what I’m referring to in my prompts, and it also works well for tasks outside the platform, such as sending reminder or follow-up emails through the Outlook integration. The UI is extremely easy to use, even for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?

It doesn’t seem to have a central place where I can configure everything. I have one agent in one workspace and another agent in a different workspace, and as an admin I have to dig through the settings just to see which agents exist. Overall, there doesn’t really seem to be a central home for managing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping users that aren't proficient in AI or automations create what they need without having to reach out to an internal source and get help. It allows them to work more independently and save time on manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Jira Keeps Design Work Organized—Rovo Saves Time and Boosts Visibility”
What do you like best about Jira?

What I like most about Jira is how easy it makes it to organize and track my work. As a UI/UX Designer, I can clearly follow design tasks, requirements, progress, and bug tickets in one place, which makes coordination with the development and QA teams much easier.

I especially like Rovo, as it has helped me save a lot of time when finding information, understanding tickets, and working through project-related tasks. Overall, Jira helps me stay organized and gives me better visibility into what the team is working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

What I dislike about Jira is that it can sometimes feel overly complex for simple tasks. There are many fields, statuses, filters, and configurations, and it can take extra time to find the exact information I need. Another issue is that when there are a lot of tickets and notifications, Jira can feel a bit overwhelming. I think a simpler way to highlight the most important updates, feedback, and blockers would make it easier to use day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jira is helping solve the problem of keeping work organized, visible, and easy to track across different teams. For me as a UI/UX Designer, it gives me one place to manage design tasks, bug tickets, requirements, feedback, and progress.

This benefits me because I can clearly see what is assigned to me, what is in progress, what is blocked, and what has been completed. It also makes collaboration with Product, Frontend, Backend, and QA much easier because everyone can refer to the same ticket, requirements, comments, and updates. “Transparency and Integration Powerhouse for Project Management”
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I appreciate that ClickUp allows me to manage all my information in a single location, integrating with SharePoint and OneDrive, and helps us keep track of both project and personal tasks. The full transparency across the company is crucial, allowing us to know exactly where each project stands. I like the external integrations with tools like Chat GPT, Gemini, and Claude. The Gantt features and API connectivity to additional external software are also very useful. I find the flexibility ClickUp offers with its multi-level hierarchy and ability to visualize tasks in multiple locations very accommodating. The new AI features enhance usability and functionality significantly. Setting up ClickUp was quite simple, and it's scalable, even as we plan to expand our user base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I think the biggest bottleneck is that the AI feature is not ready yet. The internal brain AI has a lot of hallucinations, giving answers with a low level of certainty and is often wrong. Although it helps solve problems, you need a strong and ongoing interaction to reach the problem's root. Also, the limitation that agents cannot activate other agents is very restrictive. Some AI features cannot access others, like automations that can't reach automations in other locations or other agents, which limits the possibilities with AI a lot. This limits the interesting things and new applications I could develop with these new ClickUp AIs. There's still a lot of work to do in that area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

ClickUp lets me manage all information in one place, integrating with SharePoint and OneDrive. It tracks project and personal tasks, providing full transparency and understanding of project status, which helps analyze progress, identify delays, and improve planning. “Recurring Tasks Keep Our Catering Prep Sheets Always Up to Date”
What do you like best about Asana?

We run a small catering business and prep sheets used to get printed fresh every time a menu changed, someone in the kitchen working off a version that might already be outdated by the time they picked it up. Set up recurring tasks per dish with the ingredient list and prep steps attached, and now updating one task updates it everywhere instead of reprinting. Also use subtasks to break down big order prep into who's doing what, so two people aren't accidentally both starting the same dish while something else gets forgotten entirely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

Staff without smartphones or comfortable using an app still needed a printed version anyway, so we're not fully paperless in the kitchen despite trying to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reprinting prep sheets constantly whenever a menu shifted was a small but real waste of time and paper. Having tasks that update instead of needing a reprint fixed that specifically, and subtask breakdowns have cut down duplicate work on big orders where two people used to unknowingly start the same thing. Some staff still need paper regardless, so it's not a complete kitchen transformation, but for coordinating who's doing what on a busy prep day it's helped a lot. “Intuitive, Well-Designed Platform — Unified Profiles & Easy Device Management”
What do you like best about Rippling?

The platform is very well designed and intuitive to use on a daily basis. I work in IT for our company and it has been simple and easy to start from zero to managing a small inventory of devices. I love that all branches from pay, hr, time off, and devices all connect into the users profile in one easy to view format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The only negative I've experienced with the platform was unclear and outdated documentation. While trying to locate a lost device, the documentation presented a map with a more precise view, but that applied only to devices registered as supervised in Apple Business Manager, and the documentation failed to make that limitation clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

For my role in IT, Rippling is solving issues I had with a previous device manager by being more intuitive, and easier to implement. It also helps as a single source of knowledge that helps to streamline backend data integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Notion’s Nested Pages, Relational Databases, and Smooth Slack/GitHub Sync”
What do you like best about Notion?

Notion’s standout feature is its page nested hierarchy combined with relational databases. Instead of static documents, we can convert any block into a database item with custom properties, status tags, and inline page embeds. The seamless Slack and GitHub integrations ensure updates sync smoothly across our existing toolstack without context switching. Additionally, the built-in AI features allow us to auto-generate task action items straight from brainstorm documents, streamlining our project handoffs instantly. The value completely justifies the price. By consolidating our project tracking, internal wiki, and documentation into Notion, we were able to cancel subscriptions to two other dedicated software tools. The per-seat cost is reasonable for the sheer amount of versatility it offers, making the overall return on investment extremely high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

The primary downside is the steep initial learning curve for new team members. Because Notion is essentially a blank canvas, setting up effective permissions, databases, and page architecture requires a lot of initial planning. Onboarding non-technical team members takes time, as managing database formulas and proper relational setups isn't intuitive out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion solves the pain point of tool sprawl by consolidating project management, internal documentation, and task tracking into a single workspace. Previously, vital information was scattered across docs, chat threads, and separate project boards. By acting as our single source of truth, Notion dramatically improves cross-departmental alignment, saves team members hours spent hunting down files, and ensures onboarding materials are always up to date. “Love the Regularly Used Features and Overall Experience”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

UI / UX

BambooHR has a clean and simple interface that makes it easy to find employee information, documents, and time-off details.

Common tasks like requesting vacation or checking balances only take a few clicks.

The self-service experience saves time and reduces the need to contact HR for basic information.

Integrations

The integrations help keep HR-related information connected with other tools used across the company.

This reduces duplicate work and makes it easier to keep employee information consistent across systems.

Having everything connected creates a smoother day-to-day workflow.

Performance

BambooHR performs reliably for everyday tasks such as checking employee information, submitting time-off requests, and viewing documents.

Pages generally load quickly, and the system feels responsive when navigating between different sections.

This makes routine HR tasks quick to complete without interrupting my workflow.

Pricing / ROI

From an employee perspective, BambooHR provides good value by putting many common HR tasks into one platform.

The self-service features reduce manual work for both employees and HR teams.

The biggest value is the time saved on routine requests, information lookup, and document management.

Support / Onboarding

BambooHR is straightforward enough that it does not require much training to start using the main features.

The clear navigation makes it easy to understand where to find information and complete common tasks.

This makes onboarding smoother, especially for employees using the platform for the first time.

AI / Intelligence

The core BambooHR experience is useful even without relying heavily on AI features.

Automation around notifications, reminders, and HR workflows helps reduce repetitive manual follow-ups.

More intelligent recommendations and insights could make the platform even more useful in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Some features and settings can take a few extra clicks to find, especially when you don’t use them regularly.

Reporting and customization options can also feel somewhat limited for more specific needs.

Overall, these are minor issues and don’t significantly affect the day-to-day experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

BambooHR keeps employee information, time-off requests, documents, and HR updates organized in one central place.

It reduces manual follow-ups with HR by providing quick access to important information through self-service features.

This saves time on routine HR tasks and makes the overall employee experience more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuitive, Excel-Like Smartsheet That Makes Tracking and Managing Data Easy”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I appreciate that Smartsheet feels familiar because it is similar to Excel, which makes it relatively easy to learn and navigate. At the same time, many of its features feel more intuitive, particularly conditional formatting and the ability to connect and work across multiple sheets. These capabilities make it easier to organize information, track progress, and manage data more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

I wish Smartsheet allowed multiple tabs within a single document, similar to an Excel workbook, rather than requiring each sheet to be created separately within a workspace. Although this structure can feel less organized when working with several related sheets, the workspace navigation is straightforward enough that it has not created a significant issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet helps solve the challenge of tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-up responsibilities across a team. My favorite feature is the ability to automate email notifications based on specific conditions, such as approaching or past-due dates. These reminders make it easier for staff to stay on top of time-sensitive responsibilities, reduce the likelihood of missed deadlines, and provide greater consistency and accountability across our workflows. This system worked so well for my original team that, when I took over management of a different program, I introduced Smartsheet there as well to help automate processes and prevent missed deadlines. “Efficient Field Service Management, Complex Setup”
What do you like best about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

I really like the scheduling and dispatching functionality of Agentforce Field Service. It makes it easier to assign the right technician to a job based on availability and requirements. Having work orders, customer details, and service information in one place simplifies managing day-to-day field operations. The centralized view of service activities helps us assign the right resources efficiently and ensures that customer, asset, and service information is connected, which makes it easier for our field teams to complete service work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

I find the initial setup challenging for complex scheduling rules involving multiple technician skills, availability rules, and service requirements, as it can take some time to configure everything correctly. Pricing is another area that can be a consideration for larger teams, especially when additional users and AI capabilities are needed. I think more flexible pricing options for different team sizes would make it easier to scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Agentforce Field Service to streamline scheduling and dispatching, reduce manual effort, prevent scheduling conflicts, and keep work orders, technician availability, and customer info connected. “Simple Payroll Processing and Easy Compliance in Employment Hero”
What do you like best about Employment Hero?

The payroll process is simple. Compliance tasks, such as terminations and ensuring the correct classification and treatment of termination pay items, are handled in Employment Hero easily and without complication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Employment Hero?

One minor thing I dislike about Employment Hero is that the help chatbox sits very close to the action/save button throughout payroll processing, and you can’t move it.

A bigger issue is that Employment Hero will sometimes roll out software enhancements without any notification, which changes the way the system behaves and can affect your processes. It doesn’t necessarily break anything, but you then have to adjust your workflows to suit. This would be better handled if Employment Hero gave you the choice of whether (and when) to implement the enhanced feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we implemented Employment Hero, our old manual processes for timesheets and leave applications have been replaced with digital workflows and a clear audit trail. This has made the payroll process much more efficient.

Employee onboarding is also a better experience for employees, while still capturing all the data you need (and verifying it!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

Some workflows can take a little time to get used to, reporting and customization options could be more flexible, and certain processes could be made quicker with fewer steps. Overall, these are minor points and have not significantly affected our experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jobber?

All CRM's aren't created equal, and there is always going to be something aout a CRM that doesn't exactly fit your companies needs. Jobber is as close as it gets. I'd like to see batch invoicing, batch deleting of old jobs, and better reports when it comes to comparing last years numbers. Thanks to this, our most recent campaign achieved a 20% higher engagement rate compared to the previous quarter.

What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. Agency Handy is one of the very few tools I’ve used that genuinely lives up to the “all-in-one” promise. Instead of stitching together 5–10 different tools (CRM, invoicing, proposals, project management, client comms, etc.), everything is finally in one clean, intuitive platform.

The biggest win for me is how connected everything feels:

• Client onboarding flows straight into projects

• Services → proposals → invoices → payments all link together seamlessly

• Tasks and deliverables are automatically created from what clients purchase

• The client portal gives a genuinely professional, branded experience

The service catalog + proposal system alone is a game-changer. It makes selling services feel structured and scalable instead of manual and messy.

On top of that:

• The UI is incredibly clean and easy to navigate

• Setup is fast (we were up and running properly within hours, not weeks)

• The client portal reduces email back-and-forth massively

• Recurring billing + payments just work (huge time saver)

• Team collaboration and task tracking are built-in and actually usable

And honestly — the support and development team deserves serious credit. They’re responsive, helpful, and clearly shipping updates consistently. You can tell this isn’t a stagnant tool — it’s evolving quickly based on real user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agency Handy?

If I had to pick something, it would be that there are still areas where deeper customization (especially around branding, layouts, or UI tweaks) could go further.

That said — and this is important — this is actually one of the reasons I’m bullish on the product.

Unlike most tools where limitations feel “baked in,” Agency Handy is clearly being actively developed, and many of the things you might initially want are either already being improved or on the roadmap.

So rather than being a frustration, it feels more like:

👉 “This is already great — and it’s only getting better.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agency Handy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Agency Handy, our workflow was fragmented across multiple tools:

• CRM in one place

• Proposals somewhere else

• Invoicing and payments separate

• Tasks and delivery tracked manually or in another system

• Client communication scattered across email

It was inefficient, messy, and things slipped through the cracks.

Agency Handy has completely centralised our operations:

• Everything now lives in one system

• Client journeys are structured from start → delivery → payment

• Internal workflows are clearer and easier to manage

• Clients have a single place to log in, view progress, and interact

The impact has been huge:

• Less admin time

• Faster onboarding

• More professional client experience

• Fewer mistakes or missed steps

• Better scalability as we grow

It’s effectively become our agency operating system, not just another tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flexibility Meets Cost-Effective Customization”
What do you like best about Airtable?

I love Airtable for its flexibility as a no-code, low-code platform. It's great for creating custom, client-specific processes with the right combination of guardrails and flexibility. This platform allows me to simplify and restructure processes easily, and it was a cost-effective alternative to Salesforce. I appreciate being able to integrate it with other platforms like e-signature solutions, making it versatile. The ability to customize ensures that clients don't feel locked into our service, as they can make simple changes themselves. I also enjoy how, as we get comfortable with Airtable, it becomes more powerful and addictive to integrate more business operations, consolidating tech sprawl into one platform. Additionally, if a new use case arises, it's usually possible to integrate with other platforms the client already uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

Probably the biggest complication, though it's getting better, is in record count limits and how well Airtable serves "line item" processes. It's possible, it's just maybe not the best space for it often, as it can require extra fields and less intuitive arrangements. It would be nice if Airtable built a native "archive" function for archiving records in a table so that they weren't deleted but transcribed to a different space for reporting purposes later. The setup of Airtable took a bit of time, and since it's a custom solution, we needed to rethink how the process worked to integrate it better into other processes. What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airtable lets me create custom solutions with flexibility and guardrails, offering clients a no-code platform they can self-edit. It saves costs by replacing systems like Salesforce and integrates with existing tools, enhancing our process efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
